2 of the kindest people I’ve had the pleasure of speaking to.
Curry of the Day was a down to earth authentic meal full of real flavors from fresh ingredients.
The Bao Bun was soft and warm with a sweet savory sauce, filled full of seasoned meat and a boiled egg.
Delicious food and worth every penny.
(sorry in advance if the spellings wrong) Jacqui and Leah have provided GREAT friendly service and even let me taste my food to make sure it was to my liking.

This is late review. The first time I had been to this place, I was surprised to see how great this place was for such reasonable price. Food was great and staff were the best part of it. She was very attentive, friendly, and made sure we were satisfied with our food.
So, a week later I went back again with my colleague and ordered same food. Different staff! Unfortunately, I was shocked with the partially cooked food. Raw cherry tomatoes, big celery chunks that are hard to chew, and half done egg mixed. At the end, I asked for a check with a card ready in my hand and she brought the check to me and immediately She took it and gave it to my male colleague. We both felt very uncomfortable and I paid the bill and left.
I ate at the food truck location in at the Hub in Kennewick. Being a food truck, I expected relatively quick service. I checked on my order after 20minutes. Then at 40 minutes my buzzer went off and I was told it was “just about ready” and that the person working would bring it out to me. After a total of 45minutes I got my food. My boyfriend and I go to the hub often and have never had such a large discrepancy of when both of our food is ready. His food was completely cold by the time I got my food. I was the only order and the person working the truck didn’t apologize for the wait or acknowledge that it took much longer than it should have.
I won’t be ordering from the food truck location again and will warn friends I go with to expect a long wait.
Food is fantastic!! Really full of flavor, I just wanted the entire menu. But what really makes this place is the atmosphere!! Here working from NC and soon as I walked into this place I felt right at home, the staff is extremely nice and welcoming. Great wine and beer selection also.
“We take pride in providing guests with a great time” That's an absolute lie. When I ordered takeout over the phone: I was told it would be a 20-minute wait. However, once I arrived, I waited an hour for my food. Not only that, but I paid $100 for two curries, Dunken noodles, and basil fried rice. All were in incredibly tiny quantities. Once I began to eat, the food tasted rancid. The curry was sour and disgusting. Not fresh at all, and I am severely disappointed in this sorry excuse for Thai cuisine. There were even several reviews stating that they fell ill after the consumption of their food. (I am scared for my health as well.) The service, quality, atmosphere, location, pricing, and quantity: 0 stars.
The food is precooked, I saw them throw it in the microwave and hit a bunch of buttons, I get it’s a food truck but come on…

Really enjoy the pad thai here!
Absolutely love the pad Thai and the pineapple fried rice! We also got the fresh spring rolls and those tasted great!
We got food to go. Loved the food, the service not so much.
Second time eating at the food truck at Summer’s Hub. Second time I’ve had to pick my third choice option because they’re out of everything and don’t bother to update their signing. Tried to order the chicken yakisoba on the special board and was told they are out.
The gal at the counter recommended the Pad Thai which they also had on the special board as advertised with chicken. Turned out they were out of chicken and sold me tofu Pad Thai instead. The tofu was completely flavorless and the dish was served with a handful of bagged lettuce and carrot salad with no dressing.
First go around I had decent food, okay service. Second time was bad food and bad service. There will not be a third chance. Really disappointing given the high quality of the food at their sister restaurant Soi 705 in Richland.
The food is horrible

Ordered to go, took about an hour and a half to get our food.
I ordered the Cashew Pineapple Chicken. First, for the price they charged, I would have expected more food and especially more rice. I got about a half cup of cooked rice. Very disappointing. The main dish, while it tastes good, the chicken was way overcooked, dry and chewy. Very disappointing all around.
Not my favorite Thai place, given it a few (3?) tries but the pad thai was overcooked and mushy the last time I got it and the time before that, it was covered in hot, soggy iceberg lettuce and bland. I also got drunken noodles once and they came without any noodles on ubereats but the meat and vegetables tasted pretty good, the fried rice and potstickers were good as well.
We looked at the reviews for this location dn they came back pretty good. We thought we would give it a try for take out.
It took an hour and 20 min for us to get our food. The people who were dining in and ordered literally 3 min before us had there food in 20 min had finished their meal, paid and left.
