A menu featuring classic Thai dishes for dine-in & takeout in a relaxed setting with bright walls.
Simply Thai is an absolute gem in Keller! I recently had the pleasure of ordering the summer rolls with peanut sauce, drunken noodles with tofu (level four spice), and a Thai tea. Every bite was delightful and memorable.
Summer Rolls with Peanut Sauce: These were fresh, crisp, and fresh. The peanut sauce was the perfect compliment, creamy and slightly sweet.
Drunken Noodles with Tofu (Level 4 Spice): This dish was a flavorful explosion! The tofu was perfectly cooked, and the spice level provided a kick without being overwhelming.
Thai Tea: Sweet and refreshing, it was a perfect way to cool down after the spicy noodles.
All of this deliciousness came at a very reasonable price; my total bill, excluding tip, was just $22. If you’re in the Keller area and craving authentic Thai cuisine, Simply Thai is a must-visit! Highly recommended!
Quiet place that it seems does mostly take out. Food came out quickly and tasted great. Where the servers stand, you can hear everything they say, which can be awkward if you're the only one in the room. There was also this really creepy fortune telling cat screensaver on the screen while we ate that tilted its head and blinked every now and then. As is common with Thai restaurants, they were out of the dessert I wanted.
Great spot! Food is great and service was phenomenal from the young man. I enjoyed the different options for the spice levels and the atmosphere was great! Pricing was good for what you get out of a nice family owned restaurant. I enjoyed what I assume was the daughter of the owner coloring/sitting nicely in the corner :) had a great family vibe
The service is just fine, the atmosphere is nice. The food unfortunately is very inauthentic and hard to eat. Everything from the food to the iced tea is twice as sweet as it should be. Thai is supposed to highlight a balance of heat, sweat, and savor and the food and drinks here are so sugary you can't taste the flavors that make Thai what it is.
This was the first time trying them out and will probably need to give them another try, hoping this visit was a fluke. We ordered to go over the phone, the service was friendly and polite when taking order and picking up, however, no utensils in the bag, and when we ordered the soup I was expecting spices on the side after reading the menu I guess you order it with the side level, would had been nice if she asked that. The soup had great flavor just wanted some spice. We also ordered crab ragoons, loved the flavor inside but couldn't enjoy them because the tops were over cooked and the bottom was doughy... Not sure if that's how they're supposed to be. We will give it another try because we enjoyed the flavor and like to support local, they always having people coming in and out so I know they stay busy, restaurant was clean and charming inside
Been here twice and the food has always been good but I don't get why it's always almost empty! They have a lot of order/pick up traffic but not much of families or people sitting to eat. The decor is nice enough, no frills or thrills but they need to work more on ventilation. There is an initial smell of fish that could turn some sensitive noses off but it wears off after a while. Food was presented well and customer service was great. You don't have to wait forever to get your meals or bills.
First visit, ordered ‘Kao Pad Kee Mao’ spicy fried rice and spring rolls. Spring rolls are well made, chef forgot to spice up the fried rice so gave Chilly paste and Flakes on side, fried rice was well done, fresh ingredients and you can taste the veggies fresh, will visit again, super nice staff, huge seating area and quick service
I have ordered through DoorDash from them for a year. Tonight I ordered and they said they were too busy to fulfill my order! It was one dish and would have been picked up by DoorDash! Too busy to fix one dish for a regular customer?? I guess I didn’t spend enough money to be valued! In that case I’m too busy TO EVER ORDER FTOM THEM AGAIN! There are several highly rated Thai restaurants near me! They do not value regular repeat customers enough to make a single dish when THEY ARE TOO BUSY! Goodbye and good riddance!

The food never disappoints here!
Price is competitive.
The service today with Lauren was a tad unprofessional and could use improvement.
Otherwise, I'd highly recommend this place.
Quite disappointed with the portion size after I ordered a $10 noodle dish and a $14 chicken dish. Probably a half portion from any other place that I would’ve ordered from. Food was good but I felt like I was being robbed on the portion size

Portions have gotten smaller but higher prices. Still good food
Know the owners but the food is spectacular, he is genuine Thia!!! And cooks like it as always food was fantastic and I have tried a lot of the entees, and appetizer's!!!!!
