A variety of traditional, homemade Thai dishes including vegetarian and gluten free options. 🇹🇭🍜🍚🥡🥢🍛
Although we offered sushi at Siam Pad Thai, we are currently not able to at Massaman. Fon and Bond are both needed in the kitchen! We hope to serve it one day.
We recently finished our patio area and also serve beer and wine now!! Please be patient as we are still working on the drink menus. Give us a call or use our online ordering for take out. We recommend making a reservation if the party is 8 or more, so we may comfortably accommodate you. Thank you for supporting our small business!
First off, my order was supposed to be ready at 6:20. I left with it closed to 7. But I'll tell you, I don't care I had to wait a half hour. Our food was so good! From our wanton soup to the pineapple fried rice! Amazing!!! I'm so glad we got crab Rangoon and the mango sticky rice. The worst part was finishing it! I'm so glad we finally decided to eat here. We will be coming back for more!
Usually I stick to one thing I know I’ll like almost everywhere I go, but this place you can order anything from here and it’ll be delicious every time. They’re very consistent and I know the food will always be worth the wait.
That's the first time I'd eaten there since they opened. Food the food was good and it arrived hot. I had ordered a heat level of too but it seemed to be spicier than that but it was still very good. The server was very polite and attentive. I would certainly make a trip back.
Good food and attractive that it's one of the few dining options in this part of town. But the to go orders are consistently slow. For instance, they said my to go orders would take 45 minutes, but it instead took 90.
The food was 10/10…my daughter had the crispy pad Thai and boba tea, I had the duck basil and Thai tea, we also shared some Tom Yum soup and veggie rolls. The food was delicious and fresh, greatly priced and the atmosphere chill, cozy, and well decorated. I’ll be coming back on a more consistent basis lol
My whole family comes to this restaurant, we loved it. Went in today and found what looked like a staple from a box or wall in our rice. Brought this to the owners attention and she gave us five dollars and belittled what we had to say. Was concerned considering we were sharing the rice with a two year old, this could have done serious harm. They did not care and we have been there multiple times and have sent friends there. None of us will return, not only disgusted, disappointed, but hate the way the owner handled this situation. If you find something hard in your food better watch out. could be a piece of sharp metal.
Friend found metal in her food and they only gave her a refund for the food she brought back and said we need to bring her food back. Ridiculous. For $5 back for almost swallowing metal.

great staff
Always great food.

Great food!!!
Love this place...
I eat at Massaman a few times a month, and Siam before that. Consistently the best Thai in Dayton, in my humble opinion.
Writing this after placing a carry out order at 7:15, but at 8:15 they decided to just begin my order because as the host said "they haven't been that busy the last few days..." meaning, I guess, my 1 carry out order is legitimately too much for them to handle. I've been here and only 1 other order has come in or customer picking up.
Regardless of the food (which I haven't tried yet) their entire system needs a rehaul if this is a normal experience. The food was under my name and the host said because the food was paid for by a different credit card it "confused the system" and thus "didn't confirm the order" despite emailing me a confirmation number and a pick up time.
They offered me water while I was waiting, which is cordial I guess. However a group of high school aged students were dining in and farting/ burping loudly to be intentionally vulgar/ crass. Not an environment I would particularly want to dine in.
As a former restaurant manager in Columbus, that handled a large volume of carry out orders, typically flubs like this come with an apology, and some form of expression of that through either discounted good due to discounted service, a complimentary product ext. I guess a water while I'm waiting 40 minutes is... again something.
I expressed that I will not be returning as this experience and lack luster response will leave such a bad taste in my mouth not even the yummiest of nourishment will cleanse my palette. I personally didn't appreciate the blame for this situation being put upon me for having a friend pay for the order and venmo-ing them. As if that isn't pretty common in 2024.
Ordered on line and was told 45 minutes before it would be ready. Arrived at restaurant and it was another hour before I got the three meals I had ordered. Food was good, waitresses were working hard, kitchen took forever

Extraordinarily slow service. Food was meh. Expensive too.
