Not bad had the chicken set for 2, the beef drunken noodles were good too. Only thing is the beef is chewy

Diner Review №2

Update- have eaten here probably 10 times since my original review and it hits every time. Consistent, delicious food. My favorite Thai food in Philly. The service is great- the guy (I need to catch his name next time) that is there most days is absolutely wonderful.

Ate here for the first time today and it was so good!! I got the chicken rice (boiled) and I am still thinking about it hours later...
I cannot wait to go back and have this again.

Amazing food

Diner Review №4

So yummy. Rice is yummy. Chicken is yummy. Daikon soup is yummy. Nice & clean atmosphere. Servers were nice both time we came. Loveeee this place!!!

Diner Review №5

非常差的体验,难吃不说,服务还差,还强制百分之18的小费,吐,希望快点倒闭吧!七八八家快50了,一点都不值得这个价!

Diner Review №6

I recently went to Cily's Rice and had quite an unpleasant experience. I was given a stapled paper bag with my food inside, and unfortunately, one of the staples wasn't properly pinned down. As a result, I pierced my finger on it when I grabbed the bag and began to bleed profusely. While the waiter was kind enough to provide me with a band-aid and hydrogen peroxide, I developed a fever two days later and now need to get a tetanus shot.

In retrospect, I'm really disappointed that they opted for stapled paper bags for takeout instead of providing proper bags. It feels like a cost-cutting measure that ended up causing me a lot of trouble. To top it off, they didn't even offer a partial refund or any compensation for the incident.

As for the food, I ordered the chicken curry, and the portion size was very small, especially given the $19 price. It felt about $5 more expensive than it should be. Overall, the experience left much to be desired. I hope they reconsider their packaging practices and pricing to prevent this from happening to others in the future.

Diner Review №7

This is honestly my favorite place to get pad Thai and Tom yum soup!! Pad Thai is super flavorful and the noodles are cooked to perfection.

Diner Review №8

Ordered the Red Curry and it was amazing. My friend got the Massamam curry and it was also delicious. I’m a big fan of Thai curry so I was very pleased with what the curry.

Diner Review №9

The rice was slightly undercooked. The chicken was good but not really a fan of the sauces

Diner Review №10

I always love your ginger rice combo with the radish soup!!

Gf bought this home it was really good. Only issue for me was the rice they gave was ginger rice or something of that flavor profile not a big fan of this. Wish they had some flavored rice option that were less intrusive.

Diner Review №16

Wonderful food in a smaller restaurant. Vegan options, and plenty of variety and specials. Excellent staff too, helped me choose the right option.

Diner Review №19

First of all, their food is great and I am always happy about consistent quality they maintains. However, times wise it takes forever to get served and do order always. Idk why but maybe they should hire more servers to accomodate people where dinein or takeout.

Diner Review №20

Every dish I’ve tried at Cily Chicken have been very good and flavorful. My friends and I sometimes split the rice sets or order a few entrees to share family-style. The restaurant’s quirky and creative wall decor adds to the vibe. However, the service is often quite slow, and I usually have to flag down a server to get more water or settle the bill.

Diner Review №21

Small restaurant. Little bit tiny space between the table but food was great for both taste and portion per dish. The price is also reasonable. Great service. Chicken Rice dish is good and the dipping sauce taste like original style in Thailand even better in my feelings. Others dishes like green curry is mild spicy than original if you try real Thai food before. However I totally recommend this place. I will be back to try another dishes in the future.

Diner Review №22

Took a random solo trip down to Chinatown tonight and ended up getting one of the best Pad Thai dishes I've ever had. Absolutely delicious, generous potion, reasonable price, fast, friendly service. Definitely recommend.

Diner Review №23

I come to Philly Chinatown for this place, every. Time.

The combo chicken plate hits the spot! Reminds me Street food in Thailand. Sometimes you're able to get Hainanese chicken from other SE Asian restaurants but the sauce is not the same. The clear broth is radish is a good accompaniment as well.