Ordered delivery through door dash on Monday 11/25 , wanted to give it a try. I ordered Pad Woo Sen with tofu and crispy spring rolls. It was so good, I ordered the mixed vegetable with tofu and crispy egg rolls that night for dinner (it was the only thing I ate monday).
I'm afraid I may have gotten food poisoning as I vommited the next morning and was in the E.R. with muscle aches, headaches and dizziness as well as abdominal pain. I'm still recovering. I'm not sure I will eat here again due to my experience.
Thai with spice

I really wanted to love my delivery order, but my vegetarian red curry was super watery and it had chicken in it.

Best thai place I've tried so far. I moved away and I been trying to find a place to replace yall but I still haven't.... just tried the worst place in my new area and thought about yalls food 😔
The food is amazing, the service is excellent and the atmosphere is great. I will definitely come here again. I have already saved it in my Favorite list. I ate the Chicken skewers, the Tom Kha soup and the summer rolls.
Nice place. Decent Pad Thai, very sweet Thai Tea. Been here numerous times, always a good experience.
Amazing Thai food.
I eat here often and it's always been good.
They offer both vegetarian and vegan options.
My most recent favorite is the drunken noodles.
I gave them 1 star because thats way I can write Review.
We used to order lunch and came for dinners but not sure anymore.
Yesterday evening, we ordered one Pad Thai and Drunken noodle.
Drunken noodle was okay, not so great as dinner portion, but
Pad Thai, so much sauce and oil sitting in plate under noodle.
we mixed everything in plate quite well,
still plenty of sauce and oil there.
Maybe the chef forgot and added sauce twice! flavor got salty
So we asked waitress to fix the meal
Showed her the plate and she saw whats going on. She said okay and grabbed a small noodle bowl after some mins.
We thought it was to fix the Oily meal!
later, they added 4 extra dollar in Bill!!!
Didn't make sense at all. We didn't order extra noodle, we asked to fix the meal bec it was oily and salty overall. Who gonna order plain noodle to eat?we can just cook ourselves at home!
Small noodle bowl doesn't even seem cost like a dollar! Please do not benefit from customers this way.
When we received the bill and said we can't pay that extra 4 dollar which we didn't order, they didn't care at all.
Asked them why the food was oily and salty. They said thats how they cook the Pad Thai. We were expected much better
customer service.
Nobody cook padthai salty and oily except this dish. Its not our first time trying Pad Thai.
and kitchen was so noisy that we hear everything from outside. We paid to eat, not asking free foods!
Please respect to customers!
I didn’t have a service issue, the taste of the food was my main regret in dining at this restaurant again. I ordered the red curry pumpkin with tofu and vegetables with hot tea and drunken noodles with tofu to go. My table was a bit dusty and my mug was dirty. I asked for a different mug, but then the tea was lukewarm. The young lady kindly removed it from my bill. The pumpkin curry was soupy and very sweet. I asked for it to be boxed so I could fix it up at home. I’ll add potatoes to cut the sugar. I asked to get my to go order for dine-in instead. It was okay. You get a larger portion size than what’s typical with drunken noodles. Overall I think the customer service was fine. The taste of the food was really my issue and the cleanliness. The ambiance is nice, but stuff on the floor or tables detracts from the atmosphere for me. I know I was the only dine-in guest, but with two ladies at the counter and one in training, doing a quick sweep and wipe can’t hurt. Again, not my main issue, just worth noting for a full review.