Not sure what the problem is, but this place is going down hill. There was only one other table of 4 besides us 2 and service was extremely slow and unfriendly. I didn't see one smile on my waitress face the whole time. We waited 25 minutes before our waitress came. We ordered crab fried wontons for appetizer and they came out hard and empty. My niece and I both ate one and had the same reaction. We opened the other 4 and they also were hard with nothing in them. We didn't eat anymore. When our lunch finally came, 50 minutes later, we asked the waitress to remove the wontons from the bill because they were not edible. She argued with us and said they would not remove because we ate some, even though we explained it to her that we only ate one each and they were bad. The food did come out hot, but after 1hr and 15 min., I had to get a box to take it with me. The manager did have her take off 50% on the wontons. Very disappointed and will not be returning. :(
My wife and I ordered the following for dinner:
- Tom Yum soup with shrimp (level “2” hot)
- Pad See Ew with beef (“0” hot)
- Tiger Beef salad (“2” hot), from the Chef’s Special section
My wife has very low tolerance for hot spice; this is why we ordered level “2” hot on the scale of 0 to 4 indicated in the menu for the dishes we were sharing.
The soup was average in terms of tasting authentic “Tom yum” and was spiced as one would expect level 2 would taste.
The Pad See Ew dish was subpar and was prepared using the incorrect kind of noodle, more like fettuccini. The noodles were very thin and clumped together.
The Tiger beef dish was extremely hot and was sparsely garnished with strips of beef. After eating my third spoonful of the salad, I noticed that it was heavily seasoned with a powdered hot spice and was burning my mouth. I started sweating profusely and gulped down all the water on the table.
I politely asked the server if the chef could do something to make the dish more like “2” hot, not “4”.
The server came back after relating my request to the chef and asked if I wanted to order another Tiger Beef plate “with more lettuce” and that they would have to charge me for another order. The older server (there were two servers) even commented that a good portion of the dish was already gone. She did not notice that whatever was not on the plate it was served in was on our plates and not consumed. In addition, the serving plate had at least 2/3 of what was served.
I declined and said that any decent restaurant would either offer credit or fix the dish.
We had a very unpleasant experience dining at this establishment and would never come back.
If you are looking for authentic Thai food, this place will Disappoint.
The food was excellent and the waitress was very good. The atmosphere is very nice. We just had to wait a long time for our food.
Me and my mom love coming here, the food is GREAT! I usually get the Panag salmon, Thai pepper steak, fried rice, and Thai rolls and they’re always good every time i come in. I will say, when the Caucasian women are working the atmosphere isn’t the best. We came in around 9 to dine and have done it before and was sat down, when they were there they lied and said the diner was closed…. Other than that, 10/10
10/18/24 Like I said in my last review the white people that work here specifically the old white lady that works here is very very very rude. I’ve been waiting on my food for an 1 hour which is no problem but when my food is finally ready and the young Asian lady tells her my order is ready and I’m ready to pay she’s steady standing there not acknowledging me and talking to some Indian guy who used to work there, I just wanted to pay for my food then leave. Then she finally looks at me and has an attitude when I’m the one who needs to have an attitude and I say exactly what the girl just told her that I needed to pay for my food, she slides over my receipt to sign and I slide it back over after I left no tip she didn’t deserve a tip she was rude and her attitude is distasteful, why would I give a tip for terrible customer service? She then grabs my food pulls it over to the other side of the register when she could’ve handed me my food at the corner of the counter and sits it on the table when she handed everyone else ( who was white btw ) their food. She has a nasty attitude, he demeanor is disgusting and she’s racist. She’s the only one that works that’s rude, everyone else is nice.
Very friendly and fast service. Food was excellent!
Friendly, lots of natural light and the food was excellent. The Pacific Rim Reisling was wonderful.
The Massaman Curry is 10/10
Lemon chicken and cashew chicken was amazing
Been coming here for a while. Food is good but not noteworthy. Service is almost always sub par.
