My wife and I frequently eat at Spring Lotus for lunch and dinner. I normally have outstanding service and the food is great. But this Sunday evening my wife and I went to dinner with some friends and our waitress was not very helpful.
I ordered the red curry with chicken, asked for an extra order of chicken. When my food arrived I questioned whether the extra was added. I maybe had 8 small pieces of chicken, I am 100% sure I did not get any extra. I don’t even care about the portion size being incorrect, the reaction from the waitress was no help. Her saying she’ll go ask the cook to make sure he put the extra bit in there… is he going to say no?
After this, she didn’t bring the plate of rice that comes with the red curry we had to flag her down to get it.
Never came back to check on us. We waited for our check for at least 15 minutes.
We normally have such amazing service, it’s sad to have experiences like this at a place we love so much.
I give this place 5 stars mainly for the young adults working. They made it look easy having a full restaurant, revolving door of takeout orders and a full lobby waiting to sit.
The food was fresh and was served in a timely manner. Thanks for giving these out of town vegans a great place to dine!
This place has the best peanut sauce I've ever had! And I've tried a lot of peanut sauces. Spring rolls were good and the Chicken curry was spot on! Friendly service and we got seated quickly. Vegetarian options and gluten free options. Limited seating! I was sad to see the seafood Talay crossed off the menu. Don't come in with a huge party of people. Wheelchair accessible. Decent amount of parking.
This used to be my go to place but I haven’t been here in a while. This experience was disappointing. The food was bland which is odd for an Asian restaurant. The service was mediocre. The staff was mostly chatting with each other and being immature. Finally, the kitchen staff were blasting music and it was overlapping the music in the dining area making for a noisy and overwhelming environment. There didn’t seem to be any kind of manager or supervisor present to make sure that things were going smoothly. All in all a waste of time and money.
The restaurant looks really cool inside, it has big paintings of lotus flowers and koi fish. The staff are super friendly. We didn't know the manager Rhyli was taking our order at first. She was super helpful in making sure we got our food the way we wanted it and made sure no cross contamination or allergies come into our meals. They accommodate really well for allergies. Food was so comforting to eat and flavourful!
Good is always amazing but horrible service. The server came to the table twice to take the prefer and drop off drinks that were in a can. Didn’t offer ice cups or check if meal was good. It was not busy and we had to go to the front to get our bill. Once we walked out I over hear another table that left have the same issue. Very disappointing when you are going out to eat.
Floors sticky, dirty appearance, food was very unsatisfying, but service was friendly. Veggie Rama is $15 for a few pieces of cooked cabbage and broccoli, kitchen did not include the ordered protein in the dish. Drunken noodle was too greasy to eat and had almost no noodles. Both were ordered at spice level 3 but were completely different level. One of the few places in town open on Sundays but overall not worth the cost of a dinner out.
Always heard good things about this place but never got around to try it. I had some free time during the work day and decided to give this place a try. I had the pad thai. I was very disappointed. It looked great too but it was bland and didnt taste like much of anything. Pad thai is one of my favorite dishes and this pad thai is up there with some of the worst I've ever had. Not to completely bash on them they did provide me with exceptional customer service and that is enough to make me come in one more time and give a different dish a try.
I’m not from Washington but my husband got sent to work here. I have some good friends who happened to live in Wenatchee for a short time. They told me about the peanut sauce at spring lotus and told me to go try their spring rolls. I am a lifelong fan of this little restaurant in Wenatchee. Anytime I was taking a mom break, I would come and get a table for one at spring lotus. We are now leaving the area and I would absolutely make a trip back just for Spring Lotus.

Great dinner, service was excellent, even while slammed, the staff was polite and attentive. Didn't miss a beat.

Took an hour to get the order prepared. The two dishes that we ordered were quite bland. Not recommended.

This restaurant hits the spot! Great vegan options and very accommodating to allergies. Food is excellent and the staff were super friendly and welcoming. Manager Rhyli made sure we were well looked after and we sure appreciated her hospitality.
