Authentic Thai Restaurant
We enjoyed it and will be back. We had green curry (spice level 4) and shrimp spring rolls. I loved the peanut sauce/dip of spring roll, but they had been prepared earlier because the rice wrap was a little tough. The green curry was tasty and spice level wasn’t bad at all. The tofu was too chewy but the chicken was excellent. The rice was a big disappointment for me - a little on the gummy side rather than just sticky. Service was good, but had to pour my water in my husbands glass because no one was checking it. She did bring it when I flagged her down. Overall, the service was very good: prompt and courteous.
Good Thai. Little on the expensive side. Bowl of chicken Tom kha and pad see ewe will run you $20.
There was no request for spice level when ordering. Had to ask for additional hot sauce. They'll provide their own sauce and Sriracha.
The gluten free pad Thai didn't have any sauce, but was still tasty.
I’ve dined-in and gotten takeout here for years but have admittedly been horrible at leaving reviews. But I’m a realtor now and have a newfound understanding of the importance, so I’m sitting in JaiWai for dinner as I write this review. This is a great little underrated Thai place on the Georgetown square. Location is perfect for a meal before or after walking around and checking out all the shops. My go-tos are the basil fried rice, prik king, pad kee mao, and yellow curry. I get everything spice level 5 and have never been disappointed in flavor, portion, or presentation. If you enjoy Thai food, definitely check it out!
Very unassuming restaurant in downtown Georgetown!
The food here is quite delicious! So far, I’ve had the Sweet and Sour dish and the Red Curry. Both dishes were wonderfully flavorful and satisfying. So many wonderful vegetarian options!
The menu is so large that it’s a little overwhelming. I recommend reading it over before you get to the restaurant so you can get an idea of what they offer. Also, the hours are a bit odd, so check before you go!
Overall, I highly recommend this place if you’re craving SE Asian food!
Not the same quality anymore. So sad. Like other restaurants on the Georgetown square, high food costs and labor overall are killing quality and quantity.
The Thai Fried Rice with combo meat was nothing but mushy rice, the meat was barely there. No veggies. HORRIBLE.
We have always loved Jaiwai, and this is sad.
I surely hope they fix this and actually start serving quality and quantity again soon.
At Jaiwai Thai Kitchen, the beef pad Thai is nothing short of a gastronomic revelation, a symphony of flavors and textures that catapults the dish into the realm of culinary artistry. Let's delve into the intricacies that make this experience truly extraordinary.
The beef, expertly sliced and seared, embodies a perfection seldom achieved. Its exterior boasts a tantalizing caramelization, providing a delightful contrast to the interior's juicy tenderness. The marriage of these textures amplifies the overall enjoyment of the dish, creating a dynamic interplay that keeps taste buds intrigued with each bite.
What sets Jaiwai's pad Thai apart is the ingenious choice of noodles. Far from being a mere alternative, these noodles act as the culinary backbone, absorbing the rich, nuanced flavors of the sauce. Their broad surface area provides an ideal canvas for the sauce to cling to, ensuring that every strand is infused with the delightful medley of sweet, savory, and tangy notes.
Speaking of the sauce, it's a masterpiece in itself. A carefully calibrated blend of ingredients results in a harmonious symphony that elevates the entire dish. The sweet undertones dance gracefully with the savory elements, while a hint of tanginess keeps the palate engaged. It's a flavor profile that lingers, inviting you to savor each bite with newfound appreciation.
The addition of crushed peanuts introduces a delightful crunch, a textural contrast that enhances the overall sensory experience. It's a small but crucial detail that showcases the chef's commitment to perfection, ensuring that no element is overlooked in the pursuit of culinary excellence.
Beyond the culinary marvels, the ambiance at Jaiwai Thai Restaurant is a journey into the heart of Thailand. The decor, carefully curated to reflect the cultural richness of the region, creates an immersive dining environment. The warmth of the surroundings is matched only by the genuine hospitality of the staff.
The staff, a team of dedicated professionals, goes beyond the call of duty. Their enthusiasm and knowledge of the menu not only guide patrons through the culinary adventure but also make them feel like cherished guests. It's this personal touch that transforms a meal into an experience, leaving a lasting impression that goes beyond the flavors on the plate.
