The food was tasty, but it seemed they made up for lack of flavor by adding more sugar. Super sweet food, I like my Thai food with more natural spice. Not bad, though. The service was very nice. We had a kind server.

The vibe of the restaurant is great! It feels like a real Thai restaurant and the seating arrangement makes it feel so homey and nice. The service was alright, not fast, but not too slow. The food is the thing I like the least about this place. We ordered Tom Yum Kung and Nam Tok Moo. They were both a lot sweeter than the Thai food we usually had in Thailand. Other flavours were not really there. We ended our meal with the sticky rice mango which tasted good but the rice was too soupy.

The best Thai food I’ve had in Provo! A group of friends and I try many different Thai places as a lunch group and we all agree this one is the best. The service is incredibly friendly and the food is so good! I would highly recommend their ginger tea. It is some of the best I’ve had. If you’re ever in the mood for Thai come here!

We really enjoyed this place! They were super relaxed and helped us get what we needed. We ordered the Pad Thai which was plentiful and delicious. We just walked in, ordered some to go, and then waited while they made it for us. They gave it to us all wrapped up nicely in a little package.

The wait was a little while (~20 minutes), but I would say it was worth it for the food. Pad Thai was $9 and plenty for one person, but not too much. I would go again!

Literally my favorite and the best Thai food place maybe on the planet lol, but 100% in Utah, always the bomb, always kind kind service and wonderful ambience and amazing food EVERY TIME. Wish they got more business cause it's to die for! Just plain good Thai food and lovely service :)

I could say enough about Thai Neighbor Cruisine. My fiancee brought me here and we have been regulars since. Great food for a cheaper price for the amount of food you get. Feels like a hole in the wall type of place and appears to be family run. I love to try different dishes and I have enjoyed each that I have tried. And we recently learned that you can do take out and the food was ready, I kid you not, in like 10-12 minutes after we called! If you are looking for thai in Provo area, you gotta come here. Right now, the parking is a little weird with construction on 300 South, but you can park around the corner on 200 West next to Jimmy's Love Bug and walk over.

This is me and my boyfriend’s favorite restaurant. I used to live in Provo but we’ll still drive down just to eat here and it’s so affordable too it’s insane. Best food ever

This is a phenomenally delicious place. The curries are mouth-watering and my husband and I go out of our way to eat at this place. Deserves so much more attention.

After living in Boston for four years and eating delicious Thai food it's been hard to come back to Utah and find any that compares. Thai Neighbor has been great and I try to get it any time I'm in the provo area. Every dish I've tried I've liked (haven't tried the pad thai though, still don't trust anyone in Utah to do it right haha) and they are well priced and give generous portions.

Didn’t taste much like Thai food. Had some flavor but was pretty bland. We got the red curry, massaman curry, pad Thai, and pineapple fried rice. We got everything mild but the pad Thai had no spice, the pineapple fried rice had little to no flavor, the red curry was mild, and the massaman was very spicy. Out of the 5 of us no one really liked the food but it wasn’t bad. Pretty average Thai for the area though.

I stopped in for lunch. Quoted $5- for lunch specials, but when I went to pay I was charged over $9-.
Food was good and hot when delivered to my table.

The food was pretty good. The staff were a little awkward and the atmosphere is janky. This might be nice for people who like holes in the wall. And there is something to be said for that, but I wouldn't plan on a fancy dinner here. Also it's small, and would not be appropriate for groups larger than 8 to 10 people. Service isn't necessarily stellar.

I walked in and the start-up, budget-dive feel of Thai neighbor made me worry a little. Then the appetizers came out, and they were so delicious I had to order more. Then the tomka gai came out, and it was the best I've ever had(that's my favorite Thai food). Then the Thai iced tea came out, and I wanted to get two more of those. Wow. The food is awesome. Our server, Jenna, was attentive, and the first appetizers were out to us within 5 minutes, fresh and hot. (Cream cheese wontons, you have to try them here.) Anyways, I'll be back with more friends and family. Budget dinner that tastes like a fancy restaurant. Wow, and I don't say that lightly

it’s quiet, not super crowded, and has a variety of foods. I didn’t love the pad thai, it was pretty sweet. more like a sticky noodle dish than pad thai, but good if that’s your thing.

I ABSOLUTELY reccomend this place if you enjoy Thai food or Asian food in general.

Their fried stuff is fantastic because not only is it tasty, it feels significantly less greasy and oily than many other places I've been to.

I love their Pad Thai, I usually get the chicken with mild or normal spicyness and it's always a delight. Their orange chicken is also extremely good. Both have generous portions with lots of meat so you're not just getting carbs for dinner. I can also reccomend their curry.

The meals are only a few more dollars than most fast food places and the quality + quantity makes their food more than worth it. For one person the total is usually about $10-12 for dinner. And it's cheaper during lunch if you get the special.

Service is very quick, so you'll usually have your meal ready within ten minutes, though it can be longer depending on the traffic. You can also order ahead for takeout by calling them to place your order.

I've been trying to spread the word because whenever I go there's almost no one there and I think that's a travesty - it's a little hole in the wall restaurant and I think it deserves far more love than it gets! Everyone I've recommended it to has at minimum liked it, with the majority loving it, so go give this place a try!

