My Husband and I celebrated our 3 year anniversary today, we drove 1 hour to visit this resturaunt, and it was well worth the drive!! We were greeted by Mam, and she was so kind and made sure our experience was most pleasurable! The atmosphere is authentic, and genuine. The resturaunt is spotless clean, and the food was amazing!! I highly reccomend and definitely plan to visit this place again!

A very good find in the middle of a not too busy strip mall. We came here from eating $6 convenience store Ham and Cheese sandwiches in Death Valley. An absolute treasure. Menu is systematized and super easy to understand. Food was delicious, on the salty side, but no complaints from me. Bathrooms are super duper clean and smells just like a Pier 1 (may they rest in bankruptcy). Team here is very friendly too.

We ordered (1) Green Curry with Fish, mild (2) Fisherman’s Net, medium (3) Basil Stir Fry with Pork, medium (4) Crying Tiger and (5) Tom Yum soup. After tax it was about $25 a person. All were amazing; lots of great flavor. I’m not a food critic so I’ll keep my descriptors to just those. Well worth the visit if you’re in the area 👏

cozy and clean; delicious food

Food was tasty and quantity was good and it arrived in quick time. We had Drunken noodles with pork and Basil fried rice with chicken.

This place is like visiting your favorite aunt and she cooks for you. Everything is delicious, down to the last morsel.

Went here for a friend’s birthday and had the whole place to ourselves on a late Sunday afternoon. The service was great - always had topped off water with quick turnaround on the appetizers. Entrees took a little time to come out but the food was worth the wait - great vegan menu which made ordering easy. We ordered the vegan papaya salad, vegan red curry, and vegan pad thai all of which had great flavors!

They also brought out a lighter for us to light the birthday candles on the cake we brought in with us and also gave our friend a free dessert for his bday. Would definitely come back!

For the most part everything was great they were a couple of really good Thai restaurants in town but they're one of the better ones

This was my first time trying Thai food and it was an amazing experience. The hospitality, cleanliness, and most importantly the FOOD. I got the spicy fried rice with fried catfish and it was phenomenal! Most def going back.

My friend invited me for dinner here. At first I was skeptical tk try yet another Thai food place but he said it was authentic. Having been to Thailand many times it's rare to find authentic Thai food in Las Vegas.

But Thai Tara didn't disappoint. We ordered the Papaya salad, Larb and Massaman Curry chicken. We got all 3 dishes authentic Thai style which means HOT 🔥.

The food was amazing, authentic, great taste and brought back memories of my time there and how all the spices and tastes overwhelm the senses. I was really excited. Larb is usually one of my 'Thai Tests' and this one was one of the best I have had. I love it when the use the roasted crushed rice on top. But every dish, even the Som Tom was fresh and delicious. The curry was amazing as well.

I could tell by the three dishes we had that there wasn't a bad thing on the menu. In addition to the authentic Thai food was an authentic Thai owner. I'm sorry I don't remember her name but am sure she is always there. If you don't know what to order she can help recommend something scrumptious.

If you love good Thai food, put this place in your list. I'm excited to return and try something new.

The Tom Kha flavor is amazing and the Pad See Ew was perfect. They gave me an eggroll with my order which I thought was a very nice gesture. Highly recommend if you're looking for solid Thai food on this side of town.

Green curry with fried tofu was excellent. I’m a wimp so I ordered it mild and it was the perfect level of spiciness. Hubby ordered Pad Cha because he loves spicy food, and he said the flavor was amazing. The kids loved the pineapple fried rice, which we ordered with fried tofu instead of chicken. The restaurant is very clean and nicely decorated. We will be here again!

This is our family’s favorite Thai place in the West Vegas area! The owners know us because we come in so often. Food is phenomenal and at a great price! You need to try to pineapple fried rice!

One thing to keep in mind is that if you’re ordering take out for a big group 8-10 people to order way advance. This place great and you need to check it out!

We live out of town but every time we come to visit family we make it a priority to come here!

Amazing curry, Thai coffee and Thai tea!

