We were greeted immediately, shown our table, given our drinks and ordered our food in under five minutes. The atmosphere is clean and bright, there’s beautiful art on the walls and congenial staff. Our food came out in less than 10 minutes! We needed a quick meal because we were pressed for time and the service and speed we got on a Saturday night were just what we needed in a pinch! I placed an online order through the Pho 4Star website (which uses Clover online app) at 11:30 AM for a 2:00 PM pickup. They got a little too efficient and made my order around noon, so it had a nice two-hour nap on a table before I arrived.

Food: Cold, like it was auditioning for a role as pho-sicle.
Service: When I mentioned the issue, the staff told me I should add the pickup time under “Order Details.” Funny thing is, the receipt already has a “Pickup Time” section, which I had filled out.

The grilled pork was a little on the salty side but still hit the spot. Good portion size and I had enough to take home leftovers. My fiancé’s pho was pretty good too.

I was very disappointed today, I love Bun Bo Hue and have eaten them a lot in a lot of restaurants and I know very well what it tastes like, today I ordered Bun Bo Hue and it was nothing more than noodles, meat and hot water, it didn't taste like Bun Bo Hue at all, if you run out you can tell me and I can choose something else, it was very disappointing and I won't be back

The server was kinda rude . We order two soups , teriyaki chicken and taro milk tea. She serves us just put the food in the table with an attitude . We alway been your customer and this is the first time we experience this kind of rudeness . She didn’t ask if we need more refills on our Drinks .

Went here for the first time and they did not disappoint. The pho was amazing, service was great, everyone had an amazing attitude! I have no complaints about this place and really recommend to everyone.

First Time ordering take out and the food was delicious but portions of food were too small for the price I paid for. It was the Thai spicy shrimp with rice, with maybe 5 shrimps and more vegetables then shrimp and a little bit of rice.

This is the absolute best Pho place within 20 miles. The broth is so flavorful and the vermicelli is to die for. If the wife’s mad I bring this home and all is well.

I have been going here for years and today the soup was soo bland and watered down very disappointing.

(12-26-2021 experience) Food and their employees are great BUT their phone needs to get fixed. It is so hard to make an order thru phone and it's been like that for months. A lot of customers have been complaining about it everytime they pick up their food but I guess they haven't done anything about it.

I Have been here before and was treated well food was delicious. Tonight I stood waiting to place my order about 10 min I ordered the pho soup which I have had before and it was cold and greasy no flavor and staff was not as friendly. I absolutely love their Large Vietnamese Summer Roll and their bubble teas. I've been eating here since 2013 and the food and service has been consistently superb. Highly recommend.

I used to eat here and left a good comment before. But today I feel disappointed. Rice and pork chop, pork chop is so dried and hard, fish sauce has no flavor. Nem cuon, rice paper is still hard. Server did not come back to refill our water. And the new way of payment is annoying, when server bring the machine to you and wait for you to select tip. And tip percentage is set at 20% and up. I feel like they force me to tip. I will not come back here in near future.

Spicy beef noodle soup was excellent. Great Boba and Vietnamese coffee, Thai tea rounded out the meal and don't miss the mango sticky rice! Almost too good to tell you about.

I ordered the steak pho on UberEats, expecting standard delivery food: mediocre, lukewarm, half spilled, missing extras, etc. Pho 4 Star is on another level. Not only was the food delicious, but my order arrived perfectly prepared and packaged, and I do mean PERFECTLY. The broth was hot, sealed in its own container. The limes, bean sprouts, and cold toppings were fresh, cold, and neatly arranged in their container for a beautiful presentation. Yes, they managed a BEAUTIFUL presentation out of a Styrofoam container. They remembered my extra limes, Sriracha, and no onions. They included silverware. My coworkers were coming by to ask what I had, lured by the delicious smell. This food was so good that even though I reviewed it on UberEats, I went out of my way to review it here, too. 10/10, I definitely recommend.