I’m from Las Vegas which has some amazing Vietnamese and hands down this place is on par if not better than most Vietnamese restaurants I’m used to amazing Pho, Bun bowls, fresh spring rolls and Banh Mi. Simply fantastic! You guys are always so busy, you need to open a second location in Cashmere!

Fresh delicious
The food here is always wonderful: taste, served hot, lots of choices. I'd highly recommend Spring Lotus.
Cute little restaurant for those who love this yum food!
We semi-regularly get takeout from here. Lately though the food quality seems to have gone down and the wait times that they quote you over the phone or online are a joke. They will pretty regularly leave you waiting for 15-30 minutes after the pick-up time they quoted you in a crowded entry way with a bunch of other grumpy customers who also were given incorrect wait times. This latest time I got overcooked but also somehow still cold chicken after waiting 20 minutes past my pick up time.

Love the food. Go there frequently.
First and foremost, I really love this place (hence the 5 stars overall) so I’m really hesitant to write something potentially negative but I feel like this is an important thing to share.
I ordered the “Fresh Tofu Spring Rolls” as I usually do and upon biting into one of them, I realized that it was chicken! I am not vegetarian (the tofu is just my preference) but if I was a vegetarian, I would be very upset. 2 out of the 4 rolls were chicken and I was really surprised considering that this has never happened to me before.
Vegetarians, please make sure to thoroughly check the contents of your rolls before consuming them! Other than that, the ones that were actually tofu were delicious as always!
crab rangoon
It was so hot there was no air conditioning. The service was great. The food was super basic don't have much to offer.
I love spring lotus! We have been going for years but sadly the drunken noodles are hit or miss with flavor. We enjoy the pho EVERY time👏🏻 and love that they use can beverages instead of fountain drinks
Spring Rolls are fantastic.
Great Spring Rolls
The service and food were perfect. We realyy enjoyed our dinner.
Be cautious !!! You will be charged 3% extra if paying by credit card. This is inconvenient for customers.
We 3 ordered beef pho and vegan pho. The flavor was average, good portion. I loved vegan Pho (tofu, mushroom and cabbages carrot..) . The price was reasonable . Staff were very friendly and nice.
Popular place though small place.
my favorite restaurant but sometimes the staff is not very friendly but not all
Maybe the best Pho ever!
Food was cold, and that's a big problem for me. Rice Combo was dry, cold, boring, with dry white rice, no sauce. Better to do a teriyaki dish with white rice, they should change it, especially if serving cold dry white rice. My food was cold and I complained, they took it away and brought it back in a couple minutes, still cold. I said if you are going to keep putting it in a microwave, forget it. Dries out the meat, worse!! She was nice enough to redo my whole meal, but still I was not happy with a flavorless dish. I wouldn't return.
The restaurant hours are not reflective of the service provided. I was declined a table roughly thirty minutes before the listed closing time, and I was only three minutes past their "dining room closure". This happened on two occasions. The food is okay and would be better if it was more consistent.
Yum
This place used to be good but something has changed. Ordered fresh rolls and the dinners were garlic chicken and boon bowl. We didn’t get the appetizer until after the dinners came and I complained that we didn’t get it. The garlic chicken was dry, chewy and overly salted. Told the server and she said they make multiple orders at the same time and that’s what I get. Table was sticky and condiment bottles were disgusting with food all over them. Not going back!
Good food 😋 👌
Immaculate after meal mints, they taste like a cloud desolving on your taste buds. My hostess rhyli was efficient and a real gem. Great food great service.
Incredible flavor. We had the spring rolls, drunken noodles and pho and were beyond satisfied. Quiet/charming ambiance. Good location for families.
First time visiting and was very impressed. I personally have not gone to a Vietnamese restaurant before this one. I was i.presswd at the different flavors of foods I thought I knew. I did play it safe since it was my first time. I ordered the orange chicken bowl, but I was able to sample a bit of what everyone ordered. I enjoyed it very much. It was a busy little place, but the service was great, and the atmosphere was welcoming. I recommend the Spring Lotus to anyone wanting a new choice or a family fave in Wenatchee, Wa.
Dish delish. Get you some Thai food!
