We are Thai food Cart on 99W Tigard. The location is behind black rock coffee shop. We served real Thai food. All the customers to us are friends and family. Please come join our family and try our food.
TERRIFIC & AFFORDABLE THAI
We tried this spot out after I got tired of paying the ever-inflating prices and variable portion sizes at the usual Thai establishment we frequent.
You get a HUGE amount of food for a very good price at this food cart. I fed 6 of us for $65 with tip and had leftovers.
The Tom Yum fried rice is unique and we will for sure order this again.
We also enjoyed the pad see ew and pad Thai, but likely won’t order the pad Thai again. Nothing special.
The dumplings in the Dumpling Chicken soup were delicious, but the broth had a sweetness to it that I didn’t care for.
Peanut Curry was a crowd pleaser.
We got “medium” and it was not spicy at all. Will try hot next time.
I really love the food here. I can actually get potstickers/ dumplings because it's chicken instead of pork and the dumpling soup is one of my favorites to get. It's so yummy and comforting and always perfect for those cold days or when you feel a little under the weather. The spring rolls and fried shrimp are great too and the sauces that come with the appetizers are really good too. The only entree I've gotten has been pad thai with chicken but that has also been really good. I really love the food here, hopefully can visit in person at some point.
Update: I have since branched out slightly and gotten the Peanut curry with chicken and Pad See Ew, both so freaking delicious! The curry is a little spicy but I love it as is and the wide noodles and sauce on the Pad See Ew were also so very good. I think it's safe to say, most if not all the food will be delicious no matter what you get! They do wonderful work! :)
This is my favorite Thai food on the West Side. No lines, no hype. It's my go to Uber eats order when I'm hanging at my partner's house in Southwest. It's always apparent they make their food with love. The price is reasonable and the portions are great to split with someone on date night. Recently I ordered the green curry which reminded me exactly of the green curry I came to love while traveling extensively through Thailand years ago. One thing that also stands out is they don't skimp on ingredients. Always more than just a few pieces of chicken/tofu, etc which is much appreciated! Nothing beats authentic Thai food, and I assure you, food from a Thai food cart is usually a safe bet! Try them out and order a few dishes!
The food is very authentic and also the atmosphere is very similar to street food restaurants in Thailand. Delicious, fresh ingredients and fast service. I definitely noticed that this place is popular as people were lining up constantly and a lot of pick ups. I would probably suggest to use this place as a take out option, but there are also benches to sit outside and enjoy your meal. Be very careful on spice levels, as I mentioned the food is authentic and even “mild” could be too spicy.
Got from uber eats for the first time.... Lived here a few years. It was amazing and FRESH thai food. You could tell the chef/s really take pride in the food they make and put out. We will def be ordering from here more often! Awesome, thank you.
Love this food cart. Slowly but surely trying new items. Great value, big portions for the price. Everything I’ve tried was delicious, fresh, and cooked to perfection. They are putting out quality food clearly not cutting any corners. Highly recommended!
We were craving Thai food late night after a busy day and stumbled upon this place. I am so glad we did, because it is some of the best Thai food I’ve ever had. Will absolutely be a regular!
Absolutely terrible food, I received a piece a plates that had moldy eggplant. Don't eat out here
This cart has great Thai food at a good price. I've been back several times since I discovered it.
Last night I tried the Pra Ram with chicken. So good. And I got some extra peanut sauce because I love that stuff.
I love this place! It has gluten free options without any additional costs and the food is DELICIOUS!

The best thai food I’ve ever had! The Tom Kha is extremely flavorful, creamy and full of fresh ingredients. Would highly recommend!
great service. pad thai is amazing
Good service
I always order here when I can’t leave work for lunch. Everytime I get it, it always hits the spot! Good pricing, good food, and they always have good portions. Thank you!
Good service
Great food, great service and polite staff.

I think we have a new go to Thai food restaurant. Our two year old especially loved her fried rice
Always on time & their peanut sauce curry is to die for. 👍

Great Thai food. The owner is so friendly and helpful. The pumpkin curry there is especially good.