This is my go-to Thai in Dayton. Consistently good. Eat once or twice a month, never disappointed.
Loyal customer, great food BUT…they screwed up my takeout order by shorting me an order of rice and the spice level in the food, which was for a child not me. I took it back and was treated very rudely by the woman at the resister. The owner was gracious and refunded my money, but sadly I won’t return. Customer service is equally as important as food quality. You need to make things right with a customer when you screw up, not get argumentative and speak down to the people paying the money that pays your wage. Bad business. Going to the mat over $20 worth of takeout, and losing hundreds of dollars of future business and bad word-of-mouth from a once loyal customer makes no sense from a business aspect. The customer should always be treated with respect, especially if its you who screwed up the order to begin with.
Driven by this place for a while now and finally got the chance to try it. Unfortunately, it was a lackluster experience. I ordered the drunken noodles with chicken - spice level 3.
Flavor-wise, the dish tasted fine. But every piece of chicken I ate was dried out, and over cooked. Not sure what kind of chicken preparation they’re doing, or if they just aren’t sure how to cook their chicken. Hard to say.
I’m honestly not sure if a return trip is in the cards or not. I’m sure there will be an occasion where we end up dining there again. If that is indeed the case, I will probably try a different protein to see if the issue is still there.
Overall, I wanted to like this place. I was optimistic. Unfortunately, the experience did not live up to expectations.
I wouldn’t necessarily say it’s a bad restaurant, and I’m willing to allow for the potential that I caught them on a bad day. We all have those, so maybe they did too on this day.
Time will tell if a return trip happens and what the experience is like then.
Great place and good food
I always grab food Togo and i've tried a good share of the menu. I have to wait a little longer sometimes but the food is delicious and reasonably priced.
Excellent food, good service. If you are in the mood for Thai, this is the place to go.
It was surprisingly great, all the way good. I had the General tso. Chicken and Thai rolls it was on point.
We had green curry and papaya salad but neither of them was that great.
Great overall
Not what it used to be.
I'd come back if someone else wanted to eat here, but I'd never choose it again. Basically everything tasted watered down, I've been to many Thai places. The dishes we ordered were about 1* higher than I expected, not a big deal. The issue came when I got over the spice and realized the dishes has no flavor...the curry was very watery and had little curry flavor. The peanut chicken dish had very little peanut flavor. Staff was 5*, she was polite and attentive. Place smelled like cleaning agent...kinda odd. It was very clean though. Floor, tables, and window sills were all clean. If the food had a normal amount of flavor I'd come back.
Best Thai food on the planet (and I’ve been to Thailand). Highly recommend!!
Disaster. I tried for the third time to like this place but, except for a very nice young lady named Hope, the service really blows. Took 3 tries to get my soup order right, but to no avail. I tried to eat it anyway but the 3rd soup, which was service with a smirk, was little more than salt water with loads of green onion. I could go on, but, suffice it to say that I won't be going back.
That's the first time I'd eaten there since they opened. Food the food was good and it arrived hot. I had ordered a heat level of too but it seemed to be spicier than that but it was still very good. The server was very polite and attentive. I would certainly make a trip back.
The spicy stir fry is my favorite dish, to the point of getting it 2x a week for a few months now
Very friendly and the food was great
We had a nice dinner here.
A classy atmosphere with very good Thai and friendly service, my only negative is that the food, while very good, is not quite as flavorful as some more authentic Thai restaurants that I have eaten. I got the spicy level of 4 of 1 to 4. They do have a more authentic Thai spice level that can be ordered. I wish I had done that. Might be more authentic. I will probably order that next time as it was definitely worth going back to eat at. Maybe the overall flavor will be more robust too. It is an excellent American Thai restaurant with an upscale flare.
Great food, service was a little slow but otherwise a good experience.
I picked up lunch for work, friendly staff, nice restaurant (will definitely go back to eat in)...best of all the food was still piping hot when I got back to the office and it was delicious!
Gave Massaman another shot since they're so close. They have improved their time estimates and the food was pretty good this time. The waitstaff for pickup were super friendly and helpful. Restaurant looks very clean and well maintained.