Went to Simply Tai - Keller, Tx 5/18/2024 for first time with a family group of six - sit-down In restaurant meal. On several levels was Not impressed. First, the food was only fair. Was there during a slow time, not many people. Second, the waitress was nice enough but she didn't seem to listen very good to requests. Maybe part of that was the apparent 'policies' of the restaurant. I request More lemons for our six waters, asked her to bring a small BOWL of lemon slices for everyone. She brought me ONE Very small 1/2 oz plastic container of small pieces of lemons - for Just ME, not for the group as asked for. The type of Small container that comes with your typical 'Take-out' order - which is fine for That. I had to Ask for More lemons as the person sitting next to me wanted more, however I knew others would too. She Then brought out ONE more of the Tiny Plastic container, which was only half full, JUST for That ONE person - Not the Group! Then, I requested sowe (spelling wrong) sauce, again - only I, Again, received One small container (take-out size) for only myself. Remember - this was a Sit-down, in the restaurant meal - NOT a take-out! Who Ever has heard of/experienced what should have been a nice - Restaurant experience which Included all the typical condiments In A Bottle/Bowl ON THE Table which the party could have ready access to! Same experience when I requested Hot Pepper oil!! Can the Waitress not Understand when condiments which are not on the table is requested - that the request is For The entire Party to utilize. IF something Special was being asked for And it was specifically noted that Only That person had a need for That item, well that would be different. There was nothing about the In-restaurant experience that was pleasant or relaxing - when you have to almost beg for More, for Enough for The Group/for everyone! It is obvious that This owner doesn't know how a In-restaurant experience/meal is Suppose be DIFFERENT from Take-out to home order/meal!! WHY would an owner 'Ration' condiments, or anything typical for a sit-down meal, to it's patrons?? Why? Are they That hard up for Profit/money?? If they are then they should not be in business. Obviously not a happy camper/Customer! Beyond understanding... Btw - a 20% Tip as Already INCLUDED in the bill! I normally do tip 20% - for good service and experience. Neither of which we received. In this case I would have only tipped 10% - but I paid the 20% Because I was with a family group celebrating two birthdays. So I did not want to cause an additional negative experience/scene. Never again going back....
I recently found this place and absolutely loved their food. However, the customer service can be better. I stopped in today May 14, 2024 7:11 pm. as I usually do this on my way home. Normally, there’s a pleasant young man that always helps me at the counter today. Today there were two young ladies who appeared to be new.
As I was awaiting my order. I was looking towards the counter with my mind and other places not necessarily paying attention to the counter. As I was leaving I heard the young lady say she kept looking up here.
I placed my order. I did not realize that The summer rolls came with shrimp. The young man that usually works there always asked do I want shrimp or all vegetables. I called back to notify them of this and explain that I’m allergic to shrimp and that I was unaware again that this is how they were made. The young lady apologized offer to replace them, and attempted to hang up in which I stated you didn’t ask me my name at that time she asked me for my name. I gave her my name and then asked for hers so that I can reference that I spoke to her when I came back up for the for the replacement. She told me she couldn’t give me her name and my name would just go on the wall. I’m huge on customer service and the service dictates whether I continue to patronize the business or not. Until the customer service gets better I’m gonna pass for now. It’s unfortunate because I love the food.
Fantastic, cozy little Thai spot with some great grub. I've lost count of the number of lunch specials I've eaten here. The staff are always friendly, the food is always ready in a jiffy, and the vibes are always relaxed. The drunken noodles have a tasty sauce that goes great with the egg. The larb salad is absolutely delicious if you're watching calories. If you have been sleeping on this spot to frequent other Thai joints in the area, then you owe it to yourself to check them out.
Service was appalling! Recently I called for catering plater cost since we wanted to order a few trays but wanted to get pricing and tray sizes. Called 2-3 weeks ahead and a guy picked up. As soon as I asked the first question for pricing he absolutely knew nothing! Kept putting me on hold to ask and eventually came back saying the owner will not answer questions and I need to call back following day. How do you work there and not know anything?! I called the next day, asked for owner, was told owner will call me back. 4 days go by without getting a call. Called again for pricing and a girl said she didn't know anything about catering pricing. I tried 1 last time and advised this was my 3rd attempt and was told the owner would call me. I WAS NEVER CONTACTED!!! Super unprofessional and rude! They certainly lost business for a big party. Oh, and they are definitely quick to turn people away earlier than the closing times their door displays! Shame on how you do business!
Owner is rude. Says what she has to say and then constantly interrupts while the customer is talking. Especially if the customer is making sense. The only polite person on the team seems to be the guy maybe he sometimes doubles as the chef but he is very good with front of house. The owner or manager is Super rude.
Update: In response to what the Manager has posted below. Yes I did mention Im a regular customer and the server did mention the policy. So I immediately took items off the order to reduce the total. She put me on hold and got the manager. Who proceeded to talk down to me and “explain” the policy again in a most high handed way. And would not let me finish a single sentence without interrupting me. When I asked her to let me finish, she said we have a full house here( in other words I don’t have time to talk- I pointed out that she had taken her sweet time explaining her POV (superfluously), at which point she said if you want to place an order go ahead and then proceeded to Hang up on me.
