Service was good they are nice people and the portions are worth the price. I had the basil fried rice and pad kee mow was delicious and they don’t play about their spice. Level 4 def made my nose runny. Just the way I like it. I order a level 3 for fried rice since my partner can’t handle spicy and he also said his was spicy. Only thing is the beverages were a bit pricey. I didn’t ask if refills would be free after hearing the price but that’s something worth purchasing a beverage if they give free refills. I’d def recommend the spot

I’ve been ordering takeout from this location for years. The food has always been hot, fresh, and delicious. For some reason I can’t figure out, they are always very, very tight on the steamed white rice. I always have to order a second side of rice, just to get a decent serving. Besides that, I have never had any issues here. Over the years, we have tried a variety of menu items, but my family’s go-to are always the curries. I absolutely love the Green Curry with veggies, my daughter prefers the Yellow Curry with chicken, and my spouse loves the Massaman Curry with chicken.

If you prefer to eat in, they do have a quaint little dining room. If you just want some take out, its best to call ahead to place your order since wait times can be upwards of 30 minutes, and longer on weekends. They are closed on Sunday’s, but don’t worry, their Main Street location is open on Sunday’s if you don’t mind driving a little further.

Came here for lunch over other Thai places nearby mostly because the price is much better. It is counter service which suits me just fine. Honestly when I arrived I assumed it was catered to the American pallet, but it was pretty authentic, minus the spice levels - 3 was barely hot at all. Any Thai place that has, let alone does it well, boat noodles is 5 star in my book.

This place is our go to place. My three year old favorite restaurant he infatuated with the side of fried rice. All dishes are reasonable cost. We love the Tom kha , lub gai, ginger chicken and orange chicken and especially the potstickers steamed.

Had a hankering for spicy pad thai noodles. I ordered delivery yesterday around 7. Food arrived HOT and much faster than the expected delivery time. I was very happy with the flavor and portion sizes!! Will definitely be ordering again.

Tum Yum soup was all liquid and did not have that nice fish broth. The beef for the beef and broccoli was too tough. Threw the entire order out.

They put very little tofu (a handful of small pieces) in the curries we order from them. A while back they also reduced their quantity. They don’t fill the container all the way. Time to switch!

We didnt believe it could worsen. Wrong. Watered down curry. Insipid satay. Only the white rice is passible. We ordered six dishes. All tasted of some high school student trying to follow a recipe. I have lived in se asia. I have lived in the little Saigon of Washington DC. Please save your money and find tasty thai cuisine in East plano or Arlington and let this place die off.

I have ordered this dish (Pad te mow) many times from a couple of different restaurants in the city and this time the dish was FULL of lettuce……I mean a hand full of cold lettuce and when I called them to let them know that I was not satisfied with my food….They told me that they will not do ANYTHING to accommodate me.
At the end of the day, my husband and I spent $30 on both dishes……I usually have enough food to take to lunch the next day but I barely got enough food for dinner.
Basically, they did not care if I was satisfied or not….. they told me that they measured out 9 ounces of pasta to put in my dish, which I know for sure that was not 9 ounces of pasta. It was more like 9 ounces of COLD lettuce.
It’s really disheartening that customer service does not exist in this place. It’s one thing to be pleasant, which the cashier was, but it’s another thing to take care of your LOYAL customers. When she asked the chef, what can they do since I was not satisfied ….. they said they were not willing to do ANYTHING AT ALL.
The last thing I wanted to do was to come here and give a bad review for a small business like this, but it was REALLY disappointing to say the least, However, if you’re looking for a GREAT Asian/Thai restaurant to go to, you can go to Banana Leaf on Preston Road in Dallas instead….. the customer service is great and the food is even better!!!!!!!!!!

TOO PRICEY FOR PORTIONS!!! Ordered beef and broccoli that cost $14 and it looked like a lunch portion. Probably had 6 pieces of beef and 5 of broccoli chopped in half and a small scoop of rice. The spring rolls tasted like sweaty cardboard feet and fell apart upon picking up. Although the staff were very nice, I'm not there to be friends...I'm there to eat some good Thai. Will not be back.

We drove all the way from the airport (called ahead) and arrived at 9:25. Ordered the food and waited for 20 minutes to get the food.
We orderd tilapia fish, needed to eat carefully. The sever giirl told us to leave at 10 sharp while we haven't done half of our food. She even gave a to go box for us to leave. She shouldn't even take the order when we came in. I regretted that I gave big tips. Never again.