I like spicy food but ordered a 4 and was sweating. Might recommend ordering lower on the scale than you would elsewhere. Good food though!
I lived in Thailand for 10 months, I never had Thai foodthat taste like this. Not good wouldn’t recommend.
Service wasn’t very good either, I was never asked if I wanted a drink
Loved this little spot! The pad thai was excellent, though I feel like they kinda skimp on the toppings! I wanted more peanuts, chicken, green onion, carrot, etc! It was still very tasty, though, and I will be coming back for the fried bananas without a doubt, delicious! The service was also very polite and on top of it. Not too busy on a Sunday evening and seems like a good place to get takeout.
This is our neighbor restaurant and our family comes a couple times a month. Always a very friendly staff and one of the few places I’ve found in Dayton that serves Drunken Noodles.
Long time customers we order takeout once a week.
I call this morning to make reservations on Valentine’s Day. Show up at the scheduled time but you gave my seat away.
Well we won’t come back. I called to talk to the manager but was told she was busy.
Well we were busy at work and thanks for ruining our evening.
We have dined at this restaurant for over 2 years and we're always pretty satisfied until today. We had a good dinner in and decided to order two dinners to go. Upon returning home I tasted our to go dinner and it had no spice whatsoever. It was supposed to be a level two. I called and asked that they would arrange a refund or replacement for us as we drove 45 minutes from Hamilton Ohio to dine there. I requested they would honor arefund on our next visit and they said the owner refused. I find this irresponsible and will never visit again. Our bill was $60 tonight and I tipped the waitress $14. I wish I could take it back. SO Disappointing.
Shiloh was the best server I have ever had. The chili basil fried rice was delicious. Great service and environment. Will be a regular. :)
I ordered the Basil Chicken and 3 Thai Rolls. Food was very hot, tasted great, and had some good spiciness to it. The staff was very friendly, the price was very affordable, and it was an overall great experience. This was the first time I ate here, but I will definitely be back!
YUM! YUM! ALWAYS YUM!!! Great food, great quantities, and served up pretty fast! We got our nut allergy kid his first ever Thai food from here, as they were careful with all the cashews and peanuts. xoxo you amazing yummy peeps
The Pad Thai is phenomenal. I decided to order from here randomly one day and now it’s my favorite place to get my Pad Thai. Thank you for the consistency, it’s so good EVERY TIME!
Great Food. They let you choose your spice level on a 1 to 5 scale. Good restaurant.
A good decision every time, Massaman Thai Cuisine on Patterson Rd is the place to enjoy wonderful Thai receipes made with care. Comfortable atmosphere for family, a date, or a professional occasion with thoughtful, respectful servers. You will leave feeling spicy warm and happy.
Stopped ordering from here a few years ago when we moved to the area, due to the meals skimping on proteins.
Tried again today, and tried ordering “extra beef” to our fried rice. Definitely hasn’t changed, and definitely didn’t receive the extra beef we paid extra for.
What an amazing place…the food , the flavours…worth the money!! I would go everyday to eat there…
Fabulous place. Great food and service
My favorite ❤️
Great Thai food. The tom yum soup, basil stir fry, and papaya salad are to die for!!! Called in a pickup and it was ready in 15min.
I tried the Massaman curry. It is the best. I liked the Thai tea as well. I would definitely recommend this place
Great service and food.
I got the red curry with shrimp and a tom yum soup w/veggies… impeccable! The soup is definitely something I would get if I was feeling sick🥰
I Ordered takeout and got Possibly the worst customer service and food I’ve ever received. Pad Thai was literally plain noodles with 0 flavor and, the steamed pot stickers were soggy. I called and politely asked for a refund and the manager demanded I drive 15 minutes back to the restaurant to bring the food back. Reluctantly, I drove the food back and the manager argued with me and refused to issue a refund because I ate 1 pot sticker. Ive worked in the food industry before and I am shocked that this is how they treat their customers. Please don’t waste your time or money here!