I wonder if the fact that the take out and dine in are 2 different menus/business names running out of the same location is part of the issue.
The food was very good. But not and an hour and 20 min wait good.
Really excellent Curry of the Day and Mango Sticky Rice! Definitely love the backstory on the menus as well! It makes you feel like you are really connected to the staff. Service was a little slow but the food was worth it
Not sure if I went here or Soi 705 but I really enjoy it. The place is small so people coming in and out are an issue
Average tasting Thai food. The Phad Thai was small enough that my 5ft 4in 120lb gf could easily eat the whole meal. A quarter of the meal was salad without dressing. Over priced for what you get.

Mezzo Thai's green curry is extremely salty and will not order again. Not impressed with quantity size either based on similar restaurants.
I ordered cashew chicken and got half a charred pineapple full of rice and very generic stir-
Fry style vegetables, some kind of sweet sauce and about four pieces of chicken. The spring rolls were pretty good, though, so I'm going to just carry that through and give these guys more stars than I should. Maybe they were just having an off-day. But seriously, guys, you gotta step up your game with the cashew chicken. Ditch the pineapple, it's.....weird. incongruous. Burnt. Anyways, the service was slow, but it was Friday night at a trendy spot, so no hard feelings. My friend had some kind of yang-tze pork. He didn't like it. I'll probably still give it one more try for posterity, but I didn't really enjoy anything about the experience, other than the company, and i got that elsewhere.
It's worth going to them at least once))) You'll be going to them all the time))
We had the worst experience ever..
We ordered pineapple fried rice with prawns..
The worst test super not fresh
We threw up and all mouth felt terrible..
Prawns tails mix with rice we had to throw away..
And ginger mushrooms as horrible as well..
The worst food and service we ever had..
From phone call,service to food..
Nightmare..
This place is amazing! The food is always extremely flavorful, and very fresh! Jacqui the owner/chef does an awesome job at cooking the food as well as chatting with you while you eat (and she tells you how to properly eat the dish) all whole ensuring each customer is taken care of.
Twice a week they have free live music, each table always has fresh flowers and the overall feeling is very inviting.
Now, Tri-Citians, there are two restaurants - so you can consider it a "chain" and like it. Spend your money here, you will taste amazing food in a great restaurant where you can chat with the owner. They always hold the door for you when leaving and provide great service!
They also have cooking classes that we will be taking in February.
This restaurant goes by Soi 705 now. Went for dinner, poor service gave our appetizers to a table who ordered way after us, we kept a two year old entertained and waited for dinner, our dinner was served separately from each other. Tried to charge me for a flat beer and a half after blowing the keg. Took $3 off whoo hoo. Just an honest review of our first time, probably the last. Much better options in the area.
Very delicious food but I had to minus one star for being way way too overpriced. I ordered the curry and an iced tea and when I went to pick it up it cost $32.00. This was for a super small size container of food too. Won’t return because of cost. Sorry
I was excited to hear live music here!
BUT - Horrible service. Was told to wait by a dirty table while my takeout order was finished.
Fast forward 40 minutes later, no service whatsoever and only told "one more thing is needed" by someone who was washing dishes. Ignored by kitchen and wait staff.
Cancelled the order and left once I was told the salad needed to be put together😆
Will never even look at this place again...
Yakisoba tasted old. When we asked about ingredients in the pad thai, the server didn’t know. I ended up being surprised with egg in it. We didn’t get any napkins and never got checked up on. I went up front to pay and they looked at me like I was walking out to leave without paying. I still tipped but wish I hadn’t.
Rude service from the waitress before even placing the order. It took another 45 minutes to receive Pad Thai and fried rice for take away after being told it would be 20. Staff completely ignored us until the older Thai woman came out to ask about our order, which is the only reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1.
Pad Thai was great, really good flavor. Fried rice was horrible with no flavor, uncooked vegetables.
Hands down best Thai I've ever had. Amazing every time
I've had Mezzo before and was satisfied so it pains me to leave a negative review. Unfortunately, our takeout order was so bad it made me feel ripped off. The price for the quality of the food is almost laughable. We couldn't even eat one of the meals we ordered as it was so bad and the orange chicken was so dry and crunchy it was so disappointing that I paid over $15 for such a small portion of overcooked chicken. Didn't even come with rice! I would be ashamed to serve an order of chicken like that for the price they're asking. There's a lot better Thai places in Tri Cities that are much less expensive. From now on we'll give them our business and hard earned money.