In conclusion, Jaiwai Thai Restaurant's beef pad Thai is not merely a dish; it's a culinary odyssey. The meticulous preparation, the infusion of diverse flavors, and the welcoming atmosphere converge to create an experience that transcends the ordinary. If I had to drive across the country for a single meal, Jaiwai would undoubtedly be the destination – a haven for those seeking not just food, but an unforgettable journey through the vibrant world of Thai cuisine.
Absolutely the best Thai hands down!
If you like spicy, I would order 3!
My only drawback was that, being a mama with a little, there are no changing tables in the rr.
But if you're looking for great Thai, look no further!

EXCELLENT food and service!! We had the chicken pad this and the chicken yellow curry. Both had amazing flavors!!
Fantastic little restaurant, quiet atmosphere, good for a date night, right off the square, we recommend the green curry and the spicy chicken cashews along with egg rolls as the appetizer.

this place is bussssssin’ !!! it’s soooo good. It’s my first time ever having it. I got the Tom Som (soup with beef) and level 3 spice. The flavors were sooooo good and it was spiiiiiicy. So good. Definitely will come back.
I LOVE this place! amazing hidden gem! The food makes my mouth water and is perfect for large families, we regularly get take out there. So fun to get food and share family style! Don’t love the fried rice but everything else is delicious.
Food gave us the runs!

My wife and I have eaten here for years and highly recommend it.
Food was really good, we liked how you can adjust the spicy heat level. The chicken teriyaki was great, the combo meat fried rice was also good, just wish there was more meat. We look forward to trying other dishes from them.
I ordered an item I would never have dreamed available in a Thai restaurant and I was over the moon!!!! Spicy angel hair pasta with chicken and veggies in a green curry sauce. 😋
Really great food.
Go with the Pad Kee Mao. Delicious flavor and perfectly cooked rice noodles. I got spice level five and I found it to be not as spicy as I was thinking it might be. It was actually perfect for me!
Friendly, attentive, and delicious

Their green curry and cheese rolls are delicious! Definitely recommend!!
Jaiwai is the best Thai place in Georgetown (and Austin). I dine or or get take out almost once a week from here. My favorite place to eat in Georgetown. The Pad Kee Mao and the Basil Fried rice are must haves!
Just ordered takeout- got a tofu pad Thai and Thai iced tea. Tofu was definitely overcooked/tough and the rest of the dish contains a lot of oil. For the pad Thai being the most popular item, I’m shocked. It’s not bad, but it wasn’t great either. This pales in comparison to other Thai places I been that are much more flavorful. A little disappointed to hear that this is “some of the best Thai in the Austin area.” As for the Thai iced tea, it was enjoyable, but not enough so that I will be back. Had the right balance of sweetness, spices, and milk.
This place is fantastic! Ordered the Tom yum soup, the yellow curry with chicken, the ginger stir fry, and pork egg rolls. Everything was flavorful and amazing (with the yellow curry being the winner).
Although the place is definitely not the cleanest. Their bathrooms could use a detail. We’ll be back!

Favorite khao soi!!!
I love this place! Such good pad thai and very friendly staff, we come here a lot.
Inauthentic, uninspired, Thai food for Americans.
Soup tastes overly sweet and similar to those from supermarket packets. None of the expected spices or flavors.
Pad kee mao, even when asking for Thai spicy, just ended up extra oily and not at fragrant.
Also, air conditioning is clearly insufficient and everyone at the table was drenched in sweat. The tables are covered in a thick unseeming layer of grease that even a napkin couldn't remove. The spoons were cheapest plastic and the bowls had chips.
The door refused to open and we had to call the staff to even get into the restaurant.
The waiter forgot the spiciness level of one order, and didn't warn the group about the extended wait time for food.
Soggy sesame chicken and flavorless egg rolls that looked like spring rolls.
Wow this place has really good Thai food. The Tiger Cry was amazing.
Delicious food and great service, and we love that they're near the square in Georgetown. Had the pad kee mao again today and it was delicious as usual!
If you like Thai cuisine, this is the spot! You got to try the Panang curry and red curry, you will thank me later. Absolutely my favorite. I can literally eat this every single day.