Nice service even when you're simply dining solo.

Diner Review №24

This is one of those places I wish had a food cart all over the city. Their chicken (both fried and steamed) is South East asian comfort food. I have never been disappointed by their offerings. I always order extra sauces for home because I’m too lazy to make it myself and they always hit with leftovers or homemade seafood & meat. The only criticism I have is they put their fresh cucumbers in the takeout platter that steam and get soggy. I prefer my veggies crisp & cold.

Diner Review №25

food is delicious! had the traditional and fried chicken, and pad see ew. so good and affordable! rice was so fragrant and perfectly cooked, soup was so tasty. would definitely come again!

Diner Review №26

The fried chicken was okay. Crispy chicken skin but slightly dry chicken meat. The sauce that it comes with helps. The ginger rice and radish soup pairs well with the chicken. I think I might enjoy the mixed chicken or boiled chicken more. The crab rangoon were very small (4 little pieces with very little filling) and weren't that tasty.

Diner Review №28

Great place and great food!

Diner Review №29

Little unassuming place- great selection of dishes when you are on an all chicken diet! Had the ground chicken dish - yum!

Diner Review №30

Really tasty hainan chicken and ginger rice!! The soup also exceeded expectations.

Atmosphere was lively and friendly :)

Diner Review №31

Unique ginger rice. Has struggled a bit since a year ago. Rice less punchy in flavor. Getting more business, so they got forgot 2 orders during lunch rush. Fried chicken has amazing double fry crisp but less tender than last year.

Diner Review №32

Diner Review №33

Just off the chain chicken rice 💕

Diner Review №34

One of my favorite casual restaurants in chiantown! Foods are so delicious!!! Good prices!!! I will come back :) I highly recommended this place :)

Diner Review №35

This place was constantly recommended to me by my colleagues, and it hit the spot. I was told to get Set 1 mixed, fried and steamed chicken with rice and soup. I also got the crab rangoons which were delicious. The rice was not just plain white rice but had some sort of seasoning and flavor which was really good. I liked the steamed chicken better than the fried, but it was all delicious and the sauces were great. The soup was decent, the giant radish was a surprise for sure. Solid spot overall!

Love the thai iced coffee here! Not too bitter and not too sweet. The mango sticky rice I got was disgusting. The mango tasted old and was very pulpy with the hair like consistency. The thai fried rice with chicken was the most bland fried rice I’ve ever had. No salt, no spice, nothing and it’s about $15-16 for this underwhelming dish.

Diner Review №57

Diner Review №58

Great chicken! One of our favorite newer spots in Chinatown!

Diner Review №59

Diner Review №60

Had the beef pad thai, close enough to traditional pad thai, not overly sweet and can be made hot. Only qualm was the beef slices; tough and not too good, but overall liked the dish.

The fried chicken is banging though. Really really good.

Diner Review №71

Go here almost every week after volleyball to dine in or take out their chicken platter over the past few months. Owner and workers are kind and service is quick. Food is really good and at a reasonable proce

Diner Review №72

Very poor customer service although the food is amazing. Was not greeted and had to get up to the servers to gain attention although the restaurant wasn’t busy. It is very disappointing as I was trying to enjoy food.

Diner Review №73

This is an update on my past takeout experience. It's usually bustling here weekends and late nights and but I managed to get a pleasant server with my own table on a Sunday evening by chance. The food is always good and affordable with a great selection of dishes but not the usual overwhelming menu which I appreciate. The green curry dish and Tom yum soup are my favorites as well as special Thai noodle dishes and of course their house 3 course fried (or boiled) chicken with ginger rice and radish side soup. So affordably priced and great for lunch or supper, but do expect a wait to be seated - it's a small local joint but mixed crowd. Only street parking on busy Race Street between 9th & 10th!

