While it's easy to get stuck in a routine, I highly suggest giving different Bobas and dishes a try. The pearls are made in house and the taste and texture is more unique. I'm big on noodles so the options are varied but not overwhelming. This is a quick and affordable spot for lunch or dinner and if you have room left, the Mango Sticky Rice is quite the cadence of flavors. Will always return and highly recommend!

Best Asia restaurant in Sumter! The taste is amazing

Every time I come to Sumter I've wanted to try Yummy's and never did until today. Yummy's is a family owned business. They were friendly, courteous, and understanding of the needs of others. We ordered pineapple curry with chicken, teriyaki chicken, spring rolls, and vegetable pho. Thai tea with boba and a mango tea with boba were our drinks of choice. Everyone loved their food. The atmosphere was nice and clean and I love the mural on the wall! Everything was delicious! I recommend you try Yummy's!!

Excellent place for vegans, vegetarian,. Spring rolls, pad tai, drunken noodles with tofu. Very tasty and filling, staff all nice, and helpful. Another on the list of our go-to places in the area.

I ate here once before I had red curry with shrimp I loved it so much we returned yesterday July 8th around 6pm. I called in my order I must say the gal I spoke to was the sweetest & very accommodating! This time I ordered Pineapple Curry with Chicken with hot chili oil on the side. It was absolutely delicious generous serving loaded with tender chicken veggies & pineapple! We dont live nearby but we will definitely be back! I recommend trying their Currys you wont be disappointed. I don't know why it posted so many pictures of Curry I tried deleting all but one pic for some reason it wont let me, sorry

Mango salad was amazing, delicious drunken noodles, crab rangoons has pineapple and I loved it. Overall really great especially in a smaller town. My family tried the lo mein and was less impressed with that selection

Service was sub par, waitress never filled my tea. Food was ok, but not worth the price.

My first time trying Boba tea and it was amazing. I highly recommend the coconut flavor. The mango sticky rice was good as well. We tried the orange chicken and the sesame chicken and I can't wait to go back to try more things from the menu. They get 6 stars from me today extra star for the cleanliness and appearance of restaurant.

Pad Thai with level 2 spice was delicious! Spice levels are 1-5. I'm not crazy for spice but I would go up to 3 next time.

This is one of my favorites for lunch. Sometimes it can take them awhile to give you your food so I would recommend, if you are going to order it to go, is to call 15 to 20 minutes before you go so that it will be ready because they get busy for lunch. Also, you may need longer than an hour for lunch if you are going to eat in for lunch.

Food was all delicious and food sized portions. Apps (crab Rangoon & dumplings did not taste like they'd been frozen). Curry & stir-fry both very flavorful and spiced to our requests (1 and 3). Super friendly gal working out front.

The chicken pad Thai is very good. We also had the teriyaki wings. They were a good size and very meaty and flavorful! A little further for us to go, but it's worth it!

I wish I took a picture! The food was soooo good! I got Thai hot Chicken pad Thai! The presentation was beautiful with lime wedge, bean sprout and smashed peanuts on the edge of the plate. Great portion, just right. I ordered and appetizers of teriyaki wings, those were also on point. Good crisp crunch to the skin and juicy on the inside. My drink was their Thai Tea. I drank two cups of it! The next thing I get will be their pho! It looked fire!

It’s rare that I would consider giving any restaurant 5 stars, there’s just something special about Yummy’s. The food never disappoints: you get huge servings, it’s delicious, and you can taste the quality in every bite. I have a hard time picking what I want every time we go because there are so many good options. The servers are always friendly and attentive to any needs you may have. The atmosphere is a small relaxed place where you don’t feel too crowded even if it’s a full house. This is my go to for Asian style food in Sumter, hands down the best. Highly recommend.

Sitting here for the first time and I already cant wait to come back... the people are so nice, the atmosphere is nice and welcoming. The workers are so friendly and outgoing, greating people as they come in and constant interaction with the diners.

Omg the Pho is the best!! I ordered the taro tea with my shrimp Pho!! Both young ladies made the order fast and they were super sweet, welcoming as soon as my son and I entered. We have both enjoyed our dinner tonight!!! We'll be back for sure!!

We recently visited Yummy Thai, which was our first time since they remodeled and added the new kiosk machine.

The two young ladies working on Saturday, 13 May were truly phenomenal! They engaged with the customers and our waitress took our order as soon as we were seated.

The prices, like everywhere else in town, have gone up some but the meals were delicious! We had an assortment of noodle and rice dishes (my daughter said the fried rice dish needed a little more seasoning).

Other than that, we were quite pleased!

A little pricy but definitely worth it!

Service & taste no good. I recommend double check your to go bag. They don't care any sauce for thai food.

Stopped in Sumter, SC on the way to the coast. Found this gem in walking distance from our Tru Hilton. They were slammed. With one waitress handling everyone dinning in and picking up take out orders. She was a rock star! Had the Fresh Wraps, Ramen and Mango Sticky rice. Everything was phenomenal. I didn't even have to add anything to the Spicy Chicken ramen, which I normally do. If you find yourself driving throigh or staying in Sumter, SC, do yourself a favor and eat at Yummy. Your taste buds and belly will thank you.