Last night's escapade to Jaiwai Thai Food turned a dreary rainy evening into a culinary adventure we won't soon forget. Tucked away, this gem of a restaurant boasts a quaint ambiance with a mere 15 tables, immediately setting a warm and inviting tone. Adorned with accolades, including the prestigious 'Best of Georgetown' signs, it was clear from the get-go that we were in for a treat. Our evening began the moment we were warmly greeted by Mac, our server, whose attentiveness and enthusiasm added an extra layer of joy to our dining experience. As we perused the menu, our anticipation grew, and rightly so. The shrimp spring rolls were our opening act, arriving perfectly rolled, exuding freshness with each bite. The accompanying peanut sauce was nothing short of divine, striking the perfect balance between sweet and savory, but the culinary journey didn't stop there. The homemade dumplings, evidently crafted with care and skill right in the restaurant, were a revelation, bursting with flavor and setting the stage for the main courses to come. The Pad See Ew was flawlessly executed, each strand of noodle soaking up the rich, complex flavors, a testament to the chef's prowess. However, the pièce de résistance of our meal was, without a doubt, the Green Curry Fried Rice. A dish that masterfully wove together the right amount of spice, incredible flavor, and an aroma that captivated our senses, ensuring that each mouthful was savored and remembered. In conclusion, Jaiwai Thai Food is not just a restaurant; it's a destination for those seeking to immerse themselves in authentic Thai cuisine. From the intimate setting and the friendly service to the exquisite dishes that leave a lasting impression, Jaiwai Thai Food is a must-visit for anyone looking to explore the best of what Thai cuisine has to offer. Whether you're a local or just passing through Georgetown, make sure to add this culinary haven to your
Yummy! Good service. Love the curry and spring rolls.
I now dream of this beef soup.....soon good
Must try tom yum soup & basil fried rice
Our favorite Thai food place in Georgetown, a little pricey but worth it!
Best shrimp spring rolls and Pad Kee Mao ever!
I’m a big fan of Jai Wai, but not sweet-and-sour. There is nothing about their version that will remind you of the sweet-and-sour you’re used to.
This is one of the best restaurants in Georgetown, and some of the best Thai food I’ve ever had! Whether you’re dining in, taking out, or having it delivered - you really can’t go wrong!
Whether you’re an egg roll connoisseur like myself, or a curry lover like my bf, you can’t go wrong here. Tbh I’m not usually one to try new dishes, but I have literally never been disappointed!
A Thai restaurant that I've driven past many times but never stopped to try it out. The interior is very quaint and great for conversation. The food was amazing and our party of 5 tried all different dishes. I had the southern style and my fiance had the garlic lovers plate. Both were super delicious and had large portions. Others had soup, teriyaki chicken, and Tom kna. Everyone was very happy with their choices. We definitely will be back to try their large menu!
I eat here all the time. So delicious!!
Don't think there are enough stars. Food is fresh, full of flavor, and well priced. They are able to cater to food allergies (finally, a place I can get good curry without worrying about my seafood allergy) Staff is knowledgeable about their menu, very pleasant and attentive. Worth the drive from home, and will definitely be back again soon!
Red Flag
We ordered our fried rice but they were generous to give us their working tored finger gloves in the fried rice. That's ridiculous. At first we thought it was a balloon, when we called them they mentioned it was their working gloves that got tored. They didn't care to recheck the food. Wow.
It was so delicious we forgot to take pictures 🤤🤤🤤 super recommended, food came out quick , hot and delicious!
For Dallas, finding authentic Thai food can be challenging. Food was good and resonably priced. Service was on point. My only complaint is the location is on a busy thoroughfare that is jammed up during primetime hours, making access to parking challenging.
1st time. Food was great. Service was great. Will definitely go again.
The worst Tom Yum soup I’ve ever had!
Dietary restrictions handled with expertise and excellence! Nina is a fabulous server as well. The owner is there and really cares about customer satisfaction. We will return again and again
Great food and very friendly service. Highly recommend. The Tom Yum soup was amazing.
The best :)

Some of the best fried rice I have ever eaten. 😋
Ordered online. Dish was missing half the ingredients, no spice at all- ordered 5. They were not busy in or take outs.
Oct 2023 update - we went for dinner last night. I am bumping this to 5 stars based on our latest experience
Food - Good quality authentic Thai dishes. Yellow curry was flavorful and awesome. Green curry not so much - Tip: ask for thicker green curry when you order and ask for their hot sauce if you like hot! They have some hot sauce lying around but they can bring you the real stuff if you ask!
Service - Mac was an excellent waiter and took good care of us.
