Walked in at 7:20pm and ordered food around 7:35pm, the appetizers came around 8:20pm and the food arrived around 8:50pm. They didn’t had the flat noodles for Drunken noodles so they just used the vermicelli noodles without even notifying or asking us. Then they offered the drunken noodle on the house. For basil fried rice, the rice wasn’t even cooked, it had burnt taste. Pad Thai was not good either. The tom yum soup was not warm enough. It was ridiculous management.

I would love to give another try to this place but tonight’s experience has left a very bad taste in my mouth.

Great service & Thai food. We had the Thai Spring Rolls & Tom Kha Chicken soup as starters. For our entrees, we had the Bangkok Duck Salad & Pineapple Cashew Stir Fry with Chicken. We enjoyed the Mango sticky rice as a dessert. All were plated beautifully, and the flavors were excellent.

My mother, aunt and I were visiting on a girls trip and found this wonderful place. The atmosphere was so relaxing with the music playing and the place beautifly decorated. The service was excellent and the food was outstanding!! It had so much flavor with generous portions. We will be sure to make this place part of our next girls trips to come

We started with the spring rolls which were delicious and homemade. Then, we had the pineapple cashew sauce stir fry (chicken), duck salad, pad thai (shrimp), and ended with the mango sticky rice. The service was so attentive and friendly, and the restaurant is just beautiful with flowers at the entrance and on all the tables. The portions are very large, to the point where you can probably share between two easily, and everything was very fresh and tasted very authentic. We very much enjoyed and would return.

Pad Thai was terrible. Hardly any veggies. No flavor. Just overcooked and stuck together. Green curry was not so tasty, not spicy at all (asked for medium). It was sweet and the veggies were too chunky especially the carrots. A very unpleasant experience for the money spent. Also the pan seared roti was only four small pcs that tasted terrible. Will never order from here again. Can’t understand the high ratings. So disappointing and upsetting.

I don't have the words to describe the fullness of my gratitude for what this establishment created here. I've been dining here for years, it's absolutely outstanding! There are many unique menu selections I was introduced to here. Panang curry has a hint of nutmeg that gives it just enough richness to distinguish it from red curry. Thai spare ribs and fried ice cream are served on fire!!!

Acasia is our favorite Thai restaurant, and we've eaten a lot of Thai food! This is our go-to place to both dine-in and take-out. I'm not sure how the other guy who wrote a review recently could have had a bad experience, we have been here multiple times and the service is always kind and timely. We bring all our friends and family here!

I really enjoy eating at this establishment. The food is good. The price is fair, and the atmosphere is nice. I love the attention to detail.

My favorite place to eat! Friendly and attentive staff! Plenty of options! I try to switch up my order each time we go which makes it exciting to try all those delicious flavors in each dish! We go at least once or twice a month and the 35 minute drive is so worth it!!!

We wanted to love this place - so much so that we went twice. While the atmosphere and service are top-notch, the food leaves a lot to be desired. Thai is our favorite type of food and we’ve been to Thailand. There are some ok items on the menu, but in general the food is on the bland side and lacks the depth and character that Thai food is known for. I also like a spicy dishes, and despite asking for the hottest options, the heat was low. Low enough that others in our party who dislike spiciness had no issues. I hope they can figure out the food, because we’ll be back when they do.

After wait 2 hours for deliver my order they cancel. This was the worst experience , don’t order on line. I can’t answer because they never delivery.

Absolutely LOVE IT here. Food is fantastic, service is on point, priced well and you definitely get PLENTY. Diamond was our server for the evening, we wanted for nothing, plates were cleaned off, dishes arrived timely. THE BEST! We had pineapple beef fried rice, chicken satay, pho with chicken, beef with garlic pepper sauce.

Tables spaced comfortably-we arrived early; almost 5 to avoid crowds. Service very polite-would be nice to have chopsticks at the table so request if desired.
Appetizers; Calamari: excellent!-the most tender ever tasted, dipped & golden fried, a generous portion w zippy dipping sauce. The Golden triangles were a bland..did not detect curry..a disappointment. Quickly forgotten when soft shell crab salad arrived! Prepared perfection; crunch, flavor, portion over a mouthwatering mango salad-a solid 10! Shrimp TomKah-small bowl presented beautifully, mushrooms in each corner, angle cut cucumber, carrot with red sweet pepper; shrimp delicate-no overcooking here. We finished with Thai Japanese Sukiyaki (pork) indeed bursting with flavor! Excellent overall! Returning weekly-we discovered a Favorite!