My review therefore only detailed the behavior of the manager. However now I might as well offer my POV. $100/- really? The prices alone would send any order to that limit quickly. And on a busy weekend- definitely people order more food. Come on- I’ve ordered food from hole in the wall places and fine restaurants. So the argument that customers order food and don’t show up ( this was the reason cited) should have driven them all to ask for pre payment. NO ONE has asked me. Anyway thats my rant.
But my original review stands- the manager’s high handed approach, talking down and interrupting constantly and finally Rudely hanging up- is not acceptable
Food is good prices are reasonable
Simply Thai is by far the best authentic Thai restaurant in the Ft Worth area.
I ordered 2 Thai Ice Tea, Pad Khee Mao Moo (Spicy Drunken Pork Noodle [dried stir fried]) and my son had Khao Pad Khee Mao Moo (Spicy Drunken Pork Fried Rice).
Definitely recommend if you like Thai food
Great Pad Thai and Drunken Noodles / Pad Kee Mao.
First time going there and will never be back again. There was probably about 3 to 4 other tables and we ordered appetizers first and when they came out the potstickers were burnt so we asked for them to be remade and they looked annoyed that we asked. We asked twice for chopsticks and a side of soy sauce and chili sauce. They come out in these little bitty Prepackaged plastic containers, so of course asked for more. Again, poor attitudes. Next ordered our food entrées. They left our dish of burnt potstickers on the table and entire time. I had ordered my Chicken Vegetable stirfry at a spice level of three so that I could share it but if they could give me extra chili sauce so I can make the spice the way I want it. When the entrées came out, there I were little vegetables, I had also traded the cabbage out for bamboo shoots. I had let one of the servers know that I did not get them in my stirfry he went to the back and another one of the servers came out. She told me that they are in there just that they were shredded she continued to say they were out of The ones they usually buy when they bought them so that is what they had to use, I asked her if she could make sure it was taken off the bill. The whole reason I ordered them is for the crunch, still annoyed looks were given. We tasted our food and all the sauces were sweet mine was nowhere close to a 3. Had to ask multiple times for drink refills and to go boxes. As we were eating, they were cleaning tables and sweeping around us, so it was just easier for us to leave as that is how we felt I left still left a 20% tip because working in the service industry. We understand that there are bad nights but the fact that everybody in there had a poor attitude I debated doing so. If you do go and they have a bad attitude when you get there don’t stay because it doesn’t get better.
Pretty good Thai food for not a lot of money. Highly recommend.
Absolutely amazing food! Great flavors and variety! Got the “Drunken Noodles” and it was soo good! Will be a frequent customer.
Very comfortable and chill spot. Came out to Keller to visit family and thankfully this gem was open. The food was truly exceptional. We eat Thai food all over DFW and we left talking about how we would just drive the 40 minutes to come back here alone. Completely unique menu items. Possibly the best versions of the items you can find everywhere. It was a really great experience and meal. Thank you
Two wait persons working together seamlessly made our visit great! Food is awesome!
Thai food here is really good. Had the spicy fried rice with beef. Super flavorful with good ingredients.
This is probably my favorite place to eat.
The food is always exceptionally good, the service is fast, they’re consistent, they’re reasonably priced, they’re close to my house, and the vibe in there is perfect. It’s calm and smells good with nice decor and background music.
Excellent Pad Thai..
I really like the decor, and friendly server. But my dishes seems to be a little too salty for my taste.
Finally found a good Thai spot.
I put in an online order and they missed it but when I got there, they let me skip the line and got it out real fast. I’m assuming the manager did a great job of correcting the issue will be back.
Small restaurant but super yummy. I had the garlic chicken, which was excellent. It came with lots of very fresh perfectly cooked veggies. My husband had some chicken curry. The prices were extremely reasonable for the excellent quality and quantity of food. Simply Thai is our new favorite restaurant.
Great Thai food and the server Jackson was friendly and fast. Definitely a great spot with spice levels for everyone
Good food
This our new favorite Thai spot. We order 2-3 times a month. Food is consistently great with reasonable pricing.
Simply Thai in Keller was a great dinner spot for meeting with friends! We each ordered something different to compare with each other. We all said we liked what we got! This was my first time trying breaded chicken at an Asian restaurant, and I was pleasantly surprised! I enjoyed the sweet and sour chicken!
Food was very delicious and reasonably priced!