Diner Review №74

A small mighty restaurent in China town. Service was good , staffs are attentive , food came to our table quick and hot. Very conveniently located once you you find your parking near by. Restrooms are clean , max 30 people seating capacity . Food tasted good though based on your food selection. You will find various Thai flavors with some mix like fried chicken. Limited menu and believe all should be tasting good. We ordered stir fried chicken with veg , Thai basil fried chicken, spring roll , tomyum soup. Food portion is good for a single person. I ordered medium spice for fried rice and stir fried chicken(it’s very hot and I struggled to consume the whole food), usually I will be able to handle spicy food but for me it’s struggle , so be sure before you order for hot spicy. Spring roll does not seems like house made. I felt the price is bit higher for 2 person we ended up paying (60 incl tip). No complaints on food quality and serving but the price for the tiny store was no justifiable but still it’s good place for Thai food. Will recommend 👍

Diner Review №75

Highly recommended the friend chicken over rice.

Diner Review №76

Ate here during lunch time. Food and service are great! The servers are friendly and the food I ordered came out fast. I ordered drunken noodle with beef (you can choose your own topping like beef, chiken, tofu, shrimp), and my brother ordered the ground chiken and fried egg on top. He asked to switched the rice to heinanese rice (rice cooked with coconut milk) for $1 extra.
With how much expensive food is now, I'd say their lrice is decent $. Certainly won't break your bank and they give generous portion too. The only downside is how they layout their tables. Only very small isle for people who wants to go sit in the bench. I am a 5', 110lbs girl and haf a hard time squeezed in. It's a very hassle, plus you're eating so close to other people that you can smell them or hear their conversation. Feels awkward. Otherwise great service, good and environment.

Diner Review №77

Delicious Pad Thai!

Diner Review №78

This is another one of my favorites.

Actually, I think you could travel the country, the world only to find out that for some reason, this is the #1 best Hainan chicken and rice. Something about Philly, ya'know?

Order the chicken and rice, it's in the name. Fried, boiled or mixed. I mean, it's the best

Diner Review №79

Food was decent. The fried chicken was juicy in some areas but also dry in some areas. Would recommend eating that first while its hot. The boiled chicken is good with the sauces.

The reason I gave the atmosphere/ service such a bad score is Someone kept smoking cigarettes in the back and it ruined the eating experience. Also the utensils they gave us weren't properly cleaned and had soap on it. The cups they gave us has weird black stuff inside.

I will probably give them another chance but advice to management tell the person who is smoking cigarettes to close the back door and do it outside, idk if the ventilation system made it worse? Sucking outside smoky air and pulling it into the restaurant but thats a big red flag. I'm sure people don't want to inhale cigarette smoke while eating this isn't a bowling alley from the 90s. Clean your dishes more thoroughly and get rid of those glasses.

Diner Review №80

Was good but a smidge over priced

Diner Review №81

Boiled chicken rice set is pretty good deal

Diner Review №82

Diner Review №83

The chicken rice and pineapple fried rice are my favorite! Other menu is just moderate. It is clean but a little small, so you need patience to eat here during weekend, especially if you come in groups.

Got the set for one person, mixed style (half boiled half fried). The boiled is classic hainanese which is done well, but the highlight for me is the fried chicken. 3 sauces - two for boiled and one for fried. Good portion and good price (I believe $12 before tax).

Diner Review №99

Speedy quick service yet the food quality is amazing and priced reasonable

Diner Review №100

I order a set 4 with is for 4 people, I have order from them before set 1 and set 2 both the portion are good but for this time set for is only two people amount, every thing was stuff in one paper bag, and I ask if they can separated it because it was about it ripped and told me 25 cent for paper bag. 45 dollar for this amount of meat this is the same amount for set 2, and for

Diner Review №102

Best and most affordable Thai food restaurant in Chinatown area. Will be going back soon.

Diner Review №103

I have been here many times and I will still continue to come back. Because they have delicious foods. The mix set chicken is a must to try. The place is kinda small for people with big party. Overall, this place is a place that you need to try if you come visit Chinatown Philly.