The food is good but the treatment is rude. When I asked about the sauces and asked for a reasonable amount, the girl was rude and stingy, implying that if I asked for more she was going to charge me $2 for a 2 oz container. It's better to go to the tacos there, they are nicer. The Asians are very stingy and I paid $32 .
Great little food truck serving up really good Thai food.
Ordered here many times unsure why the bad reviews. Have had nothing but consistently good food and service.
I accidentally ordered from this cart and didn’t realize until I came to pick up my order. I called and this place wouldn’t let me pay - they kept saying it was ok, it happens. Five stars for being really, really kind.
It's a hidden gem. So good, fast , fresh.

Good portions, affordable, and very tasty! Had takeout dinner for two--already looking forward to the leftovers. We especially liked the peanut curry, it was sweet and creamy and paired wonderfully with the other dishes!
The food is absolutely amazing here! The pumpkin curry is to die for!!! Great setup with picnic tables.

I was shocked when I learned their food came from a food cart. What they are able to pull off in that tiny kitchen is better than any brick and mortar, since Pok Pok.
So good!
Some of the best Thai Food in Tigard! The Pad Thai, Tom Kha, Steamed Dumplings and Cashew Stir Fry are my favorites so far. Can’t wait to try something new next time!
They're quick, have a diverse of traditional Thai options, and their dishes are always good. I also love that they're open daily and open late. I go here way too often.
i love their pad thai and crab puffs so yummy 🩷
We love Lemon Leaf Thai!! The owners/workers are excellent, they prepare your order so fast. Best pad thai I've had - perfect amount of sauce/it's never dry! Love the crab rangoons and cashew chicken stir fry also. We love eating here once every week or two! Our go-to for Thai fare. Highly recommend! And excellent pricing for the portion sizes!
Called to place a to go order and called right back to let her know that I’d like something different( I ordered pad see eww but wanted to changed it to drunken noodle), I let her know i had JUST called in and would like to change my order, she then put me on hold but i could still hear her chatting and laughing in the background, after listening to her chattering for 5 mins on hold, she finally remembers me and said sorry the food was already made.
The pad see eww was not good at all, it taste straight light soy sauce and very salty.. very disappointment for this place. Was only going there because Thai paste closed at 9 and this food cart was supposed to be the emergency Thai food, sadly the food taste bad even when you’re in the dire need of some Thai food fix. Would never go back.
Basil fried rice so good and all fried rice.
I got some green curry too. Yum
Thai taste 👅
Incredible food, great flavor, quick service
Take out order of 4 entrees were excellent! Medium spice was perfect and the kids were happy with their selection. Also, the prices can’t be beat!
Love it! The food is great, the prices are reasonable, and they stay open late. That’s the perfect combo. I’ve ordered to go and delivery and it’s always hot and fresh, good size portions too. I’m getting hungry just thinking about it! The girl working is also super nice.
The food is freaking bomb, and the customer service is always on point! I haven't been disappointed in a single thing I've eaten from here, I'll definitely be working my way through the whole menu. 😁
Great food. Love that they have a large vegan menu.
I have been obsessed with their vegan pineapple fried rice. Since going vegan almost a decade ago, I've missed fried rice. This hits the spot EVERY TIME. My girlfriend enjoys the basil fried rice and curries as well!
I’d give it 5 stars but no fresh (salad) rolls
Easily the best thai food in the area! I ate here nearly every day while I was pregnant because I couldn't get enough of it. We always get the tofu pad thai, pad see ew, and pad kee mao and have never been disappointed- delicious meals each and every time! We've taken our friends and family here and they absolutely love the food too! Everyone we've met working here is also super friendly as well!
The food is delicious no doubt about it however for 3 times already was hair in my plate so I finally give up to eat from there unfortunately
Ordered peanut curry with chicken, couldn’t find any chicken in it other than 2 little slivers :-(
Ordered the fried calamari, fried coconut shrimp, shrimp pad thai, x2 house fried rice one with chicken and one with shrimp and some drink. The rice was over cooked(mush) didn't get our calamari instead got some type of fish sticks and the food was so bland I had to season it myself (im a white chick).