I stop by here every few months. They have yummy vegetarian pho with veggie broth and their tofu is super tasty - not just fried extra firm tofu. Delicious tofu pad Thai.

This restaurant is larger than it appears from outside, it’s incredibly open too. I was greeted by the staff upon entry and seated almost immediately. As I was walked over to the table, the person seating me noticed the table had been dirty, so they elected to sit me elsewhere. I really appreciated the attention to detail. The lights are dimmer, so I didn’t notice before it had been mentioned. Everyone seemed super friendly. I ordered the steak pho, lumpia, and a water. It came out to about $22 before tip. That’s great, especially given the portion sizes. The food was delish… 10/10 would visit again!

Waited on the table for a good 10 - 15 mins and there were only 3 other table. Those tables already have their food, our waitress was always in the back (maybe helping the cooks, dont know) but this guy upfront did not do anything and ignored us. He continued ignoring us until we were done with our meals (of course our waitress is still missing) so I got up and I asked the guy upfront for a to go box and for the bill, I didnt understand the guy because he spoked so fast with an accent so I asked to repeat what he said. He stared at me with an attitude and slowly said he will call our waitress. The guy then sitted a lady and within 5 mins he had already checked and got her order and he had a good vibe, laughing and joking around.

The other food we ordered (I forgot the names) are tasteless especially the soup, it was almost at ROOM TEMPERATURE.

Drove 30 minutes for this mess, definitely not coming back.

Food was great, but the service was not.

- Took over 10 minutes to get the drink orders in.
- The server had to be reminded about our Eggroll dish multiple times before it was finally brought out 10 minutes after the entrees.
- And in the end, was about to be charged the wrong amount for our bill, management did fix this issue, but this is a warning for everyone to double check your bill when dining here.

Overall, the food was as great as other Asian restaurants, however the service was lacking, which puts it behind some of the other Asian spots.

Took 40 minutes to take hour order even though not too busy. Not sure how good the food is because I left after long wait.

I ordered the Mongolian beef with fried rice and egg rolls and my husband ordered orange chicken with fried rice and egg roll. The food was really good but the customer service was horrible. I wait for my son’s spoon for more than 10 minutes. The lady do not asked how was are food or if we need anything else. She didn’t asked if you want/need more water and coke.

The meatball pho was delightful, as were the spring rolls and summer rolls. Their Vietnamese coffee was also delicious.

When it comes to dining out, especially during peak business hours for a restaurant on a Friday night, I think we can all agree that we would like to feel as though our needs are met both on the service and the culinary fronts - Pho 4 Star has come through on both such occasions. Upon walking into this well kept restaurant, a prompt and friendly greeting was extended and this well oiled machine began to turn.
As I was seated, it was nice to see that everyone was enjoying their meal; drinks were full, dialogues exchanged, and all while the entire front of house staff watched over their guests from a distance, waiting to serve before they were needed. This proactive group of professionals blew me away with their level of commitment and before I could truly realize what I had walked into my server had already brought out the order of spring rolls. Delicious, perfectly crisp vegetable spring rolls from order to table took less than five minutes, and before I could finish my second one, the Bahn Mi was in front of me. The pickled vegetables were the sidekick who deserves their own spin-off, and the chicken was seasoned and tossed flawlessly; all sitting between a warm, flaky hoagie to tie it together. The cook who prepared this sandwich definitely deserves to be praised for their work as their use of ingredient based ratios formed the quintessential meal that I’m sure will cause longing in the future. This wonderful gem of a restaurant went beyond any expectations that I had prior to my visit, and set a new standard for both service and kitchen skills.

Absolute best pho in the city! Hands down, we drive almost 40 minutes just to eat here the flavor is unlike any others idk what it is but I truly cannot find any that come close to the amazing taste this place has.

Been coming here for years and can't believe I never wrote a review. I always get cheese rolls as an appetizer and the P4 steak pho. Absolutely delicious have never been let down, one of my fav local spots. Done dine in and take out before, both pleasurable experiences.