Diner Review №104

this place is bad. overpriced. 6$ for 3 little egg rolls. 16$ for mediocre pad see ew. they wouldn't let us pay for our orders separately even though we initially ordered seperately. then also the pad see ew tasted unseasoned and oily. thumbs down. 18% gratuity and poor service. dont come fr if u want good food or service!!! they truly silly asl fr >:(

Diner Review №109

Tried this spot a few times, very nice and simple food. I had the hainan chicken with rice which was really good and not too salty. Would definitely recommended stopping by.

Diner Review №110

Diner Review №111

Diner Review №112

Very authentic hainan chicken. Generous portions. 5+ stars!

Diner Review №113

Me and my daughters favorite place

Diner Review №114

Portion size was smaller than I expected. But food was good. They use very little meat in their dishes, so you kind of feel for wanting more.

Diner Review №115

Stumbled upon this place this afternoon. Food was incredible and staff was very friendly!

Diner Review №116

excellent food and service. the combo chicken with rice was amazing !

Diner Review №117

First of all, this review isn't about the food because what I had was good. I ordered a Thai Tea and I accidentally dropped it. Which I get that it was my fault. I also didn’t get another tea. I understand that I dropped it but I don't deserved what I paid for? They were also rude to other customers and to me after I dropped it and I was charged for it. The customer service was not good and I will not be going back I recommend this place to people who will get angry at your mistakes and charge you for things you don't get.

Diner Review №118

Everything was pretty good but I just wish the sauce had more flavor but over all pretty good I would come back maybe

Diner Review №119

My sister and I were undecided where to go and parked close to this place. Everything was so good. I had Shrimp Pad Thai and she had Chicken Red Curry.

Diner Review №120

Delicious 😋 😋 😋

Diner Review №121

Arrived at 2:45pm right before their last order at 3pm. We saw them turn parties of 3+ away because they were full, but we were only 2 people so they let us wait for an open seat. We waited about 10 minutes before we sat down and ordered.

We got a mixed-style set 2 and a Thai iced green tea. The radish soup was nice and light and the chicken was tender. All of the flavor was in the sauces, and I really enjoyed the orange and the brown ones. They were sweet and spicy.

They actually forgot to give us our Thai green tea at first, and they did not check on us after they gave us the food. At the very end, a staff member came up to tell us that they were closing soon and they were able to bring us our drink.

Diner Review №122

Absolutely amazing Chicken Rice Thai style. The rice is very flavorful and the sauces provided complement the chicken very well. The chicken is extremely juicy in both boiled and fried form.

The appetizers of Crab Rangoon and fish cakes were quite good as well.

The mango sticky rice was very good.

The radish soup is also very good.

Edit: came back and tried the kua gai. It's very good

Diner Review №123

Diner Review №124

Nice little place for a simple meal that tastes better than expected👍

Diner Review №125

Good food served here. We got fried gyoza, meal for 2 with mixed chicken, drunken noodles with shrimp, and the green curry with chicken. The chicken here was very moist and delicious! The rice was packed with ginger taste and the soup served with the chicken set was a good pairing to cleanse the palette. Drunken noodles were not too spicy and was cooked well. The noodles were soft but not falling apart. The green curry has eggplant, bamboo shoots, and bell peppers - again not too spicy but had a good amount of coconut milk in it. We also got the Thai Iced tea and the Thai Green Ice tea - both were in the sweeter side but taste was on point. Very casual and relaxed dining. Wait staff was nice, took our orders quickly, and got the food to our table with very minimal wait.

Diner Review №126

Delicious!!! Relatively pricy compare to other chinatown place but it’s really good food and nice dine in atmosphere. We had a good time.

Diner Review №127

I used the Yelp reservation for a party of 4 on a weekend - we were all excited to try this spot. However upon arrival, we were told, loudly, that they don't take reservations. We've had issues getting a table in Philly for Friday and Saturday dinner, even for a party of 4, so we wouldn't have tried this place if we knew they didn't honor their Yelp reservation. They really need to remove that.

