You get good portions and it’s worth the price. The restrooms were clean, staff were friendly and plenty of street parking available. It’s pretty popular so check before you go. Totally recommend it if you are in the area.

Excellent Thai food. Very authentic. The restaurant had seats but was very busy. The son took our order and his mom cooked. We ordered the green curry and chicken and cashew with rice. We were traveling to Klamath Falls. We ordered spicy fried rice with chicken and drunken noodles with fried tofu both of which are bland and not tasty at all. The drunken noodles didn’t have salt. The fried tofu was burnt and chicken was not cooked properly. We are very disappointed.

Family run, attentive service, delicious food. Got a prawn Tom Yum. The broth was light and well balanced in its sweet and sourness, just how I like it.

We recently dined at Thai Orchid Cafe and were disappointed with the experience. We ordered a soup, but the version we received was not what we had expected. Additionally, the dishes had an unusual taste that didn't align with traditional Thai flavors. Also, the spoons smelled strongly of bleach.
To top it off, the person at the front desk was very loud, which was quite off-putting.
Despite the café being crowded, which might suggest it has its appeal, I personally found the food unsatisfactory and won't be returning.

I haven’t lived here for years but I still think of this place as the best Thai food I have ever had. I have tried dozens of Thai restaurants across the country, from OR to NY, and none of them come close to Thai Orchid.

Honestly the best Thai food I've ever eaten. It was incredible, the flavors were fantastic and they didn't sacrifice on anything. It was honestly hard to not get a piece of duck in every spoonful of the curry. And the soups were great too! Highly recommend

Great place with quick service and fresh cooked to order food. Love the environment and there ability to do large orders on non peak times. We loved the phad Thai with chicken, the garlic black pepper prawns, and the Lao style beef pho. Well cooked with good flavor and the pho was nice and warming with the beef broth base.

This review is specifically for vegetarians. Most of their food has fish sauce so there were only a couple of choices of dishes without fish sauce. Please check when you order. We came from San Jose, California where Thai restaurants have a lot of vegetarian choices and if the title in the menu says vegetarian that means they will not have any animal products. In this restaurant it wasn’t the case.
But the service was excellent.

Absolutely, HANDS DOWN the best Thai place I've ever been to. The food and the Thai tea are phenomenal, but what really stands out is the service and energy of the place. There was only one server and he rocked it. Was busy and still had time to joke around and make some small talk. His brother (?) was also super friendly, and their sister was the only cook in the back and everything still came out quick! I haven't written a review in a while but I absolutely had to for this place. You gotta go!!!

I know today was super busy for this wonderful restaurant due to Memorial weekend, but the service was wonderful as always, and the owners are the sweetest. Not only are the food and service EXCELLENT- making this our go-to restaurant (sometimes weekly), Thai Orchid and It’s owners are absolute treasures to our community. The piano project, the Klamath Falls mural, the yarn bomber’s tree, countless sponsorships of community events… Klamath is a more beautiful, diverse and delicious place thanks to them!

Busy and understaffed most nights, but they work hard to make sure everyone gets good service. The curry could use more veggies than just bell peppers.

We've been going to Thai Orchid for years and the food is always amazing. Their Pad Thai is much better than the other places in town and the garlic BBQ pork is one of our favorites. I tried the coconut milk green curry with shrimp and eggplant a few days ago when we went for a date night and I was in heaven - it might be my new favorite. The service was amazingly fast and very polite as always. One of the best restaurants in town!

Another must visit place for dinner or lunch. It was quite busy place, but service is so fast and they were able to accommodate us. People are so welcoming. Eventful excellent food. Hard to find any issues with this restaurant. I will definitely visor this plane again.

We just had a fantastic dinner, here in Klamath Falls. Our dentist office recommended this restaurant to us. Service is wonderful and the food is great! This was our first time going here since we moved to Klamath Falls, 3 years ago. This is our number one restaurant to go to.

They listen, They understand, they give options, they tailor it for you - to be most practical and possible. Excellent portions, quality of veggies, coconut milk base. For reasonable price the value is outstanding. I ate something between red peanut curry and yellow coconut curry - since they had less ingredients for each of them, instead of saying no, they mixed and got me pure veg delight.

Never disappointed. Always a great dining experience. The food is excellent. The servers match the quality of the food. Truly a gem in the Klamath Falls dining scene.