A very quaint and authentic Thai restaurant. You know it’s authentic when the chefs are all Thai and the owner as well. If you are looking for a real thai spicy dish this is the place. I always order the chicken larb, pad see ew, and Gai ga prow. So delicious the service is awesome and the owner is personally the one who will serve you. I love supporting local businesses in my area.

Tara restaurant is more then what we see, this place is so neat, you go to the restrooms and are deeply clean, the service in the restaurant is exceptional, meals are delicious and the atmosphere is calm and relaxed, they even have a water fountain inside and that makes especial and unique.

My family and I gathered for a family reunion and decided to go for Thai food. First of all, the lady who introduced herself as the owner was extremely rude. She rejected our service, because we exceeded the limit. How stupid is this.

Update (6/23/22) We ordered takeout for early dinner tonight and were disappointed. While the flavors were OK overall, the quality of the chicken used in the 3 dishes we ordered was pretty bad. Many of the chicken pieces had areas of very chewy and tough meat, like the gristle you might find in beef! Do chickens even have gristle? It was a very unpleasant surprise for us. The fact that this subpar chicken was present in all 3 of our dishes leads me to suspect poor quality chicken. Hopefully, it was just an isolated issue, and we will try again some time, but we will be looking for a much better quality meal.

Previous review (Oct '21) Restaurant was clean and staff friendly. Food was terrific. Best Thai I've had so far in Vegas. Fried rice was excellent. Panang curry was also excellent. This is my new go-to for Thai.

We tried this restaurant and was extremely impressed. The entire restaurant was spotless and decorated beautifully. The service was excellent. I ordered the vegetable green curry with steamed tofu. It was the best I've ever had!!!( And our family eats a lot of Thai food) The portions were perfect. And the food was delivered fresh. We also ordered a Thai iced tea, it was very yummy! We will definitely go back!

This Thai spot is seriously graciously amazing! Been to so many Thai places in town & this place is must. Everything was delicious & quality ingredients!!! Super great service & ambiance! They even have Vegan options. Their ice water was clean & tasty too lol
The fried chicken wings were so good. Yellow curry, pad thai, papaya salad, the chicken satay peanut sauce is so unique had a hint of coconut.
We finished off with a beautiful delicious mango purple sticky rice!!! Love love love this place!

Firstly, it's immaculate, which is a very important attribute to me. Also, the food is delicious and prices are good. Green curry is great and they pay attention to the spice level you request.

The decor is cute and nice for dine-in but they are also fast and you can easily walk up order and have it ready to go in 10 minutes most times.

The food is delicious! The eggplant is my favorite! I gave it a 4 star because the prices are kind of high for the amount of food we get.

I love this place. Clean restaurant, very friendly service, and DELICIOUS Thai food. The calamari was tender, the papaya salad was fresh, and the Shumai was fantastic. We also had the fisherman's stew, and chicken basil, both were so good. I wish I had gotten pics of the appetizers but they disappeared too fast. We will be back.

Good food and nice staff

We ordered a to go order on a Saturday afternoon. The woman who took our order was pleasant and checked to confirm that I could order additional tofu with my order.

We ordered veggie rolls, vegetarian pad Thai with extra tofu and shrimp pad Thai. However, when we opened our food, my friend received shrimp fried rice, not shrimp pad Thai. It was not worth driving back to try to rectify the incorrect order. Food was average - nothing outstanding or special.

Would I eat here again, yes. Would I drive out of my way for it, no.

I stopped into Vegas for a night and decided to eat here - no regrets! Kind staff, no mask mandate, and great food. I got the basil fried rice with extra egg instead of a meat or tofu. The food was beyond filling and my friends who got meat dishes were very satisfied. Their spring rolls were amazing as well. Prices are par for the course for suburban LV and far far cheaper than you'll find on the strip.

Excellent service and delicious food! I just found my new favorite Thai restaurant. It was very clean and beautifully set up. And the waitress was so kind and attentive. If anyone is looking for amazing Thai food and great service, I highly recommended Thai Tara Cuisine!

BIG portions, I had the chicken pad Thai, and literally couldn't finish my plate. It was a little hotter/spicier than I thought it would be, but great flavor. Pleasant decor. Clean. Nice staff. decent price.

