We enjoyed this restaurant. It's very clean and very nice place. The food has amazing flavor. We ordered chicken and beef phad Thai. Seafood combo phad wood Sen, chicken Thai garlic delight, chicken yellow curry, pork Thai Lettuce wrap and chicken satay. The flavors are outstanding. The curry was thick and delicious. There was so much seafood in the phad wood Sen for the price it was phenomenal. The beef and chicken phad Thai was great. It was a little different to have cabbage instead of bean sprouts but there could be a shortage right now, the chicken garlic delight needed more garlic but other than that it was good. The satay was absolutely amazing. The pork vegetables wraps were not our favorite and next time we will just order 2 satay to start. Thai ice tea is great as well.

Delicious! So many vegan and gluten-free options to choose from and great, quality ingredients. I love everything from their noodle to rice dishes to yummy soups. Appetizer menu and dessert menu are extensive and bar has a good happy hour specials. Lunch specials include soup or salad and dish with an order of Pad Thai.

Thai Bamboo restaurant. The food was really good. I ordered the orange chicken with a side of white sticky rice & my boyfriend ordered the garlic noodles. They were both so yummy and packed with so much flavor!

Great food and service. The yellow curry was perfect and not too spicy, so if you want it spicy I'd ask them to kick it up a notch. The Pad Thai was a little sweeter if a food then I'd typically get, but still tasted great. That one we got at a level 4 spice and it still seemed a bit mild.

I always get Pad Thai and Curry but today I decided to go for an old favorite the Thai Super Bowl. I am so disappointed and honestly shocked. It came in a bowl separate from the rice. The bowl was carrots cabbage and chicken in basically chicken broth. I could taste no salt, no soy, no peanut and would compare it to Progresso soup. How can they serve something like this for $20? I love this place but the quality of food keeps going downward as the years go on. Back when they were just a local hole in the wall Thai place in the valley, everything was so exceptionally delicious. Even this picture looks absolutley horrendous.

I adore this location! Been coming here for a couple years and the staff is always welcoming and friendly! The food is fairly priced for the amount you get, and I am addicted to their spicier options for curry!

We LOVE this place and always order it multiple times when we are in town. It’s all about the Thai fried rice! I don’t know what they do with that rice, but it is consistently the best fried rice we have ever had. We live in Phoenix and have yet to find a place that compares.

Ordered through Uber Eats at 6pm, says that they are preparing our order. The time of expected delivery keeps getting pushed back. Finally almost two hours later I called to ask what was going on and she stated they were too busy to complete our order and cancelled it. There should not have been two hours lapsed between taking my order and cancelling it. If you are that busy, your store should have been closed on the app so people didn’t sit around waiting for food that was never going to be delivered. Honestly extremely disappointed in the service we were given.

Sadly, the worst thai food I have ever had. For lunch we ordered fresh rolls and split a swimming Rama with tofu. Both were incredibly bland. No spice. We had ordered a 2. Curry was on the tofu. Very odd. Not enough spinach. I would not recommend eating here.

I've been to Thai Bamboo several times and have yet to ever be disappointed. I got take out from them just the other night, I ordered a plate of their Phad Thai and Mongolian Beef and it was delicious to say the least. If you're a Thai food fan, I highly recommend this place!

The waitress/receptionist was welcoming and courteous. My to-go order was promptly prepared even though I was there at peak lunch time. Back home the food was delicious!

Wow something happened between the last time and now. Pad Thai has been our go to and I feel like I have covid again cause I can't taste anything except the carrots. Had my wife try it and she confirmed no tangy spicy flavor. Way too costly to have lost its flavor. Is it a new cook, new management or what? Looked into the recent reviews and see a lot of the same type comments. Unfortunate.

I have been going to this place for almost 20 years. I love their food granted it is a once a year visit as the prices have become quite high with inflation. Love getting the sticky rice as it is as close as I can get to making homemade.

All their food is 100% gluten free, so this is a celiac-safe restaurant. The quality isn't as good as other places, but it's a fair price (and their fresh rolls specifically are really good).

