Went with a coworker who said he has dabbled in sushi. When asked, I told him I would prefer my fish cooked. He told me I was missing out and ordered some. I tried I and not too bad, but not something I would order for myself.

Good selection on the menu, and I will have to make another trip to try some of them. Sesame seed chicken and the sirlion with vegetables for this visit. Good atmosphere in the restaurant and staff was super friendly.

The main dishes were outstanding. Tried the chopsticks but had to use a fork to eat. I know. a rookie all the way.

Checked the box and recommend it to anyone looking for good food.

What a wonderful place to eat. Our server was outstanding and made us feel like we were home. There was no rush and the food was cooked to perfection. On our way out we met the owner for a quick chat. What a delightful evening. We drove all the way from Florida and would do it again just to have another night of Food delight. Yobo will not disappoint.

I've been to this restaurant many times. Great atmosphere and the staff is friendly. The food is great most of the time. There have been only one or two occasions though, where it wasn't as consistent.

This place was awful. I got 4 rolls of sushi and they gave me 1 tiny soy sauce. The shrimp in the sushi had a horrible texture and the tuna tasted like fart. I got drunkin noodles and it had 0 flavor. I also got crab rangoons and they didnt even give me a sauce to dip it in!!!

We just stopped by Yobo and was surprised that their food tasted amazing. The food is extremely fresh, as the sashimi is full of color and tasted delicious. However, on the menu it said that we would have 16 pieces of sashimi, but we only received 11. We also read that there was beef and pork in the Pad Thai, but when it was served it didn’t have any trace of beef or pork. Overall, the food is really good, but sometimes the food doesn’t have what’s promised.

My girlfriend and I were just here for our second visit. The food and service were equally fantastic. I highly recommend the pressed duck. Ray is very friendly and knowledgeable. We'll definitely be back.

I have LOVED this restaurant for years! We had a WONDERFUL time and everyone enjoyed EVERYTHING! I was a little disappointed not to see the water fountain working but quickly realized that they turned it off for more tables to be added, and that's something you'll have to do when you have extremely good food!

We had been going here for years, and it went down hill for a time. But apparently new owners have stepped it back up.

I ordered chicken with mixed vegetables, I was told that came with white rice okay for pint-size I ordered an extra pint size but I was also told that they were filled to the top so I had to use both pints to eat half of the chicken with mixed vegetables and so I'm going to go to another Chinese restaurant locally just to get some white rice for the second half of my meal. There was at least an eighth of an inch if not more to the top of the box it was very light. Food was delicious and I plan on going back but next time I'll make sure they pack my rice before I leave. Thank you for my first experience I'll be back just make sure I get enough rice next time if you don't I will.

Food is really good, but the service is always ACES!!! Phil (our server) is always attentive and friendly. He also works to give the best experience possible. I asked if they have rice seasoning, which they didn't, however, he offered chili oil to go with my dish as a substitute. Excellent suggestion! Made my dish even better. Ask for Phil!!!

My boyfriend and I went on a date here recently and it was absolutely wonderful! The service was great, and they always made sure we were comfortable and pleased with our food. We got the calamari as an appetizer and it was the best I’ve had in quite a while. We also ordered lots sushi, which turned out to be equally delicious, and I have lots of praise for the signature volcano roll. The atmosphere was very peaceful and tranquil, and the low lighting and interior design would make it a nice place for a first date in my opinion. I truly loved it here and will definitely go back soon!

I got the teriyaki chicken and it was good. The server made a delicious lychee martini and it just made the entire evening great. Really cool atmosphere and vibe.

It is family owned and managed and the food is of a high standard, the atmosphere is unique and classy and the staff are friendly and attentive. We have taken school trips for the Chinese new year here, had holiday staff parties and just dined in as a family! We encourage you to come and try it out.

I used to visit Yobo as a child, and it’s still wonderful food. Great pumpkin soup, coconut mussels and spicy yellowtail roll. My friends had the hibachi meals and they looked delicious.

Another highlight: Yobo’s ginger carrot salad dressing is legendary!

I often take visitors who come to this area to eat at Yobo. The atmosphere is great-- the place is spacious, the decor is unique and quite evocative, which is always very important for me. The menu is quite large, and the food is tasty, reasonably priced. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants a memorable and reliably good dining experience in the Newburgh area. They're also open a little later than other restaurants in the area, which is a huge plus.

While it was a bit tricky to find, it was worth it! We were attended to as soon as we went in and were seated quickly. Judging by the Parking lot didn’t seem like it was going to be good, but it was awesome.
The indoor dining area is cozy, welcoming and has an interesting buddhist touch.
The prices are very reasonable and the portions are generous. The selection of wine is good. Th staff was friendly and attentive and overall excellent.

I had the orange pressed duck, Cantonese lomein, and wife had a seafood dish. What ever they cook with MSG, or salts within an hour of eating my wife and i became dizzy and light headed. Since i have high blood pressure i checked my machine. 155/94 and i usually range 124/77. The effects lasted though the next day and i was forced to stay in bed and double my blood pressure medicine. DO NOT EAT HERE IF YOU HAVE ANY KIND OF HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE!!! My wife doesn't have high blood pressure and made her dizzy and sick the whole night. Im still not well after eating there and its 8:30 the next night!

Do order the Ginza Special, it has chicken, fried vegetable tempura and beef steak(perfectly cooked and seasoned) and the portion is huge as well.

When you visit there be sure to ask for Noval since he is just amazing in explaining and the service that he provided plus he can speak bahasa as well so if you are indonesian that is visiting here, he is the right person that you should ask for!

I absolutely love the atmosphere here. I used to take my grandmother here and our family would enjoy everything they offered. The staff are polite, efficient, and helpful. One of my brothers is vegetarian and he is always able to find options for himself. The sesame chicken were delicious and moist which is what my boyfriend enjoyed. I had sushi, cucumber and avocado. Absolutely delicious.

Atmosphere was nice staff was kind and attentive. However food was over price no flavor and extremely to small portion. For example my husband ordered Peking Duck that cost $60 definitely not worth it. Portion was bonless was half a duck no sides. I ordered BBQ sticks came with 3 peices of meat on 3 sticks $8. Our total bill was $122.

The Smoked Manhattan Cocktail is very good. RockNSushi appetizer was very tasty. Chicken and Vegetable dish is very good, it's why we went back. The sushi is not the best. Good service, and good atmosphere.

We took my in-laws here for my mother-in-law's birthday and she loved it. The food was great, the service was on point, and the atmosphere was as good as the food. The only reason I couldn't give five stars is that there was no all-you-can-eat menu which I've grown spoiled to at other sushi locations. Otherwise, the sushi can get expensive if you can eat as much sushi as I can. However, I highly recommend this spot to anyone who loves sushi.