Hidden gem
When you walk in place looks nice and upscale. Then the food comes. Had the general Taos chicken, was not impressed at all more breading then meat and tiny pieces and a kids size portion. Wife had sweet and sour chicken it was cold both chicken and the sauce.
Great place, great food, very nice owner! This place is a step or two up from most Asian restaurants and has a nice dining room. I moved back into the area after being gone for 30 years. I will be going back. I highly recommend this restaurant!
Got back in town on a Sunday eve and was dreaming of Massaman, i realized it was 8:45 when I got there for carryout...just before closing at 9. They had a good attitude which goes miles these days. Everything was ridiculously good from the fresh rolls to the Tom Yum, Pad See Ew with tofu and crab fried rice. Made my day end on a better note!
Wow! What a hidden gem! Great price (around 35 for two entrees and two appetizers), incredible food, very clean restaurant, and friendly staff. Orderedto go and live around 25 mins away. Was surprised to find that they wrap your meal in foil to retain heat during travel. It shows that they really care about serving great food! I'd give them 10 stars out of 5!! I'll be back soon!
Very nice pad tai. They didn’t skimp on the sauce (my pet peeve). Very kind staff. Reasonable
Really good food. Pretty authentic compared to others I have had in the past. Not a whole lot of seating but very nice patio. Staff was very friendly and helpful when discussing menu items. Definitely will be going back
Very good food. Tried the pad see ew and papaya salad. Both good. Would go back to try more things.
Very good Thai food, good atmosphere and service.
As you would expect, Massaman Thai's namesake dish is amazing. They have the best Pork Massamn in Dayton. My son loves their Sweet and Sour chicken; I can't blame him, it's the best I've ever had. This isn't some all puffy quarter inch thick batter dish. Delicious meals up and down the menu!
Excellent Thai food
Don't go here. They can't understand you then don't want to correct their mistakes without an argument.
So delicious!
Food and staff was excellent. Best Thai food I have had in the area with almost an entire menu able to be prepared meatless. Great amount of spice too.
We've been here several times before but this visit was merely mediocre overall. Service was inconsistent, slow, and we had to reiterate our order to receive one of the entrees. The food wasn't as good as previously either. That was mediocre as well. The only commendable part was that they completely nailed my 'spiciness' index and the coconut soup is almost habit forming. It was extremely clean and the servers were personable.
The food was delicious, our waiter was an extremely nice young gentleman, was a very lovely little place.
Food: I had their Thai Tea and Fried Bananas and my buddy got Thai Tea and soup and it was all delicious.
Price: fair.. not too crazy, not too cheap.
Handicap Accessible: Yes
Parking: lot out front off main street
Cleanliness: VERY clean
Crowd: we were the only ones there when we visited around 2 PM- ish
Revisit: Yes
Reccomend: Yes
Coconut soups! 😋
First time there went twice same day lol great food friendly great staff
Their Thai fried rice was yummy. Had the lunch portion and had plenty for leftovers. The spring rolls were light and crispy, and not greasy. Service was initially a little slow, and there were only two cars in the lot. The server, however, did apologize.
Food was good, service was nice, but it was very very cold inside.
First time experiencing Thai dining! I would certainly say it was a great 1st time!
First time there and we had a great experience.
Disappointing. Love Thai food, heard great reports about Massaman but it fell short. Pork stick appetizer was half fat. Pad thai noodles were overcooked, and it was hard to find the ground peanuts that are the star ingredient.
Crab rangoon was good.
This has quickly become one of my new favorite places. The food has always been spectacular. It may take a little longer for dishes here, but 100% worth it. Every bite puts me in a Zen-like state. The staff is friendly and the food is great. I recommend l any of the Curries, Pad Thai, and Curry Fried Rice.
Service was excellent. Food was fairly tasty, but no vegetables to speak of in the pad Thai, which is sad news for a vegetarian. Great in an I'm-starving-pinch, tho!