Came here with my wife but we couldn’t tell if the food was good because we didn’t get service to sit or eat by two female hostess.
We came here after a long day hiking hoping for some good pho. As we walked in - the two hostess didn’t even pay one ounce of attention to us, a good 3-4 minutes go by. They carried on conversation about being ready to go home. I didn’t see the restaurant “full” by any means. My hubby sat down on the bench as I stood waiting to be seated. A Caucasian couple walks in, the hostess greets and seats them. I guess we are the invisible Asians and you didn’t need our business or money. Teach your staff to be better to not discriminate because we would have order at least 6 things from the menu.
The food and service was fantastic! The place itself is in dire need of a deep cleaning. There is grease staining almost every wall, and the bathrooms feel more like a storage closet than a restroom.
I've eaten here so many times it's insane! Every single time their service and food is beyond amazing! Will always come back, especially love their grilled meat with rice combo, my partner loves Pad Thai, and the veggie spring rolls are literally to die for, especially with their house sauce!
Spring Lotus is my absolute favorite. Their spring rolls are to die for! The peanut sauce is the best. The servers are always so kind and helpful even when they’re slammed with orders and customers. 10/10 must go!
Ordered the garlic chicken
To go. Brought it home and was burnt crumbs. Asked for a remake and brought the first order back. The second order was just as bad! Asked for a refund and had to argue with the employee to get it. We brought the second order back to a very condescending employee. We will never go back.
Food was great. 🔥
Best place for pho and spring rolls
Chicken is my favorite and don't forget the extra peanut sauce
Started going less since the foods gotten worse over the past years. Ordered on 9/23/23.
I got a (GF) pad kee Mao and let the server know I had a dairy allergy(I also have a gluten allergy.) I get the all good and get my food. Noodles were dry, almost zero sauce at all. But the flavor was good. However I was woken up a 3am by my pad kee Mao and excruciating pain. Definitely not allergy friendly, Wouldn't recommend.
The shrimp spring rolls are really good and they have good service!!!
It's always good for pho
Love the service and great food. Chicken wraps are my fave!
I really enjoy the food and everything
Love the garlic chicken. I come from Seattle to eat it....
The ladies who work here are nice. Always as fast as possible with your take out ordering even when very busy.
Small and a bit noisy and busy. The vegetable pho' was just "okay" (wife). I loved the yellow curry. We would return,
Came here for dinner and had a nice time. The inside of the restaurant has gorgeous murals, and the staff was super friendly! I really enjoyed my beef ball pho and would also highly recommend their spring rolls. We got one shrimp and one chicken, and they both were delicious.
Delicious! I've only had a couple dishes here. They are so good, I can't help but order them again and again. It's my favorite place to eat in town. Love the garlic chicken with rice! The pho is good and is the best I've had in town so far. Dining area isn't huge, but it always seems big enough and feels private enough once you sit down. Good atmosphere. Friendly staff.
Love the fresh foods
Love the food. My service was great. Just wish they would get rid of the Styrofoam take out containers. They are bad for the environment and they will Leach chemicals in your food. No plastic please.
5 stars is simply not enough to rate this local treasure. I stopped in after hearing nothing but good things about the restaurant and let’s just say people weren’t lying. Extremely friendly service from all and a delicious array of dishes to choose from. A wide range of vegetarian dishes as well to choose from if that’s your thing. I had the tofu boon bowl and it was nothing short of amazing, perfect portions and the flavor was spot on. Do yourself a favor and order a side of spring rolls as well and you’ll be in heaven. If you ever get the opportunity to dine in or get take out please do! Your experience will be nothing short of excellent!
Monks fried rice is the best
Worker everyone is very kindly also noodle very good delicious. Thanks.
Veggie pho was mediocre. Noddles were really undercooked. Crispy garlic chicken was delish.
Service was sufficient and expedient. Fresh rolls were good, no chili garlic sauce though. Did take out and dine-in. I’d come back for the crispy chicken, nothing else though. Space was sort of dark for my liking.
