Other than the food being amazing, the small things that stick out: timing: order to the table, perfect. 10-15 min. Bringing water with boba drinks, awesome. The care the waiter/owner has on everything being a great experience. Overall great great great.

I had the Pineapple Curry with pork, heat 2. I wish i had gone to 3, but thats on me. That Thai hot scale doesn’t always hold true. Lots of great sauce, I left some behind, and perfect white rice. Amazingly delicious.
My wife had the Ginger Chicken heat level 1, perfect for her as she doesn’t take heat well (story for another time), on point. She says it was a beautiful mix of carrots, zucchini, green peppers and chicken. The sauce was perfect blend with the ginger hitting the spot!
We skipped dessert as we ate too much. Will definitely be back to try though.
Highly recommend for a fun dinner out.

Honest review: the food is surprisingly really good. I ordered through grub hub. I got 6 piece wing & spicy 🌶 basil chicken noodles. I had complications with my order being late (grubhub drivers) fault but my food was fresh and hot . And the people that work here was polite

We came here the evening of the big storm in May 2024. They were so incredibly helpful and accommodating in extraordinary circumstances. On top of that the food was delicious! We came here basically at random but it’s now our go to Thai spot!

I am absolutely astounded that this place didn't have more customers here. The food was wonderful. The staff was friendly, and the service was great. I guess having a bar next door didn't help with parking, but even still worth trying to get here. I went back a second time just to make sure it wasn't a fluke. Ordered Thai Ginger Chicken with extra ginger the second round. First was a Pad Thia.

Hours say saturday 12-9 . Well I got there around 6 and they were closed. So at least update the hours.

I was visiting Dallas and this was my first time at this place. I definitively would come back. Quiet atmosphere. You could see how invested in providing good service was the lady that took our order. She made sure the order was accurate, kept asking if we needed something else and if the taste was to our liking. The prices were totally fair for the size of the dish. Give it a try!

My daughter wanted Thai food for dinner. We stopped here because it t was close and had good reviews. I’m so glad we did!!! It’s a hidden gem! Our food was fresh and so delicious!!! I got Pad Kee Mow and she got Pad Thai. We loved both! We will definitely come back to try more dishes! 😋

Mali Thai Kitchen is a small hidden gem!...Courteous service, great food, eat in dining or to go, parking in front and quiet enough for a conversation across the table!...They honor credit cards or cash and are easy to find 9191 Forest Ln, Ste 3, Dallas,75243... With an extensive menu to choose from, you cant go wrong!...So if you are looking for a place to try, Mali Thai Kitchen is a good bet!

I have been to a lot of very average Asian food places in Dallas and this is NOT one of them. This place is GREAT. All of our food was amazing and the service was fast!

I see people complaining about prices but COME ON everything is expensive nowadays (inflation, etc.). You will pay the same or barely less at other restaurants for worse food. We should support our local small businesses when they provide an exceptional product/service.

Dishes are too expensive and portions are small. I have to pay for extra protein just to get the dish to reflect a normal size entree you can get anywhere else. And no drinks included! Crazy.

It's good, but just really expensive. I paid almost $18 for curry chicken dish and an egg roll. No drink included. Portion was average. It's in the hood and the interior isn't anything special. The prices do not match the overall quality and experience.

This place is ridiculously expensive for what you get. 40 dollars for noodles. My protein was supposed to have been chicken but there was really no chicken. I said once before I would never go back. It’s a promise now. NEVER.

Food is good, but hate that they are too scared of Covid to take a walk in order. All orders must be phone or online, and no cash, only credit card.

The food is good, but don’t bother calling them directly to place order. The woman answering the phone is terribly rude and treats callers as though we are making a doctor’s appointment. The place is very small and in a bad neighborhood. The 2 stars are for the food. No star for the customer service nor anything else about the restaurant.

Always good. My favorites are Yellow Noodle and Pad Woon Sen.

Their Thai Style Fried Rice with either beef or shrimp is my favorite and makes deciding what to have for lunch very easy.

I didntike the prices or the dish

This has been my favorite Thai fusion for years. After 60 visits, I have never been disappointed. It is fusion, so don't expect to be whisked away to Thailand, however, it does fusion right! I'm a sucker for pad kee mow, and this is why I come back. Each dish has layered flavors, and each of them sing to you. Also, if you're hosting a party or event - think about ordering from here. Their portions are very generous given that two people can eat from one dish and still have leftovers. You can't beat the flavor, quality, or value. Chef's Kiss.

Tried this place on a whim today and was so pleasantly surprised that I found good Thai takeaway in the neighborhood. Grabbed the basil fried rice medium spicy, eager to try other options next time.

Best Thai food in Dallas!

