I got the pineapple fried rice with chicken, 2 star level hot. Wow! It was super delicious and perfect for a cool, overcast day. Definitely be careful on the spice level! They are *not* messing around!
Everything is prepared when you order but they are very quick and we didn't wait long.
I can't wait to go back!
Spend your money elsewhere, the food is not good and thier food safety is unacceptable.
Every visit is worse than the last, but today was just unacceptable. My Tom Ka soup was bland and full of chicken that somehow had no flavor - for $16 it is a joke.
Pad See Ew and drunken noodles were again bland.
The mango sticky rice is very clearly a batch made a week ago, and is literally green and smells rancid. Eating this would have hospitalized someone.
I have NEVER seen something that egregious from a restraunt. The pictures attached don't show the sickly green hue and i just can't convey how bad the smell is.
I opened everything at home and just don't have time to go back and be angry with them, so I'm letting everyone know to avoid and won't be giving them any more chances.
Two stars is me being kind.
The food's great, but beware of the spice! Today, I ordered a Drunken Noodle with level 2 spice, which at literally any other Thai place I've ordered from is a mild, low level spice. This was anything BUT mild. I couldn't even eat more than a couple of bites without stopping and my lips burning. If this is their usual "mild", I may have to eat elsewhere for Thai cuisine.
I'm not a big fan of thai food but I love pineapple fried rice. Since living in Thurston county, I've tried every Thai restaurant around & I finally tried this one. The best pineapple fried rice around and I've ordered 3 times so far and I've asked for modifications which they've always offered. Also, if this helps, I've never posted a review for any establishment but i was happy to add this note! Enjoy 😄
I had their tofu pad thai. It was really flavorful, and the portion size was very generous. When I ordered over the phone, I asked for their heat range, and he said 1-4. When I said I'd do four, he said, "Are you sure?" Lol, I backed off to three stars, and it was hot. I like it hot and spicy, but be warned if you're sensitive to hot/spicy; work your way up to more stars!
There is plenty of parking here.
DO NOT EAT HERE DO NOT EAT HERE
Ive eaten here a dozen times and every time has be okay. This time was AWFUL. I got a tofu pad se ew. My tofu tasted like it had gone bad. The sauce had the worst texture to it. It took us 45 minutes for us to get our food only for it to be the worst meal I’ve attempted to eat in my whole life. I took 2 bites before I told my husband that I am not finishing this food. We both cut our losses and decided to throw both of our meals away because they were that bad.
Prices aren’t great to begin with and the cashier overcharged me. The food was actually better than the service, but it was wrapped so tightly in plastic that it was difficult to eat. The service and experience were just bad and I wouldn’t spend money here again… at least not on purpose :)
Terrible. We were excited to try. Ordered chicken pad Thai. Mostly noodles and greasy. Tiny pieces of chicken that may be totaled a tablespoon of meat. Threw out, tasted that greasy.

Tumwater Taco company is in this spot. They have really good Mexican food. The margaritas are really good too. It's worth making a stop by.

Ordered the gluten free pad thai. It was delicious! The portion was big and the helping of chicken was generous
Love it
Just moved back here after years and am so stoked to have a really good Thai place in oly. I know there are others, but they are more of what I remember when Thai food was first introduced to the region, much more americanized versions of the dishes. This is more akin to what you find at a place like Thai Tom's up in Seattle. This is, for my money, the best Thai I Olympia.
The guys there are very nice, and the portions are a great deal. $20, including tip, and I get enough food for 3 meals. If you order it spicy, be ready for it to be spicer than most other places run. When it's sunny, there's a lovely patio, and inside the hall, there's plenty of seating for when it's gray outside. Definitely a good place to stop for lunch.
If you don't have time to wait ~10-15 minutes for food, they also let you call ahead and order.

Have ate here a few times now and each time it got worse and worse. Sad because it’s close to our house. The manager is rude! The food wasn't good and he thought it was better to give excuses than make it right. We will not eat here again. Neither will a few other people we know who had similar experiences.