Best Thai food around!!!
Tried for the first time based on the reviews. Got the Cashew Chicken. Was disappointed as the entree was fairly flavorless, contained few actual cashews and the portion size was pretty small especially given the cost.
The food was delicious! Flavors, and intensity were great. The dining area was comfortable, and well decorated. The service was great also. Looking forward to eating here again.
We ordered via uber eats for family on mother's day Shrimp rolls -good, Chicken Satay-Good, Red Curry-very watery and very salty, not much Thai flavor, chicken unmarinated, few veggies which were overcooked and mushy. Green curry same very watery and salty, bamboo shoots nice, chicken unmarinated, veggies mushy. Chicken in Drunken Noodles (Pad Khee Mao) slightly better and dish overall good but still oily.
I must start with saying that I have been on the hunt for good Thai Cuisine and I have found some great spots in our area but I have to be brutally honest with my review of Simply Thai. My wife and I ordered red curry, yellow curry, crab rangoons as well as a Thai tea. Both of the curries were very very small portions with only a few small little pieces of chicken and it tasted like there was a whole bag of sugar was dumped into it. I never do this but we both ended up dumping it down the disposal. The Thai tea was the same way. Over sweetened would be an understatement. Rangoons were not bad but super tiny. Very disappointed. Won't be coming back.
Excellent food and service! A true Thai experience! Give this location a try😎
Worst curry I ever had. It gives the impression they cook the curry in a big pan and keep adding water as people order. At the end, no taste at all, it is like eating dirt water with rice. I order the red curry and my wife the yellow. This place used to be good, I think now they give priority to Uber orders, so the dine in is ignored.
Stopped by for a quick lunch, this place is amazing. The quality of the food and service is very good. We came in, ordered, and barely 10 minutes later we were presented with our food. The food was so good, by far the best Thai food I've ever had (I definitely recommend the crab Rangoons). If I were to recommend a restaurant for Thai food, Simply Thai would be that place!
Nice place we ordered over a $100 worth of food. All tasted delicious
Food was too salty , overcooked , and papaya salad does not have any spice level and they use frozen beans in papaya salad. I had tried Thai food in so many places, this one was just ok. Too much salt was the issue with my food I could-not even eat half of it
Drunken noodles with chicken are fantastic! We have tried multiple things on the menu and have loved each dish! Spice levels are accurate and although they are understaffed, the service was still great! Simply Thai is our new go-to Thai place!
The food is excellent! This was my 3rd visit in a month. I'd definitely recommend it! It is a nice, simple neighborhood place that is quite comfortable. I do, however, dislike the idols.
Delicious. I order the pad thai and was authentic. The crab Rangoon is my favorite ever. This place is perfect for a dinner or quick lunch. Fast service.
Our favorite Thai spot!
Simply delicious food, the curry and fried rice are incredible.
We have lived around the corner from this place for many years and have just never tried it. Boy, that was our mistake. The food is fresh and about as tasty as it can be. Not really a "curry" person but plenty of options. Their menu seemed a bit more extensive in person than online? It does seem like most of their business is takeout. I get it, but that can also leave the staff a bit overwhelmed at times. Not a huge issue at all because we just had to remind them and it was taken care of immediately. This would be the only reason not to give it 5 Stars. It is every bit a 4.5 Stars restaurant and we will definitely come back!
Ordered through Uber. The spicy fried rice wasn't spicy and the pad Se Eew tasted like old grease so I had to trash it.
Ordered Summer Rolls from this place over the weekend, but they didn’t put whole shrimp in my rolls. They only gave me shrimp tails. First and last time here. I will never be back. My rolls were extremely stuffed with vegetables, probably to hide the fact they only put shrimp tails. Yes, they are cheap, but the shrimp is basically what we’re paying for and I only get a third of the shrimp?? I even tipped on to- go and because of ppl always begging for tips I haven’t done that in a while. However situations like these, inadequately prepared food, is why I stopped tipping for mediocrity; especially on to- go. Simply Thai, thanks for the reality check!
One of the best place for thai food.
Great food and decent prices. Nice atmosphere and service was quick.
Delicious curry!
A great little business restaurant tucked in a strip mall. Great food at an affordable price with dine-in and carryout options. I hope this place never goes out of business because they staff and food are remarkable.