The dining room is small, with tables on one side and a counter on the other. It was well lit and there was plenty of space to walk around. I appreciated not feeling cramped.

The biggest issue was that it was 31 degrees F outside, with wind gusts of 21mph and there was no barrier between the tables and the door. This made for an extremely uncomfortable dinner as our food (rice, soup) went very cold, very quickly; and anytime someone would walk in and out of the restaurant, there would be a painful gust of wind. At one point, a large party (6 adults + 1 stroller) came to order take out, but they held the door open for several minutes. I was very disappointed that the staff didn't say anything to them about keeping the door closed. In a town that gets as cold as Philly, I'm really surprised they don't do more to keep the cold out.

We ordered several Hainanese chicken sets along with the veggie medley dish. We got 3 boiled and 1 fried chicken set. To quote someone in my party, the fried chicken set tasted like a "better version of KFC, less oily." We wouldn't get it again. The boiled chicken tasted ok, but it really didn't stand out from actual Malaysian restaurants that served a full menu. They asked if we wanted chicken innards with the boiled chicken, and we confirmed and it turned out that it only came with 1 piece per set. The soup that came with the chicken set was pretty good, as was the ginger rice. The veggie medley was bland and either arrived cold, or the gusts of wind from the door cooled it down as it was set on our table.

The service was friendly enough, but I don't think the staff really paid much attention to the floor. I understand it's a more take-out environment, but we did have to go up to the counter more than once to request things.

Overall, it was a disappointing experience. The food was decent, but I've definitely had better in Philly. Add that to the limited menu, I'd definitely go elsewhere for my Hainanese chicken.

Diner Review №128

Diner Review №129

I walked 20 minutes to a Hainanese chicken and rice restaurant, hoping to relive the flavors I remember from the streets of Bangkok. Unfortunately, the food turned out to be bland and lacked any flavor.

The ginger dipping sauce was disappointing, with a heavy presence of salt and oil, and the ginger flavor was almost non-existent.

Ginger Sauce - ? Tasted only oil +salt
Soy sauce - very mild soy flavor
Sweet Chili - best of the 3, ok

Boiled chicken - no flavor
Fried chicken - very crispy no flavor/mild flavor
Soup - was good. Maybe that's where all the flavors went.
Thai Tea - watered down
Gyoza - didn't try, my daughter liked it but she's 8 and almost eats exclusively chicken tenders and hamburgers.

Didn't take a photo, don't want to remember the meal. Posted so others can proceed with caution.

I don't recommend ordering chicken and rice here. 😕 Expected more from a resturant in ChinaTown Philly with all the competition close by.

Do better.

AMAZING and AUTHENTIC Thai food here! Such a wonderful experience. The flavors in this cuisine are delicious. I highly recommend going here, as the food is incredible. Service is excellent and restaurant is very clean.

Diner Review №132

Diner Review №133

The half fried half boiled chicken is great. The thai chilly sauce was exceptional. Rice had a different flavor to it but was still pretty good. The water had a bad taste to it, so if you go here, i wouldn't drink it. Waitress was very friendly.

Diner Review №135

Chicken basil fried rice is good, but too pricey.

Diner Review №136

Amazing soups! Tried both Tom Yam and Tom Kha (they have small-options as well as large). Will definitely return for more

Diner Review №137

Arrived about an hour to closing time (we dined in and made it out right on time) and they were still super accomodating and very quick to serve us! Highly recommend the namesake dish of getting chicken and rice. We opted for the mix so we got boiled and fried chicken. The boiled chicken was mild to taste, but was a great vessel for the paired sauces (: The fried chicken is definitely the star of the show, yummy on its own but also pairs well with the accompanying sauces as well as a generous scoop of the aromatic rice. A surprising but welcomed treat was having radish soup served along with these items. I hadn't had radish soup in so long and this soup was absolutely what I remembered it tasting like (delicious!). The appetizers were decent, nothing to write home about, but do get the Thai iced tea! A sweet classic.