This was a great little place!! Small mom and pop business. Food was spectacular! I had the Spicy Pad Phet. It wasn't super spicy, but then I didn't specifically ask for it to be very spicy. Food was fresh. Sometimes I go to Thai restaurants and the chicken tastes like it was cooked the day before. This didn't have that.

Great food at very modest prices, especially after all of the price hikes after the pandemic. The taste on the red curry ($10!!) is equal to anywhere I have been. Possibly could have a bit more chicken and veggies, but otherwise excellent. The atmosphere leaves something to be desired, being very spartan and simplistic. But it is far less important than the quality of the food. Been here twice and I'd return again for sure. Be cautious pulling into the parking to the west of the building.. Even with a Subaru I bottomed out entering a bit too aggressively.

This is normally my son's and I favorite Thai restaurant in Utah county. But today I ordered two lunch specials with yellow and Massaman curry... They were both so salty it hurt to eat them. We had to throw all of the curry away...

Took my fiance here both of us for the first time. Very comparable to a favorite Thai restaurant that we drive to in salt lake. We live in Provo, more than likely we will not ever drive to salt lake. As long as this place is open and the food quality remains the same. We would like to see them. Have fried rice with crispy chicken on the menu. I believe the place in salt lake uses panko for the breading on the fried crispy chicken. Other than that we are very happy with the place. Very quiet. Nice atmosphere. Too bad more people don't seem to visit the place though. Google may not reflect it in this review, but I am a local guide. I travel the country from border to border and ocean to ocean as a truck driver. This is one of the better places that I found to eat right in my hometown

Absolutely superb Thai food. The curry is the best I've found in the county, and I will definitely be coming back for more. The staff are professional and the service is timely. Overall just a wonderful experience.

If I could give 0 stars I would. If I could give negative stars I would. Absolutely horrible!

First of all, we order our food and they all come out at different times. So they really need to work on their timing.

Secondly, they have at the bottom of their menu pages that they're spice range is from 0 to 5. So a 2 would be a bit spicy, but more on the mild side... WRONG. They don't care at all about what spice you order if you say spice then you'll get a huge spoonful that will make it inedible. That happened and I told them that it was too spicy. They said, "You want me to remake it?" We said, "yes, we can't eat that." They take it away and we continue to wait and everyone else gets their food and starts eating.

Thirdly, during the middle of our dinner, we ask where the refire meal is, and they tell us that they're working on a different table. So, no... A refire takes priority.

Fourth, There were other issues with the food itself as well, there were NO cashews in the cashew chicken, there were peas in the pad ka prow, which were not listed on the menu which is a huge allergy red flag! (They also REFUSED to fix it!)

Lastly, we STILL never got the refire and everyone else was finished with their food. When we asked again, he said that he'd have to charge us double and that if it's a loss then he would get fired. That's illegal, and if that's true then the whole place should be shut down. And so, he's just a big fat liar! We told him that it also had peas and he brought it back out (after an hour) and had us point them out. We had to fight hard to get them to refire it and it STILL had peas.

Not worth the hassle of going there. The food wasn't even that great.

TERRIBLE customer service! The food tastes really good if you get the right spice level. But if it comes out too hot they will NOT fix it. And if you're allergic to peas and order something that does not list peas but it comes out with peas they will NOT replace it. But they will yell at you and say that if they replace it then they'll charge you for another meal and if they don't charge you again he would lose his job.

Best cream cheese wontons I've ever had; I crave them. Great lunch deal. Everything tastes homemade.

Nice Thai food. Everything we ordered tasted fresh, with lots of fresh vegetables in the dishes, and good flavor over all. Good options for both vegetarians and meat eaters. I had the chow mein and the yellow curry, both with tofu and both very tasty. The spring rolls and cream cheese won tons were both tasty as well. I will come back again.

So GOOD! Peach Curry? Seriously? Never heard of it, it was great! Pumpkin curry, pad thai, chicken satay and spring rolls....ALL were great. Don't let the looks of the place fool you, it was VERY good!

In fact, I’ve gone with multiple large groups, and nobody has ever ordered something they didn’t love. The service is always great as well, I can’t recommend this place highly enough.

I was a little concerned trying to find this restaurant. Once found and inside, I was greeted by a smile and welcoming, clean dining area. The food is reasonably priced and cooked to order. I was pleasantly surprised by the copious amounts of fresh vegetables in my dish. Full of flavor and nurturing nutrition, this lunch was a win!! I'll definitely be back. This is an undiscovered gem and I highly recommend it.

All dishes are made fresh!! Family owned and operated. Super clean!! I have been coming to this restaurant since they opened and they have pushed their way thru the pandemic. Mom and pop operated and they both be back in the kitchen chopping and prepping everything every day FRESH!!! Go support this small business! You will definitely not regret it! Their dishes and spices are all on point and they use only the best of original ingredients!

Absolutely the most fantastic massaman curry, (we had the tofu it was fabulous) and the mango sticky rice is drool worthy! A quiet, unassuming place but the flavors are on point! Generous portions and service with a smile!

I finally got to go here today after hearing about it from my coworkers and I was very impressed! I loved the food (I ordered Pad Thai) and the restaurant is nicely decorated. Would definitely recommend and will be going again soon!