The service has always been exceptional & food comes out fast! We love to order the Drunken Noodles & the Spicy Basil entrees when we order from here. Best Thai Tea in the area as well.
Absolutely completely rude. I ordered a very simple Beef Pad Thai lunch order and was completely rushed off the phone by the use of exaggerated breathing, short tone with me and completely rude as if I was an inconvenience. I made a comment regarding it, I said “wow … ummm ok?” and she basically told me that she was too busy to be on the phone with me because she has two tables that just walked in and she’s the only one. I said, “well I’m a new customer and well nevermind I’m will cancel my order then” and her response was “OK fine, it’s whatever” and hung up on me.
She was completely rude! And I was driving all the way from downtown Dallas to pick up food at this restaurant because … I was literally about five minutes away from the restaurant when this incident happened. I drove 40 minutes for absolutely nothing. I will definitely make sure to tell everyone I know to never order here. They do not care about customers especially their new customers. Absolutely horrible. Obviously I was really excited to get food from this restaurant, but now the way she treated me with hurtful and completely unappreciated.
Food was excellent! Beautifully served, and the room was nice. They are understaffed, so cut them some slack.
We tried the Tamirand duck for the first time. Most excellent! Btw, it is a little sweet, so be careful pairing with a curry or other spicy dish. We got the pumpkin curry (one of our favorites).
Excellent food!! My new favorite Thai restaurant.
Worst Thai food I've ever had. The beef was so overcooked it was like chewing on leather plus it was coated in some strange breadcrumbs that made it seem like there was sand in the dish. I wish I had went to my normal place instead of here.
Not super impressed with the fare. Lad Na was a gloppy mess with the noodle overcooked and clumpy, the gravy was tasteless with an overabundance of starch without the classic thai bean taste. The Pra Ram special did not look especially appetizing, a handful of pre-cooked chicken breast slivers tossed with a non-descript red sauce which looks nor taste anything like what was described in the menu. The tamarind duck on the other hand was a flavor bomb and I would order it over and over again.
Spring rolls are amazing! They're so nice, fun, and helpful. Always eager to answer questions.
All menu items we've tried are always served up hot and fresh.
Good Tom Kha soup and Krispy veggie spring rolls highlight their nice selection of entrees.
We like the spicy basil with pork, the spicy fried rice (my wife has them add bean sprouts) or the drunken noodles with chicken and shrimp.
Good local favorite for dine-in or take out.
Really great lunch menu.
ordered pad woon sen. chicken level 4 was very good
DONT GO HERE !!! This place is absolutely nasty, the worst Thai food I’ve ever had. I love Thai food and we had to spit out multiple things because it was so bad. Save your money PLEASE don’t go here.
This place is delicious. Favorite restaurant right now. I can eat here everyday.
I love this place. My favorite place to get lunch between shifts. The staff is wonderful and the food just as great. The inside is super cool and is relaxing. Never had a bad experience here and everything I've tried is good and tastes fresh
Honestly blown away by the quality and intensity of flavor here - especially the curry!! My family got lunch here after enjoying takeout earlier in the week, and we got the chicken satay (tender and super flavorful) crab Rangoon (BEST I've had, actually could taste the crab and vegetables not just cream cheese) plus green and yellow curries and more! The lunch special is a fantastic deal and I was shocked by how delicious the tangy, warming, aromatic Tom Yum broth was 🍛🥡
Would be 5 stars if they offered spice levels when taking your order or provided a spice tray option.
Worst people. There is a short fatty lady who don’t have any manners and dont even knos how to respect customers. If you need good food and respect then this is not correct restaurant
Delicious! We are adding this to our rotation of favorite restaurants. This place was clean, decorated well, delightful service, and the FOOD was sooo good!
We tried the drunken noodles, pad se eew, coconut soup, Tom Yum soup, house salads, and the kids are the chicken teriyaki. The drunken noodles were my favorite, well balanced at a level 2 heat, the coconut soup had a light citrus flavor which we enjoyed and the kid’s chicken teriyaki was perfectly fried.
Great pad thai and price is right. Always quiet
Good Food Overall BUT, I ordered chicken Teriyaki and got shrimp with noodles, i understand times are tough and most places are short staffed but the staff there were a little on edge
Food is good, service can be better.
food is amazing, service is good :)
Tried the panang curry, it was really watery and the taste was off compared to others Ive had. Its usually my go to in most places but would not order this again.