I've stopped by at random times to order their Rice.
3 times out of 4 they ran out by 1 pm. The four time, they couldn't make orders cuz they had a limited staff that could cook. Someone needs to figure out how to remain stocked for business.

This is my second review and will be my last as I will not order from here again. Because there are so few Thai places to order from in my area I am stuck with this place. I only order Green Curry. Not that difficult. Twice now I have requested extra eggplant. This time I was not charged for the extra but the first time I was charged. Both times not only did I not get extra but got NONE! Which is one of the key ingredients in this dish. But the best part this time, I got an extra special ingredient...potatoes, but alas no eggplant.

This has become one of our favorite restaurants, by far. We’ve ordered delivery from here every single time and it always arrives perfectly as ordered. The food is beyond delicious, tastes fresh, and still hot by the time it arrives. 10/10 recommend!!!

Good was a 10 out of 10 here. I was able to get a seat fairly quickly and once I ordered my food it came fast. My food was hot and fresh. I will definitely return to this restaurant or order on DoorDash again, which also arrived hot.

I have never had an issue until today. My rice was super bland and sesame chicken very dry on the inside. Didn’t offer to replace my food or a refund. Only offered 15% off my next order. So I pretty much wasted $30 and have nothing to eat after my visit.

This restaurant is only ok to visit when it isn’t busy, and on days that don’t end in “y”. The staff are so out of their depth, not sure if it’s due to insufficient quantity of staff or training or both, but regardless don’t expect any type of acceptable service. The food - well, it used to be good. That’s so long as you’re not making a single, tiny amendment to any dish. For example, don’t want Pate on your Bahn mi? Bad luck, stating “no pate” will mean you get pate. Pay extra for a particular sauce, or extra meat? Consider that a donation to the above mentioned terrible service tip jar, because you won’t receive the item you paid for. Order Pho during busy time? You’ll find more herbs in the bottom of the vegetable cooler bin in your home refrigerator, you won’t get any cut citrus, the noodles will fill a child at best and the meat - well - you’ll hardly get any.
Find another Vietnamese restaurant- seriously. We certainly won’t be coming here again.

First time trying this restaurant, fairly priced and good food. I did get as much tendons as I expected though. Summer roll was great too. Service was a plus.

This place is consistently delicious! I love that when I order to go from their website, I can add on 32 oz containers of pho broth. I stock it in my freezer for when we get colds. Everything I’ve had here has been really wonderful - I love their rice vermicelli and hot pots. I’ve missed our favorite Vietnamese restaurant back home and I’m so glad to have found Pho 4 Star.

I used to eat here all the time but the last few month the quality of the food has gone down. I order the B5 with springroll and I ask for no peanuts yet they are always in my plate. I also have been missing the springroll the last fr times I ordered. I usually get through door dash and have had a problem with delivery 3 times, including today. I will no longer continue to eat here after today

Update Jan. 2024: I had the chicken Pad Thai this time. The ingredients were of excellent quality, but I didn't like the sauce. (Ironically, I see I was charged $1 extra for "sauce in the dish".) I guess that's what I get for ordering Thai in a Vietnamese place. 😉

I'd heard of this place, but this was my first visit. I had B12, vermicelli with pork and shrimp. it was pretty good. The ambiance was nice, more upscale than I expected in that strip mall, and the menu was extensive. I can see myself going back when I'm in the area.

I am just letting everybody know to be aware of what you’re eating at this establishment I ordered two orders of curry and as I get halfway through one of them I see something black in my plate. I washed it off and it was a roach. Please beware don’t be a victim as I was I used Uber eats to deliver it to me horrible.l

Great price for the amount of food you get! The food is absolutely amazing. I got a pretty plain order of chicken fried rice and cream cheese rangoons. Didn’t expect them to taste any different from other places.. but man was I wrong. I didn’t expect it to be THIS good! Our server was kind and professional. Walked in and immediately got a table. Lẩu dê nhiều topping và ăn khá ổn nhưng vấn đề là nổi lẩu không có nắp và đợi lẩu sâu khá là lâu. Nhưng khi đến ăn nhân viên có thái độ phục vụ vẫn ổn và không khó chịu với khách, đó là 1 điểm cộng.