Location - it can be very busy but for us it was relatively easy to find street parking - free after 5 pm
Value - Decent prices still, good value
Please like 👍🏼this review if this was useful to you so that I can continue to share relevant content in future reviews! Thank you 🙏🏼
Oct 2022 - If you are looking for decent Thai food in the Georgetown, Cedar Park, Leader, Round Rock area, consider this place. We ordered takeaway. Food was good, portions were decent and prices were reasonable - Based on reviews, I was really looking forward to a nice, thick Thai curry - it was more watery than expected - similar to what I have seen at other restaurants in this area. Our children liked the Pad See Ew. Would go back but ask for thicker curry next time. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being best…

Authentic and delicious Thai with many options to choose from! Yummy!
Would never give our business to this establishment after our interaction with who we’re guessing was the owner or manager.
We normally do take out but have been coming to them for years and love them! Sweet staff, great food. My family loves coming here.
Unassuming place with big flavor. They accommodated our walk-in group of 10 with a friendly attitude and zero problems. We ordered all over the menu and everything was excellent from the appetizers, to the soups, to the mains.
Ordered a bunch of takeout from here when we had family in town last night. The flavors were perfectly balanced, portions were generous, food was ready when they said, and the staff was very friendly. They made the curry perfectly spicy for my pepperheads (wicked!) and not spicy at all for my pregnant wife. 10/10. Nailed it. Would definitely recommend!
Very very Rude
Think twice before you go
Fantastic Thai restaurant! We've ordered an assortment of dishes from Jaiwai and have never been disappointed!
Had the green curry lunch portion. Spices were so great, first taste is sweet and ends with a note of hot. Very filling portion. Also had the spring roll with tofu, excellent. Very clean and staff is friendly and polite, accommodating. Will go back when in the area.
Jaiwai is absolutely amazing! I’ve eaten here many times over the last couple of years and every dish has been great. Whether you get curry, a noodle dish, or one of their entrees you can always expect large portions and tons of flavor. Some stand-out dishes for me have to be the pad see ewe, pad kra prow, and any of the curries. The prices are very reasonable and I have never been disappointed by a meal here. They do take-out as well. If you’re looking for good Thai food, or if you’re just in the mood for something really flavorful and delicious, this is the perfect choice!
Jaiwai has been rated the “Best Ethnic Food” in Georgetown in the past and it’s for a very good reason! Their Thai food is fantastic. I’ve had a large variety of menu items. Everything from Thai curries, stir fry dishes, and noodle dishes. There really is something for everyone.
The atmosphere of the restaurant isn’t bad, but it’s not outstanding either. The inside could use some upgrades, but overall it has a relaxing vibe. They receive a ton of take-out orders, so the service is not always the best, but it’s still fine and everyone has been friendly. This is definitely one of my favorite restaurants in Georgetown and the food is absolutely crave-able!
I always thoroughly enjoy their food! Consistently good.
Food 10/10
The food is excellent, we've been coming for years!
Service 7/10
I respect how busy they are with takeout orders. And I hesitate to write this but it's been the same experience the past few times: sadly they ignore the people seated at tables! They're so swamped with takeout that they're just not able to attend to their loyal dine-in customers. I wish they could hire one person for busy times who could tend to the dining room. It's literally a mad house of chaos right now.
To be clear, when they are able to come over, they're so nice! I would give it a 6/10 for how it feels when you're there but an 8/10 for how nice they are when they do come over.
So last week, on a Wednesday, I watched a couple wait for close to 20 min just to place their initial order! There were only 5 tables of customers in that night, including us.
And once we were in on a Thursday and waited close to an hour just for the appetizers. The people next to us had waited *over* an hour. Eventually we canceled our order and left, which we felt really bad about. But during that time, so many takeout orders went out.
Atmosphere 5/10
We've been coming for about 7 years and it just looks dirty and sad now. I don't mind a homey design style but visible dirt and grime feels gross when you're eating. The bathroom too is due a deep, deep cleaning.
I hope they get better where they're struggling because we used to love coming here. But now between the prices and the atmosphere, I'm not sure we'll choose to come in very often. 😔
Kinda blah atmosphere but food is very good. No wings here.