Wasted my time and gas coming out to them. The sign states they close the kitchen 10 minutes before closing. I arrived way before 9:50PM around 9:33PM to a closed door and a lady just staring at me.

I'm sad to write this review because I was a frequent customer for this restaurant. I ordered food that never showed up. After calling the restaurant several times, the guys pretty much said he didn't care. Needless to say, i cancelled and I don't think I will be back here.

The Asian lady who answer the phone is so rude. She interrupts you as you're trying to speak or relate to her your order.

I place an order over phone for delivery. I called back maybe after 10 mins to make sure that she put fried rice since she didn't ask me over there phone. So basically I called back just to make sure. Well during the conversation she told me that I had to ask for fried rice that she don't know what I want. I them informed her that I want fried rice. She then said oh well your order already has been delivered. When the time suppose to be 35-45mins.

Everytime I tried to speak she just kept on interrupting me over talking me. To where she then said I'm cancelling your order. This is not right or professional.

Food is not the same been going there for almost 7 years and today the food was terrible called to complain the woman was offensive and rude I no my food especially when I'm spending my money food taste different very bland off taste now! I ordered green curry and chinese fried rice.

First time I went I loved it. Second time was just alright - maybe they have different cooks from lunch to dinner. Pretty decent and authentic Thai food. A bit of a hole in the wall but very clean inside and nice service.

I ordered 2 of the same dishes (Spicy Basil Noodles ) and they gave me one portion divided in 2 boxes. My coworker was also quiet surprised by the small size. Basically, we paid for 2 lunches while got 1 portion divided into 2 boxes. ☹️

Wanted a quick to go order and the Chinese food places around here are disappointing so decided to try this place...
Got the Thai fried rice (though it was not fried rice, just stir fry veg and chicken and a side of white rice... But that ended up being prefect for the person who ordered it) and the spicy Thai noodles. The Thai noodles were really yummy! I wish I would have gotten just a little bit more in my container, but they cooked them exactly how I ordered (extra spicy). Also got the pot stickers (fried only) and they were OK, the dipping sauce that came with them was a Lil different, more BBQ flavor, but still good. Delivery was fairly quick too.

So big FYI, the egg rolls come in sets of three... The online ordering firm doesn't mention that... It just shows the price and indicates 1...but that just means one order (which contains 3 egg rolls). Not a big issue, I mean who couldn't use more egg rolls in their life! Crispy, not soggy, decent flavor.

I will order from here again... I'll try the Chinese side of things next time...

Got the red curry for $10. The food is okay but there wasn't much curry sauce. Everything was cooked well and there was no glaring issues. The curry just wasn't that spicy or flavorful.

Widely varied kitchen performance from 2.5 to 5. I have really enjoyed the tai basil plate. Last time I asked for no MSG, and instead of noodles I got more veggies substituted. Well done. Not quite as flavorful but so much was in the msg laden noodles apparently. Overall they did very well by me.

I’ve been here 2 times and did to go. I called ahead of time and they had my dish ready. They didn’t miss anything on my bag or my order. I suggest calling ahead. This food is tasty, has great texture, and really made to your liking. The staff is friendly, concise, and quick. My wife and I have made this our go to place for to go Thai food.

The fact is I never had Thai it was my first time .I walked in there thinking it was regular Chinese food telling them I want something hot only to find out they had levels like stairs to hotness . Okay, so I don’t know what they add into their rice and noodles but they taste good! However, here’s the catch, my stomach has been acting up since I’ve had it. Also, after finishing not even half, it made me feel so heavy and unhealthy. It was also really, and I mean REALLY oily (so oily, that the US will sure invade if they hear of it). It still tasted good tho. You just have accept the discomfort that comes with it.
I think I would allow myself to order from them only once a year maximum. You are what you eat! I don’t want to put my body through that discomfort again any time soon. I’ll probably forget about them by the time I’m ready to have

I've frequented this place over the past several years. Green curry with beef and tofu is an excellent choice. The Thai tea is on point. I also recommend the tom yum soup, pot stickers and spicy basil noodle with beef.

Excellent food; pricing inconsistency. For example the delivery menu says free delivery but there is fee. The manager doesnt care and states the owner is in Thailand. Frustrating.

I order from here all the time when I don't feel like going out or cooking, and everything I've had has been wonderful. The wings in particular are perfect. I've never actually been in person so I can't comment on the dining experience, but I can't find anything to complain about when it comes to the food.

Food here is mid-priced and good quality. I have eaten here fro years off and on and highly recommend it. There is a small area with about 6 tables int he back and a few tables int he front. A significant portion of their business is take-away.. Either way, it is a good restaurant with good food. The menu is a bit limited on variety, but this is not unusual for a Thai restaurant.