Worst spring roll and most expense I've ever had. Rice paper wrapper thick and gooey, roll was stuffed full of thick cut veggies, no meat or tofu, noodles way overcooked and gooey, $10, for one roll, awful!
Absolutely love this place! Very fast and so good!!! Told many people about it and they all agreed it's awesome! Let me update for the Tumwater location... two times ago I ordered a 1 star spice and it about melted my face off. Last time I ordered no spice and it was perfect. This time I ordered no spice and my mouth is on fire!!! I'll contact them to let them know, but at some point I'll have to find a different place because I can't handle that level of spice anymore!
My favorite Thai place in the Olympia/Tumwater/Lacey area. Worth the wait when they are busy. Can always get a drink or ice cream or look at shops while waiting based on where it’s located. Just two spice brings the heat! Read spice level before deciding- isn’t your average spice level.
Second visit. First was better. Fresh Roll with tofu was much better than the slim, chewy satay chicken. Pineapple fried rice was fresh and large portions, but more onion and bell pepper than pineapple.
Be prepared to wait 30 minutes to get a small order. They must turn their ovens off between orders.
The food is good. The service is lacking. If you order off their website, beware. I ordered at 6:02. I had an estimated delivery of 7:10, then a text saying 7:00, then a text saying I'm missing delivery instructions. I'm sorry, what? You have my address, what instructions do you need??? I will not be ordering again, nor will I recommend unfortunately, Too bad. I was really excited about having another restaurant in tumwater. Not being able to count on times quoted is a big deal. This is the 3rd time now both with delivery and pick up, all three time i have ended up waiting over 30 mins plus, I tried to give this restaurant a chance. This is unacceptable.
I’ll get the pad Thai whenever I stop by again

The best Thai food in Olympia
I waited 40 minutes for the worst Thai food I've had in a long time
Very mediocre Thai food. Presentation was great but sauce was off. Had both pad see ewe and pad Thai. Also came back for a 2nd try and it did not improve.
Ordered in person. No number or receipt given. 45 mins for 2 meals and one order of sticky rice. Yes, the spice is the real deal. That's fine, I orefer hot. The mango sticky rice tasted like literal vomit. I've never had that happen before and had to throw it out. The larb was super hot chicken w raw veggies, not ground meat or toasted rice.
Sadly we will not go back.
Been coming to this place since they had the food truck on Pacific. Same great food, new location. My go to is always the Pad See Ew. Always delicious!
Yesterday I ate at Pad Thai Express for the first time. I ordered the sweet & sour with tofu. On the menu pineapple is listed as the first ingredient. There was no pineapple in my meal. Hopefully this was a one time mistake. I was not overly impressed with the meal.
Can be spicier than you expect it to be!
The owner needs to update their google info and train the staff to deal with the owner’s mistakes.
The meal was ok but very noodle heavy and kind of dry
I love the Pad Thai here. And I only like really good Pad Thai.
Be warned however: The Spice levels are hotter than most restaurants around here. They are truer to Thailand heat levels. So 0=no heat, 1=some heat, 2= spicy, 3= fire fire, 4= fireballs out your ears.
Like I said, excellent Pad Thai; give em a try sometime.
As long as you read the spice levels carefully you’ll be good to go. Spicy, but delicious.
I tried this today after seeing a post on the “Best of Olympia” Facebook page and I’m IMPRESSED! I got the pad Thai and It was very simple and good ! However a lot spicier than you think! And the Chicken Sattay was VERY good.
This is a take-out / eat in the common hallway place. The food is very good, but beware. I love spice, and rarely get enough. This place is enough. 3 1/2 out of 4 is the spiciest I've had in this state. And I love it.
Hate to leave a bad review, but I ordered on the app, waited for 45 minutes, then checked in. They forgot to key in my order. Then I asked for a refund. They offered me $10 less than I paid. Said it was because I orderd on the app. They then said they would process it thru the app but they had no idea when I would get my money back. I ordered this thru their app on their website. Do not recommend.