Ordered via GrubHub and food was still quite warm. Pad Kee Mao level 4 spice was filling and had a fair amount of veggies including an egg. Option to add protein like chicken would be nice. Flavor dynamic a bit lacking outside of the spice. Kids fried rice was a nice portion and was fine. Sesame teriyaki chicken was quite sweet and not a fan of the fried batter. Will order again but will try other option.
Food is good but service needs work.
FOOD:
The yellow curry was great.
The cheese stick appetizer was unique and not too bad; worth trying at least once.
The Tom Kha Chicken was excellent!! The Panang curry was also excellent except for the green beans. I have never seen green beans in a Thai curry before. I don't mind green beans but I'd rather not have them in a curry in the future. I feel it a Strange choice and for that reason I'd almost not order the Panang again.
SERVICE:
The girl working was friendly but we never got checked up on once during the whole meal. I had to get up and grab extra napkins myself. I later asked for to go boxes on my way to the restroom and she told me she'd get them. Some time passed and my wife later asked as well. Finally, the manager asked the girl for us as well. So 3 asks before we finally got our to go boxes. To add insult to injury, we then sat there for quite a while waiting for the check until I finally got up, made eye contact with her, and she asked if we were ready for the check. My face probably said "after 3 asks for to go boxes, I think the answer is a loud and resounding DUH" but I politely said "yes please"
Small, comfortable place with very good food. Tried the green curry rice, would recommend only if you're a fan of spicy food. The dishes were hearty, definitely meant to share with the table, but also tasty for left overs. It's one of few Thai places in Georgetown that is very very good.
Everything was on point. Glad we decided to stop and check it out. Amazing service and delectable entrees and appetizers!
Food was good. But my friend who is new to the country paid for it without tip. A guy came from inside and yelled at us that we have to tip. Never going back there again.
Authentic Thai food... Simply amazing.
Best Thai food around!
Being 7 months pregnant and having a gluten allergy the server said it was gluten free and it’s marked gluten free on the menu. I was served wheat pasta instead of rice pasta. Very disappointed. I had to cancel the order and suffer through the reaction I had. The restaurant wasn’t apologetic or the server didn’t even apologize for it. If you have allergies please be aware this establishment doesn’t care about it. They will smile and say it’s taken care of but you will suffer the consequences. Sadly my husband used to like their food. It’s not worth my health tho.
Prompt service, good food, courteous people
Ok, came in today, ordered under tea the Restaraunt is out of sweet and low or Splenda, it’s not the same when condiments aren’t available.
Food was ok today, but when you party for tea????
My wife's favorite spot for lunch!!
Very good, I got the Tofu Pad Thai spicy level 1 and Thai iced tea for lunch to go. I learned my lesson and will order mild next time. Spicy level 1 is still VERY spicy, but the flavors were great. Glad I had my Thai iced tea to wash it down!
I honestly feel like this spot is Georgetown's own little hidden gem. We moved here from major cities and have had some amazing Thai food. We decided to give this place a go and I have been hooked. The pad woon sen and tom kha soup are definitely my favorites and they have plenty of vegetarian options!
My feet stuck to the floor. Cleanliness was not good in the place. I asked for the soup that came with choice of meat (says so in the menu) but would not be sold the soup unless they charged me extra for the meat. When I pointed this out on the menu, I was told there will be an upcharge for the meat. I ordered the soup without meat to keep the price as advertised (on a budget for business). The food is good and poor marks are for customer service and cleanliness. You should never false advertise prices...ever. if it is on the menu or advertisement, it should be honored. Just fix you menu...garauntee it will come up again if you don't.
Good place, good food!
Great place for Thai food. Great find in Georgetown.
Food is authentic and delicious! My yearning for superb Thai tea is finally being fulfilled Great local business. Please support them 💙 you will not regret the visit and you will be helping them stay around to keep spreading the food love ~·^
R.I.P. chicken satay, you will be missed.
Awesome. Good food.
Tasty food. Best to get take-out. Dining room and service is below average but this is just my opinion.
my fav restaurant on the square- good portions, price, and its so yummy
Tried this restaurant for the first time last week and we weren't disappointed!
Staff was very friendly and helpful. You can choose the level of spiciness for your dishes, which is great for those of us who have issues handling super spicy food but still like the cuisine.
There are 2 types of hot tea available, jasmine or plain green tea.
