Best Thai buffet in Tri-Cities! Open 7 days a week! Thai Cuisine and Boba Milk Tea
This is my second visit to this Thai restaurant, about a year after the first. Overall, the experience wasn’t as good as the first time. The dishes were mediocre, with nothing particularly outstanding in terms of flavor. The prices are still reasonable, but the value for money doesn’t feel as strong as before. In general, this dining experience was underwhelming, though it’s still an okay option if you’re just looking for a quick, casual meal.
The food was just ok, the spice was perfect but the chicken was minced, something chunky was mixed in in 1 bite full, typically there are more noodles then chicken but this time it was 50/50, little dry, just not my favorite. The boba tea was not finished, and it tasted terrible. The atmosphere was pretty good, wide screen TVs with sports was a nice touch for a thai place. Solid stomach ache all night. I won't be back.
Food was both good and disappointing.
I ordered the sticky rice with mango and it was delicious but enough for 3 people..... Why serve a desert that large???
My yellow curry seafound combo wasnt quite right.... the squid was like mushy noodles and it had a whole potato in it. It wouldve been better with lmuch ess potato and adding celery and mini corns... perhaps some green onion... Needed variety. The curry sauce was good though.
Service was ok.... a bit slow for having few customers.
Atmospher is good.
It was the first time I've eaten here in many years. I had been to Thailand within the last year and have been looking for someone locally who can make an authentic Pad Kra Pao. I realize that no one around here has Kra Pao (holy basil), but i was hoping for similar ingredients and sauce proportions. I had to ask for the fried egg (Gai Dao) and Thai hot sauce (Prik Nam Pla). They charged $3 for one fried egg. The food was good, it was cooked well and the ingredients seemed fresh...BUT, it was nothing like the Kra Pao i had gotten many times in Thailand. Not authentic at all in my opinion.
Celebrating a special birthday dinner at Bangkok Thai Restaurant was an experience we’ll cherish forever. With a party of 20, we wanted the evening to be memorable, and this restaurant exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with open arms, and the staff made sure every detail was taken care of. The atmosphere was warm, inviting, and beautifully clean—setting the perfect tone for such an important occasion.
What truly made the evening unforgettable was the food. Every dish was a reflection of the heart and soul of Thai cuisine, and it was clear that the chefs poured passion into each plate. The flavors were vibrant and layered, transporting us straight to Thailand with every bite. The variety of dishes meant that there was something for everyone, and it was a true celebration of how food can bring people together, igniting conversations and laughter around the table.
It’s not just about the quality of the food—though it was exceptional—it’s also about the love and care that went into making this a special night for us. The service was warm, attentive, and thoughtful, and the clean, beautifully designed space made it feel like we were dining in a place where every detail mattered.
We are beyond grateful to have such an outstanding restaurant in our community. Bangkok Thai Restaurant isn’t just a place to eat—it’s a place that elevates any occasion, making it feel even more meaningful. Thank you for making this birthday dinner unforgettable, and for reminding us of the beauty of good food, good company, and a welcoming environment. We can’t wait to return again soon! Thank you a million times we couldn’t be more thankful and can’t wait to see your beautiful smiles soon for some yummy dinner 🥹✨🫂
Went for a dinner and ordered a couple of the Bangkok rolls, noodle dishes and a bowl of rice. The service was quick and friendly. The price for the appetizer was a bit much for 4 rolls (~$8). They were good and cut in half. They were not burning hot when they arrived at our table. Shortly afterward, our dishes came out. The prices for the noodle dishes was very reasonable (just above $10). Got the spice tray instead of the kitchen making it spicy. The noodles were a little overcooked, but the flavors were good. If you are expecting a thick gravy for rad nah, it's more like a broth. The pad see ewe was good too.

Incredible food, super nice staff and a great spot for socializing.
Food was both good and disappointing.

Atmospher is good.
Good food, especially the mango dessert; sadly, very understaffed. Only one server during a busy lunch rush to take orders, serve, and collect payment. The buffet was closed today because of staffing issues, but is open on some Fridays. .
If you have time, the food is delicious
Tried to call in multiple time before lunch and no one answered the phone. The mail box for the phone is not setup to take messages. Arrived to order some food and was greeted by a young woman who was not very nice, all the while smiling. I was then informed that they had not opened fully (more like she forgot) and that was the reason no one was answering the phones when i tried to call in an order, even thought it was after opening hours and the restaurant had people dining in it. Then she stated she was busy and yet the restaurant was almost empty. I was then informed that it would take 15 to 20 minutes before my meal would be ready and acted like she could care less if I ordered food from them or not. Rude woman. I will not go back.