Food was wonderful.
Our go to Thai place in Keller. Yum!
Server Justin was great! We had red and green curry and Pad Thai and all of it was great! Fast service, food was hot and tasted fresh. We will be back!
Best Thai Place!
This place is go good. Some of the best pad Thai. The pumpkin curry dish is sooooo amazing. Good vibe. Friendly. We'll be back!
A really great Thai restaurant. Take out is quick and the staff is friendly. We had Pad Thai and Drunken noodles. Both dishes were delicious.
I absolutely LOVE Simply Tai! I always get the garlic pad kra tiem level 2 spice and sticky rice and mango. It's always delicious! The waitress is nice too. ;-) Don't hesitate to eat here! The food is FRESH and tasty! Yum, I can't wait to eat here again!
I can not say enough good things about this place! Hands down one of the best Thai places around in Keller! The service is great with friendly staff and the food comes out quickly. So far I've only dined in for lunch a few times but have ordered out plenty and the food is always incredible! Try this place out - you'll be wondering how you didn't know about this place sooner!
Ordered take out tonight and so glad I did! The gentleman on the phone that took my order was extremely pleasant, customer service is important and they excelled at it. The food was delicious! Ordered chicken pad Thai level 3 perfect amount of heat, the chicken curry puffs were excellent and handmade, and the mango sticky rice was great as well. We will be back! You have a customer for life.
my new favorite Thai place great food and good service.
We got the Drunken Noodles and Massaman Curry. The Curry was tasty with the rice that came with it. The Drunken Noodles were awful. There was so much salt flavor you couldn't taste anything like the meat or vegetables. Disappointed a meal was wasted.
First time to try this place tonight and it was delicious! Perfect amount of food and perfect spice levels. 5 stars for sure!
I paid $19 for spicy fried rice and crispy spring rolls. The rice had no flavor or spice, and the fried egg rolls were actually cold. That was my first and last trip.
Tom khai is delicious, creamy ,and just enough sour 😋😍. Aroma and taste of herbs shines bright.
Excellent food!!! This place was a find and I plan to cone back, for sure
One of my go-to favorites!! Justin was an especially great server. Very attentive, nice and fun. My boyfriend loves the peanut sauce. I recommend the “Pad Se Ew with chicken”
Really good, will definitely be back soon.
👍
The food was amazing and all the staff was very friendly. I will definitely be back.
Delicious food and the people are really nice really do recommend .
Very good food, great service totally worth the wait!
Terrible service
Dirty
Really fresh and nice tasting. One small critique...I ordered my pad thai spicy (4/5 per their scale) and there was absolutely zero heat to the dish. Maybe a 0 or 1 out 5. If I ask for it spicy, I do really want it to be spicy. So that was very disappointing. Next time I'll order a 10/5 for heat so I can actually discern some spice.
Went to a different Thai restaurant in Southlake. Husband and I keep comparing flavor and quality and price to Simply Thai. What a mistake trying anywhere else. Simply Thai is hands down the best Thai restaurants!!!
Found this place by accident and have been in love with it ever since! The pineapple fried rice is AMAZING! I like spicy food so I usually get a 4 but find that the spice level isn’t always consistent but the service is impeccable and they’ll bring you a side of spice if you ask for it.
Today I went in and revived the same amazing service and food as always.. HOWEVER, a customer brought their small dog in! I’m a dog lover myself but didn’t appreciate a dog being INSIDE the restaurant. It would’ve been different had there been an open air pet friendly patio. None of the employees seemed to care or said anything so for that reason...4 stars!
Excellent.
We dined in recently with a large group. The food was amazing, the service was fantastic and the staff was super friendly. I’m a new fan for sure!
We had been there frequently for a while. Food was always good, especially my husband loved their noodle soup. Cute ambiance, has some romantic feel, great for Friday date night.
Unfortunately the last visit was a sort of let-down. Haven't been back since then. I reported the issue to the restaurant a while back but had received no response.
Issue (1): we visited during lunch hours, ordered a lunch deal, but the waiter charged for the dinner deal. I emphasized I was ordering a lunch deal, even pointed my finger out on the lunch menu. The waiter didn't honor what I originally ordered when addressed
Issue (2)all the vegetable chunks in my curry were fully spoiled and not edible at all.