The food is too spicy. Turn the spice down. Got a level 3 and had to throw the food out. I usually tend towards spicy but this was too much.
Had I seen the horrible inspection results from February, we wouldn’t haven’t eaten here. We ordered $95 worth of food on 3/08 and all of us are still dealing with food poisoning. Wish I would have seen the inspection beforehand, so we wouldn’t be suffering now. How can you charge so much for a product that’s prepared with no care? I can’t imagine this place will stay open if they keep this up.
We only ordered two items and they were fine - nothing to complain about, nothing to rave about. Pricing is pretty standard except that they charge $4 for rice to go with the curries which is odd and expensive. We probably won’t go back and I wouldn’t recommend it to friends.
Great fresh Thai food. Watch your spice level if you can’t handle spicy food. But they do have it clearly outlined on the menu
Im sorry to say but it was the worst Thai food I’ve ever eaten. The beef larb was horrible and the meat tasted like it was old. The drunken noodles had no flavor, the papaya salad was ok and could use a few more slices of tomatoes. The whole order had 2 slices of tomatoes. I had to recook the drunken noodles added more soy, sugar. Noodles were white, hard and bland.
I had their tofu pad thai. It was really flavorful, and the portion size was very generous. When I ordered over the phone, I asked for their heat range, and he said 1-4. Chicken Pad Thai was very good! The meat was fresh and the noodles were perfectly cooked. Had some miscommunication when I ordered, but we figured it out :) Some of the people waiting for food seemed impatient, but there was only one cook preparing all the orders. It was worth the wait!!
Closed at 9pm on a Saturday night! WTH?
The food here was decent, but was expensive for what it is. The service was mediocre, the people weren't super friendly and they didn't ask the person I was with how spicy she wanted her food
The food is so yummy. Honestly, they don’t have a lot table, but it’s still enough for dine-in.
So, I've grabbed lunch a couple time, food is great. Today was a bit disappointing. Decided to pay the extra for shrimp on/in my Pad thai. Flavor was great, but I had a grand total of 5, tail on, shrimp, 40-60 size.
I am so excited that Pattaya opened this express location in Tumwater. The dine in Lacey location has been our favorite Thai restaurant for years. Their spice levels are very strong (which I love). Every other Thai places, I get a 4, but Pattaya I do a 2.5 to 3. Be very cautious and read their spice scale before your order. I highly reccomend the Pad See Ew or the Thai fried rice.
A bit disappointed with duper diluted curry and semi-cooked rice ( or overnight “Al Dente”rice)
I frequent this place because previous to today, my family and I always enjoyed the fried rice variants we get from here. The fried rice this evening was not fully cooked and my wife and I both realized this as soon as we dug in. The flavor and all was still on point but hard rice isn't prefered when you're paying. This evening the two gentlemen there seemed pretty slammed with orders but there's no reason to dish out something other than the best product to those who know better is possible.
This is definitely the best Thai in Tumwater.
The customer service was very good and also the mango sticky rice was delicious BUT my fiancé that can demolish a 12 peice spiciest wing at buffalo wings says the CHICKEN PAD THAI was almost inedible because of the spice at a 2/4 🥲🥲🥲🥲🥲🥲 DONT ASK FOR SPICE , it’s very very very spicy . Heavy handed . In fact I wonder if they make it all the same no matter what ?
Past couple times I ordered from this place it was phenomenal but this last one was such a disappointment. The Tom kha soup was watered down, the peanut sauce tasted old like it was just sitting in a pot and microwaved from the day before (tasted borderline spoiled, hope I don't get sick) and first time trying the pad thai with the noodles all congealed together and mushy....really gross is all I could really say. I'll give it one more try but maybe the cook just wasn't on thier game, I dunno.
Might be the best pad see ew I've ever had! The food is spicy but they have chili packets on the side you can add slowly if you're worried about your normal star rating being too spicy. I suggest taking a walk while you wait for your food and enjoying the art gallery next door.
