Orange chicken is unique but honestly very good. Not the soggy mess that most Chinese places make. Worth getting.

Weirdest crab Rangoon I’ve ever had. The tiny bit of filling they use doesn’t taste like anything.
Doesn’t taste like crab & there is no cream cheese in it as the description states there should be.
The way they flatten them makes it very chewy. Not crispy at all like it’s supposed to be.
Not a team mentality restaurant, your waiter is the only person who will help you which is a terrible mentality for any restaurant.

Had to let them know we were ready to order. Had food brought to table & was never checked on again, no water refills, nothing all as the other waiter passed by us at least 10 times…….with an attitude because earlier I made the mistake of asking him for something.

Had to ask for the check & go drop it off up front to be processed.
It was NOT busy at all. Maybe 3 or 4 tables.

Had $8 specials with pics running on the tv but they said no it’s $10 because of new owners.
No cream cheese in crab Rangoon because of new owners.
No more beer sales because of new owners.
The reason the crab Rangoon is flattened because apparently they can’t get the products needed to make it the regular way……their words.
Except I’ve had this appetizer in a few other places in town & no one else seems to have this issue.
The energy & negative attitude overall is enough to keep me away.

Wow! This place is amazing!! I got my food within TEN minutes considering there was a huge group of people at the restaurant too. The owner was being super nice to the elderly folk. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The food was amazing, as well as the Thai Tea. I love this place, and the portions are huge!! You can take them as leftovers and the leftovers taste as good as when you first get the food. It was a very pleasant experience, this place deserves more recognition!

Stopped in on our way through for a light healthy lunch. Spring rolls were frozen and cold on the inside and the sauce was very oily. We got wontons that were also slightly off and the sauce was expired. My partner got curry that he barely touched with rubbery chicken and soft musy veggies. The best things were the water and fresh rice. We had two words spoken to us while we were there. Came excited, left sad.

As soon as we entered the restaurant, we were asked if we were vegetarian. Talk about stereo typing. Also, before we sat down, we were told to order right away as they would close at 8:30pm since they are closed the next day, we were there by 7:40 pm. Official closing time is 9:00pm. We did not stay as we did not feel comfortable and walked out.

6 (Six) pieces of shrimp in every shrimp dish. The food is okay, lots of rice, noodles, curry gravy, or vegetables with exactly six pieces of shrimp. I threw away the rest of my food after I finished eating the shrimp.

The food was decent, a little heavy on the sesame oil and just overall grease. For the price i paid, i didnt get as much as i feel I should have. 30 something bucks for 2 people and it came in two small boxes. I thought id have enough for at least a snack later in the evening but nope

Wonderful food at 9 Thai. Hungry? Good, because the portions are plentiful. Panang curry was excellent. Order it hot for extra kick. Fried dumplings were hot off the grill and very tasty. Vegetable soup was so big of a serving that we had to take it home. Try this place instead of a fast food fix. You won't be sorry.

I'm always so satisfied and happy after I've dined here. I really love their Thai style noodle bowl with beef, the golden calamari is exceptional and the half Thai bbq chicken is perfect with some sticky rice. The crispy salmon curry is also one of my favorite. Everything I've had here has been so good.

only do takeout, and then were rushed to order because they were closing early.

Came in on a whim, since I'm traveling for work, and was pleasantly surprised by just how good the food is here. Got the Ghost Noodles with Pork, it was incredibly flavorful and fresh tasting. The fried Tofu is light, crispy, and has a good texture. Got something to go for Lunch to go, and I'm looking forward to it. Try this place.

I love this place so much! The service is wonderful and prompt. The waitresses are sooo sweet! Great pricing. Everytime we've gone , we have never been dissapointed .Very clean! My husband and I go here for our date nights and are always pleased.

Best Thai food we have had since Thailand! Everything is fresh and delicious. I had the Chicken Pad Thai and it was perfect and enough for leftovers. My hubby had the pineapple fried rice with chicken and it was great! We will be going here whenever we stop in KF!

My boyfriend just started going to College here in Klamath and we have been weary to try new restaurants, but wanted to go out for our anniversary. The outside of the building itself is a little sketch, but, when we walked in, I was pleasantly surprised to see a pretty nice and clean environment. We both appreciated the time given to order because we’re fairly indecisive, but if you know exactly what you want you might be waiting for a bit. They checked in on us for water refills quite a bit and asked us if we needed anything at the end. They didn’t talk much and tried to stay out of our way it seemed which I did appreciate but don’t mind either way. The food was really good and the portions are amazing for the price. Eggs rolls were also so so good. We’ve been to a lot of Chinese and Thai restaurants and overall the vibe of the waiters seems to be relatively the same and in my experience I found them to be politer than most. We stayed two minutes before closing unknowingly but they didn’t make us feel rushed out or uncomfortable at all. Will for sure be a new regular for us.