Would definitely come back here. They had veggie egg rolls which can be hard to find. Very quiet inside and very pleasant service

In from out of town. We ordered the Chicken Satay and Fried Calamari. They were both ok, but small for the price. We also ordered drunken noodles one with chicken and also with shrimp at a level “hot”spice. The noodles were dry and there was absolutely no spice. There was flavor, but the dishes we ordered was not what we have had in other cities.

Just picked up a to go order, Very kind service , the Thai food in Vegas is very hit or miss, I’m Thai myself and know what authentic Thai food taste like and this by far some of the best Thai food I’ve had in Las Vegas. Food was very fresh , the meat alone in each dish was extremely fresh and good. I highly recommend Thai Tara if your looking for some Fresh authentic very tasty Thai food ! Will be ordering from here frequently from now on!

My wife and I ate at Thai Tara last Thursday while visiting Las Vegas. I wish we had eaten here earlier. If we had, we would have had dinner here every night!

My wife ordered Vegan Tofu Soup, I ordered Tom Yum Soup. Together we ordered an Avocado Roll and Sticky Rice with Thai Custard. We loved them all.

My wife loved the Tofu Soup. I enjoyed it, but my favorite was the Tom Yum because I like spicy. Medium spicy was good for me. The Avocado Roll was similar to a spring roll (clear rice paper, not fried), but better than any spring roll we have every had. One order had six pieces, plenty for the two of us and there were lots of leafy vegetables with the avocado. The Sticky Rice with Custard was very tasty. Something colored the rice blue, which was attractive, but it was similar to normal mango sticky rice, but with custard instead of mango.

All the tables in the restaurant were socially distanced. The art work on the walls and lamps are attractive with a pleasant ambiance, not too bright, not too dark. I spent time just looking at the beauty of the restaurant decorations.

I ordered Thai Iced Tea and the glass was shaped in a way different than I have ever seen. I had mentioned I was a vegetarian and I liked that the waitress came back to me and asked if I was vegan and would rather have a vegan milk (coconut?) rather than half-and-half with the Iced Tea.

At the end of the meal, my wife asked how far we were from I-15 because she wanted to come there every time we passed through Las Vegas.

I have had Thai Tara a few times now and no matter what I order, it is fragrant and delicious! The staff are exceedingly kind and the restaurant is impeccably clean.

Noodles cooked to perfection that I've only ever experienced in south east asia. The owner took extra care of us, was very friendly and also added herbs we've never tasted that really made the dishes great.

We have been loving this Thai restaurant! Food is great and they are always so kind.

Upon entering we had a large group with us. The staff was very hospitable in accommodating our dinner party. We were given menus and suggestions re: items to try.

We opted for the short rib curry, wings, beef garlic pepper, chicken garlic pepper, yakisoba,and of course that Thai Tea. Now I will admit I saw a picture of that Thai Tea on Yelp and I wanted it. It was the right amount of everything that makes this tea as wonderful as everyone knows it is. Plus the size was perfect. Something about those carafes it is served in made me feel like it is was huge portion of tea. I was in Tea Heaven. JS!!!!!

Interior is several table and chair arrangements. Everything is very Covid19 evident in here. Completely clean and sanitized.There was a television going with something that entertained the younger kiddies in my group.

Would recommend - pricing was reasonable. Portions were very generous. The staff was beyond hospitable and courteous. Even ensuring everything was packed wonderfully for the ride home. Nothing spilled at all.

Pretty good and clean Thai place. Opened not long ago. Got the whole place to myself to enjoy lunch.
Pad See Ewe with chicken $9 a little too sweet, otherwise good. Came with a fresh salad and an egg roll.

A family-owned restaurant that gives you explicitly good authentic Thai dishes that is unique from other Thai places we have tried. Staff is great and accommodating! If you want to stay away from other crowded Thai places, this is the place to be because it is pretty new. Not a lot of people knows it yet. Their space is not big but clean, otherwise, it is a must try whole-in-the-wall Thai place!