Delicious…but BEWARE the spice! Chicken Pad Thai level 3 spice. It was delicious! Very generous serving. I order pretty much every meal I eat with some level of spice (if appropriate). Relative to pretty much everywhere else I’ve been on this planet…spice level 3 from here is much closer to a 4 out of 5. Might be a bit above 4 even. Flavor was VERY good though. Don’t go above 2 unless you live for spicy food. 👌
I had to throw away my food because it was so spicy that it was not enjoyable to eat. I got a 1.5 spice level. Waste of money for me. If you love spicy food this could be a place for you.
Such good food and huge portions. Had a dish that I never had before and it was wonderful. Super nice people as well.
Holy hot chili peppers I could not eat my food because it was so incredibly spicy. And I can handle hot food. My brother in law got a spicy level 2 and couldn’t eat his, mine was a 3. I’m not sure if it was an off day but whatever it was, they overdid it on the spice. I’ve been to Thailand and their food wasn’t even this spicy.
Pad Thai is my favorite dish, but the pad Thai here was not it.. had a very odd flavor to it, and the chicken was itty bitty bits. The gyoza was fine and their egg roll actually ended up just being fried spring rolls? Customer service was great but won’t be eating here again.
Great flavor and pretty quick.
Asked for 1 star of spice. Got far more.
I recently found this place and now regularly drive from Rochester for their pad thai and pineapple fried rice! Best around!
Excellent Tom Ka soup. Rice could be better
So good but so freaking spicy. I usually can handle spicy food pretty well but three and a half spice level killed me!
Beautifully cooked pad thai 😋
I really don't understand how people like this pad thai. Pad thai is such a simple dish but can be made so differently depending on where you go. This pad thai is hands down the worst I've ever tasted and I've eaten at so many different Thai restaurants. It's not always great but I've never in my life thrown away an entire dish of pad thai. It was dry, terrible flavor & very little protein which is the least of the issue as long as the dish tastes good. Spent $15.00 and it tasted like garbage. Which is where it ended up after two bites.
This was unfortunately the worst Pad Thai I’ve ever had. Although I’ve been to Thailand I’ve never tried to compare because authentic is the best. That being said from everything I’ve had in America this was super dry. My husband hated it so much he threw his out. I don’t want to be mean but after ordering here before and having the worst sticky mango I’ve ever had because the rice was mushy I won’t be ordering again. 2x was enough to tell me what I need to know
Had the phad thai it was delicious
The food was just what I expected, they were fast and the staff were very pleasant!
Delicious food and super friendly people!
This place is awesome. They have the best Thai food in town! Everyone is super friendly, and the portions are generous.
Great flavors and portion sizes.
Great portions, be sure to specify your spice level; 4 is the most spicy.
We love the food here! 😋 fast and friendly also!
Wanted to try their Pad Thai because a coworker asked them to "make it so spicy you feel sorry for me," and he said it had him dying. I wanted to see if I could handle it, and man did they deliver. There's a reason their spiciness goes to four stars, but I asked for five. Still had a beautiful smoky and nutty flavor under all that spiciness. I also got a three star to fully appreciate the flavor and it was delicious. The fried tofu was perfectly crispy but still soft in the middle, the sauce was light and perfect. Nana Pattaya knows how to do spice and flavor, highly recommend giving them a try.
Ordered pad se ew and Thai fried rice at 1.5 spice level (just a little the employee said) got home to find it was so spicy it was inedible and I can handle a bit of of spice but my wife cannot. Raw broccoli and very odd flavor in pad-se-ew and Thai rice had tons of chicken but so much black pepper it was almost humorous - like the top fell off the pepper shaker and instead of fixing it they just served it anyways. Chicken satay was passable. Fresh spring rolls had no basil and two tiny shrimp.
Very underwhelming. Huge waste of $58.
I absolutely love the Pineapple fried rice and the mango sticky rice! They’re both incredible!!!
YUMMY!! 😋
I was picking up a mobile order and found out that they gave my food to someone else while I was literally sitting and waiting there. When I asked about their mistake, they took no responsibility for the error and acted as if it was my fault for not paying better attention. Definitely NOT worth my time or money and will not be going again any time soon.
