I’ve been sleeping on Toledo Thai! Judging Thai restaurants based solely on their Panang Curry, this is the best I’ve had in Toledo. Possibly the cheapest as well and I had two meals out of one entree! Packed full of veggies and flavor, I will definitely be returning!

A very good Thai restaurant that offers fast and tasty food. While it may not be of top-notch quality, it still delivers great taste typical of Asian fast food. The dining area features nice seating with live plants, creating a pleasant atmosphere. Additionally, the cashier was very nice, which made for a pleasant dining experience.

Had this place for the first time yesterday and it was excellent. The interior of the restaurant was very nice, the service of the worker who helped us was very polite, and the food was great. Only complaint, which is barely one, I ordered my dish medium spicy and it was not spicy at all but I tried my fiance's and her dish was excellent with the spice. Will definitely be returning.

Ordered spring roll w/ chicken, soooo much basil and a tiny piece of chicken. Also, the dipping sauce is Italian dressing with crushed peanuts in it. My drink arrived I the plastic bag around the cup, so I can’t judge that… 🙄🤮

This was our first visit to Toledo Thai, and it may be our last. My husband was craving Thai food, so we ordered Pad Thai and green curry to go. Unfortunately, the Pad Thai had a strong fishy smell, making it inedible, so we ended up throwing it away. The green curry with chicken was decent, though.

I'd call this place a "whole in the wall". It may seem unassuming from the outside and the decor, but it doesn't reflect the food quality. Everyone in our group loved what they got. Ordering medium spicy here might be too spicy for certain pallettes but to me it was just right. They were really accommodating and brought out water cups for all of us which was unexpected and appreciated.

DELICIOUS!! the store is super cute with live plants all around. They offer unique bubble tea in cans and bottles. Food was fresh and done super quick. I could eat here every week

Ordered the Shrimp Curry and paid an extra $4.05 for Scallops. I literally received ONE baby scallop. It was honestly 90% bamboo shoots. The flavor of the curry was good but I would never order from here again as I felt like I was ripped off.

I order take-out from here frequently and the food is always amazing. Best Thai in the area!

No flavor to the food, waited for 10 mins before we even saw anyone to take our order at the counter. The dinning room was full of boxes.

Toledo Thai Restaurant review: 2.5 stars. Won't go back. If you can't make the food right on the first visit why go back? Are the spring rolls made for Barbie Dolls? I didn't think I was paying for toy sized spring rolls with almost nothing in them. My food only had a Thai taste if you ate from the bottom of the container and tried to mix it up. The beef and lo mein noodles were over cooked. I'll eat next to a storage table of boxes if the food is good. It's not great.

This place is always on point

I ordered the Tom kha soup. It was too sweet and there were no Thai herbs. No galangal, Thai chili peppers, or lemon grass. Very disappointed. Authentic Thai soup will always use these ingredients.

My experience was great, my 1st time here. Had the C1 Red Curry. med heat. Only issue(s) could have used a few more shrimp.
Only one woman worked the whole house so it was a little slow, but she was polite and greeted everyone who came in. Definitely go back to try other items.

I got the beef pad thai at mild spicy, and it was really good and really hot temperature wise when I got it home. Spicy level was manageable.

Take out only and location as well as interior leave something to be desired but food is A+ authentic. My only complaint is that the pad Thai noodles were a little overcooked... Otherwise delicious

UPDATE: The interior looks awesome now with new seating! Food game was stepped up... SO yummy and exactly what you would get in Thailand. Highly recommend.

Just the best every time! One of my favorite Toledo restaurants of all time.

This is our favorite Thai restaurant. We like our food spicy. Lady said to us once #1 no hot... #5 too hot. And she was right. I don't care for their egg rolls, but someone may.
Lately, our food hasn't been up to par. His food didn't have a lot of meat. And not many cashews. Mine was fine but not spicy at all.
But we will always go here. Hope it gets back to where it was when it was real good.