I got the pineapple fried rice many times in the past and it was always pretty good. This time the beef is very dry and hard, taste like a rubber, in the past it’s very tender. I’m sure they can do it better in the future, hope they notice this and make improvement.

Tried their orange chicken and some appetizers which were average. But their chow mein noodles and basil fried rice suck. They smell so strong and weird, I don't know if it was chicken or rice but something was off. Also, they do not put salt in anything.
Well we couldn't talk to the staff because they were closing. We were excited to try this restaurant but very disappointed 😞 don't waste your money.

I've been here here probably 6 times. It has progressively gotten worse. I ordered Pad Thai. They used three times as many noodles for the amount of sauce.

Both the fried rice’s had zero flavor or spice. Rice was overcooked, chicken lacked flavor. I am not going back again!

Went for a Friday Lunch. They had a good choice of options. It was a pay and eat option whereby you pay for the food in advance and the food comes to your table.

Ordered two dishes, a Thai Chicken Lo Mein and Fried Calamari. Lo Mein was a bit spicy (ordered a level 4 spice range), and the chicken was Oook. Fried Calamari was not up to the mark. One of my friends ordered a basil fried rice and it tasted good, but had a tad bit excess soy sauce.

Overall a decent cozy place with good menu choices, and will definitely be coming back again..

The only thing lacking is pork on the menu!

I ordered delivery food via Uber Eats. I ordered the pineapple chicken curry. The curry itself was good. The sticky rice cost an upcharge, and I got a tiny, flat brick of rice wrapped in plastic wrap. I also didnt like the sticky rice. It was like chewing gum. I opted to make my own rice after it was delivered and threw theirs out. But it gets worse... as I'm about to bite into my first bite of the curry, there is a black hair sitting on top of my pineapple. I dont have black hair... it was unsettling. Even though I ordered using a free voucher credit from Uber Eats, I still wish I could have gotten my money back.

99% of the time we do take out, but I thought I’d give it a shot at done in. It was fun. I’ll probably stick to take out (it’s just so convenient), but I enjoyed eating inside. It’s nothing amazing, but I LOVE their food, so it’s an east recommendation.

The food was pretty good, it had a nice taste to it. I had the Pad See Ew. I got the calamari. Which I would not recommend. I almost choked on it twice. The beef was much better. That's what my daughter got. It was a lot of food. Hard to finish all of it so there was plenty to take home for midnight snacking. The price was pretty good. Since it's more of a casual almost fast food type of place with some sit down tables. I will certainly be going there again.

This is our go to place for Thai food and it never disappoints. We have been here for dine in and takeouts multiple times and the food is always on point, service is courteous and quick. My personal favorite is the Pineapple curry and Rad Naa. We also love their daily special crispy noodle gravy.

❤️ this place. Best thai food in Frisco. I have tried other restaurants west of 423 and compared to them this food is so much fresher and tastes good and consistent every order. Prices have gone up this year (inflation I know) but still worth it. This is more of a carry out place with limited seating, so not much ambience. We have only done to go orders. They seem to be busy all the time and sometimes we can't get through the phone lines to place an order. They do have online ordering but there is a small fixed extra fee for it. It is worth it to order online if you are ordering two or more dishes.

I am not a Thai food fan, but I love the sti cky rice and mango dessert!

Their food is good. The reason for 2 stars is, their estimation of when an order is ready sucks. I put in an online order at 6 pm, the website said the order would be ready by 7 pm. We get there at 7:10 pm, and are told they just started preparing our order (relatively large order, that is paid for already) to wait another 15 minutes or so. Wait for 15 minutes, and its not ready yet. On top of that, there is no empathy, the staff talked as if it's normal and we have to deal with. Now this is not the first time this happend, this is a second time. Understand covid pressures, staff shortage, but at least be sorry for taking an hour and half for an order.

Went in for pickup order. First time trying this location so I only tried two items. Shrimp/chicken basil and Pad Su wee noodles. Both were so good. While my wife and I were waiting, they even gave us a small cup of tom yum soup which was also very good. I'm definitely coming back to try more items! True Thai flavor and spicy levels!

Beef with broccoli tasted like kerosene fumes, almost like they cooked it straight over the gas burners. Totally ruined the rest of our dishes.