No oyster sauce on drunken noodles nor fish sauce on anything...Used regular sweet basil instead of Thai or holy basil. Wrong spice levels on all dishes. I think the curry was actually made with water instead of coconut milk.
Peanut sauce for spring rolls not very peanutty and quite thin. It was ok but not my style. But then 2* noodles so hot I couldn't eat more than ten bites with lots of water. Ouch! Beware. Pad Thai not like I've ever had. Sliced round onion? Never seen that in pad Thai. Must have been down to last carrot. Tiny bit of shredded carrot. Not my cup of tea.
I had the drunken noodles. They were fantastic. I asked for a level 3 spice. I usually like my Thai food pretty spicy. She recommended a 2. And I'm glad I listened. It was plenty spicy. Any higher and I probably wouldn't have enjoyed it. I would recommend starting at a 1 even if you like spicy food. And then work your way up next time. Wonderful service. Good food. The only downside was it was right on the road and it was really noisy. But I also understand it's a food truck and that's to be expected.
Absolutely DELICIOUS Drunken Noodles! I ordered online, drove over, & took my best meal yet back to my hotel! EAT HERE!
Tom yum was great but even I know you need to filter out the fibrous lemongrass and lime leaves.
Good food, good value, and convenient location to pick up food to go.
Great pad Thai. 1 1/2 stars is spicy
Would give no stars if it was an option. Was told 20 min for 2 items and for over an hour was then told “it’s almost done” every 10 minutes and then asked more than once if we had placed an order after already calling in AND paying and telling them which order we had, after arriving. Save your time and go elsewhere. Unless you like to wait absurdly long for practically nothing lol.
If you like to wait over an hour for 2 meals this is the place for you, haven’t even tried the food yet because I’m still waiting…..
Simple, good, spicy. Wait wasn’t too long and there’s no frills. Good with a great price!
Ordered the Pad See Ew with tofu. The amount of food was huge however it lacked tremendously in flavor. The noodles were dry and lacked flavor and sauce. The tofu was rubbery and bland and the same with the broccoli although it was cooked perfectly.I have eaten this dish countless before and this was the worst ever. This is the 3rd time I have eaten there and I am done with them as the other two occasions were also very disappointing
Overpriced, small portions and long wait times. Don't come here if you are hungry or looking for a good value
This place was great a couple years ago.
That is definitely not the case anymore.
I just had hands down the the absolute worst pad see ewwwwww i have ever had. Everything about it was wrong. The sauce was disgusting, seriously absolutely horrible. The noodles were not wide nor soft as they should be, I've never seen someone try to make al dente thai noodles.... weird
Something is definitely off with this place - must be new owners or something or their cooks are just not familiar with how to actually cook thai food.
What a let down... get the pad see ewwww if you don't believe me.
Also, it cost more than $50 for 1 pad see ew, a bowl of god awful soup (Everything about the flavor was off on this too, no balance at all) and some spring rolls.
This was easily the worst meal I have had in recent memory.
What a waste of $$$
I always get the pad Thai, gyoza, sticky rice and mango, it’s popular so there is almost always a short wait for food, call ahead.
Had the chicken Pad Thai with 3/4 for spiciness. It was delicious!
The Pattaya thai restaurant is great but we ordered here because it was closer hoping for a quick Togo experience. We ordered 1 pad thai and 1 pineapple fried rice and a fresh roll. We called in our order and waited just shy of an hour. The person who took our order seemed confused during ordering. When we arrived for pickup 20 min after ordering they seemed flustered that they maybe forgot to start our food so started it then. We waited in the car with screaming kids for another 30 min after they said they would bring it to us when it was ready. When we walked back up to ask if it was ready yet since it had been 30 min they again seemed confused on who I was. Mind you we had already paid etc. I reminded them of my order and she finally realized where our food was and we left. Hang on though it gets worse! We received 2 orders of pad thai instead of the pineapple fried rice and also 1 very badly made fresh roll. They used pad thai noodles in it instead of vermicelli. Needing a quick meal in the midst of getting things done during the day was a huge let down here with it being incorrect and so slow. It set us back on our plans for the day. Go figure its also impossible to get ahold of anyone for complaints or refunds.