Wow a happy surprise. I don’t remember when was last time I had a Thai restaurant as good although I live in the San Francisco Bay Area. We ordered all vegetarian dishes because it is difficult to get quality vegetable dishes on a road trip. The mushroom was full of flavor and green beans and eggplants were tender. The green curry gave enough layers of spices while not drowning the original flavor of the vegetables or tofu. Drunken needle had fresh chilies that was more than being just hot. It had the layers of fresh flavor of chilies. And sweet basil was truly sweet. Service was nice and price unusually low. A lot of cute girls, after all it is in walking distance of Oregon tech.

Highly recommend going there. The food and service are excellent.

If you like Thai food, you will not regret eating here.

Me and my husband were super upset with this restaurant. Their food is okay. But dishes and utensils are not clean. There was even a plastic string inside the starter we ordered. We have 3 adults and 2 little kids. They charged us 20% “large party fee” secretly and also asked for 18% tips. The so called “large party fee” was not mentioned at all the entire time when we were there. And they didn’t offer any detailed bill to us. They only told us to go to the front and just tap our card and chose the tip. If we didn’t ask for a email receipt, we would never find out their cheating behavior. I’m okay to pay extra money if that’s their policy and we were informed at the beginning. But I’m not okay that I was charged for extra money secretly. It is shame on them!

The own is trying to shift the blame to us. First you didn’t verbally tell us there’s a large party fee. The guy who guided us is cold and barely talked to us. Every time when we say “thank you!” He just ignored us. So you are saying that it is our fault we didn’t read the menu word by word and didn’t find out the hidden charge? I’m just curious, why you guys didn’t provide any itemized bill for us to check before we pay? This restaurant only provide printed receipt after you pay. For your reference, all other restaurants are providing a itemized list for customers to check before paying the bill. Also adding another dish has nothing to do with your hidden charges and sneaky behavior. Looks like it is our fault giving you guys tips even after we found the plastic string inside the dish. Looks like sometime being nice can be taken advantage by people. I’m not going to argue with you any more. For the future customers: their food is okay, but be careful with the food safety and sanitation, and be alert with the hidden charge.

I would like to leave 0 if possible. My family of 5 went to this restaurant, including 2 children. At the end they did not print me a paper receipt, instead asked me to pay on the front. When I paid, they did not mention there was a “large party fee” of 20%. Also they led us to pay another 18% tip. I never went to a restaurant to charge “a large party fee” for 5 persons (3 adults with 2 children!!!). This is a fraud. During the dinner my son found a plastic string from his food. We did not argue with them about this because we took this as an unintended mistake. But the game they play with payment is really disgusting.

No, you didn't tell us anything. Printing a "20% charge for a large party" in a not obvious place on the menu is not enough at all. And make no mistake, the reason we ended up ordering another dish wasn't how delicious your place was, it was because our kids were hungry. Shame on you!

Best Thai food I have ever had. Served piping hot and full of flavor. One of the best experiences on my weeklong trip.

Out of towner, read great reviews about this place and decided to try. The food was ok and the server brought the wrong dish twice whereby I had to clarify what my order was. Food came out pretty quick although my noodle entree was smaller than I expected. Overall I thought it was ok, although the servers were pretty nice and friendly.

Good food with kind staff. It is on the mild side for Thai food. I asked for Thai spicy after 5 stars was not enough. Even when getting it Thai spicy I added their pickled Thai chili peppers onto my dish. Their eggplant dish is great. This is restaurant style Thai food. So keep that in mind when Ordering things like the Pad Thai.

So good! Food was flavorful & fresh. Pad thai had a really good balance of sauce and noodles (sometimes pad thai can be too dry). We also had a yellow curry with a delicious sauce and plenty of chicken and veggies. It also had a nice amount of spice but still mild enough. We were sitting closer to the kitchen, and I was impressed with the manager’s professionalism with his staff.

Good Thai food after a long time.

Stayed at a motel on main street and saw this place was nearby. It had good reviews so we decided to go. Upon arrival we were quickly seated and were given water and menus. I have to admit that even though I’ve had Thai food at several different places I had a hard time finding the items that I usually order. We got drunken noodles, pad Thai, chicken satay, and yellow curry with a side of white rice. The food was good and hot. I was a little disappointed with the pad Thai it was very sweet and the drunken noodle wasn’t super flavorful but over all it was good. Our waiter seemed like he was also part owner he was very friendly and helpful even though he was extremely busy. I should mention that their prices increase after 4:00 PM (we went at around 6:15 PM) there is also a service fee if eating with 5 or more people (it’s just a built in tip). Good experience, good price, good food. I highly recommend eating here!

