Very nice upscale asian restaurant. Only open for about three months. I had the Kung Pao 🐥 and it was delish. I also had the Calamari appetizer with the hot and sweet sauce. That was also very good. We will go here again sometime. I really liked their math clock.

The Thai green curry was delicious- spicy, creamy, savory, and full of fresh vegetables that were cooked perfectly. The sweet and sour sauce was well balanced chicken was crispy on the outside and tender and juicy on the inside. The pork gyoza was crisp on the bottom and tender on top. The lettuce wraps were excellent with crisp lettuce and peanut sauce.

I think it's the best place to eat sushi! I love this place I could come every day✨😍

The staff was pleasant and welcoming. The sushi rolls were just okay when compared to surrounding places. I ordered 3 regular maki rolls (tuna, 2 yellowtail) and a spicy tuna and spicy salmon. Regular maki rolls were very fresh and enjoyable with a good ratio of rice to fish. The yellowtail had nice marbling and seemed like a good cut of fish. The spicy rolls were disappointing to me as they were overly dry and had too much filler it seemed. They were fine but not overly enjoyable.

The rolls were of decent size and seemed to be a good value. Although I can’t speak for any other menu options I would most likely not return as there are other places I prefer. Overall I would rate it more of a high 3 star than quite hitting a 4 star.

A to-go cup of unsweetened iced tea or soda costs cents to the dollar, and every other restaurant I've gone to was happy to provide that.

The food was great, but the service was horrible. The server didn’t even provide us with serving spoons and plates, and didn’t bother to check on our table even once. That wasn’t the case with other tables around us. Never coming back here!

I’ve been going here since they opened and their meals never fail me. Delicious food and I love the sweet staff. Must try them!

Have tried this restaurant multiple times and its hit or miss. Pad Thai was very dry and tasted like ketchup, I couldn’t even finish it. However the sushi, specifically the dancing roll is very good.

Didn't like the general tso's chicken. It was very gummy (don't know how else to describe it). The chicken wasn't fresh. It was definitely frozen and I did not expect that from a more upscale asian restaurant. I will not be returning or recommending. Easton Asian Bistro is 10x better.

Place is small inside, which is fine.
Food was fresh, however nothing stood out to be as good as other restaurants close by with similar prices, and menu, except that portions were definitely lacking.
Never left an Asian restaurant with no leftovers.

The green tea had a strange taste which we did not like.

Great place! Started with Crab Rangoon appetizer and Miso soup. All three entrees did not disappoint either. Of course, dessert made it a perfect ending!

Very friendly and fresh food choices. Fair prices for sit down service keep in mind it is byob. Not the cheapest but it is getting hard to find a eat in place with great staff.

Not sure what happened this lovely little restaurant... Spent $14 on a Yaki Udon with no flavor, veggies that were barely sautéed, and chicken that looked boiled or steamed. Only reason there is any color in this picture is because I had to add a little gochujang and sesame seed to make it palatable. Otherwise it would have been a pale, bland bowl of sadness. Save your money and go elsewhere, this place has lost its mojo.

This is my favorite sushi place in the Lehigh Valley. I get food here once a month or so and it is consistently fresh and delicious. We usually do take out but decided to dine in this time. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They are using disposable utensils and plates at the moment, but that didn't bother me in the least. We had salmon avocado rolls, eel avocado and spicy salmon as well as the miso soup. The salmon lovers is a favorite for me as well as the naruto roll.

Our waitress was super sweet! Restaurant is very clean and my whole family throughly enjoyed their meal. The thai tea is amazing as well! Only thing was the pad thai was very vinegary, but not bad overall.

Lunch Bento Box is where it’s at. Order during lunch and they make an awesome bento. I usually get the Mango Chicken. It’s loaded with mango, jalapeños, and chicken with vegetables. Also in the bento: rice, sushi, crab rangoon, soup, salad. It’s a good lunch spot.