Diner Review №140

very good khao man gai or thai style hainanese chicken. set meal has good portion sizes, and the daikon soup is excellent. only issue is that there’s no way to customize the amount and types of sauces that come with the set, and the default amount of ginger scallion is not nearly enough

Very good pad Thai. Wish they had the option to add a fried chicken to it on the side like other places in Boston does. But otherwise good friendly service, and good food. A bit pricey for a pad Thai tho.

find myself craving it all the time! :) my favorite is the the set 1, the ginger rice is so fragrant and chicken pairs very well with the sauce

Diner Review №161

This is my second time ordering takeout from here. The first time was pretty good. However, the second time was horrible. The fried chicken was super super dried. I ended up throwing it away. Waste of my money.

Diner Review №162

Surprised with the taste :) liked the Thai iced tea very much.

Diner Review №163

This meal was so incredible. Four of us went here to eat and ordered set 4 with mixed chicken option of boiled and fried. They paired wonderfully with the sauces and surprisingly most of us enjoyed the boiled chicken even more than the fried chicken! The boiled chicken was tender and had so much flavor, the fried chicken had the perfect crisp texture. The rice is also cooked with ginger and other spices so can be eaten by itself as well as another perfect pairing with the chicken. We also had the liver and gizzard, and the ones who were used to eating these types of meats also enjoyed it as well. We came in hungry, ate our fill, and had some leftover at the end too. A must try.

Was looking for a quick takeout before I catch my bus back to NYC. The food was ready in 5 minutes. Chicken was superrrrr juicy and flavorful (and I got such a huge portion that I saved some for breakfast!). Radish soup was so, so good that I kept scooping for more. I live right above a Hainanese chicken rice stall and this place puts it to shame. Would revisit the next time I'm in Philly. 😊❤

Très bon poulet

Diner Review №170

Great Thai food and delicious starters.
We got the fried wonton, fish cake (first time I tried it and it was amazing!) pad see ew, basil fried rice and spring rolls and the vegetable medley to go.
All of the food hit the spot perfectly and the service was top notch - the kitchen staff even engaged with us and made it such a memorable experience. Definitely a great spot to get great Thai food in Chinatown.

Diner Review №171

Dont bother to come here right before the closing time . My husband and i had arrived at 9:10 pm, which is 50 minutes before the closing time . But we had to decided to leave the place because of the girl whose was welcoming us with such attitude . We’ve been coming to this place for so many time and never got treat like this before

Diner Review №172

Food was really good and at a great price. Really love the fried chicken and ginger rice and radish soup combo. One of the few places that are open till after 9 PM. Staff was really nice and accommodating. Would come back here again.

Diner Review №173

Food is very expensive for what it is. Chicken is subpar and everything tastes like ginger. 4 "crab" Rangoons for 7 bucks!

Diner Review №174

Diner Review №175

The foods are above average and prices are alright; it is better than any American fast food restaurants. Although, I had better chicken at more expensive places, but what you pay is what you get. I like the Thai icetea.

Diner Review №176

I ordered half boiled chicken. The chicken doesn’t have any flavor in it. And the meat is pinky not fully cooked. Also the rice I ordered not even hot. Definitely not coming back.

One of the best chicken rice in Philly. Portion to price ratio is fairy unlike other places. Will always come back when I’m craving for chicken rice.

There's no shortage of good chicken places in China Town, but Cily is a place you should not overlook. My wife and I came in around opening time and ordered Set 2. It was reasonably priced, well-presented, and tasted wonderful. Nothing was left! 😆

We will definitely be back!

I have never written a review for anything prior this one.

That said, the food here is phenomenal. The quality feels home-cooked and not like the usual greasy stuff you have at typical restaurants. Food is clean on macros as well. Hands down my new favorite spot in Philly.