This will be a simple review. My son and I ate dinner yesterday. Simply stated, our Masaman Curry and Chantaburi Grilled Chicken were delicious, ample, and fantastic. Thai Garden Salad, with its dressing, is worthy of a return visit.

Legit, best Thai food I've ever had! They are my go to thai restaurant in phillipsburg and I wasn't a huge fan of Thai food till I discovered this gem. Food is outrageously good! Service goes above and beyond. Prices are what they are. Nothing is cheap nowadays when it comes to going out to eat, but they are very generous with portions. The crying tiger meal is absolute fire! And even though it's just under 26 bucks, they give you your money's worth for sure. The sauces are out of this world. Their teas are good and, and also highly recommend their wings with varying dipping sauces with so many different flavors! Every sauce is full of so much flavor, and adds so much to the meals they include them with. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Ordered pickup for the first time, pad see ew was delicious. I got the green tea ice cream and it was sadly sold out so I got to try the mango and I’m so happy I did. The ice cream was absolutely incredible.

The food was okay. I’ve had better. Very disappointed in the curry, I Iusually order green curry because It has Kiefer lime leaves in it. But there Penang curry said it had Kiefer lime leaves in it so I ordered that. It had no Kiefer lime leaves in it, which was very disappointing. The food was subpar. I’ve had way better.

Updated July 10th 2024 - We live close by and we're here pretty frequently. I mean it to my core when I say I love this place. The people are so nice. The food is spot on and consistently good. The service is excellent. The atmosphere is so peaceful. It is by far my favorite restaurant in the states of New Jersey and Pennsylvania. If you are in the area, please please support them. They are fabulous! Thank you Paul, Tim, Patrick, Om and Bo for taking such good care of us!

Authentic and deliscious. From the first time I went there consistently through now, delicious flavorful food. Pho is my go to. I have personally eaten at approximately 15 to 20 pho places between Florida and New Jersey, and the broth for the pho here at Acasia Thai has more flavor alone than any of them combined. The amount of food is always plentifulful. My entire family enjoys eating here. Drunken noodle, and the beef and rice are staples as well.

The environment is unique and comfortable. The staff always welcoming. The Thai tea is , as well as the taro milk smoothie favorites and make for just a great treat on their own.

The food was delicious and came out fast and it was hot. Our service was super inviting from the moment we walked in. We came with our 2 children who are some what picky eaters and they were able to modify to accommodate their meals. Would recommend this place and will be back.

Very disappointing and a waste of money. The Summer rolls were inedible, tasted truly horrible with the most minuscule piece of the nastiest shrimp. The green curry flavor is OK although too sweet, few actually fresh veggies only 2 small pieces of eggplant, and the tofu chewy. I asked for brown rice but got white. The shrimp pad thai tastes like it's made with ketchup and the shrimp themselves have little flavor- and what they have is not good. The bubble teas were awful! So sweet I was eating granules of sugar and the boba hard! It's clear they use cheap and awful ingredients, too much sugar, and really don't care about good food. No accounting for all the good reviews. No accounting for taste (or lack there of). Go elsewhere...namely 1001 Thai in Easton! This travesty set me back $75!

The waiter was great! ⭐ ⭐⭐⭐⭐ for Jules. The appetizers were ok. The food in itself was very bland, so we had to request some extra seasoning's to complete our meal. As I was eating my food, I noticed on my next spoonful full of broth that there was something black with legs floating in my soup. At first I thought it was a pepper corn or something, please I was hoping it was anything other than what my eyes were showing me...EWWWWWWW🤢🤢🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮 A dead beetle / carpet bug/ or roach of some sort just floating upside down in my soup. Feeling instantly grossed out and nauseous and by the way this happened a few hours ago and I AM STILL FEELING SICK. After discreetly but immediately notifying the waiter (Jules) who was very professional by the way... BUT Thee owner/ manager never even came over to try and rectify the problem or apologized. Instead he still blatantly charged me for BUG soup that had A DEAD BUG IN IT. I AM NOT INTO DELICACIES ACASIA THAI RESTAURANT. This is unacceptable. This is as horrible as my head and stomach still feels right now.🤢🤮 This is definitely my first and LAST time eating here or anywhere else for that matter.. I will cook my own food from now on. I'm really grossed out behind this situation and how the owner/manager displayed a very unprofessional attitude concerning food with Dead Bugs in it. This has me too sick right now. Still.