We always come here for their pho and boba tea. They have plenty of food options which are all very yummy.

Make sure you know what you are ordering. I wanted a pho with some lean brisket and got the "specialty" pho with a Flintstone rib which was not great and it cost a lot more. Not sure if the person taking my order didn't understand me or if... Otherwise the last time I was there I got what I wanted and it was good. Although I must be getting old because $13 seems a little pricey for a bowl of noodle soup.

I have been here twice in the past month, the service needs work. I came during lunch one day. The first server told me to sit wherever I would like. The woman who works behind the cash register, then told me to move. When I declined because I was already sitting, she proceeded to give me ugly looks the entire time I was there. It was very uncomfortable, and I will not be going back. My family, and I went last night a similar scenario happened. They should move her to the kitchen, and not upfront.

Absolutely good food and great service… until I heard someone in the kitchen area yelling/ cursing with really bad profanity words in Vietnamese. I thought it was a lady’s voice, and wow she was loud. Too bad for me that I have very good hearing and I am from Vietnam, so I understood the intensity of her cursing, and it kind of threw off my mood.
I was there with some of my friends, and I was glad they didn’t understand Vietnamese. Otherwise, I would be so embarrassed. Just wanted to introduce my Vietnamese culture and cuisine to my friends. On the bright side, my friends all loved the food, from appetizers to main courses and deserts.
I’m not sure if I want to bring them back though. I’m not really comfortable hearing those profanity words. I also kind of felt bad for the workers, person or people the lady was yelling at. For me, it’s not just about good tasting food, but also about pleasant atmosphere when it comes to dining in at a restaurant.

I’ve been coming here for a while and usually it’s really good, but for some reason while I was there I received an extremely oily and inedible tofu pho. When I say extremely oily I quite literally had a separate bowl of just pure oil. Who wants to eat a bowl of oil??? When I told the waiter about the oiled pho, all they said was that it was the way the ladle picked up the broth and offered to get me another bowl of pho. I declined because why would I want another bowl of oil. At the end of our meal I didn’t eat a single bite of my pho, so when the check was brought to our table ( it took a while, sometimes the waiters are on their phones sitting down and leave us at the table for 25+ mins after finished w our food, with them no where to be found) I asked if they can take off my pho from the check and I’m definitely not going to pay for something that was drenched and showered in oil which made it inedible, they responded with no I can’t but I can give you 20% off. Excuse me ?? 20% out of our $41 check that I didn’t even eat. Oh well. All in all this place is usually good, but I just had a terrible experience with my oily soup and lack of customer service.

The service was ok, our server forgot to bring us utensils and to get our check for a while.

We ordered the spring rolls which tasted great as well as the sauce but the steak pho bowl we ordered were far from the best we’ve had- it had an odd taste, we were hopping to mask the taste with the siracha but the brand they carry also had an odd taste.

Love this place! Very good food and they always give friendly and prompt service. The only thing that would make it better is the addition of a chili garlic sauce for the tables. The manager spoke to me and actively asked what they could do to improve and this was my recommendation. He seemed to take it seriously and promised to have it next time I came to dine. Disappointing. Pre-pandemic we went quite often for dinner. We decided to go the other night, waited over 5 minutes for someone to come over to us. I asked for a damp rag to wipe the table as it was sticky and was told we could move...I said no need, just please wipe the corner. Finally got that done, then noticed how warm it was in there, as in no AC! It was hot, the food was ok, but we were both served separately and it wasn't as good as it used to be and honestly the service was lacking.