Amazing and friendly service😜 And an even better place to go and eat!😌❤️ 🍜
Amazingly great food we had here. For starters, we went with the Chicken Lettuce Wrap, and boy oh boy that was mouthwatering to my tastebuds. You have got to try it! The staff here told us, it’s the number 1 favorite menu item for starters.
My wife chose the standard beef pho while I got to indulge on the semi spicy Beef Red Curry (spicy level 3). Both were beyond what we have back in auburn WA. I was pleasantly surprised how well prepared my dish was. The first taste just hits you and you go in for a second, then a third, and before you know it, your red curry dish is all gone. I probably could have had another but I stopped myself. My wife enjoyed her standard beef pho with our son. The flavor was really good and didn’t taste like it was made the day before. Fresh, and I mean fresh. Color and size were eye catching as well. The staff here were great and friendly, service was too notch!
I would highly recommend this place to everyone.
Excellent food. Friendly staff. They accommodated 12 of us with short notice and served the food in a reasonable time . Reasonable price. Very clean place.
First time ordering take out from here. I was told it’ll take 30 mins to get my single order ready… on a Wednesday night (ridiculous). I got the ‘drunken noodles’ thinking I would be getting a lot more veggies than I did, since the menu lists a bunch of veggies with it. Instead I got a bunch of noodles stacked together. The noodles are indeed very thick both lengthwise and width-wise (the entire dish was like 4 really long and really thick noodles stacked on top of each other) and I hated that. My broccoli was too el dente, my onion was over cooked. They offer 5 levels of spice and should only offer 3 levels. And I feel like what I got did not justify $17. Overall, this place is very underwhelming and too pricey for the quality.
No service, water or nothing after sitting for 10 minutes. We walked out very disappointed, hostess oblivious as she told us "Have a nice day" with a smile....ugh...we went to panda express.
Favorite pho in town!
Fresh and so tasty the way Vietnamese food should always be. Nice portion sizes too. I will happily return here whenever I come through.
Everything on the menu is glorious superbly delicious!!!
Two items on our take out order were incorrect. When we ordered via phone, they neglected to indicate they were out of the sauces for the wraps. When we called to ask for these two items to be comped, their manager offered to comp one of the two items (worth noting that we live 20min away and it’s not in the deck for us to drive back at 7:15p with a newborn, for alternative sauces as a substitute for their usual menu item). Considering both items were incorrect, it’s unreasonable (and cheap) for them to attempt to skimp out on making it right for both errors. When I asked to speak to the manager, they refused, hiding behind their employees instead. When I stated we would take future business elsewhere if they refused to correct their own error, their manager challenged us (via their employee, like a true leader) to “go for it”. Disappointing for a customer that frequents their establishment, but does show how little they value their patrons and a disregard for operating with integrity. I would recommend taking your business to a local establishment that values its customers over saving a few bucks on a quality issue they created themselves. Their staff is lovely. Their owners are another story.
Amazing customer service amazing food!
I used to enjoy going here to eat, since they have gf items that I have successfully not gotten sick on. However the last couple months with numerous visits their customer service has dramatically dropped. I called and spoke with a supervisor about it and she said there was nothing they could do. I asked to speak with the owner and he conveniently “wasn’t available and he would say the same thing”.
3 strikes and your out! I won’t be back!
Haven’t gone in a long time! Passed by to dine in with my fiancé to have some delicious food!
Ordered our food, great in the beginning, however I ordered spice 5 of 5 and when I received my dish, was bland with no spice; tried to get the waiters attention, however did not see her within 15 minutes to grab her attention to inform her I had no spice? When I did; she handed me a spice mix cup; and by the time I dug in, my food was not warm anymore. Haven’t had this bad of service in a while; waiter did not visit once after ordering our food…. Rated 2 of 5 for effort!
I have had great experiences every time I have visited your establishment. The food is excellent and you get alot for your money. Friendly and professional staff. Thank you for your service!
Use to be good, now is bland Americanize wanna be Thai food. Plenty of better options in the area. Server wasn’t friendly and seems like she hated her job and didn’t want to be there.
Big serving, i've been to several pho restaurants and not all taste quite the same.
Delicious!