Kind of spendy for the portions
Awesome food.
If you would like to have good thai food please try Pad Thai Express. I love Thai Pattaya thai express food truck food was not it. Everyone was super friendly but the food just didn't taste the way it should in my opinion. I ordered spring rolls. The rolls were very sloppy, (they should be rolled and packed tight), had strange ingredients that I have never seen in spring rolls like radishes?? I asked for extra sauce and the peanut sauce had strange flavors added into it that made it taste spicy and not complimenting the base flavor at all...and the other sauce was like a thick texture and did not match with the rolls at all. My pad Thai was really tomato-ey, it looks like pad Thai but tastes nothing like you would expect. I have eaten Thai food all around the state, its my fave! but y'all this place I would pass on going forward. This was my second attempt and they did not redeem themselves :/
Delicious food! Great service!
My egg rolls were cold and not cooked all the way.i waited 15 minutes before I asked for my order. Got charged extra for using my card.
They are the friendliest people you'll ever meet. The staff is so kind!
So good!
Best Thai food in town!!
I’ve never in all my 46 years had Tom Yum or Tom Kha without complimentary rice or occasionally rice noodles. I am currently cooking rice 🍚 I’m sick and therefore asked for my soup to be spicy 🌶 🌶🌶🌶 My husband asked for his fried rice to be mild🌶🌶 . That aspect of the order was also forked up. When I called to inquire about whether rice is typically served with their soup there was no attempt to repair the broken trust or explain that you must in fact order rice a la carte. Do not recommend. Will not order anything from here ever again.
Great food and good service
Awesome food, but spicier than most places. Whatever your regular spice level is, cut that in half.
I have 4 dishes that I truly love, it's so hard to decide so I have to alternate at each visit even though my mind is telling me to order what I had the week prior. I go there atleast 1-2 times a week, they are fast and easy to order online to just pick up when I am on the go! Today I got the Thai fried rice with a level 2 for spiciness. The other dishes are the Spicy Fried Rice, Drunken Noodles and Pad Thai all with a level 2 - 3 spiciness. Left overs are great for dinner or next day lunch You will just have to try these if you haven't already! Reasonably priced.
Probably some of the best Thai I've ever had. The Thai Fried Rice is to die for... The only issue is, the quantity of food I receive varies greatly.
The first time I ordered, the box was full and I was able to get two small meals out it. The order I just had today was very little, comparatively. I ate the whole thing and could still eat some more. This has happened a few times, as well.
It's very good food... but I feel like I get jipped every other time, or so... So, I'm not fully satisfied.
Y'all...Y'ALL...go here.
It's worth the few minutes off the 5 regardless of which direction you're going.
Really friendly team, exceptionally delicious food...fresh hot... and if you want spicy? Get it.
We had the:
Papaya Salad, Thai Style
Pad See Ewe with Tofu
Thai Basil with Tofu
Chicken Satay
Side of sticky rice
Mango sticky rice
Green Thai Iced Tea
And got to try their new Lime Thai Iced Tea.
Everything was excellent... great portion sizes, too!
We've been to Thailand and got spoiled with Thai food. This place absolutely nails it.
Delicious, fresh and the right ! Has plenty of parking and outdoor seating. Don’t pass on the opportunity to eat here!
Some of the best Thai food I've had! The Thai basil is my favorite. You can get your choice of how hot/ spicy you want your dish.
Decent food for "food truck" food. The spice is definitely there! Sticky rice that we ordered as a side was not consistent, there were clumps of Sticky rice that was way too mushy. Thai iced tea was spot on for me ( I like it sweeter)
As someone who loves thai food and have tried multiple places, this place is okay.