Must have got it on a bad day. It's okay. Not great. Not bad. It's okay. It's almost like they want to be the Panda Express of Thai food. Take that how ever you want.

I ordered the Tom yum soup. Absolutely disappointed...all I could taste was lime. I could only take 2 sips total. There were no variations of flavors that you would expect to get from this amazing soup when made the right way. I should've saw the big red flag...my food was brought to me 5 mins after I had ordered it. Hopefully I can find good thai food before I leave this town.

I absolutely love this place. Leigh (sp) is my favorite waitress, she is 100% amazing. Their pad thai is to die for, I'm addicted. They know me by name, like I'm actually addicted to it.

So so so delicious. Huge servings. We had Tom Kha soup, crab fried rice, and fried bananas. Our server Leigh was very knowledgeable about the menu, super friendly, efficient, and has a charming personality. We can't wait to go back. I'm looking forward to trying curry and black rice pudding.

When you walked in the place smelled of dust and dirt. I guess I should have left them but I did order lunch and it was awful and overpriced

Just everything about the food was just terrible was watery and soggy and the butterfly wonton hardly had any filling in it so I really got a fried shell. So spent 60 bucks on food I can't eat so never go and I will never go again.

Pretty pricey for the amount of food you get. I got the garlic shrimp which consists of about a cup of veggies and 5 shrimp for $22. I wouldn't recommend it.

The cashew chicken was ok, and I was disappointed with the Pad Thai. The sauce is not like any other peanut sauce I've had at any other Thai restaurant, tasted strange and chemical-ish.

Walked in on a cold winter night. Front door doesn't shut on it's own so there was quite a draft. Waited 10 minutes and the server never asked if we wanted water. They only had 2 tables besides us. Prices are ridiculously high and atmosphere made me hesitant to even eat there. Left and went somewhere else. Will not be back

We've tried other Thai restaurants and keep coming back to Thai Bamboo. They are hands down the best, both in quality of the food and the friendliness of the staff. If you like Thai food and even if you don't, you really should try Thai Bamboo.

Very disappointed. Called to order and told 30 minutes. Fine. Show up 30 minutes later and pay, then told it would be another 15 minutes. Ended up being another 20 minutes. No explanation. Only takes 20 minutes to prepare to begin with. Then the food was bland and gummy. Scallops and shrimp dish was very minimal, maybe 1 shrimp. I suspect new owners or management because I got food from the South Hill location a year ago and it was quite good. Certainly will not return!

I'm changing my 5 star review that I made 3 years ago to a 1 star review.

I'm not sure what happened to this place; but the food is just not worth the price.

We ordered some takeout (Pad Thai w/ Tofu, Swimming Rama w/ Chicken & Curry Rice w/ Chicken) and it was all just watered down and bland. I don't think I have ever had such flavorless thai food.

The bland/watered down food along with the 30% price increase in these items just make it a hard pass for returning. I can understand raising prices; especially with labor and food item shortages, but to both cut the quality to this level and raise the prices so much, just seems like a slap in the face to your customers.

Good food but during cold weather your hot food is served on a cold plate so you get a cold meal

My brother and his wife went on a date here a few weeks ago and there was a huge mouse under the corner of the table a few tables from them. He didn’t want to freak the other customers so when he went to go pay he told the cashier there is a mouse under the table, she was not surprised but more like “damn it you saw it.” She said ok thanks for letting me know like it was no biggie! No thank you! I will not be going there anymore! Nasty!

My wife and I had a solid experience. The menu is really robust and we'll be excited to try some more things here.

Multiple locations, the north town one and cda are the nicest as far as decor, all have the same tasry food. Easy to see why its a local favorite for thai food.

I liked that this place had a lot of vegetarian options, as well as the ability to make lots of the standard dishes without meat. The service was great, as well. The food itself was OK, though the proportions were a little off. Rice dishes had a huge amount of rice, but were kind of sparse on the protein and veggies.

Had a early lunch Noodles mushy over cooked or left over from night before!

The food was amazing, except for a nice elegant piece of plastic in my Sticky honey chicken, and the waitress pouring water on the table. 9/10 would come back again!