I order from here often as it's close, convenient and reliably tasty. The portions are good and so are the flavors. It's become a go-to for me when I'm craving some good and convenient ( Thai ) grub. The online ordering is also very convenient. The only downside to this spot ( not their fault at all) is the parking lot. It's small and full of potholes and shares a space with a weed shop and it's on one of the worst roads in town ( Pacific highway) BUT that's also part of the convenience. If you are ever craving some Thai food but don't want to deal with the whole restaurant part but want the quality, I would recommend this place.
I ordered the pad ke mao with beef and the first bite was heavenly, thanks !
Unfortunately the food was bland. I ordered the Pad Kee Mow and crab cream cheese wontons. The wontons were tough and difficult to eat, and the noodles were bland.
I am not normally one to leave a review but I got the vegan tofu pad Thai tonight and it honestly just made my day. I get the same thing every time and it never misses! They are always quick and the food is always amazing! And finding out they are open late is a game changer for me because I work weird hours and getting this after work tonight was the perfect way to end my evening!
The plumpest, freshest shrimp I think I’ve had anywhere. Holy moly, definitely consider the pad thai with shrimp. They were huge and so fresh!
Everyone enjoyed the Tom Kha soup as well, even my 1 year old. I ordered it mild.
The coconut shrimp were also fabulous as takeout, they stayed totally crispy even after being boxed. Kudos on the quality!
Their Tom Kha Soup is soooo goood!
I come here multiple times a week and you guys never disappoint. The kindest people ever and the food is so fantastic. Thank you guys !!
Had a lovely Christmas meal provided by Lemon Leaf. The broad noodle dishes are my favorite, but the pineapple curry was delicious!
Every time I’ve came here it’s been perfect. The pad Thai , spring rolls , dumpling soup and the rices are phenomenal. 10/10 recommend to anyone thinking of trying. The owners are wonderful people as well and are always so kind !!
I ordered a cashew nut chicken stir fry and when I got home I noticed that it didn't come with rice. I wish they warned you that you have to purchase rice separately since all other Thai restaurants include it with stir fry and curry dishes.
Pineapple fried rice with pork hit that sweet spot. The potstickers got that hint of spice to it.
This is the best food I've ever had. The iced tea is amazing and very addicting, I get some every time I pass them. Price is good, especially for what you're getting. Very authentic food and lovely staff
The food was delicious and the service was very nice and friendly. I got the eggplant stir fry with tofu and lots of veggies.
The food is very authentic and also the atmosphere is very similar to street food restaurants in Thailand. Delicious, fresh ingredients and fast service. I got the fried rice with chicken, pork and beef. The chicken was dry. The other meats were cut in large chunks and were overly chewy. I would not order again. Previously, basil fried rice was bettter.
This is so disappointing. After seeing so many good reviews I decided to give this place a try. I ordered a basil stir fry and honestly I have never seen such a small portion in any food truck. Literally there was not any vegetables in my food and the taste was so mehhh! My husband ordered a tom yum soup with shrimp and there was only ONE shrimp in his soup and some onions. I hope people pay attention more to what ingredients they are eating and more cautious about writing reviews.
We have ordered from Lemon Leaf many times as we live within a 5 min drive. Prices are always reasonable. Service is always friendly and quick. Food is always delicious. It has become our favorite Thai place in the area!
The curry is delicious. I love their pad Thai too.
We have eaten here several times. The portions are good size for the price. The staff has been sweet and they get your food out quick.
This food is so good!!!! I love it. It’s delicious and well made.
Delicious Pad Thai and appropriately priced for the portion and quality. I'll definitely order it again. Sadly the Pra Ram was plain tasting, the peanut sauce was more of a wattery liquid.
Very good
The food is well cooked and has a lot of flavor however it's always too spicy (even when you ask for mild/medium spicy). Ask your food zero spicy with sauce on the side.