Great food and service! They have lunch buffet on Fridays again!
Very sad. I’m a long time customer. Server was feeling very argumentative about a misunderstanding on a menu item. Don’t really appreciate the rude service.
The food was just ok, the spice was perfect but the chicken was minced, something chunky was mixed in in 1 bite full, typically there are more noodles then chicken but this time it was 50/50, little dry, just not my favorite. This spot is a favorite of ours! The food is consistently delicious, and the owner is the sweetest person ever. We always order the red curry and pad Thai—they’re our go-to dishes. The chow mein is fantastic too, definitely worth a try.
I’ve tried pad Thai from so many places around the Tri-Cities, and theirs is by far the best.
They also have plenty of vegetarian options, which is a big plus if you’re looking for meat-free dishes.
The staff is super friendly, and the service is quick. It’s a great place all around!

This restaurant was great! The food is yummy, and the staff are friendly and efficient. Our table of three ordered spring rolls, Tom Yum soup, Shrimp Pad Thai and Kung Pao Chicken. All three entrees, plus spring rolls, were very good! Large portions of food for your hard earned 💲💲💲
My favorite dish has turned into a plate of noodles & a hint of vegetables & meat. Can't pay that much for just noodles.
Inconsistent. Came here on Valentine's Day and they knocked it out of the park. Came back a week later for lunch and had some of the worst thai food in the tri cities. Haven't been back, since.
My new fave thai restaurant! Delicious, great quality food. Chicken pad thai, garlic beef and massauman curry with chicken were the perfect trio!
I ordered the green curry with seafood and it was very delicious! I'm glad I tried this place, I'm from our of town and was looking for a hidden gem and sure found it. One of the top 2 curries I've tasted on WA.state. Thank you Bangkok for great service and excellent food.
Great food. Service was very good, friendly and attentive. Huge portions.
Always great service and food. I love their Kung poa chicken!
This place has a great chicken larb. Large portions for the price. :)
Been going for years and will continue to do so. Delicious food and extremely friendly staff
Love coming here. Always order chicken pad Thai with a taro bubble tea. Super delicious. Highly recommend. I have tried other spots in town but this place is by far the most delicious. The servers are also very kind and always deliver what we order.
Fresh food, delicious flavors! Okay service!
I purchased green curry. The chicken doesn't taste that good (the texture and taste), but the added vegetables were good/ fresh. Service was friendly.. This was my first time I don't know if I will come back but they do have a lunch buffet a couple of days a week!
Best thai food that I have had in tri-cities. Great service!
I ordered a to-go order. I had green curry with chicken. The dish was spicy and still enjoyable. Service was fast and meal ready when I arrived!
Awesome food and people.
I generally try to avoid Vietnamese and Thai food in eastern Washington. I live near Portland and have pretty high expectations. Surprise! They have great Thai food! I ordered salad rolls and spicy beef salad. I will definitely put this place on my list!
Food tasted wonderful
The food is good, but they started to charge a 4% fee when paying with a card. I found out about it when I went to pay. Probably I won't go back.
I'm sick entire of this b.s. from the restaurants. They don't really want the customers to pay cash. That would be a liability for them. They just found another way to increase price without advertising it.
Great buffet! Food is fantastic!
This is ALWAYS the BEST place to go! Excellent Food, Service and Quality/Taste! We travel over an hour just to eat at this spot and It's worth it EVERY TIME!!!
Unfortunately, my family will not be back. The food is great but the service is awful - even when ordering to-go! I have no desire to spend my money -ESPECIALLY during these times - at a place where staff is blatantly rude and dismissive toward their customers. While it isn’t everyone, one discourteous staff member is enough to RUIN the experience. I hope they correct it and continue to prosper.
I was craving a bowl of Pho` and wasnt disappointed when it came. But it all comes down to the broth for me, and when I put my rooster sriracha in it changed my flavor to a sweetness, I did not care for this at all. I go for the hot and spicy, sweetness has no place in my broth. I looked at the bottle of siracha and call only guess it may have been resupplied into the bottle like some restaurants do with other condiments. So next time I carry my own, lol
4.5 Stars Very good food, and larger portions We had to wait a very long time for our food, and the the atmosphere is more like a truck-stop than a typically elegant Thai restaurant. But once again, the food was very good. I ordered Pad Prik King and my wife had the Kunk Pao Chicken. Her dish was a bit bland, but mine was perfect.