First....I would like to start off by saying that the waiter was awesome. Thank you Jules for awesome customer service. You were great!

The next thing I would like to discuss is what happened during our time in this restaurant. It had been awhile since my sister and I had hung out so we were looking forward to going to a nice restaurant eating ,enjoying and catching up. All started well, until we were getting ready to pack up our remaining meal when my sister asked me what was this on her spoon. After taking a closer look, I noticed that it appeared to be a roach,beetle or bed bug of some sort in her food. Since the restaurant was busy during that time we did not want to make a scene and signaled for the waiter to come over to ask him what he thought it was as we placed it on a napkin for him to see. Initially he thought it was a spice but after he moved it around he noticed that it was a bug and decided to bring it to his managers or the owners attention. We were initially told that my sister's meal would be a removed from the bill. Later due to the fact that I ordered a meal to go...... I decided that I no longer wanted that meal....as I was uncertain of my remaining meal as well as the additional meal that I ordered if there was any further bugs in it. After the owner came by the table and started speaking to the waiter again it was later decided that we would have to pay for both of our meals in full which I did not understand at least removing my sister's meal as the bug was found in her food. Or providing some sort of a discount.

The owner had not only one chance but two chances to make the situation right and he chose not to. While we do understand that mistakes happen we should not have to just accept bugs being in our food. The way he handled this situation was completely unacceptable and we will not be returning to this restaurant ever again. He never even came over to the table to apologize for the situation. When everything is good, it's good....it's when there's a problem and how that problem is handled is what really matters. Moral of the story is check your food when you are eating in this restaurant there could be bugs hidden.

I asked my waiter what vegan options were available and he asked a variety of questions to get a feel of what I would like. He suggested the garlic pepper sauce entree. I trusted his suggestion then added tofu to the dish.

My order was put in and when he returned I ordered my dessert (coconut pudding) and thai spring roll as my appetizer. (i eat out of order.. thay is my business lol).

I received my main meal so quickly I recieved it before my appetizer and dessert, which was fine by me.

All four dishes were amazing. Everything was top notch.

I rarely give any establishment 5 stars but this place earned it- hands down. I highly recommend you try them out.

My favorite Thai Restaurant! Hubby has taken me here a few times for date night, never disappoints! Pad Thai is exceptional! Last night, we took a bottle of wine, had Chicken Satay as an appetizer and they surprised us with a free Fried Ice Cream for dessert. Wished us a Happy Valentine's Day. It was just so special ❤️. Can't beat the staff either, just so friendly and helpful. 5+ stars!!!

Never been disappointed with the food. Place is cute but I usually order pick up. Never had an issue with my food orders. It's one of the few places where if you like spicy the food is actually spicy. Drunken noodle is my favorite with a medium heat. If they ask you on a scale of 1 to 5 I tend to pick 3. Definitely worth a try if you love Thai fusion. If you call your order in you can ask for your food to not be spicy.

Was so excited to get try this restaurant. Atmosphere is pretty. I got takeout ordered pad Thai it is was horrible. Basically duck sauce over pasta. Not the pad Thai I’ve gotten in the past and loved. I threw the whole meal out.

Easily the best restaurant I’ve ever been to. My boyfriend and I dine in and order takeout all of the time. We try not to go more than once a week because we would spend all of our savings here. I’m vegan and I feel so comfortable finding vegan options and have found my new favorite dish EVER! 10000/10 recommend if you’re looking for a amazing restaurant with an amazing atmosphere.

Acasia Thai is truly a hidden gem. I’ve tried several Thai restaurants in the area, and Acasia is the absolute best. Their Tom Yum soup is literally one of my favorite things to eat! Every dish we’ve tried is incredibly flavorful with fresh ingredients. Give Acasia a try and you will definitely be happy that you did!

We got the Tom Yum, Pad Thai, and Thai spare ribs. It was so delicious and the portions were huge for a great price. Coming again when we are in town!

Absolutely the best Thai food I have ever eaten! I first got introduced to Thai food here by my friends who live close about two years ago. At the time I was living 3 hours away in NY and tried every Thai food restaurant within an hour of my house. No other Thai restaurant has ever held a candle to this place! This is my go to every time I am in the area- service is amazing, atmosphere is wonderful, food is to die for! 100/10! If I was stranded on an island for the rest of my life and could only eat one food it would be their pad Thai. Also they have wonderful gluten free and vegan options!