From the moment we walked in, the service was outstanding. the food was delicious, and they took my customized order without batting an eye (i have some dietary restrictions) and even gave me a deal. Thank you!
We ordered delivery. Taste of the food was fine but not amazing. The issues we had with the meal:
-One of the chef's choice appetizers was literally just deep-fried white bread.
-There were rings (coin shaped) of lemongrass in my tom kha gai. Lemongrass is typically removed from soups after it's simmered so you don't have inedible bark circles in your food.
-Vegetables were undercooked, as other reviewers mentioned.
Takeout experience from hell. Were told that we'd have to wait an hour (but not until we had put in the order). Got to the building, which is not labeled Mezzo Thai, but Soi 705. After a few minutes of confusion, I walked in and gave them my name. They immediately gave me two bags with the first three letters of my name on them, so I took them and left. Got home to find that we were given someone else's order. The food was greasy, runny, and generally disappointing. Definitely will not be back.
Great food and service! Nice ambience too. There was live music when we were there. Nice homely restaurant with a great story!
Stopped by for just a side of kimchi. I try kimchi everywhere I go. I'm snacking on it again today and it's soooo so tasty, perfectly spicy and SO GOOD FOR ME! I was delighted to see the pop up restaurant on my way to Stone Soup. I'm browsing the menu for next weeks lunch! THANK YOU!
Chelsi
I was very disappointed especially after reading all the good reviews. Service was ok but slow. Pad thai was undercooked/noodles were hard. The dish was seasoned with pepper which was different and it was way over priced. $15 for pad thai and $10 for pot stickers.
Food was fine, but I didn't notice until the end of my meal that there was a metal needle floating around in it :( stay safe! Lol
Horrible place . Terrible food . Tried their bbq pork appetizer . Worst thing I have ever had . It tastes like someone vomited and their used that vomit as a marinade for meat. 🤢🤮
I have eaten Thai food 500-700 times in my life and I am married to a Asian woman. If Jackie is working you will get the best Thai food of your life. I got the seafood fried rice and the Thai beef salad... phenomenal. I live 4 hours away and I might take a day trip just to eat here. I don’t give this review lightly as I am a food critic and rarely do I give any review unless it was a disappointment, this woman has encouraged me to now review good food rather than help people stay away from bad food. I am going here again before I leave town tomorrow... twice in 18 hours does not seem like enough. Eat here you will not be disappointed. I got tears in my eyes because this place and Jackie is not in my town. It’s that good and must try place but be warned you will go there all the time if you live close. Just Thai food at its finest and she holds pride in her food, that is the difference between I just ate or I just had a food experience that I want to share with people. Just love for food. Well done.
Food was great, and so as the service.
Incredibly disappointed in Mezzo Thai tonight. This isn’t the first time I’ve had an order of theirs take absurdly long but tonight takes the cake. Our first delivery driver canceled because it was taking so long and our second driver was stuck waiting forever too. Over 2.5 hours later we got our food...but it’s not recognizable. It looks like they just through every vegetable in our dishes. The yellow curry has raw red onion, tomato and cucumber (yes cucumber not zucchini). Our pad see ew had only three noodles but a mess of vegetables. Cauliflower, broccoli, carrot, bok coy, red pepper, yellow pepper, cabbage. I love veggies but where is the dish I order? Where are my noodles? I got a refund and am ordering Thai from somewhere else, I’m so frustrated.
The owner was awesome. She took time and talked to me for a few minutes about family and life. Restaurant was clean and very inviting! Definitely goin back soon. Prices were very affordable.
Bad wont go back it took over an hour to even get food.. appetizers drinks every things took forever and they charged for things that were supposed to come with the meal.. drink were horrible.. didn't get some off the food I ordered.. bad.. wont go back.. ever
I been in different places that serves thia food. They are amazing. Their fried samosa is amazing . The food came out fast and the drinks. This is my new NUMBER 1 thai place.
The best and most authentic Thai restaurant in eastern Washington. Jacqui takes care each and every customer and makes you feel at home.