Hard to review this place. I sat at a table with my glass of water for 10 mins waiting for someone to take my order. I guess I should have just had the buffet like almost everyone else, then I would have at least gotten to eat. Left something for the water and left…
Always a great place for lunch!
Amazing!!! Simply AMAZING!!!!
We love to come here about 2pm as the lunch croud is gone but then we always miss the buffet which gets over at 2pm! We have a class that gets us out at 1 p.m., so we have to hustle next time to get to do it. Their menu is great anyway and the prices are all good. Nice staff and good atmosphere.
There were only a couple tables sat and we got there at 6:40 on a Saturday night. We waited 10 minutes to even get a server to stop at our table. 30 minutes after that we asked if our food was coming soon and they said no because there was another moderate sized party that didn't have food yet. About 5 Togo orders went out while we were there. When we politely told the server we needed to leave he just said ok. No apology or explanation. We came for dinner in February and around 6ish on a Saturday and had the same experience. The food is good enough and we used to come here years ago for the lunch buffet. But we will never come back after this terrible experience.
Had dinner with my husband and couple of friends and our experience was great! From our flavorful food to the friendly customer service. It was our first time here and we are definitely coming back!
The food is amazing. The prices are very good compared to everywhere else. The portions are large as well. Go eat some great food and support a great restaurant. 👍
The best Thai food in Tri Cities, hands down. The service is always great, food portions are large, prices are super reasonable & everything is made fresh! We ordered the chicken satay appetizer, shrimp pad Thai & chicken chow mein. Everything was delicious, highly recommend this restaurant!
I eat here weekly. The best people and the best food!
The service was great . The food was missing a bit of seasoning for my liking, but everyone's taste buds are different . Go try it though!
The best food and friendly service.
Amazing food great service.
The orange chicken was like leather tonight. Looking forward to the buffet being offered again.
From the moment I walked in, I was greeted right away. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Positive upbeat attitude. I ordered the chicken pad Thai and it was so delicious. I definitely recommend stopping by here and getting something to eat! You will be happy you did.
You can’t go wrong with any pho from here. It’s so perfect. It visits me in my dreams
Wonderful ❤
Chicken pad Thai is fiiiiire best I’ve ever had himemade noodles and all I usually get takeout and it’s bomb but dine in is soo much better gotta get the peanut sauce and side of rice 👌🏻
The food & service is always amazing--it's my favorite place in town! Thank you to the wonderful owners and their staff!
Great Thai food! Worth noting they no longer do the buffet.
Great food perfectly seasoned for my taste. The menu has a lot of choices and service is good and the wait to be seated and food wasn't very long. If you like Thai food you will love Bangkok. Went for lunch and it was very busy. They have lots of parking, but I still had difficulty finding a spot. Their prices are fantastic too.
Excellent food and service. Sue is friendly and energetic. Rest of staff is attentive. Food is better not being buffet style.
Good food good server what's better
This is our favorite Thai restaurant in the area. We've tried almost all of them. My wife is Thai and we are always on the hunt for those authentic Thai flavors. Found that here. Service is also fast.
No buffet as listed
Yummy food and great service!
Best thai ever! Love this place.
Was pleasantly surprised as this was my first visit. All the dishes were very good, although the kung pow chicken could have been a little more spicy but that's my palate.
My colleagues and thoroughly enjoyed this gastronomy experience. We sampled several appetizers (Bangkok rolls, Kong Gabork, Satay, Larb, Butterflies/ wanton). I have a shellfish allergy so my review won’t include those dishes (the others said they were delish). I loved the Chicken Satay with peanut sauce. My favorite was the Pork Larb. It was a delicious. It is savory minced pork, a hint of sweetness, mint, lime, chili flakes, and the perfect combination of herbs and seasonings. Most definitely a meat salad I’d order again. I also had the beef Pho (Thai Noodle Soup). I’ve become pretty picky about this soup because my boyfriend makes the best beef pho I’ve ever eaten. Bangkok Thai did not disappoint. The fresh ingredients (rice noodle, onion, bean sprout, Thai basil, jalapeños, cilantro, lean beef roast and meat ball), and seasonings were amazing. Oh and I mustn’t forget to mention the generous portions offered here. Come hungry! You’ll most likely tote off with take home. I did and love leftovers. Lastly, the service was extraordinary. Very friendly, attentive, and timely. Thank you!!!!
Best Thai food in WA!!
Pho very good👍👍😀
Great food and staff.
Have not been here for years. But they still have amazing food! Kung pow chicken was good. Thr pho is really good. If you like spicy pho ask for medium spice and a side of peanut sauce to put in it. It's so good.