First time here, and I will be coming back every time I want Thai food. Prices are cheap compared to other places and they make AMAZING Tom Kha, Pra Ram, and the Crab fried rice. Lady at the front was the sweetest. My new favorite food cart in Tigard.
The best Thai food we have found in the area! Pretty good Thai tea and, great pad Thai most of the time - every once in awhile there's an off night, but most of the time the texture is perfect the flavor is perfect and it's the right amount of sauce. Tom kha is perfect!
We ordered 4 Chicken Pad thi, all the chicken was spoiled.
You could smell the rotten meat when you opened the lid.
Very yummy food! Pretty good prices for the amount of food you get! We got the peanut curry, pad Thai and crab Rangoon. Definitely recommend!
Got the basil stir fry (listed as spicy basil stir fry with beef) and it was about the least inspiring dish I've had from a thai restaurant maybe perhaps, ever. Not spicy, not flavorful and the beef was over cooked. I could have bought the same thing in the freezer section at Fred Meyers as it tasted like a microwaved dish.
We love going here! The food is super good and the lady is very nice and helpful
This is a food truck located in a parking lot next to a couple of other trucks and a nice outdoor seating area. The Chai Tea is super caffeinated. I also had the Thai Steak Salad (mild) and it was enough for lunch and dinner. Prices are reasonable and the food is restaurant quality. Service is a bit slow, but the food is worth the wait. If you like spicy 🌶, you'll find it here. My husband loves spicy food and ordered hot. He couldn't finish his meal because it was too hot. We'll still be back for the tea and salad.
The food here it's delicious and healthy, the quality it's good and they have really good prices.
Amazing! First time trying and ordered on Uber Eats! Best peanut sauce and perfect heat on the Tom Kah soup. Crab wontons tasted homemade and fresh!
Maybe I hit them on a bad day? Idk but this was one of the worst take out experiences i've had.
Started with the phone order; They weren't polite at all. I brushed it off figuring they were having a bad day. Arrived 20 mins after the call (they said it would be 15 to 20 mins) and i still had to wait another 10 mins. Was very cold out but they said it was almost done so i waited. I woulda waited in the warmth of my car had i known "almost done" meant another 10 minutes. Eh, whatever, i got over it. Bit what indid not get over was the food; Bland, flavorless, watery, void of filling utter waste of time. Seriously, the spring rolls had barely anything in them. They were basically fried husks. See picture. The garlic stir fry had no seasoning at all besides the fried bits sprinkled on top. Which even that was lost in the sea of blandness that was the stir fry. You gotta at least slightly salt the food. Just all around bad experience. Won't be giving it a srcond chance.
I enjoyed this place quite a lot! I’ve only been once and I tried their tofu pad Thai. It was really tasty and had tons of flavorful spices and textures! I also got the spring rolls and Tom kha soup. Phenomenal and tasty. Will return!
Great food an service
The best Thai food I’ve ever had! The peanut sauce curry is incredible.
I doordashed food right before close, my dasher didn’t get my food till 45 min after smh! But they waited & the owner even called me to figure out a way to get me my food! They were so kind & the food was still amazing! 10/10 recommend!
This food truck is absolute fire. If you can DoorDash them, even better - I’m in LO and it took 30mins, food was hot. Spring rolls and Pad Thai was lights out. Can’t wait to order more, look to the reviews for suggestions but the whole menu is strong. Put this place on your priority list.
Truly amazing food! The pad Thai is not phoning it in - super good. The eggplant is also exceptional. Don’t miss!
Delicious and great prices
It's vegan friendly🌱
So good and spicy
They could try harder. My seafood Tom Kha had 2/3 mussels that weren’t open= bad. That’s just wrong. The shrimp had tails on, which I loathe, and the spoon melted before I could finish the soup.
Had the Thai red curry. Medium spice still got my sniffing, so spice haters beware! The owner is so friendly and you get a free iced tea if you order online. For $11 total, this makes a stellar lunch!