This is a great little spot - like many have said a "hidden gem". We were just passing by and happened to find it. The food was delicious! We ordered Sesame Chicken and Red Curry. The one draw back was that the boba teas cost $7!

I've been in Sumter for over 2 years but this was the first time I've tried this place. Thai food is one of my favorite cuisines so I'm not sure why I had not tried it before now. I had the red curry with shrimp and an order of spring rolls. Everything came out very tasty and flavorful. I went during lunch time so of course the restaurant was crowded but the ladies were very nice and took care of everyone as quickly as they could. I will definitely be back to try some other dishes.

Im blown away by hidden gem of "yummy".
It's tucked away at the end of a strip plaza on the back side of Candlewood suites hotel. I've passed by many of times never giving much thought to it. Until a co-worker had this delicious lunch that I couldn't help but to inquire about. From there I visited the location and couldn't of had a better experience. The order was ready by time I arrive and most importantly was still incredibly hot. The restaurant was well maintained with a beautiful mural. Lots of tables for seating. Staff was pleasant and a pleasure to work with . The menu is incredibly long and can NOT be summarized. I highly suggest stopping by and once you're there you'll see why !

They have items on the menu that they don't make anymore but won't take off. Bit annoying to go there wanting to get something and finding out its no longer made. Skimped on the bean sprouts all together in the pho.

The lady made my mango boba tea with hot liquid and then poured it over ice. By the time I started drinking it, it had separated and looked disgusting. Take your business across the street for better boba!

My husband is from Thailand and he usually does the cooking at our house, but we recently sold our home and was craving some Thai food. The Thai tea Boba was fantastic, we really enjoyed the somtum (papaya salad) I did ask for no peanuts, and my curry dish was great. The Pho was okay, good for not home made, but a watered down version with no meatballs :( The only thing we didn't like was the Beef Salad. It was very sweet and we don't really care for iceberg lettuce. We use green leaf or spring mix at home so it wasn't to our liking. But everything was fresh and well seasoned. We will definitely be back!!!

Nestled in the town of Sumter, this tidy little restaurant serves amazing Thai dishes. I especially like the mint rice. I recommend Yummy as an excellent choice for a dining experience.

Thai iced tea was delicious, looked like a good menu. Pad Thai was way too sweet and lacked any sort of punch of heat or deeper flavor. The ingredients were there and everything was cooked well, just disappointing when tasted.

I ordered pepper steak with fried rice and a order of shrimp fried rice. I should have known something wasn't right when she asked me do I want to add additional shrimp for $1 extra each shrimp...Huh..either I have shrimp fried rice or I don't🤷 Received my meal, the steak was so thin I thought it was lunch meat. There wasn't a lot of flavor in the dish, it was just ok. The shrimp fried rice was just okay as well. I had such high hopes for this place. My first and last visit. Oh, the eating area was nice and clean and the workers were nice.

I was so excited to get food here on my birthday, based on the reviews. All the dishes ,especially seafood ( very soggy tasting-maybe in freezer to long? ) and steak pepper stir fry was very tough.

Got to say that the service is awesome Jackson and Gloria are always super freaking nice. They will even ask you about your day. The food is delicious my personal favorite is the pork pho so delicious. Sumter doesn't have many options but this is about the best option for me.

This is an honest opinion. coming from big city(philly) where pho was everywhere and damn this place is awesome. The broth was perfect, noodle was great, everything was awesome. I’m currently writing this down while wating the mango sticky rice and I think this is the best one I’ve had. The sweetness was perfect, and everything else were awesome. The service was normal, I wasn’t expecting much because they weren’t asian but the food is delicious. Come by and try them out!!

It was ok way to expensive for what you get

The food was expensive and my coconut pineapple chicken was bland with 3 pieces of chicken and 3 pieces of pineapple. Will not go back there again. Pad Thai was okay. I could have made it better myself.

New dinner option w dine in! Stop a couple of times within in town for business at the end of Aug 21, Service is ok knowing the struggle rest owners go true. The places around 7 tables for 4 persons each, one outside is the ocasión ask for. Clean and organized. The food has its twist, Pho is very good, Curry is 4 of 5 and the rice dishes are delicious but too much for one person. Indeed the portions are not shy, which the menu has half of rice orders so it can be combined with other plates. Time from order to served was around 14 minutes. Will recommend and return.

Definitely a local treasure. Excellent soups, and dishes - plenty of flavor at fair prices. Yes, you can find better places… an hour away. But Yummy is a worthy option with great service.

There boba tea is soo good!!!!!

The boba tea was great. The food, not so much. Their curry is good, but the Pad Thai tasted as if a lot of ketchup was used in the sauce. Pad Thai does not call for ketchup. The dumplings aren't what I know to be traditional dumpling wrappers. They were thick and fried too hard. The sesame chicken was decent but they did not have a good noodle substitute for rice. They only offered plain Pad Thai noodles. I will say that the staff is really nice.
