Came here with my daughter, who wanted some sushi. We ended up getting rolls and really liked them. The place was nice and the staff was awesome. We will be back to enjoy this place again. The restrooms were very clean which is a good indicator for me that the staff cares about the restaurant.

Second visit here from almost a year ago. Same staff!!! Small dining area, clean, efficient and welcoming. Food is fabulous. Westerville roll is a must have! This, drinks and two orders of fried rice and an app fed 4 (3 teen boys!) for $100.

They offer carry out but never pick up

The last four times I’ve tried to go they’ve been closed without updating their website - weeks of holidays, I think they closed early for the Super Bowl last year, their website says they’re open until 2:15 on Saturday for lunch but the sign on the door says closed.

I typically order takeout from here. The food is good, but the service is so unreliable. I was looking forward to sushi tonight, but nobody answered the phone which happens most of the time.

My BIL and I split a boat for 2 at lunch...salmon was OUT of this world. 10/10 for quality/taste.

Best Sushi shop in Westerville!

I love the food here and wish I could eat there more, but whenever we dine in, it takes forever to get our food and when we try carry out it’s always at least a 1.5-2 hr wait. The only time I’m guaranteed to get my food in 20 mins is when I call right when they open. Hopefully they can work things out cause I do like it and want to go more since the sushi scene in Westerville is pretty meager.

I ALWAYS order sushi from here. It is actually my favorite However I am very disappointed in this time, as we order our sushi with no fish eggs and they put it on half the order. When I called after I get home, im told they basically don't care they got it wrong and kept giving the run around. My advise is ALWAYS check your oder before you leave the restaurant, as they will not honor it even if they get it wrong!! Very dissatisfied today. Sushi En will get my business now

Thier customer service was way below under par, I went in to place a big order of sushi roll worth over $100 and requested to place it in a party tray. They were gonna charge me $5 for it, I asked if they can waive it given the amount I am ordering and still no, so they rather lose a big order than lose $5, now that is really penny pinching

I told the man that I could not eat raw fish and that I want something cooked. I began asking him what was raw and what was not and he was very frustrated. He watched me order this very raw sushi and said nothing. It comes to the table and I explain to him sir I cannot have raw fish. He then says no charge you can have it to which I say I'm not going to eat it anyways because I just cannot have raw fish and he takes the rest of our order and comes back to the table and ask me if I wanted a to go tray for the raw fish I say no because I'm not going to consume this and he demands that I pay for this food. Long story short my ID was on a napkin that he saw nothing else covering it and he throws away my ID of course I don't have any footage of this because I didn't start recording until after this man became very irate and I have no way of having proof that he did this but he did, I also have his name which I will be posting soon. He was rude to us from the moment we walked in there but as young black women we are used to this and I was willing to give him a pass but what happened was absolutely crazy. I recommend going somewhere else.

Small family-owned sushi restaurant with other Japanese dishes. Great food and friendly staff. My favorite sushi spot in central Ohio.

We go here at least twice our more a month and the food has consistently been great!

What I particularly like is the sushi, fried rice, crab Rangoon and hot & sour soup.

The best yellowtail nigiri I’ve had in this area!

So, I went here a few times years back and for some reason hadn't been back until my wife went again recently and insisted we go. We have been back 3 times since in the last month and a half. Great service, small staff who works really hard to insure you are having a nice experience. The rolls and nigiri are top shelf. Really nice surprise to find this little gem again after all these years. Will be back... regularly :-)

This restaurant is very very bad and unprofessional and rude. Their customer service is an acceptable also they serving very smelly fish. Everyone should know that you should not eat there. Their sushi is not fresh and it will make you sick. I got sick sick after I ate spicy tuna for almost 2 days.
Also they are racist towards Black people. And when your are black and order food there , they will have always miss treating you and do not go there

I got take out, but it was darn good. The person on the phone was accomidating to my requests and the food was ready fast. When I entered the restaurant it looked very nice and clean. The sushi bar was impressive and made me regret not staying. It was not crowded for lunch but you could tell the people at the bar were regulars and were being treated as such with engaging staff. I will return.

This is a really nice place to get takeout from. We had had a date night here before but I don’t really like the way that the booths and restaurant is set up. It doesn’t feel like a date and feels more casual. When I’m spending money like that and eating some thing special like that I would like more of like a romantic feel and where I can connect more with the person that I’m sitting with instead of hearing all conversations around the restaurant

Amazing tamagoyaki, inarizushi, and beautifully cooked, crispy and light shrimp tempura. Would definitely recommend the tamagoyaki with soy sauce, it's delicious.

My order was wrong, but decided to try it - lacking flavor. Ramen was mediocre, seaweed salad tasted rotten. What topped it was when I called and was blown off - not the service or quality food we usually get. Expensive disappointment.

What you would expect in Ohio shopping center sushi... mediocre deep-fried rolls thinly cut. Saves on having to buy sushi grade fish if you cook everything, but wouldn’t call it sushi.

I tried to go to lunch on a Friday showed up at 2:19pm. The little pipsqueak came out from the kitchen and said we are already closed. I was going to ask why, but he shuffled back into the kitchen rudely. So I won't be going here again, due to the little American twerp who turned me away.

Fantastic selection of sushi, tastes awesome and always presented nicely & quickly to your table. Even the normal rolls like Philly seem to taste better and more...mmm...here. Their signature fried rolls are amazing.

Good food. I wish they could have shut up the pair of osu students yapping loudly and in disgusting detail about their periods. Completely ruined the meal. Left in a hurry.

Sushi factory is exactly the right descriptor. Lots of sushi rolls available, I tried six of them, and they're all just ok. Nothing spectacular, small & stingy cuts of fish, just massed produced feeling sushi rolls priced like they're the good stuff--which they weren't.

They sell good, traditional-style Japanese food. Granted, they make a few "fusion-cuisine" type items, but this is really the place to go for the more traditional. You won't be disappointed.

I had been coming here pretty often but probably no more. I will start off by saying the mixed tempura was/is very good. However, if you read these reviews, you will notice a common theme. They're 95% directed at the sushi. I guess the sushi is good and if that's what you want, go for it. However, I don't, and there are 2 problems with this place that eliminate it for me. Number one, whenever you order something for take-out that includes rice, they will consistently give you major empty space at the top of the rice box. In other words, the box is usually only 70% full, and I'm tired of asking them to fill it all the way up. Number two, and this is the nail in the coffin. Do NOT order anything with chicken. 2 times I got chicken that was going bad. I know this from both taste (my first clue) and sight (bluish grey streaks). If you think about it and do the math, it's pretty obvious what's going on. There's a heavy/good turn-over in the sushi because as you can see by the reviews, it's the popular one. But the chicken....hangs around too long. I will say, the waiters and waitresses are incredibly nice and personable. You just have to know what to order.