Makes the best Pho in the Tri-Cities!
Well the Thai beer was really good. Both GF and I enjoyed the beer. Our appetizer Chicken Satay was really good. Chicken was tender and had curry flavor on it. With the peanut sauce. As far as the main meal...they called it Pud Thai. Mine was pork and GF was Chicken. Sorry to say was not too impressed with the noodles. It was really rubbery texture when trying to eat it. I was not to impressed with the noodles.
A favorite place to eat! The owners are awesome people and the food is wonderful. My mouth is watering thinking about Cilantro Chicken!
Still the best place to eat with the most wonderful people... You have to come here.
We love Bangkok, just quality Thai food, you'll not be disappointed!
Great food but I think some people need to go back through customer service class
Always an awesome experience. One of my wife and I favorite in the area. Great gluten free option.
I love Thai food but I have to say this is the worst I’ve had. Their RadNa was horribly made and unlike any RadNa I’ve ever had.
The owners here are simply the best! they are so kind and really take care of every customer as if they are family. Oh and the Thai food here is awesome!
Very Nice! Was not dissapointed with this restaurant! Took Mom with her walker to dinner, and she loved the Pud Thai. The red and green curry were spot on and delivered the amount of heat requested. Portions are gernerous, more family style.
The food is carefully prepared with high quality ingredients. This is one of the best Thai restaurants.
Best Thai I’ve found in the TC to date. Granted, the competition is pretty weak here. Service is good, prices are more than fair. Will return.
Food was good, decent price, big portions. The salad roll appetizers were good, their peanut sauce made them delicious, pad Thai was good, pineapple fried rice didn't have much pineapple, so a little disappointing. I ordered medium heat, but it was pretty hot! So be careful with how much spice you get on your food. Atmosphere was a little fancy for my taste but not bad. Waitress was prompt and helpful. Definitely will be going back in the future.
The food was fantastic,so very good and nice portions as well.
Good flavor, fresh veggies, good curries. Slow service sometimes, but good food.
Excellent food and service.
The staff is always wonderful, large menu with plenty of options, so far I've loved everything I've tried.
My 17 yr olds favorite place, so I'm here often. She loves the pad thai.
My wife has eaten tofu for decades. Says the fried tofu is the best she's had.
I'm not a Thai fan. So I had the butterflies. (Rangoons with cream cheese).... best I've ever had.
Clean. Great service. Good prices.
Solid 5 star experience.
This is our favorite Thai restaurant in TC. We’ve brought out of town friends here many times and they all say it’s the best too! Super tasty food, friendly staff, and quick pick up options. The pineapple fried rice and butterflies are not to be missed!
Prompt service with a nice dinner. No complaints.
Walked in to place a to go order they were very quick and food was great!
We went here for dinner, it got quite busy after 6.00. We started with chicken satay appetizer, love the peanut sauce for dipping& chicken was cooked nicely. We also got but butterflies also.
We ordered beef pad Thai, beef pad khee mao, and a yellow chow mein noodle dish.
We had one family member that cannot tolerate any spice level, we were told the dishes started with a low level 1 spice... So that was hard for them to eat their dish. The yellow noodle chow mein dish had a fresh flavor, lots of veggies. The beef was velveted nicely.
I think the pad khee mao was the better of all the noodle dishes, the flatwide rice noodles were a good texture & fresh veggies. I do prefer to have more sweet & salty sauce than this dish had. I think the spice level it automatically comes with was dominating this pad khee mao dish.
The level 3 spice level on our pad thai was extremely hot and drowned out the sweet, salty, sour pad thai sauce flavor profile of the dish. Maybe start with a 1 or a 2. Glad we ordered a thai iced tea to drink. The dishes were big, had leftovers for the next day.
There was a huge family eating in there, they had a lot of traditional chef specials on the menu, Maybe we just didn't order the right things.
Excellent food, excellent service. Sue welcomes everyone in as if they were a favorite family member. Her husband is always back in the kitchen cooking up amazing and delicious food. A definite favorite for us.
Spring rolls are delicious, great atmosphere
Great food and excellent customer service. Spicy!
Pretty much everything I've had here is good! It'd be nice if they'd open up the buffet again. There were many good choices
Extensive menu but our food was made fairly quickly and was fresh and delicious. Special note: the waitress was incredibly friendly and helpful as we made our choices. I would highly recommend this place for all reasons.
Food is very tasty, I'm not a big fan of Thia food but I would eat there anytime. My wife loves it.
Food and service excellent! The Boba tea is a must try if you've never had it.