Is give it a 0, but can't. Ordered shrimp pad se uw and tofu pad se uw and got shrimp pad Thai and tofu pad se uw. The food had no spice. Ordered medium for both. Pad Thai tasted like ketsup. Pad se uw had old vegetables, tofu that was soaked in oil and tasted like cardboard box (yes I saw the cooked tofu from the fryer being dumped into a cardboard box) and could definitely tasted it. Pad se uw uses regular noodles, no wide noodles and no carmelization. Horrible second rate food that I could make better at home. Very expensive and extreme dissapointment. Lucky to he located in Lacey/ Olympia where the bar for good food is in the gutter.
Spent $80 and waited 90 minutes. The wrong protein was in one of the meals (was supposed to be tofu for a VEGETARIAN) and the chicken in the others both smelled and tasted off. Every meal and side went straight to the trash. I can't comprehend how they have such a high rating with clearly such low standards. Never again.
They didn't cook the rice in the fried rice. The pad see ew had alright flavor but they didn't cook the vegetables in it- couple pieces of raw broccoli clearly just thrown on top. Overall very sloppy careless cooking, certainly not a good value.
That cook Andrew is the greatest!
Best Thai I've had in years. Their Thai fried rice is the best I've ever had. My whole family loved it.
I like this Thai Truck. It's a little expensive and slow, but I know it is authentic and delicious. It's a good place to get lunch.
Best Thai food around!
Yummy 😋
Rude!!! Waited and waited and someone who came after me ordered the EXACT same thing as me " I heard them order" and they got their food 6 min sooner than I did. They profile here to, so if you don't look clean cut or speak a different language they ignore you. Hints why they didn't get a tip from someone who usually tips at least 20 percent..
Took my money. But no food. Placed my order online and it was confirmed by them. When I arrived to pick it up, they were closed. They said they were open to 8, and my order would be ready at 7:15. I arrived at 7:15. No one there. No one to answer the phone. Don’t order from here. Total scam.
Good service, good portions, and reasonable prices, but if you've had authentic Thai this is far from it. Pad Thai was dry, and bland. Cashew Chicken tasted only of pepper. If you're in that area, you're better off hitting up Jasmine Thai.
If I could afford to eat here every day I would. Such good food!
Finally a good Thai Laos place. We have been really missing good Thai food, ever since we moved to Olympia. There are very few good restaurants in this town, but this place was great. Now we just hope they put some Thai sausage on the menu. 👌
Its as good as or even better as the original Pattaya Thai. The staff is really helpful and courteous. We order spicy fried rice and drunken noodles. Only negative I can say is that they dont offer beef version of fried rice or noodles. All the best to them.
That was some very good pad Thai. One of the best around. It is a pickup and go or sit outside at their tables. There is no inside restaurant. This is a food truck with very good flavor.
Drunken noodles is my favorite thia dish and I always get it where ever I go.. This was the Best drunken noodles I've ever had. Just perfect. Someplaces miss the smokeyness that comes from wok cooking at high heat. Some don't get the noodles right, some sauce is too sweet. But I still love average DN so I get it. But this one is perfect I get a 2 heat and add a little Sriracha.
Friendly and courteous staff, timely food preparation and a spicy star rating that actually matches what you order. 3 star is what I get and it was a perfect 3 star stable heat. You can tell they use fresh ingredients and love in every dish! Highly recommend. Will deliver to your car. Get a Thai iced tea while your at it. Treat yo-self!
Good service
This place is so so delicious! Mango paradise is my favorite! You have to check this place out! Yum!!
Spot on Thai, best in Thurston.
Food was delicious 😋
Great food be careful on the hot 1 1\2 is hot enough for me over that you really have to like it hot tried 1 didn't like I like a little hot 1 is no hot 🌶
Food is generally good but really, really oily. Every dish is extremely oily. I'm not sure why that is, and this is the only Thai place in the area where I've experienced this.
Doing Thai food in best way possible. It gets busy during rush times; However the food is well worth the wait.
Portions are perfect for a satisfactory dinner and spice chart is on point for those of you that like spicy foods! I will definitely visit this little food truck anytime I’m back that way!