Fantastic food and great service. Open on a Sunday night too. Klamath Falls delivers with another gem. It might surprise you but Klamath Falls has a lot of good things going for it. Every time we drive through we seem to find really good food, friendly people and nice places to visit.

We had a few of our favorites. Drunken noodles and Tom Kar soup. They were both stellar and brought to us quickly despite the restaurant being very busy. I didn't take pictures of the food but I did snap a pic of the tree out front. Someone had knitted or crocheted the tree a very nice sweater.

Klamath Falls really feels like a town that lives for itself. Doesn't matter what you think, people who live here really take care of it.

The server we got is caring, kind, and efficient. The food was served fast and hot. She even brought us boxes halfway through our meal, saying, "No rush, no rush, take your time, no rush."
It was kid friendly even when my nephew was climbing around and pulled a chair on himself. He didn't get hurt, but the serve came rushing over as soon as it happened. She careingly asked about him again as we paid for the meal. She didn't make us feel bad for it happening like other places I've been to.

Really great Thai food! I have a thing for Tom Ka soup and this place didn’t disappoint. It was tasty and a hearty serving. My husband had the duck curry with 4 stars and loved it. The food here has intense flavors so if you don’t want it hot tell them so they can accommodate you and make your meal the way you like it. Enjoy!

Yum! Great food, friendly staff, and welcoming atmosphere. Had the (small) Thai ice tea and the Thai coffee. Both were delicious! And to eat I got the pad Thai with tofu and my husband got the yellow curry with chicken. If you are using the car charging station give this place a try while you wait 🙂

Always our go to for lunch or takeout for dinner. If you like spicy rice try number 84 with chicken and add tomatoes! Soooo soooo good! Husband likes his number 84 with shrimp and chicken (No tomatoes, it really doesn't come with tomatoes but if you ask they accommodate). They are quick, the place is clean and the waiters/waitresses are friendly. They change up the atmosphere during holidays and seasons. We visited today, so the inside was all decked out for Christmas. Great people work there and they always remember us! Drop the burger and fries for something different. Give them a try you won't be disappointed! 🙂

Busy on a Friday evening, but they cycled through well. Nice owners and good solid Thai flavors.

Last three times I’ve been here at the downtown location. Ive gotten food poisoning as have the others I’ve eaten with.

Both Thai Orchid locations serve the best cuisine in town. They are always usually pretty busy; I find Washburn less busy than Main St. but it's always a toss up. Sometimes we get lucky and it's not busy too.

We eat at Washburn location more but have eaten at both locations many many times...... seriously we eat here, 2-4x a week - this is not an exaggeration! My favorite thing about T.O. is despite how busy it can sometime be, the food out fast and hot, and always delicious and fresh. Staff is always excellent! Favorite restaurant here in K Falls and highly recommend!

Great ambience, good food. Only downside being a vegetarian is they have shrimp sauce in all the curries which leaves very less options for vegetarians.

Stopped here on our way down from Mt Hood in search for Indian food but couldn’t find it. We got drunken noodles(but didn’t get drunk 😭) and some veggie stir fry thing. The food was good but wasn’t as spicy as we had hoped. Yum!

Very good food. Fast friendly service and a fun atmosphere very chill place to relax and eat. I personally love their Pad Thai Woon Sen and their pra ram. They make some of the best Thai iced tea in town and having an interesting selection of Asian beers this is personally one of my favorite restaurants in town and I cannot suggested enough. It also makes a fantastic place to take a date

It is the no.1 restaurant in Klamath Falls for a reason - the food is delicious. It's a family run, friendly and affordable place that offer amazing thai cuisine. My favorite restaurant in Klamath hands down and offers a high-quality alternative to your classic american food.

Eggplant, mixed veggies and fried tofu was good.
Spicy Fish, snapper, ordered "Thai spicy 5" was a bit of a let down. I though I would get a whole fish. What I did get was over cooked. Their Thai spicy level is a medium at best.
Thai fried rice with prawns was excellent, nice wok hei, great flavors and nice prawns.
The coconut milk sticky rice with mango was excellent as well.
This place is legit but caters to the local taste in kalamath. Order everything extra spicy and steer clear of the fish dishes and you will be very happy.
Bring breadcrumbs to find your way back from the bathrooms.

A must go everytime I'm in town. Always awesome noodle dishes I can't pick a favorite.