Stopped in for a carry out order on a rainy evening. The place isn’t much inside with limited seating, but very clean. The server who helped me was warm and welcoming and offered a drink while I waited. The fried dumplings surprised me as they were deep fried, not pan fried. Not crazy about that texture. Spring rolls are crispy and delicious. Massaman yellow Curry has the perfect amount of heat and blend of spices. But for me, the big winner was the ginger salmon. Beautifully prepared and presented, the cook was spot on, the top crispy, and the mixed veggies all fresh. Great Thai food!
First time here. It fabulous.
Fantastic! Worked with gluten and carrot and shellfish allergies.
Hey! The best Thai food in Dayton! I usually get the Singapore Noodles spice level Thai Hot! Yes, there's a 5th spice level. You have to request it! Massaman Thai is a very comfortable and enjoyable experience. Great service! The food is amazing! When the weather is cold and rainy, I'll get some soup. I highly recommend the WonTon. When the weather is hot and muggy, I'll get the WonTon. Spice level 2. Revitalizes your soul! Food is energy! Fresh ingredients! Food made with love! Also, the Swimming Angel, is comfort food. So good. Do yourself a flavor. See what I did there? I'll stop typing...just go to Massaman Thai Cuisine! Peace and love!
The food is always fresh and delicious. Highly recommend the basil fried rice, my personal favorite. 😋 The staff is always very friendly and takes good care of the customers. Sometimes there can be a bit of a wait for carryout, so be sure to call a little earlier than you want to eat on some nights. Well worth the wait though.
Wonderful choices and excellent food. Love it!
This place is wonderful! I had trouble using their online ordering service and showed up to get my takeout only to find that my order hadn’t gone through. The staff was incredibly apologetic and polite. They were able to retake my order and prepare it in less than fifteen minutes. One server even offered me some water while I was waiting. When it came time to pay, the employee went out of her way to verify that my card hadn’t been charged already for the food. Another asked me to keep an eye on my account and let them know if I’d been double charged. They didn’t have to do this and I was grateful that they cared enough to make sure everything was right. When I did get my food everything was delicious and well made. I’m just going to call ahead next time I want takeout!
The phad thai here has great flavor! Be careful, anything above a 1 is spicy- spicy.
One of my favorite Thai spots, love the new location!
Open later than most Thai restaurants in the area.
Service is fast and friendly.
Food is okay. Nothing to write home about, but certainly not bad
Everyone’s meals were fresh, hot, and tasty. It is evident that the food is prepared with care. The wait staff is warm and accommodating.
Good food ok service
Best Thai food in the Dayton area. I missed the food so much from the location change!
UPDATE: WENT HERE ON 10/30/22 AND THE SERVICE WAS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE AND ONE OF THEM SHOULD BE FIRES IMMEDIATELY BECAUSE NOT ONLY WAS SHE RUDE SHE THREW THE CHECKS FOR OUR FOOD AT ME AND SLAMMED THEM ON THE TABLE AND WALKED AWAY AND SHE THEN REFUSED TO GET THE OWNER FOR ME TO TALK TO. I LOVE THEIR FOOD BUT I WILL NEVER EVER BE BACK UNLESS THEY FIRE THAT GIRL. SERVICE IS ABSOLUTLY HORRIBLE.
I love love love the beef salad it's amazing there. My mom had the sweet and sour chicken and it was amazing. The soup we tried and the spring rolls were amazing. The crab Rangoons were very good.
The basil fried rice with beef was AWESOME! Service was very sweet. Loved this place and food. They took a lot of time to create the atmosphere. Fresh food. Even the soy sauce tasted like they made it right here.
The best meal I have had in a long time. Had an awesome experience and service was great. Friendly staff. I will come back.
I absolutely love this place. Been eating here since they opened. Amazing food, friendly staff and owner is awesome. Love their drunken noodles and Singapore noodles. My wife loves their curry. Thai spring rolls and spicy edamame are excellent and my go-to apps!