It is completely understandable miscommunication or spoiled ingredients could happen sometimes. What matters is how you handle it to make it right when an issue is addressed, which I couldn't see it in this event. Those 2 factors left a bad taste in my mouth in the end.
Best thai we have found yet! Definitely will be back again.
The chicken curry puffs were amazing! Each puff was perfectly golden brown and delicious on its own. The plum sauce was the best I have ever had and really puts the appetizer over the top. This is a "must try."
We also ordered the yellow curry chicken and pad thai. I could tell they use quality, fresh ingredients. Much better than most thai places we have tried. It more than makes up for the slightly smaller portions (compared to all the mediocre restraunts that give quantity over quality).
The tomato and pineapple in the curry really gave it some novel flavors that surprised us. I make instapot curry and can't wait to try these fruits in it to change it up.
The pad thai was excellent and served with a generous amount of very fresh sprouts, which made for a nice crunch in every bite.
The ONLY complaint we can think of is that both dishes were ordered spice level 3 and the pad thai was very mild (like a 1). We still enjoyed both dishes immensely and will probably order the exact same things next time we visit.
Friendly place, delicious food!
Great food, good people. Would eat again. :)
Lovely spice
SO good! Fresh veggies and incredible flavor, and the gentleman working tonight was very kind. Overall, we had a great experience. We will be back!
Love their summer rolls. I have ordered them a few times now and can't get enough. Their peanut sauce is amazing. Better than any other place. Can't wait to try the other stuff on the menu. It all looks so good.
They regularly mess up the orders, 3 out of 4 times in the past to be precise, offer free entree coupon,; but keep the coupon with themselves and later on refuse to honor one. Customer has no proof of the free voucher!
Completely fraud and dishonest business
We ordered Fried Shrimp Rolls, Pad Thai w/pork, Pad See Eew, and kids Crispy Chicken Nuggets. We ordered takeout due to the pandemic, so we didn't get to experience the restaurant service. The food was really good and the manager was great. We recommend this place.
Super nice staff fantastic customer service
I called to ask about ordering a whole fish. I asked to order a whole tilapia, but what I received was fish fillets.
We were very disappointed. Because we specifically asked prior to ordering, and we placed an order for 3 whole fish.
I called back to express my disappointment, but no one cared.
We won’t be back because of the lack of honesty .
Great Thai at great prices! No dining in currently.
Try the crispy chicken basil! Best item on the menu.
Love this place ! Like someone else mentioned, (Pre- pandemic) not sure why this place is so empty most of the time ? Their food is so good ! Flavorful, good portions, and their service is always friendly. The restaurant is always clean and the setting is simplistic and traditional. Love ordering to - go and dining in when we were able to. I hope they get a lot more business in the future.
They make fantastic food, and are conveniently located profit next to a grocery store. So I can call I'm my order, pick up a few quick groceries, and then grab my dinner to go in one easy place.
Friendly server, well attentive, amazing food!!
Friendly staff and delicious pad Thai!
Everything about my experience at Simply Thai was wonderful.
Our cashier was very welcoming and friendly. We did a carry out order due to COVID-19 but the restaurant looked like it would be a wonderful place to dine in.
We ordered: Fried Tofu, Pork Spring Rolls, Chicken Pad Thai (level 2) and Beef Pad Kee Mao (Level 5).
The tofu was perfectly cooked, the sauce they include on the side was delicious.
The spring rolls were THE BEST spring rolls I’ve ever had!
The pad Thai was very, very tasty and the pad kee mao was perfect and just the right amount of spicy.
I’m no Thai food expert, but this is easily some of the best I’ve had in North Texas.
*I used take-out & the food was still hot when I I got home. *Simply delicious! The homemade HOT Chili sauce... WOW amazing!
* Nice folks.
*I will definitely be coming back to enjoy this.
Love everything about this place, can't recommend it enough!
Very very tasty food like heaven in my mouth! I fell in love with my first taste and have wanted to return since. Hopefully today I'll have that opportunity.
Highly recommend! Honestly, it’s the best authentic Thai food in the FTW area...Staff is amazing, We eat here weekly and have never had a problem or complaint .
Food was excellent. Service was really good. Prices were quite reasonable. Definitely a keeper.
Very nice place and fantastic food !
Excellent.. perfect service, great food.. Couldn't ask for better....