Spring rolls with dipping sauce were awesome. The ratio of filling to the wrapper was wonderful. (No gummy spring rolls!! Yay!) Frankly, I'd eat a small bowl of the sauce that comes with the spring rolls. Lol
I can't remember the names of the main dishes we chose, but we were both very happy with our choices.
We will definitely add this restaurant to our places to eat when we are in Georgetown.
Good flavor but not dog friendly 😉 only service dog are allowed
My favorite restaurant in town! The staff is friendly and the food is absolutely delicious.
Amazing people, amazing food.
These people need to go back to where they came from. They charge extra for sweet and sour sauce that is a condiment. It's the only place in all of Williamson County that charges for a condiment. They're ridiculous and a pure rip off. Plus, after letting them know no one else charges, had the nerve to say go somewhere else then. Outright rude and unethical for an Asian to speak that way. They need to leave Georgetown fast. We don't tolerate rudeness like that. Maybe in Taiwan, but not here. Wrong. This place is disgusting.
Good food; the atmosphere could be better, but still a good place for lunch with friends.
I have only tried the Thai Fried Rice with Chicken. It was delicious. I really enjoyed it, and there was more than enough for some to take home. The anesthetic was fairly meh, but it was clean, orderly, and comfortable.
Good Thai. Go early bc they get busy.
My lunch was not so good. I think I’ve been spoiled with some really great Thai food in other cities. I found it very strange that they use angel hair pasta in some of their dishes instead of rice noodles. Personally, I won’t visit this restaurant again. I see that many people really like the lace. I guess they can have the table that I won’t be using.
Went yesterday with my mom and my sisters. Service was great and food was incredible. Will be back again!! Apps were hot and delicious, entree was a huge delicious portion we couldn’t finish.
We have been hitting this Thai restaurant for years, maybe under its third ownership? The food has maintained its delicious taste, clean look and good prices. For some reason Thursday the service was very slow. Nevertheless, we will go back. We had shrimp Hawaiian, papaya salad and chicken with veggies. We usually have soup and pad thai but we took it easy. Great place to eat.
Update: 12/2019. Hit the local place again. The servers are very friendly, smile a lot, and keep the place clean. The food again was spot on. Clean, great presentation, and tasty. We had an assortment of veggie dish, larb with beef and garlic chicken, in addition to other appetizers. Definitely going back.
Updated: 12/2020: Visited again. The tables are spaced apart. I think they can accommodate five parties. I am not sure who owns the place as it looked like new people again. We ordered beef ginger and yellow curry as entrees, plus golden bag appetizers along with tom yum soup. The food was good. The pot of soup comes in a bowl now, not a fire burning pot. The service was good.
Update: Sept 10, 2021. Yummers. Everything was great. The portions appear to be larger. The papaya salad was a beautiful plate.
Update: Dec 2022. Still great place to eat.
We intended to eat at this restaurant. However, the service was so poor and the man who was apparently the manager was so rude that we left and ate elsewhere. At the next place we went we were served in less than five minutes, the food was excellent and the staff was gracious and pleased to have our business.
Food was very good.
Always delicious food and friendly waitstaff!
Too focused on pickup didn't get service for almost an hour
So so yummy! Thank you for the great food and beer ❤️❤️
Great little hole in the wall Thai place. Always consistent.
Great to-go menu and food. I always love the food always.
There have been a few times we have been that there have been roaches in the restaurant. However, the food is always on point.
Oh my gosh, I love their curry!!
I had been wanting to try this restaurant for some time and finally went today with my family. I wasn’t pleased with the food. We ordered 2 orders of veggie egg rolls that were still partly cold from the fridge or freezer. We ordered L12 which came with mushy rice, was very salty (too much soy sauce), and simply just bland with little to no flavor. Having experienced this today, the food is overpriced for what you get. We will not be returning and I don’t recommend eating at this restaurant. We should have just gone to Teriyaki Madness to get our Asian food fix today. Sucks to be disappointed but, it is what it is.
Had 5 different items on the menu, every item was amazing. Host was friendly. Satisfying experience rating 5 with belly full and a wide smile.
Red curry and the veggie egg rolls are SO good! Be sure to finish it off with the mango and sticky rice
Nice little place! Food is average at best. Like most Thai restaurants in the us they add WAY too much sugar to the meals
Una delicia para el paladar. Estupenda experiencia gastronómica.