It’s hard to find good healthy food in Klamath Falls. Decided to change up my Thai location and try 9 Thai. So glad I did! The fried calamari was the best I’ve had in YEARS. My go to dish-Veggie/tofu PadThai was packed full of vegetables unlike the other place I had been content going to. This is my new favorite restaurant in KF.

They automatically make you pay tip at checkout... sneaky 🤦‍♂️ food was good. Service wasn't the best, workers aren't very friendly. Bathrooms 🚻 are pretty good. The kitchen environment doesn't look the cleanest.

The food is good. One night we ordered here to go. The guy checked our order, we got home and it was not our order. We called them and they blamed it on us. Refused to give our money back or fix the order.

We have eaten here a few times. I like that they have non-traditional Thai food on their menu; like wonton soup, katsu, honey chicken etc. I come here for the non-Thai dishes! The Katsu here is better than the Japanese restaurant! The Thai dishes are also good, but I recommend to come here to try their varied menu. I love that they post pictures of everything throughout the restaurant.

We tried the pineapple fried rice (veggie option) and it was awesome! The flavors were just right and the spice level was also on point. The Thai green curry (veggie option + added tofu) was loaded with properly cooked vegetables and we loved it!
Also ordered the spring rolls, but they were okayish.
One thing to note is that the portion sizes are quite big. If you have a moderate appetite, one entrée may suffice two people. Great place for some comforting Thai food. They have a pretty huge menu to choose from as well.

I ordered food to go - #71 Glass Noodle Stir Fry with Beef & Shrimp. It was absolutely out of this world!!!! I could not finish .1/3 of it with such a generous portion. Unbelievable at $15 total (plus tip I offered).

Beyond amazing!

Usually I don't like to put one star but I have to. The owner was Thai but he has a bad manner and bad mouth. He is pretty arrogant and has a bad service. The food is not as good as I used to go. This owner has a bad manner that he is having a hard Thai hiring his servants. I wouldn't recommend this Thai restaurant.

Food from here are delicious! I have been to Thailand numerous times and this is Authectic Thai food . The flavour are delicious and remind me of Thai food i ate in thailand . We order chillies eggplant basil with beef ,fried rice , duck red curry . The portion are huge for two person . Waiting for food took bit longer as it’s busy house. If we come to visit klamath falls definelty will dine in here again. Best Thai food I had since I travel in USA

First time ordering here, Im visiting from out of town. Lady on the phone when I called in my order was friendly and she also was in person. The guy was polite, but I wouldn't say friendly. I have yet to dine in here so maybe my review could change, but I enjoyed the Sunday red curry special!

This used to be our favorite spot to eat when they first opened up. The service and food quality has gone downhill since then. The female staff has always been very friendly and professional. The two men that work out front not so much. They have been rude to us a couple times but we blow it off. Until last night, We asked for a zero spice level and when we got our meal it was too spicy to eat. We've ordered that meal several times and it was not spicy.
The male server acted offended when we politely mentioned it. Every interaction with him after that was uncomfortable due to his rudeness.
I've worked as a server several times in my life so I do know how customers are supposed to be treated, likewise I know how to treat servers as well.
Due to this experience and the fact that the meal gave us a very bad stomach ache, we will not be going back. They have lost some loyal customers here.

Ordered takeout. Food was ok..For how much it was - I didn’t get much chicken or rice. Asked for little to no spice and my honey orange chicken was extremely spicy. Only about 1/4 of the box was filled with chicken. So definitely not worth the price in my opinion.

Ordered the Golden Calamari and had the Tom Yum Noodle soup it was delicious. Had to take half of my soup home. Service was great ! Our waitress was super nice and was able to help us decide on the level of spice. Definitely will be going again and trying other dishes!

Pad Thai was garbage it tasted like ketchup & only had about 4 pieces of shrimp in it & I couldn’t see or taste any duck in the $16 basil rice & duck dish. Go to Thai orchid if you want good Thai food for a reasonable price.

Foods ok, customer service totally Sucks! On hold 20 minutes the first time, then hung up on. Second time on hold 10 minutes. I sat in my hot car with my two pups. When I went in & mentioned about being on hold, They acted like what ever!
A group of 6 oriental people came in & seated immediately. And they ordered what they wanted to drink.

Passing through town late, was surprised by this find- good Thai cuisine and large plates of it. Tom Kah Gai with prawns was excellent, fast service, very polite.

I've been eating at this restaurant off and on since it opened. The food is always well prepared. The restaurant is spotless. I've tried many dishes, usually getting less expensive entrees. Yesterday, I went in and spotted "Paradise Shrimp" at $15 (more than I usually spend) and ordered it. IT WAS ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS. Lots of prawns, chunks of tasty mango, cabbage, carrots, cut beautifully, greens, etc. etc. I had enough for three meals...but ate it in two meals. This dish was fresh, well presented--full of great vegetables and a light, light sauce (broth) with brown rice (could have white if wanted). ABSOLUTELY lovely.

You don’t want to dine in a unwelcoming place and horrible service.