Placed an order through Grubhub for a friend's birthday lunch. I was told the food was amazing, and will be returning to the restaurant when the quarantine is lifted. We're looking forward to going as a large group.
I decided to try this place based on the reviews and I just don't get the hype. I ordered some Pad Thai with beef for takeout and it was the weirdest Pad Thai I've ever had. None of the flavors were familiar and they packed it up with lemon wedges instead of lime wedges, which I've never seen any Thai restaurant do. My food tasted very flat. There was no familiar flavors you would expect from Pad Thai. It all tasted like sweet noodles and not much else. The portion sizes are okay, but for the price I think I'll stick to one of the many other Thai restaurants in the area.
I can't believe we hadn't tried this place!! The food was SO good. The ginger tea was recommended to us and did not disappoint. They have a lovely restaurant, that includes traditional floor seating if you want. Can't wait to go back
If they gave you more food I would give them a 5 star. They charge a lot of money for a small, but very tasty dish. Please cater to your customers, we are Americans, not Thai people , we have bigger appetite
Few people there, and slow service! They must have to go to Thailand for every order with the speed the food comes out.
The food at this place is so good and the service is amazing. Nice and neat place to have a quiet and delicious meal.
Always a relaxing experience...food is great and good portions for the price
The food was amazing!
Delicious food and good service
Mezzo Thai is by far the very best Thai food in all of Tri-Cities. I have come to know Jackie personally since being such a frequent customer. Her food is extremely high quality. People sometimes say her service is a bit slow but that is because the food is such high-quality and she cooks everything fresh. Nothing is pre-made. . So I choose to have high end food versus fast food. She is on Gage Blvd across the street from Bonefish Grill. Come check her out and see for yourself. You’ll find yourself returning all the time like I do.
A decent Thai place in TC. That’s not saying much, as the competition sucks. They could work on quicker service, but the food is good, and the establishment is clean and inviting.
I had the worst experience ever at mezzo thai fusion. I wouldn't recommend going here at all. Bad customer service, lady was very rude. She left my to go order sitting on table getting cold for about 10 minutes. The whole time I'm sitting there watching waiting wondering is that to go box for me... she bags that box of food and hands it to me. When I said something she said no problem food is inside of foil and staying warm. She grab the bag from my hand and insisted on making the whole order over.
This is late review. The first time I had been to this place, I was surprised to see how great this place was for such reasonable price. Food was great and staff were the best part of it. She was very attentive, friendly, and made sure we were satisfied with our food.

We both felt very uncomfortable and I paid the bill and left.
Great Thai food. The larb is great, reminds me of Chiang Mai / northern Thailand style.
Bland, flavorless fusion Thai and what else? Disappointed.
Went to have a early dinner today the owner I guess that who she was was yelling at a obviously new employee called her stupid she looked so upset .i felt so bad for the girl not a very relaxing dinner was disappointing to say the least food was overpriced .. will not be returning . Smh!
Food is fantastic!! Really full of flavor, I just wanted the entire menu. But what really makes this place is the atmosphere!! Here working from NC and soon as I walked into this place I felt right at home, the staff is extremely nice and welcoming. Great wine and beer selection also.
Admittedly I lived in Bangkok for 6 months so most Americanized Thai restaurants leave something to be desired. But! This tastes like what you would expect the school lunch lady and her huge spoon to push at you over the sneeze guard. Tasteless unsalted no thia spice for a thousand miles bland. You would think there would be some of that chillies condiment that adorns every table. Makes me want to go back to the Choa Prya and get some real street food.
Best Thai Restaurant in Town!
WARNING TO ALL WHO ORDER THIS ON UBER: I am an Uber driver, and I want you to be aware that this establishment will not allow an Uber driver to pick this up if you do not meet their standards. If your food is delayed, it is more than likely because they sent the Uber driver away. They tried to make me purchase something before allowing me to pick up the food, I declined and they sent me away. DONT ORDER ON UBER.
The food was amazing. I ordered the prawns in peanut sauce... my guy had the drunken noodles with pork.
Service was excellent and the food was fantastic! They also deliver.... will be ordering soon!
Very delicious and unique-tasting food. I’m assuming it must be very authentic because I’ve never tasted anything else like it. The owner is very friendly and engaging.