No frills, don’t expect fine dining, this is as authentic as you get. One of the best Thai food authentic places you’ll ever find. The service isn’t there but wasn’t expected, I care more about the food and that’s exactly what you’ll get here. Food tasted so authentic, worth a visit. I’ll be here weekly.

Got the pad see Ew, Tom yum, and curry. All were amazing and good portions. And so affordable. 12 for a curry!? Where can you find that.

Only ordered on Grubhub, the dishes I got were really good (pad thai w/ chicken, Toledo Thai fried rice, and Tod Mon Pla (fish cakes) appetizer). Flavor is great, portions are great. All around I’d recommend if you’re looking for good Thai food in Toledo (takeout experience).

This isn’t my favorite Thai restaurant in Toledo, but they deliver, they’re quick, and the food is okay. I usually get the vegetable curry. The veggies are usually a bit softer and soggier than I’d like, and the curry seems watery.

This is a small family restaurant. There was only one person working the lunch shift when I was there. So service was a bit slow, but the food was worth the wait. The food is excellent and in my opinion authentic and a good value for the price.

I got there Chicken Pad Thai for lunch take out and it was delicious definitely recommend this place.

If you’re looking for good Thai food in Toledo, this is the place. Look no further. I used to live on the west coast and had multiple favorite Thai restaurants out there, and I’d have to say that this tiny place in Toledo slays all the others, and is exceptionally better than all of the other Thai places I’ve tried in the area this far.

I have yet to order anything from Toledo Thai that wasn’t awesome, and I can’t say that for other Thai restaurants I’ve been to.

As a side benefit, my wife and I usually order about $50 worth of food and we get multiple meals from it for multiple days, so it never really feels like an extravagant expense when we go there.

Toledo Thai is my favorite takeout in Toledo right now. The restaurant keeps it's menu updated, has fast friendly service, is affordable, and so so delicious. Try the pineapple fried rice! I just need a good alternative for when I want Toledo Thai on Wednesdays when they are closed!

This place is the real deal!!! The woman who owns it and who cooks the food is from Thailand and is an incredible cook. Talk about authentic cuisine. Also the BEST eggrolls you will get anywhere in Toledo or surrounding areas.

The restaurant looks a bit sketchy from the outside (the first time we ate there we were wondering if we were about to get food poisoning) but don't let that scare you off. It's totally clean, and delicious. She's an amazing cook, not an interior (or exterior) designer.

Most people get take-out, but there is a small dining area to sit and eat inside.

They only have takeout so anyone wanting a sit down restaurant this is not the place. The food was great we had fried rice and drunken noodles. Tons of flavor! I think the pricing is reasonable for the amount of food you get.

Sensitive Americans beware! This is what real Thai food tastes like. My favorite dish, my favorite place in the last 20 years of my life. If any other critic has something negative to say about this place probably grew up eating their food with the minimalist ingredients and blan tasting courses. This place and food is the real deal. I have more more to write and share but I hope for now you’ll take my word and trust this small, beautiful little gem is the taste of Thai and much more! :)

Quality has fallen off. Served burnt food super greasy, asked for mild got hot. Just not worth what they charge to what you actually get.

Fried rice was quite dry compared to other Thai places. My “mild-1” level spice fried rice was spicier than my husbands “spicy” C4 that he requested to be extra hot. A dish we asked for to have no spice was at least a “mild” spice level and when asked about it we were told that “there is no spice in that”… plus took an extra 10 minutes beyond the 30 minutes we were told it would take to be ready. Overall, will continue to go to our regular Thai place instead of this one.

there is no mask requirement mandate at this time 9/20/21. i was picking up to go and the owner said im required to wear mask. i said im sorry i dont have one. then she said 11$ then i said im sorry and thank you and she walked away. i said thank you again loud she ignored . i will never ever patronize again. simple courtesy you fool

30 minute wait, soggy noodles in Pad thi. We paid $40 for 3 orders. Very little seasoning and AWFUL noodles. Don’t waist your money or time. Yuck

My sons each ordered Pad Thai, and both really liked it. I had the Green Curry, which was OK -- the Green Curry could have used a bit more sauce, but was good.