Be sure to check your pick up orders before you leave!! They seem to forget to give you beef when you order beef pho!! Where's the beef??? Had to drive back and get it and over extended my lunch break and didn't get to eat till after work!! #hangry
They have an issue understanding gluten free.
Great food and friendly service
Great service very friendly waitress . The food was outstanding!
My boyfriend and I were just driving through. I've been craving crab rangoons. So we stopped here and I don't regret it! Incredible service and the food was amazing. Kade was our server and he was so personable and consistently checked on us. Very happy we stopped. My boyfriend got the yellow curry and I got the garlic delight! Delicious 😋
Food is amazing!!!
Love their Garlic chicken and egg rolls. Oh and the oil sauce ….. SO DELICIOUS! : )
Great food and service. Our server, Kade was excellent!!
So on December 26th I called and made a large take out order. I called well over an hour ahead. When I got there they didn’t even have my order in the system. The hostess was super rude, and I discovered they added a 20 dollar tip when I left nothing because of their service. I will never go there again.
Wow. Totally worth the stop when driving through Wenatchee.
Waited one hour for takeout. Then they said they lost it and would remake it in another 15 min.
Phad Thai lacks flavor. Red curry is on point though. They are terrible with giving time estimates for pickups. They under estimate time when you get there you have to wait 20-30 minutes more basically ever time I’ve gone. Forced to wait or leave.
Food is quality. But keep in mind, that when you order a side of stir fry, its just the meat. Yea, they want $8 for a small side order of meat. No noodles, or vegetables.
Best pan fried garlic chicken in the world
I really want to give them 5 stars for the quality of food, but I'm really starting to hate going there for their lack of time management. Staff always gives 15 to 20 minute wait time for pick up and you still have to wait another hour still after the 20 minutes have past by. It's not so hard to say you are busy and it could possibly be an hour. Give realistic pick up times!!!
Amazing food and amazing staff
The food is great, especially the crispy garlic chicken. However, every time I try ordering over the phone for pick up, I'm always on hold for more than 5 minutes. Yesterday, I was on hold for 7 minutes so I just hung up. Hopefully next time it's better :)
One thing I was not very fond about was that most of the servers /waitresses had their hair down. A pony tail would be a lot better so you do not get hair in the food. That is risky. Another thing is that I received my appetizer long after I finished my entree.
Great place great food, every time I call and order to go, the gal gives attitude then gives me a crazy wait time (45 min) which I’m fine with but the attitude is a little annoying. Other than that awesome place and the food is delicious.
Great service, very large portions, and tasty food. A combo of Vietnamese, Thai, and Chinese dishes.
GREAT SERVICE!!
They were very polite, also there food is absolutely delicious! I definitely wanna come here again!
Delish fresh quick hot nutritious Asian!
Order at 7:11 for pick up, told 25 minutes arrived at 7:40. Paid for the food and sat there until 8:10 when I said something and they had it under the wrong name. If I go in for pick up and say my name and get rung out, how is it under the wrong name? There reasoning was a she was anew girl. Which makes no sense, if there isn't an order with the name you are given. Then that should have been the red flag there. Wasted an hour of my time to get severed cold curry. Then I asked for my money back and she said she can do half off if I still want to the curry. Whose going to pay for cold curry? Foods good but their serving staff needs a refresher on taking orders. And cashing people out for pick up. We give a phone number too for a reason 🤷♂️ common sense is scarce there
First and last time eating at this establishment. The dining area, walls and welcoming entrance were completely filthy. They had time cards thrown all over the counters and the portion sizes were very small. The mixed grill was very dry, the soup was tasteless and everything was overpriced. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!
Love this little Vietnamese cafe hidden away. Food is the best.
Told me it would be ready in 20 mins. Showed up said it would be 10 more mins 3 times. So after standing for 30 mins, no chairs to sit in. Got my food and half of it was cold!
Pho lover ?? You won't be disappointed. Always good noodle pho and i just found my new favorite menu. Crispy garlic chicken with jasmine rice is awesome so yummy. Definitely recommend this place. Plaese Try to avoid busy hour because of the long line.