Forgot how much I love their food. The only place in town that I know where you can get fun shee, otherwise known as glass noodles. Yum yum.
Best Thai in Tri-Cities! Love the salad rolls, the cucumber salad, and the pud thai! Been here often and I’m always satisfied!
The owner Sue always makes a good day a great day. And I love that it is such a great experience every time we eat here!
Food was delicious and service was great
Delicious and reasonably priced. The service is excellent! Great experience all around. We will definitely be back!
Amazing, authentic thai cuisine, piping hot off the grill. So delicious!! Clean and great service!! Sooo worth it!
Absolutely delicious authentic Thai! We enjoyed everything that we ordered, and the service was very friendly! The boba tea is also incredible. We can't wait to go back!
Excellent food. Excellent service. Extremely friendly staff, really brightened my day!
Pretty good size menu with a few things you won't see at just any Thai place. I'm in Kennewick occasionally for work and I will definitely need to come back and try some more of their options.
Best Thai food in town is my opinion.
The food was AMAZING, perfectly prepared. Very happpy with my experience. Best authentic Thai food and customer service in Tri-Cities!!!
The Thom Kha soup had so many gross vegetables in it.
First, there was very wilted produce through it.
And it included canned corn, bell peppers and cabbage that changed the entire flavor of the soup.
And when I informed the owner that their Facebook and website still offered buffet, he said he really didn't care. It's been 2 years since they've offered it and can't change it.
Authentic Thai flavorful food. Employees are very positive and helpful with new customers. Hands down my favorite Thai restaurant around!
Where have you been my whole life!!!?? Amazing food here! The curry was the best I 3ver had and we love curry and have had curry at almost every curry place there is in tricities and abroad! Well done, very well done! Chicken satay was tender and flavorful with a wonderful peanut sauce and cucumber salad that was extremely refreshing and light! Incredibly happy with this place! We won't go anywhere else for our curry cravings but here now!!!!
Food is great. Service very good and friendly. Went again tonight, very busy, food was, for takeout, very fast, excellent. Can't say enough about how great the staff is.
Pad Thai came out so fast and was delicious! Great service as well 🙂
Their food is always delicious 😋
Everything was outstanding, food, service, the presentation. Boba tea was delicious and a good size cup.
Quick service. Fresh ingredients.
Food is amazing.
Good food, not great service, but it's kind of fast. You have to order a drink before the server leaves your table, they won't ask if you'd like to drink something.
Best Thai food in Tri-Cities. Large portions and friendly staff. If you like jalapeños try the Bangkok beef or chicken. Its really good.
This was my first time going to this restaurant. The wait staff was very friendly, great customer service! You get a lot of food for the cost of the meal. Will definitely be going there again.
When I got off of my shift, I needed a place as close as possible to the mall, and I found this restaurant walking distance.
I was greeted nicely. it was not very busy at that time. It was sunday at around 5pm. the restaurant looked very clean!. Music was not loud; it was a comfortable atmosphere. I decided to order the Pad Thai with tofu.
The service was prompt and the waitress was really nice and polite.
The dish was amazing! Very flavorful, and the portion was just right.
It was also very affordable if you're on a budget but looking for something that isn't fast food.
I definitely want to come back to try more dishes!
Fast service. Good food. Friendly staff. 😊
Food came really quick the people there were very nice.
Pad see ew had good flavor. Spice level was about right for Thai food. The 1cm wide noodles were a little more chopped up than I would like (1-3 inches long). I usually prefer the really wide noodles or if they were just barely wide, then they would taste better in longer strands.
Pud krapao dish with rice had an even better seasoning. However, bell peppers, onions, and basil didn't seem like it had enough vegetable variety. The restaurant did give enough rice to eat for two meals for an average person, so I applaud them for doing that. I ate half of my dish and brought the leftover home. It would have tasted better if they had an option with the same seasoning and added tomatoes, cabbage, green beans, mushrooms, and/or pineapple (just add a couple of these vegetables to the dish). I ate the leftover a few hours later and added cabbage and tomatoes. The improvised dish tasted amazing!
Excellent service and authentic food.
We have been eating at Bangkok for years. We have always been greeted with smiles. They always make us feel welcome. The food is always good & great service.
Excellent tasty fried rice, stir fry, curries and appetizers. Friendly staff.
Always enjoy their food
I've been eating here for over a decade now and the food is always delicious. Pad Thai and red curry are my go to dishes.
There veg in there stri fry are fresh and delicious .Great place to eat.
All dishes were excellent. Staff friendly and service was very good.
Fantastic as always.