Ill start off by saying I gave it 2 stars because the thai tea was really good.
The food was not good at all. The pad thai was flavorless, the sweet and sour tofu tasted like a bland tomato sauce, and the nutty cashew was way too salty.
Overall very unhappy with this experience.
Easily the only quality thai food in this area. Every other restaurant here serves a Phad thai that is essentially ketchup, cumin, and old peanuts. It might as well beefaronni with chili flakes. Most of the non American food in the Olympia Lacey area is pretty horrendous unless you like Americanized garbage. This place will scratch the itch if you have a taste for something genuine.
I dont know what authentic phad Thai is supposed to taste like, because I haven't been to phad Thailand, but I ate the whole thing. There was a mysterious man hanging around, chain-smoking. Seemed like the owner. That didn't detract from the scrumptious food.
Absolutely amazing
Great Pad Thai!
This was our 1st time and what a GREAT experience! Only reason I gave it a 4 out of 5 was a bit pricey. Food was good and portions were great as well. The cook was very kind! We got Pad Thai x2, Pad See Ew, Thai Fried Rice.. We got Spice 2 on the levels and it was a good level. We will be back! Thanks for the experience!
Our favorite food truck! The ladies are so sweet, dishes are always delicious and spiced just the way you want them!
It's so good that I forgot to take photos before I ate!
The people working in the truck are friendly, the menu is consise and there is something for everyone. It's a catch all location on a main road which has incredibly fast service.
We got three Thai Fried Rice orders and demolished them within minutes of sitting down. The only downside was the rice wasn't day old which makes it soft but no less delicious.
I recommend!
Food came out piping hot, half the Pad Thai, Pad see ew, Tom ka soup. The soup was to salty.
All in all really good food.
I always past by here and see many cars through the day.. I stopped by to see what they had, tried their chicken satay which is their style of good marinated chicken on a stick it was GOOD and came back that same day to try their fried rice that was amazing ! I’m big on fried rice and the portion was worth the money I asked for extra vegs. I recommend asking for spice on the side! Haha will be coming back great customer service!
Best Thai I have ever had and I can’t believe it came from a food truck. Basil Chicken and Pad Thai are truly amazing. I hope this place stays in business forever.
This food is unreal. Hands down the best Thai food in all of Olympia and Lacey. You must eat here if you’re looking for good Thai!!
This place has a few tables with chairs in their parking lot so it was good for quick food! The food was EXCELLENT. I got a level 2 spice and that was honestly too much for me so I'd say go with a 1 if you're not a spice person. Good prices too- you get a nice size portion for the price!
Food was delicious. Had the drunken noodles and satay. Will definetly be back again!
Had the Shrimp Pad Tai.
It was delicious.
The chicken skewers were also very good.
They seem to run a little on the spicy side, so order accordingly. You can add it but you cant take it back out. I got two star spicy and it was PLENTY warm.
But yeah, it was a good time, 9/10. Would (will) do again.
Our first time trying it and we are so happy we did! Will definitely be trying more menu items in the future and letting my friends know how good it is. Nana is a pleasure at the window and you can feel her passion for what she does!!! 🙂
Tried this place today!! Ordered a 70 dollars worth of food and nothing was disappointing!! We will definitely be back!!
First time trying out this Thai food truck off Pacific Ave in Lacey. Not bad. Really liked the fried rice. Ordered it with 2-star spicy and it had a pretty good kick. I don't think I could handle the 4-star lol. We'll definitely come out and try other items off the menu in the near future. Service was quick and she brought our order out to us while we waited in our car.
Oh man this is some good stuff. I had the chicken Pad Thai and it was great! Only minor thing is that I wish the noodles were just a little sweeter. Also tried the chicken pad sew and that was good too. Will be back for sure.
I ordered the chicken pad thai and it came up to 13$ and honestly its so fire🔥🔥🔥 will be coming back for sure! Honestly might be my new favorite spot for pad thai, support local business❤️
I enjoyed their Pad Thai, fast and delicious, friendly staff.