Excellent food and great customer service. I ordered the green curry and the tom kha soup; they were excellent flavor. The owner of the food truck is a super nice thai lady who just has a happy smile on her face. When I told her I have fish, soy, gluten allergies she very kindly asked her cook to take out the gluten. She also swung by to ask me if the food tasted okay! The green curry was also very reasonably priced at $11 if you choose chicken as the protein. Would definitely be back more often!
the wait time is unacceptable
Amazing pad thai and good tea pretty spicy, medium was to much, bring water because water costs 1.50$ extra
Had the pleasure of eating twice now at this food cart and each time has been delicious! Authentic Thai flavors, great prices for what you receive, and on top of that from what I’ve seen on Instagram, a husband and wife own this cart and do the cooking. If you’d like to spend your hard earned money on a local family business, these people deserve it for sure! Great food
Really really wanted to try this place after all the amazing reviews. Sorry to say it was not good. Pad Ke Mow noodles were over cooked and clumpy. Literally noodle balls of mush. And it didn’t have any flavor. Gelatinous clumps. Basil Fried Rice. Can you find any basil? I can’t either. It tasted like rice with some red pepper flakes. That is it. We couldn’t eat the Pad Ke Mow and the Basil Rice we had to add sauce from home to make it taste like anything except rice and peppers. My daughter didn’t eat the Pumpkin Curry either.
I don’t like writing negative reviews. I’d rather just learn and move on. But this was not good. Maybe an off day?
This place is awesome! Friendly service by Selena and Thai food as good as I have ever had!
Excellent food at great value! Will definitely return.
We ordered pad thai, basil fried rice, crab wonton and peanut sauce curry. All absolutely delicious!! This will definitely be our new goto for Thai food!!
We just enjoyed our first dinner from Lemon Leaf Thai! The crab wontons are the best we have ever had and the peanut curry was outstanding!! We will be back!
Yum!! Chicken Pad Thai was so good.
Great pad kee mao... restaurant quality
Very tasty food. Nice group of people. On my top rotation for lunch places. Mostly get the noodle dishes. They spice everything to spec so hot is actually hot, makes me happy.
We ordered the Pad Thai and peanut curry and both were super delicious.
We ordered both ‘medium’ spicy which was a bit spicier than our normal medium orders at other local Thai restaurants, so keep that in mind when you order!
Great food, great service. Papaya salad is my favorite.
Delicious! We are grateful an excellent quality Thai food cart is just down the street from us. Everything we have ordered has been scrumptious!
Omg, this cart is amazing! The flavors are so well-balanced and tasty! This has easily become our new favorite Thai restaurant in the area!!
I've been here twice and have had calamari, coconut shrimp, pra rham stir fry, peanut curry, and tom kha. All so well done!!! Everything tastes so fresh, and even the deep-fried appetizers don't taste too "heavy". I'm excited to try the papaya salad and garlic stir fry!
The chicken pad see ew is literally the best I’ve had locally. It tastes so fresh and the flavoring is perfect! Hands down 5 stars. Throw a little Sriracha on that mug and BAM it becomes even better! I haven’t had a chance to try anything else yet because I can’t stop ordering that.
Great Thai food in the neighborhood. Crab fried rice is one of my favorite dishes. Service is excellent. I’m definitely come back more often
I had fresh, hot and delicious pad thai with pork. Going back for lunch soon!
This place is so delicious! So far I’ve had the pad Thai, basil fried rice and pad se ew. All have been delicious, and some of the best I’ve had. It’s only been open for about a week, but already it’s become a favorite in our household! Outside of the food, both of the owners were incredibly kind and it had great service. If you can’t tell by my review, we will definitely will come back again soon, and keep coming after that!
First time eating here for lunch today..delicious spicy basil stir fry! Great food and friendly service, will definitely eat here again!
Absolutely the best Thai! So glad to have them in the area!!
Delicious, clean, and fast. Very friendly staff. I will be back soon!
The food, service, and experience was incredible at this new cart. Try their amazing Pad Thai, Pumpkin Curry, and Crab Fried Rice. It will make you want to come back for more.