Best Thai food in Spokane. I ordered online and specifically asked for it to be spicy enough to make me cry, but not enough to cause actual physical pain. They nailed it. I love their food and there’s a lot of gluten free options if that’s your thing. A little pricy, but you certainly get enough food for leftovers or to share (if you really feel like sharing). 10/10, the tears streaming down my face are tears of joy.

This place was recommended by our hotel when we asked about Thai food. Wasnt difficult to find as its right off a busy street. Outside wasnt much to look at and almost made me turn away. But we went in. What this place lacks in decor, it more than makes up in their food. I would recommend to everyone coming to Spokane Valley.

It was my first time trying Thai food I was not a huge fan of the noodles I ordered so I ended up trading my boyfriend for his Curry and it was not bad of course I wanted mine super spicy and he wanted his not at all so I ended up with something not spicy but I did get a level four on the noodles and as far as spice goes it was super mild.

Not spicy, no chills in the chicken satay, shrimps had a burnt taste. I might try it on a different day 😜

My wife and I go here all the time. We never actually dine in here though. We always order over the phone, then run down and pick it up. They very delicious pad thai! Also I like their rewards system. They give you discounts on your food sometimes. You also get rewards on your birthday too.

Other places the rewards program you never really get to see what you're earning as you purchase things. I think some kudos are in order for Thai Bamboo. Whenever I have a reward that is available the staff always lets me know and takes some money off the bill. That attention to the customer goes a long way and it keeps me coming back.

So disappointed! We haven’t eaten out in months and we were really looking forward to some great food but we paid $80 for a terrible meal. The pho was flavorless and came with gray chicken, slimy noodles and a tiny container with two jalapeño slices and a few pieces of soggy brown basil. The spring rolls were just carrots and wilted romaine lettuce. The pad Thai was terrible! The noodles had hardly any sauce and were so sticky you just had a big pile of mush. I hate complaining and I know times are hard for many restaurants but for the amount of money we spent it ruined our one evening we had together.

Small portions, exorbitant cost, did not have plates to provide with takeout, did not get utensils, Tom Yum really poor taste of the countless we’ve had. Unclear why rice is charged for with entrees after 3pm. We were not informed of this charge when offered rice. Overall, really disappointed. Will not return.

Ordered on Uber Eats. Requested extra peanut crumbels on Phad Thai and got hardly any at all. Ordered 5 stars (spicest) but food had absolutely no spice whatsoever. Food was COLD and soggy (and it wasn't uber eats fault becuase the food was delivered early within 15 minutes of me placing the original order). Overpriced as well. Will not be back. Absolute garbage, tastes like Katsup noodles.

It's ok but it was hard to find and they gave our food away. They did do a rush order to fill our request so we waited 20 minutes for average food. We aren't going to return.

The star rating and seasonings are incredibly inconsistent with the fried rice. Considering how expensive some of their menu items are, you'd expect them to maintain consistent standards. The last time I ordered pork fried rice, the three star had zero spice, but the flavor made up for it. Just ordered pork fried rice from them again, and it tastes like I'm eating plain oily jasmine rice with nothing but red pepper flakes for seasoning. It's actually a little spicy this time. Thank goodness I have soy sauce at home.

Horrible food! It’s fowl and rancid, stay clear! They are obviously selling off there rotten back stock so they can close their doors for good. GROSS!!

This place has seriously gone down hill. I've eaten there on occasion for years now and the last couple times have been a disappointment.

This recent order I made 2 orders of pad Thai, one for a person who is vegan and another that isn't. The vegan order I paid $3 more for 'extra vegetables' which translated into a larger pile of shredded carrots and lettuce, but at the expense of significantly less noodles (easy side by side comparison to the chicken pad Thai which was nearly double in size). Paying more to get less for a dirt cheap ingredient feels bad (I was expecting a mix of vegetables for that price bump).

Additionally the swimming ramma chicken was very dried out and everything was under seasoned to the point of being bland. $55 for 3 bland and disappointing dishes.