Very poor service, with the exception of the waitress. Got there and ordered. First dish came in 20 minutes, second 15 minutes after 1st, third 15 minutes after 2nd, my dish 10 to 15 min later. Every one was eating by themselves. We were there 1 hour 30 min. Place was almost empty. And the food was horrible. Poor quality. One of the soups was made with top ramen. Yiuck.. No one in my family will ever eat there again.
Waited an hour for my food and my lettuce tasted like sardines.
I ordered the Mezzo Thai Honey Spare Ribs and my dissapointment is unfathomable. It's an $11 dish that is 4 "ribs" with 2 Chicken Nuggets worth of meat on a good one. It had the texture and flavor of wet beef jerky. This is my first and last time trying this restaurant.
First time diners here and my Wife’s first Thai food experience. This place delivered the very best Thai food I’ve personally had and my wife loved it! Jordan, our server was the very best I’ve personally had here in the Tri-Cities and rivals the best top 3 servers I’ve ever had. The live Music was really nicely delivered, the food was fresh and delicious and the service was the best. I highly recommend this place. Ask for Jordan if you are a first time visitor, he’ll guide you through the menu like no other.
A bit pricey, but SOooooo worth it! Delicious, authentic Thai food in a lovely, clean atmosphere!
Great food but $$$$
I ordered over the phone 20 minutes before pick up. When I came to pick up my food I stood in front of the counter for 5 minutes before I was noticed. Then someone finally acknowledged me (an older women I presume the owner) and said it would be a minute. They were in the middle or preparing the buffet hour and they seemed to be short staffed. I stood at the counter witnessing her interactions with the employee in the kitchen which were less than kind. I completely understand having an off day or having a shift fall through where your employees dont show up... but that does not excuse being rude to customers. After I was told to wait a minute I waited standing in front of the counter for at least 5 more minutes. When the employee who told me it would be a minute came to the counter to give me my food and pay my bill, she first walked past me and walked over to the tv that an older male customer at the bar was intently watching and she switched the tv off without asking the customer or acknowledging that he was watching the tv while eating his meal at the bar alone. The man sitting and the bar looked confused and disappointed. Then she walked over to me and started to add up the receipt. She did not apologize for the wait. She did not acknowledge that I had stood in front of the counter for 10-15 minutes without so much as a glass of water or an apology ot explanation for the extended wait. Unfortunately, after the extended wait, the food was sub-par. I ordered a vegan Pad-Thai that was bland. The tofu undercooked. The seasonings underwhelming. I wanted to like this resturant and I rarely leave bad reviews but overall my experience was negative. Bad services and bland food. Try Thai Elephant instead on Clearwater instead.
Love the food and the ambience, it's great.. try the sticky mango rice as dessert
Good food, selection at a decent price
Mezzo Thai is my favorite Thai restaurant and is the only one I will go to in the Tri-cities area. The owner is very friendly and personable! Support local business!!
THE FOOD IS AMAZING. such rich flavors I have never experienced anywhere before! you can tell they take the time to prepare the food and the taste is the best in town. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! 😍😍
The owner lady is also very sweet and caring and took the time to tell us a story. Will be coming here often!
We always get takeout, I'm addicted to the pad thai but we just tried the thai style samosas and they were AMAZING. Hubby loves the curry. Larb, pork roast, Tom kha gai (chicken and coconut soup on the menu) are all staples too.
Very good food and when they say spicy they mean spicy.
Great food. Great quiet atmosphere. Live music. I loved it. No more than 10 tables total so never so loud that you can't hear a quiet conversation easily even with the love music. Portions were decent and filling.
Coffee needs work though. Ordered a Thai coffee and it was pure sugar and I was told it was just coffee and creme. So that was the only disappointment.
The food was great and the customer service was awesome.
Good food
I had the cashew, pineapple chicken.
Food and service always excellent.
Food was really good, but expensive.
Really good
Flavor! Ambiance! Service! Heck yes!!
The food is fresh, made to order, healthy and Amazing!