Everything was DELICIOUS!! We began with mango salad. Yum!!!!!!!!! For our entrees, I had the drunken noodles with pork. My other half had the pad see eww. Both great! We ended with mango sticky rice. It was all great. Service was wonderful. We were in area while going to off-road store OK4WD, and stopped here on way home. What a find!!!! Will definitely return if in the area again!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Great spot for lunch or a date night!

And, it was topped off with some Morrocon Mint and Mandarin tea. ... and for those of us that look at C4leanliness, the bathrooms were private and CLEAN.... Food was terrible. I came into what looked like a warzone on a Friday night. We got shoved in the top corner next to the window, and we all immediately noticed the dead rat against the window behind the bricks holding the dead flowers. Our waiter was a handsome young man and quickly came over and gave us water, placed evenly on the table. Matthew didn't stutter once and talked with confidence. We got our drinks and anything we asked for in a timely fashion, however the golden triangles were frozen; twice. Pad Thai came out with eggs in it even though I asked for no eggs. I even checked the bill after, and he did put a note for no eggs hence the kitchen's mistake. After I told him about the Pad Thai, I saw the manager actually yell at him, and threaten to fire him, and then ignore him for the rest of the night and awkwardly stare in his direction! I also noticed his friend/coworker constantly kick and punch him! This completely destroyed the atmosphere and you could see the exhaustion on my waiters face. Rest of the entrees were okay aside from the fact that what seemed to be a younger busboy drop EIGHT glasses on the table right next to time and shattered glass flew under our table. Of course, Matthew was the one to clean up the mess. Also a short what seemed to be young teenage girl runner set the floor ON FIRE when bringing out a whole chicken.

If you want Thai I would recommend takeout and if you have food restrictions triple emphasize what you need change. I am shocked that my waiter puts up with his coworkers' behaviors and doesn't get a better job. He is the only bright spot of this restaurant.

Went for lunch, enjoyed the outdoor dining. Was in a hurry and was pleasantly surprised at how fast food came out. Great experience. I can't wait to go back for dinner!

Love this place! We especially like the pad see ew, drunken noodles, and massaman curry. They do a great job whether you get meat or tofu. The Thai iced tea with bubbles is sooo good too!! We usually have to order extra white rice when we get curries because it comes with rice but just a small amount. Their roti is SO good too, if you want to do that instead of extra rice.

Most authentic, delicious Thai food outside of Queens, Manhattan, and Thailand.

No watered down recipes here - all real stuff, just like the street food stalls in Thailand but with beautiful presentation and decor.

Even the spice level is Thai grade - I had the jungle curry and it was properly spicy. It wasn’t just spicy, however, it was also full of flavor. All other dishes we ordered were just as delicious. I hope they get to keep for a long time whoever is working that kitchen!

Great food. Dessert took a little while to come out but management compensated us for the long wait with extra dessert, so no complaints there. Waiters were constantly checking in and making sure everything was alright and empty dishes were cleared promptly. Great customer service.

This restaurant has fantastic food! It is always fresh and delicious. Having spent time in Thailand, I find the food authentic. Patrick, the maitre 'd is always very welcoming. The service has been impeccable each time I've been there. We've had Matthew as a server several times and he has always been super accommodating and helpful. Excellent service.

Very fun local Thai restaurant with many menu options. Fantastic outdoor seating with lots of plants to create a very pleasant environment. Excellent and fast service!! The fried ice cream is a really special treat!

First I would like to say just wow … this was me and my boyfriend first time coming here and the entrance way was beautiful once u walk in nothing but gorgeous scenery. We got the Thai Chicken wings as and appetizer and I kid you not it was crispy and freshhhh as well as hot every bite. We then got the fired rice bowls and brooo those bowls were steaming hot and just tasted amazing. This legit has became me and my boyfriend favorite restaurant yet! We’ll definitely be returning for sureeee!!!!!!!

Beautiful and authentic atmosphere but sub-par otherwise-- especially the service. The spring roles were stringy and tasted like celery. I specifically asked for NO SPICE in my pad thai and they still added a considerable level of spice - I didn't want to send the food back so I shared my familys' dishes with them instead. My mother-in-law requested tofu and they made her order with chicken instead. The drinks were way too sweet but at least they brought out the right ones. They weren't that busy at all, so I was quite disappointed. I'd go here if there are no other options in the area.