Found this cute Thai restaurant Saturday night. I must say their food was amazing. This is a cute casual small family owned thai restaurant. We ordered the pad ke mow, fried rice, edamame, and a salmon entree. Great food, friendly staff, and a good ambiance. I would definitely recommend trying it out. You won’t regret it! 🙌🏼

This place is so cute and cozy. The customer service is AMAZING and the food is SO DELICIOUS! We ordered Basil fried rice, Pad Kee Mao, Spicy red Salmon curry, dumplings and beef salad. Everything so very yummy. The spicy level was just perfect and the food was very flavorful.

Online order was 25 mins later than the latest projected time. In those 25 mins they kept telling me 5 mins more. Finally when it came and when I reached home they had messed up the order. Taste - mediocre, experience - very bad.

This spot in Frisco always has solid Thai food, whether you are going for a pad Thai, a curry, or just some apps, you won’t leave disappointed.

I appreciate that all their staff, including the ones cooking in the back, were all wearing masks and gloves. The staff taking orders and payments at the front had a jar for sanitizer pens, and another for dirty pens. They have created a lot of space between where you order, and where they stand. Also, they have signs on the door stating to wear a mask and other precautions.

The staff is here is always courteous and super polite, I’ve been here several times and have also ordered some friends food from here.

Food is okay, but delivery is terrible. They deliver based on when an order is placed NOT based on travel distance. My order had a cross-town, one hour ride (based on the departure time provided by the manager) before arriving at my home 1/2 mile from the restaurant. The restaurant manager could not understand why a cold meal is a problem. I am moving on to another restaurant...you should also.

Whether Legacy or Main St location, best Thai! Travel from Coppell to enjoy it. Tom Yum and Tom Kha soups are amazing. Real Pad Thai is amazing.

I don’t understand the 4 - 5 star reviews. I ordered from here twice. The first time was awful, as well. The most recent time, I ordered the shrimp and chicken basil Thai dish. The flavor was mediocre and the sauce was watered down. The ground chicken tasted cheap and poor in quality and they put TWO shrimps in the dish. The green curry was ok, but the tofu was extra soft versus firm so it practically melted into the sauce. Plus the eggplant was so sparse and thin you could barely taste it. The Singapore noodles were the most disgusting of all. It’s supposed to have curry flavor and noodles were the wrong type. Not even close. It tasted bland and not at all like curry. Closer to chow mein. I am sorely disappointed for the second time ordering from this place. Never again.

Food was okay, lacked flavor for the typical panang curry I've had. Would give it 4 stars expect for the unacceptable wait time for the food. It took 30 minutes to get my food after I ordered it. This was before the typical lunch time rush during a business day, and the place was not busy enough to suggest it would take that long for the food to come out.

The downtown location is really very good. After placing an online order at this location and having to wait an additional 10 mins, my mind was blown as they gave me burnt fried rice. Yes burnt, seriously?? This place is a NO.

Food is usually good but the service is lacking. Took almost 20 minutes for the app. Then another 10 for my wife's meal and another 10 - 15 for mine. Not a good night

Ordered food for delivery, order was incorrect.
Called and was told very explicitly to bring the food back so they could confirm I actually had it. Said I’d be there in 10 minutes, when I arrived they hadn’t started on new food because they had to make sure I wasn’t trying to steal food. The whole reason I ordered delivery was because I had to work late, and the family needs food. At least through the genius of this “policy” - I was able to spend 15 minutes in their restaurant to give them a 1 star review. Total waste of time. Avoid this place.

This place is amazing. Food quality and flavor is off the charts, and everything is reasonably priced. Can’t wait to come back.

I don't eat a lot of Thai but the rice I eat is so yummy. They make it like I request it. The lady (she may be an owner). She's so nice.

We were here for lunch on a Friday and ordered Vegetarian egg roll, and stir fry and Thai red curry with vegetables, tofu and steamed rice on the side.

The egg roll was very oily and very mushy.. did not liked at all. And stir fry was okay but the red curry was not up-to what I was expecting.

So overall just 3 stars..

Had a mixed experience.

The green curry was really awful. It tasted like warm coconut milk and had almost no curry in it. It was not spicy at all, even though I ordered it medium. Probably the worst green curry I've had.

My wife's pad thai was great. It was flavorful and limey.

The clerk was very nice and personable, and the restaurant was clean.

I won't be back solely due to the terrible green curry, but if you won't be ordering that, this place is probably alright.

Best Thai in Frisco!!

I had the pad thai to go. It was okay. It just had an overall burnt flavor to it and left a lot to be desired. I couldn't make myself finish it.