We went to Mezzo Thai recently. I had never been before and I immediately liked the atmosphere, it was nice and laid back. We went on a Saturday and there was live music, so that was a plus because the person was good. It was a little different trying to figure out what to order but the menu had English terms that made sense to someone who had never been to a Thai restaurant before. When we all finally ordered, it took quite a bit of time to get our food and each dish came out 5-10 after the other. I do not know if that is common or not, but it made for a undesirable experience. I ordered the Drunken Beef, and it was very good. A bit on the spicy, side but not too much. All others at our table also liked their food as well. I’m not sure I’d go here again as it was very spendy and the experience over all was not something I enjoyed.
Wonderful! This was truly gourmet Thai Food! I went with a friend to their Wednesday night buffet which included: Chicken and Coconut Cream Soup; Pot stickers with delicious candied ginger and carrots; Thai omelet that was slightly crispy on the edges and super light and fluffy on the inside with tomatoes, onions, and mushrooms; fried tofu with chili sauce; the best fried rice I've ever had; Yaki Soba Noodles with a large variety of crisp but still tender vegetables; Pork that was also truly flavorful that was either their basil chili or the pepper and garlic dish; Massamun Curry with potatoes, onion roasted peanut and pineapple; Salad with sides of delicious homemade dressings, raisons, and cashews; fruit; and rich and creamy cheesecake with raspberry sauce drizzled underneath. The cost for the buffet was $15.99, which I thought was a little pricey before I got there. However, hands down it was absolutely worth it. I would say you get what you pay for, but in this case it is a screaming deal and I would pay more!
I recently took a cooking class here from the owner, which is why I came back to try more of the dishes. The class was extremely fun and very informative. The owner is very sweet and loves her customers. She is very passionate about her cooking and loves to teach! I make two of the dishes that I learned regularly, however the curry I haven't attempted only because I haven't gone to get the ingredients yet. The class starts with a little history that I found very interesting and now understand much more about the culture.
Food is ok, but sometime slow
Food is worth the wait
great food and live music!
The food is always very fresh and delicious and the presentation of the food is beautiful when they serve your meal. Excellent food and service.
Excellent location, wonderful food
This place is AMAZING! If you are giving it less you haven't had sushi. Fresh! So Fresh! And I went at 830 pm on a Thursday. Now what they don't tell you and why they probably have 3 stars... there is no server. They seat you at the bar and there is a conveyor belt that moves things past you. Depending on the color of the plate that's the price it is (ex blue plate 2.25) and you take it as it passes-so cool. If you look at the menu and you want a roll that's not on the belt or special you don't wait for the server--you just stand up and tell the guy in the middle to make it for you. I know that's a cultural thing so think of it as visiting Japan and speak up to whoever will listen when you want something:) Now, if you want something hot you can tell the person who brings your drinks to add and soup or something. This place is really fun and FAST if you're in a hurry. We had so much fun! Check it out!
Great food. Good service. Interesting Fusion good.
Healthy, fresh cooked food from scratch just tastes better
Story Time:
Showed up at 3pm. Only one other couple in the place. Table was sticky and disgusting with globs of sauce and crumbs.. all with fresh plates and siverware on it. Took forever to bring soda. One other couple who were seated 5 minutes after us got their drinks and soup before we even got drinks. Took 15 mins to bring out the premade soup. Took an hour for food. They refilled drinks ONCE when they were empty for 90 percent of our stay. The food was okay. Not worth a nasty table.. an hour wait.. and horribly terrible service.
Totally fabulous
Amazing food!
We've always had a good experience and a good meal here. Nice atmosphere and great food!
The food is fresh. Portions are fair
I would love to give them 5 stars because the food is well worth the wait; however, they are in desperate need of a proper bar keep and hostess/host. I would have taken her job offer but I don't live here.
The food is great, the owner is a delight to be around, and the atmosphere is comfortable, clean, and modern.
Unfortunately, the service is excruciatingly slow. We generally wait 45 minutes to an hour to get food when the place is empty. Excellent food, but not somewhere to go if you have somewhere to be.
The food is delicious, the restaurant is really pretty.
Come here for a relaxed atmosphere and enjoyable dining. The service is not known for being very fast, but it makes up for in ambiance.
Authentic Thai and a mix of flavorful!
Mmmm the peach and apricot flavors are something I dream of and I can honestly say I will be back every time I am in Paris which is hopefully OFTEN.