Do not recommend. They must be paying for reviews. Everything I ordered was barely edible. Thai tea is like sherbert, spring rolls are just stringy cabbage with no flavor at all, tofu was tough and inedible and the green curry flavor was off.

Food was delicious and the wait staff was nice and friendly.
Only thing that bothered me was that you don't get free refills on the tea. We weren't aware of that until we needed one.
Thought the tea, 90% water was quite expensive at $3.50 a glass.

Beautiful interior, welcoming and kind Thai host. Food is not most authentic, but it’s been catered to local palates which is a smart business move. Got spice level 4 of 5 and it barely tingled my tongue, but was still incredibly delicious with fresh veggies. Coconut rice for CURRY was dessert level sweet, bizarre but nevertheless very tasty.

The biggest issue was service. I work as a server myself, and have never seen such a bad worker. I’m sure it can be hard for the restaurant to find decent candidates, but this guy in his teens/early 20s was completely disinterested in helping us. Took 5 minutes to get waters in an EMPTY restaurant, after he saw us walk in. Didn’t ask how we were or tell us his name. When I asked for a check and boxes, he didn’t give any bags for 3 boxes. We put a card down after he delivered the check, and he went right over to sit down and eat in the dining room as we were trying to get out before 9 o’clock to help HIM out. I had to walk the card over to the kind host and ask for bags. I can forgive any of these behaviors separately but altogether it just really soured the night and left me frustrated. Totally not fault of the restaurant, but they might want to consider reforming his behavior.

Is it worth driving 1.5 hours? Yes, and yes! Food: fresh and delicious.

Fried rice: interesting spices, powerful and very good.
Unfortunately much less spices now. Interesting enough to eat. Not to continue eating

Curry: creamy but not very potent. Large portion.
Slightly sweet. Must get spicy.

Fried noodles: too sweet. Way too sweetlol

Great food. I’ve never sat down to eat but they’re always really nice when I pick up food. Last night I got the wrong order I called they were apologetic and offered to remake the food. It was late so I called today and had no problem ordering the comp meal.

Ordered the thai style fried rice with chicken yesterday, ordered it to go. It was made quickly, in about 15 minutes, maybe even faster, and it was steaming hot, smelled amazing, tasted fantastic, and was incredibly filling. Large portions, enough for 2 separate meals. Also, the thai boba tea is always a must-buy every time I go, I strongly recommend it. The restaurant itself has a very relaxing, yet eye catching aesthetic to it. Overall, a fantastic place to dine. The waiter who served us, was quite welcoming, and very friendly, as well.

Best Panang Curry around here. Great service, quick and yummy. BYOB if you are eating in. Take out is a good option. We've enjoyed everything we've had here.

Place was nice, clean. The food was awesome, very flavorful, the presentation was very appealing. The servers were very nice. The table was tight for 6 people, next time we will ask for more room. Can't wait to try something else the next time we go.

Staff was extremely friendly, atmosphere was relaxing and clean, prices were very reasonable and most of all food was delicious! Couldn't snap a pic before diving in but curry won't disappoint and the old city dry noodles... I can't say enough. I could bathe in that broth. Def will be returning!

We stopped here for lunch on Sunday after buying our Christmas tree at the tree farm. The restaurant surpassed our expectations. The food was delicious and the portions were a good size.

We started with appetizer Golden Triangles. Super good. We also had the Massman Curry and Pad Thai. Everything was delicious.

Food is great, and they will adjust dishes to fit your preferences for spice and flavor. Great portion sizes. Their iced tea is delicious. I got their seafood specialty which was one of the pricier items but I definitely got what I paid for as it was filled with a variety of fish, clams and scallops and crinkle cut vegetables.

Amazing food, great service. The Acasia Shrimp appetizer was amazing, I had Red Curry and my wife had the Lad Nar, both amazing. The shrimp was great quality and cooked well, definitely not cheap. Overall better food than White Orchid across the river for a fraction the price. Atmosphere is decent, definitely not a fine dining experience but adequate.

Hidden gem! My husband and I love extra spicy food, and we finally found a place that can make it fiery for us- order level 4 spicy if you are brave. On two different occasions, we had the Acadia Angels, Golden Triangles (too much pastry, but good), Tom Kha soup, Tom Yum soup, Thai dumpling soup (taste anise), and the Phuket mango salad- everything was good. Pad Thai was nice too, but the winner was the Chantaburi Grilled chicken. We went back a few days later because we wanted more. Thai Hot Tea is very sweet, a bit too much. Servers were all very professional and kind.