Pad Thai was flavorless. Red curry was no where near red and only had chili powder sprinkled over the top of it. Not worth eating.

Over chargerd and completely messed up the order after waiting over 20 minutes for the food.

Tried this out tonight for the first time and it was so good. I will be returning. They were out of a couple things I had to sub out, but still was amazing. I got the Pad see-eew medium spicy tofu and spring rolls. I love hole in the wall family owned restaurants. Will be recommending this.

personally i have to say best thai in the immediate area, fair portion sizes cost efficient excellent chx pad thai (i always order extra chx)
egg rolls are slammin they used to carry ramune but i dont think they do anymore however they do have some nice coco juices

1. The Google page says they have dine in but they actually don't which is disappointing because I drove 30 minutes to there so I can eat in. I should have called ahead but I assumed the page was up to date. The food was just okay and they wanted only cash. My friends curry tasted so heavily of Basil that it tasted like chemicals. My curry was fine but it wasn't as good as the other places here in r the area.

We spent $30 on a meal for two and we disliked it so much we didn’t even eat it. No peanuts on the Pad Thai, the noodles were overcooked and mushy, and to top it all off, our order was wrong. Instead of fixing it, they claimed they attempted to call me (Not sure what good a phone call would have done to fix my order) and never remade the correct order. Needless to say, will not be eating here again.

Waited at a table for 15 minutes at a table for service. Lady was too occupied having a conversation on the phone. We returned menus to her and left for Roses Thai Restaurant.

I work blocks from this restaurant. After two visit, I will never step foot into this restaurant again. The food is skimpy, missing cabbage with Larb. If you’re ordering $60 worth of food, at least put cabbage as required with the menu item. Telling me that people don’t usually eat it so you didn’t include it with order doesn’t work for me. If the food order comes in, forget going to the bathroom, you aren’t allowed to wash your hands or use the restroom.

If you are looking for a Thai restaurant, spend the extra 10 min to drive to MAUMEE Bangkok Kitchen-excellent professional restaurant, with food that isn’t skimpy...bang for your buck more.

I've gotten Curry every time I went and loved it, but she insists that I try something else just to make sure I don't get tired if the same thing.
I've had friends who get other things here though (like the duck soup and Curry which were also amazing). And we find it easy to come back time and time again to enjoy a nice meal with a tai iced tea (which is also amazing at a affordable price).

The food was good; the value was great. We split the fresh spring roll as an appetizer, and an entre of chicken,broccoli, and mushrooms. The bill was $15. Don't be thrown off by the rustic tables/atmosphere, the food is legit.

Great little hole in the wall Thai place with a small grocery attached (fancy dining this ain't). The pad thai is great, of course, but if you like spicy get the green papaya salad, it's amazing (and addictive). The kids got fried octopus for the adventurous one, and tofu soup for the pickier one and neither was unhappy. Everything is reasonably priced and you can pick up some interesting stuff in the grocery portion.

Loved the food! Had shrimp summer rolls with peanut sauce, shrimp rolls (wrapped in a fried wonton wrapper), & panang curry. Delicious, & the perfect level of spiciness (for me, 3 on a 5-pt scale). Service was ok, but the place is small, and part restaurant, part grocery store. If I'm ever in Toledo, I'll make sure to stop here again!

Great food, everything was delicious and the spiciness was wonderful as well! I would definitely good back and recommend it to anyone! Everything we got was good and the egg rolls were amazing. We had Shrimp Fried Rice, Curry Chicken, Eggs Rolls and Crab Rangoon! I must say I licked the plate..... SORT OF...... BUT I DID LICK MY FINGERS!

They ended up yelling at us, calling us cheap and told us to go eat at McDonald’s when we complained. Please save your time and money and DONT GO to this place. I wish I could put 0 stars!