This just made our day so special. It was so hot this summer when we visited, and we were hopping on and off the tour buses based on places we yelped. This was one of our stops. SO refreshing, delicious, fresh, and unique. It was like eating a frozen apricot in a cone. Absolutely grateful for this recommendation and am paying it forward-- a must try!
Tastes as good as in Thailand. Really surprised
I give 3 out of 5 stars for this place. The food is AMAZING but the service inside of the restaurant is not very good. They are polite and deliver what you ask of them, but are very slow. There has also been two times where I have gone in with a friend and we were not greeted at all and sat down ourselves even though nobody else was there. Then they proceed to tell us they would help us soon, but after 10 minutes weren't available. However I have noticed that if you order for delivery they are quite fast and efficient and the food is delicious! If you like Thai food this is the place! So I would order for delivery rather than go inside the restaurant. So for that reason I do knock it down a few stars.
Excellent food...great vegetarian options by replacing tofu with meat for most dishes. Yum!!!
Very friendly and delicious Thai food.
Great Thai fusion cuisine that has a unique taste making it stand out from purely traditional Thai dishes. Gorgeous upscale atmosphere, full bar, patio seating, and lounge couches/tables in the back. The owner is a sweetheart. Service is a little slow, so expect to wait for your food for a bit, and the price is a little on the expensive side, but the quality is worth the wait and the bill.
Incredible creative cuisine made with passion and care from owner Jacqui. Live piano music environment added elegance and amazing atmosphere, Outstanding service and venue. Lovely evening! Thank you Mezzo!!
Delicious fresh food. Owner was very nice and engaging. Excellent!
A pleasantly atmospheric place with soft live music. The food is surprisingly authentic and delicious, particularly for tri-cities.
Ok so I started this review with a one star and a bad review. But now I'm compelled to change it to 4 star. Initially it was a terrible experience. I ordered delivery and was told it would take 25-30 mins. One hour later the order was still not delivered so I called to check. The manager/owner answered the phone and told me that it will take a little longer since the delivery guy was out and that she will check on my order. 20mins later I called again and it was the same lady on the phone saying that it will take longer. She said she cant talk to me because she is busy and hung up on me. I called back and cancelled the order and got something else for dinner.
After another 45 mins, I hear a knock on my door and it was the delivery from Mezzo Thai. The person delivering the food was polite, and explained that the owner wanted to apologize for my experience and she wanted to send me the order free of charge. In the bag I found a note with an apology and a complimentary can of mango nectar and another delicious dessert, with a zero dollar bill. I think they more than made up for what happened earlier and that is why I'm changing my review to 4 stars. They may have messed up in the beginning but they still made an effort to correct it.
My wife and I are foodies and travelers. We have eaten all over the world. Tri-cities is one of our home areas and Mezzo Thai is one of the best Thai places we have had the pleasure of. There are a are a few good waitresses. The owner herself has taken the time to make sure we have the best experience. The level of food that is served is the same as some top notch food we have eaten in new york. The prices here are way under priced for what we were served. They have piano, some nights, violin others. Very nice. Its locally owned and the owner is a great chef. It is a weekly regular for us.
Delicious authentic thai food suggest to any one
Tried this place twice, once right after they had a grand opening and then another time more recently.
On our first visit, we were unimpressed. Our food came out at different times (+10 minutes on one of the plates) and the price did not come anywhere close to matching the quality (bland and small portions). We figured that because they were new, they got a pass for being inexperienced.
Our more recent visit several more months later, we didn't even get seated! On a weekday, with more than half the tables vacant and cleared, we literally waited 15 minutes standing at the entrance (I started timing after 5 minutes), with the waitstaff occasionally stopping by to say "just one moment!" (so it was not like they didn't notice us or anything). After the 15 minutes, one of the other customers told us to go elsewhere as he was leaving (he mentioned the food and service was poor). So we left and went to Thai City Noodle instead (not as flashy and are slow when busy but they are usually not busy and the food is basic but consistently commendable).
Even though I live two blocks away, I would gladly drive halfway across the city to avoid eating here again.
Great food. We first walked in thinking it was a take out place. To our surprise it was a very nice Restaurant. One issue is sometimes the food is not sieved at the same time, We have been back several times a never disappointed with the food. On the weekend they have a nice piano Bar.
