The atmosphere is so relaxing that we decided to not order delivery and just go in instead from now on. We have tried soups, salads, appetizers, teriyaki, stir-fries, and curries. Thai food is one of my favorite foods to eat. Unfortunately, this experience wasn’t amazing. I had been here once before many years ago and decided to try it again. It was very busy that day which was understandable on a Sunday afternoon. It seemed that they were a bit understaffed for the amount of business coming in. The food was not the best. We got the Basil Fried Rice, Orange Chicken, Cashew Dish, and. Yellow Curry. The orange chicken was very good but the rice tasted old. The basil fried rice didn’t have much flavor. The cashew dish had vegetables that were undercooked and difficult to eat. The yellow curry was basically a soup with undercooked vegetables and no flavor. It took about 40 minutes to receive the yellow curry as they forgot input the order and then made it wrong. If it wasn’t for the flavor of the orange chicken, I would have given 2 stars, most likely will be going elsewhere next time.

I live in Battle Ground and have eaten here many times. Always consistently good food, prices are reasonable and rarely can I finish the entire serving of food and I can eat a lot. Haha. Service has always been spot on as well. Of course when they're super busy and they're running around to everyone I don't expect them to act like I'm the only one here. So far after eating here probably 50 plus times I've not had any complaints with anything.

Walked in and was immediately welcomed. When ordering the friends I was with had some questions and they were answered fully. When I asked that the peanuts in the pad thia be taken out, they were not in the dish when it got to me. Absolutely stellar service! Highly recommend!

Drunken Noodles and the Green Curry are 10/10. Veggies are fresh and plentiful and the flavors in the sauces are perfect. Spice level is spot on and they have lots of levels to choose. Love this little spot in Battle Ground.

11/18/24: I am amending my previous review as this place has gone down hill. This has been our go to for Thai in Battle Ground for years but our last few experiences have been disappointing. Last night we ordered yellow curry, it was extremely thin. My daughter states, "It looks like water and tastes like it too". This was our second poor experience with their yellow curry. So much so that we won't be back. My pad thai also had very little flavor. Save yourself the disappointment and try the food truck down the road. Flavors are better developed, curry isn't watered down and you get more value for your money. Think double the entree size for the same cost.

Absolutely amazing!

I ordered online for a pickup order. The place looks cozy, clean, and welcoming. The woman that was at the counter when I came in wasn't the friendliest, but I wouldn't necessarily say she was rude. The pot stickers were fried a little too long and were a little burnt tasting. I ordered my Pad See Ew to be a 3, which the menu said was their "hot" level. Anywhere else it would maybe be medium, but hardly, so I'm pretty disappointed in that. I like spicy, but since this was my first time ordering here I decided to be conservative. Unfortunately, I think I could have gone with a 5. The Pad See Ew is a decent portion, has good flavor, and the broccoli is cooked well, not over or under cooked. Not a lot of meat, but the beef is cooked well, it's very tender. Overall I'd skip the pot stickers and order a 5 for the spice level on the Pad See Ew, but I'd come back.

As a lover of good Thai, this restaurant is not my pick. I went recently to try it again for the first time in years and got the potstickers, orange chicken and basil fried rice. Potstickers were pretty meh. The basil fried rice had great flavor. The orange chicken was a very small portion of chicken and rice when we paid $16.99 for it. The steamed white rice was not good. Tried a friend’s yellow curry and it was not thick at all basically just broth and not a lot of flavor.

Unfortunately, I had a bad first time visiting at this place for dinner.
I had their Pho, and it was the worst I ever had. the broth had a taste of.... Water and the meat tasted like.... water. absolutely no flavor. I had to add as much chili paste and squeezed out all the lime juice possible from the sliver of lime provided.

We ordered pad thai and it had great taste, perfectly spicy for the level of spice I ordered, good sized portions and friendly service.

Called in for a order but they where so rude. I said thanks but no thanks and went to Keo Thai instead. Even my 6th grader thought she was rude and ought to be fired.

After spending $45 dollars, I ordered the beef peanut sauce meal, mild. None of the food, especially the meat, was seasoned! Not even salt! The peanut sauce combined with unseasoned food made it sweet and disgusting. The only thing that was edible was the veggie egg rolls. This is the 2nd time order from them. I will not be coming back.

Very disappointed in this place I've been going here for a long time and the customer service in the attitude has definitely been a problem now. The servers are not friendly and they do not Care that much about customer satisfaction. They still charged me for something that I didn't even eat due to them messing up on it and it not tasting good but straight pepper and onions they barely took $2 off and said oh well. Will not be going back here for a while very disappointed. I guess they only care about making money.

What a terrible experience. Burned my dinner twice. The owners and staff were extremely rude to me and my family . After burning my dinner for the second time I asked that I not be charged. They still charged me for food I didn't eat. Go get a microwave dinner rather that eat thier garbage food

Decent service, had to ask for waters. But the food is an absolute must have. It's soooo good. I get pad key mao with chicken. I was hungry, forgot to take a picture before I devoured my meal.

I've ordered here twice now and unfortunately won't be back. The portion sizes are insanely small for the price. The quality is not good either. I ordered Pad Broccoli with beef this time, and I received a container of a soupy gravy. The beef was boiled and bland, absolutely no flavor to the dish at all, and there was literally 4 pieces of broccoli in it. It went straight into the trash. I also ordered the appetizer combo and fried tofu. The combo was absolutely not worth the price, and also taste bad. The spring rolls were not cooked fully, leaving cold crunchy veggies in the middle, the shrimp were the size of a child's pinky, and my salad roll was disgusting. The fried tofu were cold and rubbery.