Amazing quality food, genuinely well worth the money every time. But the wait times can be really annoying. I understand it takes time to make great food but even with the generous time estimates for orders i often find myself waiting much longer than planned. Sometimes it feels like I have to plan my day around ordering takeout if I want massaman which is a shame. We will continue to be customers but this something we keep in mind.
Great food and service!!
I believe that they may have some of the best Thai food around
Not at all what I expected, but truly a nice place to visit. Very clean, good food and very helpful servers. Everyone was very attentive to the customers. And they had different size containers for your left overs, I thought that was nice too.
I was a newbie here & our waitress Izzy was fantastic! I got the Chx Pad Thai w/noodles & Taro Boba T & my Godson got pepper steak & veggies w/Rice & a Boba Thai T, it was NOT to disappoint! Great staff, food, & portions. I boxed what I didn't eat & ate 2x on the leftovers! Tasted just as good as the 1st bite! Thx Massamans fr such a great dinner. We have already been back again & will continue to come.
Had the Crispy noodles with pork. I wasn't sure i would like it at first. It was not what I was expecting. It was more like a soup with Chinese LaChoy noodles in a ball on top. Once the noodles soak up the soup it grows on you and by the end of the meal I enjoyed the taste. My husband gave me his white rice which made it even better. I gave it only 3 stars because we were a large group (15 or so) and the service was super slow. The food came out in waves so some had food and some did not. I was the first to place my order and the very last to get my food.. Keep in mind that this is a small restaurant and is probably not used to large parties like ours was.
I love their pineapple fried rice. Have not been disappointed with any menu item I've tried. The food quality here is much better than “9“!
Wonderful Thai food. We have tried most of the Thai restaurants in Dayton and none is superior.
We went for dinner on June 25,2022 and found the place surprisingly
un-busy...I ordered the lemon chicken at a number 1 spice level which was just right. The food was a big disappointment as the chicken, which was described as marinated dark chicken, was dried out and almost inedible-in fact I gave up trying to eat it. The rest of the dish was good: the vegetables were fresh and cooked just right and there was a bright lemony slightly sweet sauce to finish it off.
Another bright spot was our server, Isabella, who was very friendly and helpful.
With all the other excellent places to get Thai food in the area, this, unfortunately, won't be our first choice.
This place is so so so clean and neat. The waiters are supper nice.
Great restaurant! The staff is friendly, the atmosphere is great, and the food is consistently excellent.
Delicious and I recommend the coconut soup!
Great food cozy little place
Took my parents and the family for Mother's Day. Service was great and they let us sit on the patio even though it wasn't open. We got 5 different dishes and all of them were very good.
Food is always great. However this particular time service was rough. With a 70 minute wait on an online order. I patiently waited when I arrived @ my given time and was told another 15 minutes...I waited 25 minutes for my order...the kitchen seemed overwhelmed with tickets hanging all over...4 people back there and idk if it's a lack of training or just staff in generalm the 2 bars are never utilized here, offer me a drink while i wait, nope. With such a great location as well as the higher price points these seem to be easilymanageable...it appears to me this location is just owner neglected.
I am a waitress at Massaman. Some of the reviews leave my heart feeling full, while others do not. To the customers that exaggerated times and not being compensated for mistakes being made, you are tearing down waitresses who work very hard to make this small business run smoothly. For every mistake that is made we always offer something in return, whether it is a thai tea or extra rice. It is at least something. As a small business we cannot give free rolls and rangoon, more people should be more understanding. We also clean up smooshed rice that you leave in the carpet. For the ones who boost our confidence & support us, THANK YOU!!! you are truly appreciated. Even your smiles make the bad ones go away. I am so thankful to be apart of this small business and I am so happy & welcoming to have considerate, patient, & kind customers each and every day. all my love in the world, Izzy💗
Waited for 45 minutes and they "lost" the order ticket. Didn't even comp one item when the meal finally came. The manager could have even offered a free app while we waited. Restauranting 101 people! With service like this it's only a matter of time until this place goes the way of siam pad thai--closed for business.
Food was terrible not Thai at all waste of money and time
Great people, great food, great experience. Looking forward to going back.