Salmon roll was good. Spicy tuna roll smelled like raw sewage and was stale. Take out bag smelled like the Hudson River on a hot day. Not very good altogether, but half of the meal was edible. Do your self a favor and stop serving Japanese food, maybe do authentic Chinese as a part of the menu, people here are all transplant from NY, they would love it. Good Luck.

Bento box lunch specials are the best in town!

My wife and I ordered from this restaurant for the first time tonight. We’ve gone past this place several times before and thought it looked like a nice place to get a meal. We were unexpectedly disappointed by what we received. Placing the order and pickup went smoothly, the food was ready when I arrived.

However when we unpacked the order, we found that my container of Red Thai shrimp curry hadn’t been properly sealed and a large amount of sauce had leaked into the bag. The plastic bag saved my car seat from being ruined. My wife ordered Kung pao with fried noodles (which was an extra charge), however they packed fried rice.

The Kung Pao had very little sauce and even less flavor. The curry would have had plenty of sauce had it not mostly leaked out. What was left was bland with only the slightest amount of spicy heat (even though I requested hot spice level). The only thing right with our food was that the veggies were very fresh.

Overall we were thoroughly disappointed with our experience with One Third. For the price they are charging we expected much more in terms of food quality, quantity and service. Do better! Will not be ordering again.

Ordered from here for the first time yesteday. For $30, I expected bigger proportions than what I received. The fried calamari was subpar. The tuna tataki was good as well as the shumai. However, I wouldn't order from here again because it wasn't worth $30.

This place always makes amazing sushi.

When we moved here a few years ago this place was very good. I feel like they have become more and more stingy. Today bought two meals to go and wanted to get some extra sauce. Was charged $0.50 for each, no big deal. However, when I got home they were filled about a quarter of the way.

One Third is a good name for this place as it tells you what kind of dining experience you will have here. Don’t get me wrong it wasn’t horrible, they can just do so much better. Service was fast and so was my sushi. My tasty sushi came out with nothing on it. It looked like it came from a gas station. Then I noticed why it wasn’t decorated what so ever. The chefs made it so fast so they could get back to their phones. They never looked at me or acknowledged me what so ever. You guys can have a great place, just put the extra effort in and it will pay off big. Hope this advice helps you find the remaining Two Thirds that you are missing.

Just try and keep me away. This tiny place has quickly become "our place" for sushi and we've brought people here visiting from out of town just to show One Third off.

Really great food. Small place so if your looking to eat in you need to get there early. Definitely recommend take out so you can enjoy the great food without being squished in the small dining area.

This is a wonderful resturant with great sushi and attentive service. I personally loved the thai tea. All of the sushi we ordered tasted wonderful and was presented beautifully. The small space of the resturant provides a more intimate feel and you can see your sushi being rolled from any place in the resturant. J can see this becoming our go to sushi spot.

It’s laughable this place does not have better ratings. One of the best Asians spots in the Valley.

Amazing noodle soup and solid sushi. Although they don't have a seated hibachi, their hibachi dinners are incredible. Calming environment with friendly and accommodating staff.

SUPER OVERPRICED!!!! Is the quality good, yes but the portions are super small. The seasme chicken was $14 with a $1.50 upcharge for fried rice. I kid you not, $15.50 for 12 bite size pieces of chicken and less then cup of fried rice. Our total bill was $70 for seasen chicken, yaki udon, crab ragoon, house salad (which they up charged me for extra dressing when the salad was $5 to begin with), and side of fried rice which was little over 1/2 cup in portion. I understand quality cost more but to me the pricing is unjust for the product.

My coworkers and I order quite frequently from here for lunch. The bento boxes are only $10 and have a nice variety (6 sushi rolls, a small salad, miso soup, 3 crab ragoons, scoop of rice, and a small entré). A dab of wasabi and fresh ginger are included. Everything tastes very fresh and delicious. I recommend the Thai green curry chicken if you like spicy.