Decent!

Diner Review №181

The restaurant was almost empty when I arrived after a 2 hours drive from DC and I was looking forward to a good nice chicken rice meal.

Unfortunately, even though there were many tables available, and even upon special request, the server did not allow me to seat at their normal tables unless I had two in my party! Instead, I was seated at the wall tables.

Just imagine looking at the wall and eating after a long drive!

No matter how good the food is, and it was not that great, a good restaurant should always try to give their patrons an awesome experience, which this restaurant definite did not even try.

For the quality of their food, I shouldn’t have bothered and you shouldn’t bother to too.

Overall a good experience. Got the chicken with soup and rice dish.

The soup is great. Has a lot of flavor, the rice is done very well. Presenta looked great and service was excellent.

While the chicken looked great, breading was the right kind of crispy, it didn't offer a lot of flavor.

Great food! Very yummy. We really love their fried chicken and rice!

*HIGHLY RECOMMEND*

Cily Chinese is literally one for my favorite restaurants in Chinatown. I've gone too many times to count, a regular I would say, because their chicken hits the spot every single time.

You MUST get their chicken set, highly recommend half boiled half fried. The fried chicken is super crispy and taste the best with the sweet chili sauce. The boiled chicken is a good complement to the fried and keeps the meal light. This set also comes with daikon soup (super flavorful and warms my soul) and chicken broth infused rice (tastiest rice I've ever had). They even give you some liver/gizzards on the side! The portion is very generous and at a great price as well. Their other food is decent, like Tom Yum soup and drunken noodles, but nothing beats their chicken. I also really like their green thai ice tea, just a bit on the sweeter side but I love the flavor.

*VERDICT*
Definitely will come back again and again.

Mejor imposible!!! Un must de Philadelphia!!!

Diner Review №188

The staff was very kind. The food (gyoza and curry) were very bland, poorly cooked beef and overall lacking any taste.

Diner Review №189

Staff are kind but the food can’t be a 4.6*! Meat are really (really) hard, carrots and potatoes in my curry was almost raw!

Literally my current favorite spot for lunch and dinner. My husband randomly suggested this place walking through Chinatown one evening and we ate dinner here the next 3 days in a row 😋 I've since had multiple lunches with friends here and tried every item on the menu. They are all delicious ❤

Diner Review №193

Great service and the massaman curry was delicious. A bit on the spicy side so order mild unless you're very confident!

Diner Review №194

The best chicken rice I have ever been to in the US. Sorry that I took the pictures too late 😋

We gave them a 20% tip for a table of 4. Two separate people counted the money. As we're leaving, they approached us not once, but twice, saying we didn't have enough and demanded more money. I had to pay extra out of my wallet, money isn't the issue here, but they lost the money and blamed it on us. Unorganized restaurant and waiters. The fried chicken was hard. The boiled chicken looked red and uncooked. There's good places to dine-in within Chinatown, this place isn't one of them.

Looking for lunch places and looked like a simple place to grab lunch. The hostess is very customer oriented, friendly and gives the straight up recommendations. I've had the shrimp drunken noodle and the boiled chicken rice set. Flavor is high. Taste is delicious. Portion is perfect for lunch (so you can still work and not be in a good coma). Highly recommend this spot for a quick lunch or to go. If you're unsure what to get don't hesitate to ask, they are friendly and helpful!

We’re visiting from phoenix and stumbled upon this gem! My husband is from Singapore and he said that this is the best and closest chicken rice to home that he had. Their affordable prices are a huge plus!

Diner Review №199

Their chicken rice set is not only a great value, but one of the best tasting chicken rice in town! We always go for the fried chicken.

The chicken is juicy and crispy, served with some sweet and spicy chili sauce and some cucumbers to cool off. The radish soup is hearty and comforting, and the ginger rice is so fragrant and savory.

Love this place for both dine in and takeout!