Food is so delicious
The service is very quick, friendly and happy to answer questions. It is good Thai Food. I would not say it is the best I have ever had, but good and I will be back again as they have a wonderful and large menu...so many choices.
Location is Excellent!! Right off the main Georgetown square. Nearby are places to shop, drink, hear music and walk. Highly recommend.
Great food and service.
The red curry was some of the best I have ever had
Very good👍👍👍
Was hoping for fresh spicy Thai food, but it was more like Indian. Ordered level 5 spicy on all but only one dish had heat. Rice, rice and more rice. Expensive for what you get...unfortunately tasted more like Tarka.
Excellent food and friendly staff.
Very nice Thai place, my wife and I enjoyed it very much.
Great food, and great service
Love it! Food is delicious. Order pad see ewe Very nice staff. Only thing negative is that they close between lunch and dinner.
I've only had pad thai and drunken noodles from here and they were both good, although I prefer better the drunken noodles bc I asked for level 5 of spiciness and truly enjoyed them.
Totally recommend pad thai and spicy noodles to anyone who likes spicy food, you will not regret it! I'm sure the other dishes are good too, I'm just too obsessed with drunken noodles to try anything else.
We didn't realize that we arrived 10 minutes before closing, but the waiter took our order and didn't rush us at all. The food was delicious and plentiful. The soldiers were enough to be a whole meal! Although it's out of our way, we will be back to Jaiwai Thai Kitchen to try everything on the menu!
Food is good, but online orders are always ready way later than promised, and check your order before you leave, because your order will almost always have something incorrect or missing in it.
The food was very tasty but the floor was sticky. Since bad vibes about cleanliness. Staff was very friendly! Service was excellent but you still wonder when your feet stick to the floor.
Excellent! Easily some of the best Thai food I've had in the Austin area. The pad Thai was delicious and not too sweet. The green curry was also great. Portion sizes are very large and reasonably priced. Service was a little slow, but it was a busy Friday night and they were doing lots of carryout orders as well. Will definitely be back.
Great food and good service.
Do not go here unless you want to be scoffed at by their terrible waiters. They told me, “not to order something if I didn’t know what was in it”.
I’ve been here multiple times and have always enjoyed the pad thai.
I understand it was a busy time but these guys were being rude. Didn’t want to give me a refund because they said, “we don’t do refunds on special orders, only when people don’t like the food”.
Anyway, ordered pad thai to go and had asked if it was gluten free because it had a gf symbol next to it. Was expecting regular pad thai but got a big blob of plain noodles - nasty.
I went back to the waiters and asked if they had forgotten the sauce. They said that since I ordered it gluten free they didn’t include sauce.
Started arguing with me about the menu, because to me it seemed that the pad thai was gluten free by default.
I asked for a refund after they started getting stuck on being right about the menu. They refused until the other waiter got mad enough to just give me my money back.
When something is gluten free and drastically changes the dish when ordered that way - tell the customer.
If a customer is asking questions and is just genuinely confused about an order - there’s no reason to be rude.
Very delicious authentic Thai food. Friendly people, good prices, huge portions. Best food I had in a very long time.
Best Thai anywhere in my opinion 👌
The food is fresh and good. I love that you can adjust the level of spiciness. They should make a level 6 though. Anyways, I highly recommend this place
Great food and great service. This place is great. One guy does it all up front, seating everyone, taking orders, serving food, and he's sharp, always there when you need anything. The food is great, best Thai I've had in Texas!
Pad Kee Mao and the egg rolls are fantastic. Spice is always spot on too and tasty no matter what heat level you want.
Probably one of the top 5 Thai places I've had. If you like spicy, you may need to ask for more spice than normal. They go more mild, but make up for it with other flavors. Add the chilies and it's SO good.
Very bad experience! They served me a too salty meal, I complained but they said I still have to pay for it. I agreed, but they asked me to take it with me anyway. And more, they asked me to pick the plates and clean the table. Unbelievable? But that is what happened Aug 04, 2021 around 2:30pm.
Oh my gosh this food was amazing so cute place I came here with my mom and so worth it
We order a green curry and pad Thai
Always friendly and helpful. Thankful to have such a gem in Georgetown.
The pad thai here is some of the best in the Austin area.
In town for a visit..fried tofu, green curry, bbq pork. All done really well. Service very friendly.
Best Thai food in the RR and GT area!
Everything was great