Great Asian food, but service can be improved.
My favorite restaurant in town by far for its shrimp spring rolls...hold on though...your going to want to order an extra peanut sauce! Its mouth-watering!
Excellent service and delicious food! Fresh ingredients and employees were very friendly. Very clean and food was great!
Pretty rude customer service when we asked about kids substitute options. Literally got hung up on.
We are getting so tired of the food being inconsistent. I asked for extra onion and basil for my pho, received no sprouts, no extra onion a few tiny pieces of basil and sliced cucumber... 😡😡 who puts sliced cucumber in thier pho? Garlic chicken is always different as well. Can not wait for dine in so we can send the food back if it's not up to our standards and requests.
We have eaten at many Vietnamese restaurants in the Seattle area, and were pleasantly surprised by the great quality of the food at Spring Lotus. The staff was prompt and courteous. My only concern is that (in the midst of COVID-19) I spent about 15 minutes waiting outside (with about 6 other customers) before I could go in and pay/pick-up the food since occupancy was limited to two customers at a time. I wish that they would provide a way to order and pay online so that pickup would be a simple hand-off without needing to pay.
Food is always on point! Very much recommended!
Anything you order here is absolutely amazing. Highly recommended!!!
Love the eggs
The food here tends to be hit or miss. Sometimes it is great and other times just okay. They have a tendency to forget things in take out orders too. This has happened more than once and is disappointing. I will say though the food is delicious when the right person is cooking it, I just wish it would be more consistent.
Spring lotus is ok we order take out often and its great when they remember to put veggies in the veggie pho I order. But tonight and on other occasions they will forget all veggies and just give me noodles and broth. It’s very inconsistent unfortunately. I hope that one day they have better quality control and consistency. I think I’ll give some other places a try next time
I came with my family and all the food was great. If you're Mexican you should pick the level of spiciness of 5 😂. Great service.
I loved coming here. Ive been here often on lunch and never had any issues, but today was a pretty disappointing visit. The waitress was not nice at all, long wait for food but we ended up not getting it and when we asked for it to be boxed there was no estimated time on when.....people who were there after got served sooner. Will not be going back with my family or co-workers again.
Food is always great, never had a bad experience when it comes to that. I had to post about this experience we had tonight though because I’m just blown away by the service. We got our take out and got it home, they forgot something in our order. I called to let them know and they told us in order for us to get what THEY forgot, we had to bring ALL our food bad to receive the item. So that means we had to pack up all the food and take it back, meaning we had to wait longer to eat and running into it getting cold. When they could’ve just offered for us to come the single item real quick. I have never heard of needing to bring all the items back to get an item that someone forgot to give us. And it is COVID right now, so what’s the sense of being “safe” if you’re asking me to bring back our food that has been out of your business and into someone’s home? Still baffled by this experience.
Peanut sauce and shrimp spring rolls were amazing.
Food tastes great! but portion sizes are 2-3x smaller than what we were used to ordering Thai. Definitely more of a one person per dish and no leftovers.
Best Thai ever.
Love there food. Best peanut sauce ever
Great food as always
Pho is fantastic!
Best place to eat in town.
Yum
So I didn't take pictures as I had no opportunity. Food was nice BUT will never go here again. The level of cleanliness was shocking! I have been in much better gas station bathrooms. For example the light switch in the bathroom looks like you could actually catch something from it. Also, the floor in the restroom and in the way there have not been cleaned in I dont know how long.
It's really not that hard to keep a place clean!! Its a pretty basic thing!
Food is pretty good especially the spring rolls. I always get the shrimp spring rolls whenever I'm in town.
When I have time to eat there the service is always on point, Eddie especially. He always has a smile and caters well to his customers and is very attentive.
Spring rolls are 5 stars, and so is the service. Definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants great food.
A++ 💪😤
Good service and I am always impressed with my meals I get there! Spring rolls are super good and the Chicken Pad Thai is always delicious!
Best fresh rolls and peanut sauce in Wenatchee!
Tofu spring rolls
Favorite restaurant in the valley for over 10 years. Always good and consistent. They treat you like family.