Overall very bad experience for $60. The entire meal went straight to the trash.

Orange chicken wasn’t tasty at all. It was awful, even though I was really hungry. I paid $18 and threw it in the trash. Besides, the woman who took the order was very unfriendly. I highly do not recommend you to visit this place.

Yellow Curry was awful. Probably the worst I've ever had. I've been to Thailand and ate at hundreds of Thai restaurants. What they serve isn't Yellow Curry, they use water instead of coconut milk, so you get this nasty soup water with a side of rice. Everyone leaving 5 star reviews also thinks Panda Express is amazing. You cheat and use water as a free substitute instead of coconut milk, absolutely shameful that you charge $15 when you're purposely ripping people off.

Absolutely amazing Thai food. I would say their "mild" spice is a bit extreme at least this first time we ordered, I would go with 'no spice' if you order on door dash or online because again the 1 star spice is pretty up there (others also agreed on this point)

Meh. I walked in to order takeout. Cashier was a little rude when I ordered, but friendlier when food was ready. The food itself is decidedly average. The salad rolls were mostly iceberg lettuce. The Pad Pak had a fair amount of chicken, but the dish was bland overall.

Anytime I think of Thai food, I think of this place. Lovely business, I am never dissatisfied and the food is always hot and tasteful. Also a very warm and friendly staff which deserve praise cause I can tell they are honest hard workers.

I've eaten here over fifty times and have never been disappointed. Great authentic Thai food. I am particularly a favorite of the yellow curry. Great place for takeout or dining in. New booths in the restaurant are a plus. Thanks for all the wonderful meals over the past 15+ years!

Horrible! Pad thai was bland and mushy. Curry (higher price, smaller portion than most Thai places) had a plastic taste to it.

On top of the small portion and poor quality, I had ordered the food from the online menu for pickup, and I was charged more than the online menu. I will not make the mistake of going back.

Gave 20$ tip they gave me a 80 percent cream Thai tea that is undrinkable and a very ripe mushy mangos with their mango with sticky rice. The pad Thai was good but the tomatoes didn't taste fresh.

Ordered takeout and there was a long thin piece of sharp metal like from a wine bottle seal. Scratched the heck out of my mouth and throat trying to get it out after almost swallowing it. Now my throat burns and stings and it hurts to swallow. I'm passing on this place from now on.

This used to be our go to Thai restraunt but since COVID the food quality has gone down which is disappointing.

This is probably THE best Thai restaurant in the local area. Anyone giving bad reviews does not know Thai food enough to understand how amazing this place really is.

Their new online ordering system is awesome as well. They offer you choices based upon dietary needs or allergies. I recommend their house-made brown rice. It's a combo of brown and black wild rice. You won't find this at a store.

The staff are always so friendly and helpful as well. The ease of ordering online and being able to make specific choices, additions, or substitutions is the best part of their online ordering service.

They are quick, prompt and if they don't have something or need clarification, the staff will reach out and call you immediately after placing your order to make sure they get things to your satisfaction.

This sort of customer-center service is rare to find these days. The food, the quality of service, and the variety of options they offer makes this one of our top choices when we choose to order online or dine in.

Tasted so clean and flavorful. Their crab puffs are hand made and tastes incredible. The pork rolls were delicious. I cannot say enough how great this food is. Not only all of that but also the restaurant was clean and really made sure the COVID precautions were up to date. DEFINITELY GOING AGAIN!

Ordered golden tusk thai cuisine on doordash. Food packaged well, no utensils or napkins included. No sauces either - wish it came with soy sauce. I ordered the orange chicken and i am very impressed. Orange Chicken is a hit or miss and some have way too strong of an orange flavor. This is a lighter orange taste and a bit spicy - great mix for me. Wife ordered pineapple fried rice - she enjoyed her meal and ranked it a 7/10 due to low quality tasting chicken. My food was 9/10 so we are giving 4/5.

This is be far the best thai food I've ever had! When I travel I check out other thai places and nothing compares to Golden Tusk. My favorite dish is chicken pad thai with 2-star spice, add peanut sauce and a side of crab puffs. Their thai iced tea is pretty good too. Great food and service!

I love this place. They have the most delicious fried pork rolls with sauce and the most delicious healthy chicken soup with lemongrass and coconut milk. I just absolutely love it.

Got a takeout order from here, things just weren't really cooked well. Either masivly overcooked, or raw when they weren't supposed to be. Also found some hair in one item. Not a great experience, but it could have just been an off day.

Having just moved to the area I’ve been trying to find places that I like. Golden Tusk is amazing! Will 100% be going back. I’m also confused because I saw some reviews that their service isn’t great but both waitresses were so kind and timely. My husbands a local and had never been and said he wished he had been going the whole time.

We love having a nearby Thai restaurant that is every bit as delicious as the offerings around the county. I like ordering my food pretty spicy. The level 4 is just right for me there (out of 5). The servers are friendly, and we like the ambiance; it's cozy and local.

The service was good. The fresh rolls are big. The flavors were a little bland in the Tom ka soup which is okay if that is what you want, but I like to taste the Cilantro and lemongrass.

I’m usually not a review writer. But.... this place guys!!! Just hit the spot! I had the yellow chicken curry with 3 star spicyness. My mouth was on fire! But you have to get the sweet mango rice with coconut ice cream. It was the absolute perfect finish to that spicy curry! So good!!!

Great food if you want to try new types of fried noodles! My usual is #36 with round egg noodles (which is perfect with 2 star spiciness) but this past time I got the drunken noodles. It is a really filling food, the noodles are easy to eat and yummy! I would recommend eating here for a sit down lunch.
