Stopped here for lunch with my fiancé. I had the drunk noodles with beef and she had the pineapple fried rice add chicken. I would give the drunk noodles a 4/5, but the pineapple fried rice with chicken was off the charts! Definitely a 5/5. We also had an order of crab Rangoon. They were very tasty!

Excellent Thai food/stir fry in Corinth found on a business trip. The thom kha gai was spot on and the drunken noodles had excellent flavor and a great variety of textures due to the veggies. Well seasoned and perfectly cooked with the right amount of crunch.

Delicious Green Curry with Chicken. Great service. Spring rolls are a great appetizer. The Tom Yom Gung soup is awesome! Sweet and sour stir fry with shrimp is also delicious. The mahi special is wonderful!

Ordered takeout and was told it’d be ready in 15-20 minutes, 50 minutes later I was still waiting. Got home and one entree that was supposed to be vegan, had egg in it. The rice noodles in the Blazing Noodles were stuck together in clumps. The entire experience was extremely disappointing.

I ordered the fried rice and gravy soup. The service was fast considering there was just one person working. The food was tastless and awful. I wouldn't recommend and would never come back.

25 minutes after our waitress took our order, she came to our table and said that we can go pay up front whenever we’re ready but at that time, we still hadn’t eaten yet. The wait was way too long even though there were maybe 4 other people in the restaurant. The waitress didn’t even know that we haven’t gotten our food yet after waiting for 25 minutes because she never checked in on us. When the food came, my husband’s pad Thai had maybe 7 small pieces of chicken in there even though he ordered “extra chicken” and the sauce was watery like soup. Food just isn’t good at all because it doesn’t have a lot of taste. I forgot what the food tasted like by the time I walked out the door because it’s nothing to truly remember. Spring rolls are usually a highlight at every Thai place but these just tasted like they came right out of the freezer. I’m not trying to be negative, I truly tried to enjoy myself but I expect much more because of the price. Very disappointed with price, service and food quality.

Authentic Thai food is rare in a small town in Mississippi. The owner/chef is Thai, too. My favorite dish served there is red curry roast duck. I cannot eat rice, so extra veggies were added to my dish when it was served. It is well worth the trip to try them out. They also have a robust take-out business.

Everything was fine overall. We had a big order, so it took a bit longer than estimated for everything to be done, which is perfectly fine. My only complaint was the Tom Yom Soup, as I found it more broth than soup (the description said there were a number of things in it, but I had like 2 pieces of shrimp, a few very tiny pieces of mushrooms, and that's basically it. While it was ok, it wasn't what I expected and that's why I'm rating lower than 5 stars)

This is an amazing restaurant - clean, comfortable, nicely decorated - and THE FOOD!!! We did not expect to find exceptional Thai food in North Mississippi. If you are anywhere near Corinth, it's worth going out of your way to dine here. Really!

Restaurant has small individual seating areas set up like a dining room. Food is authentic Thai except you control the spice level. Noodles and soup are the specialty there.

Absolutely one of the best places to eat in the area. Curry was great. Postickers where fried to perfection and served with a sauce to die for. The Miso soup was bold and full of flavor. We will definitely be back.

One of my favorite restaurants to eat at. When it's cold weather, that would be the best time to get the soup! I always get the Tom Yom noodle soup! Love the shrimp with crab meat in it!

Food is great. Business hours are I consistent. Currently website states open closes at 8p. However by calling first, they are actually closed until January 3rd. They are not the only business not keeping correct hours posted on web or on door. I am really sick of it: If you want to change your hours then do so. But keep correct hours posted. Inconsistent hours create Inconsistent business equals losses revenue and return business opportunity. Do better.

I went to another place to grab a bite to eat, but they were closed and at first I was bummed about it but remembered I saw this Thai place initially and I'm so glad that I was able to eat here. I got the Masaman curry with brown rice and it hit the spot. Definitely added to favorites and will be back! Cheers to the Chef.

This is our go to place when we come to Corinth for my husband's job. As vegans this can be an intimidating little town to find food in but Blazing Noodles makes up for that! They understand veganism and can turn almost all dishes into a vegan dish upon request. Please visit and support this local business.

We've really enjoyed the food here, we have come here multiple times. They are quick at getting our food to us and we have had decent service. Lately, we've done take out and they've done well with that too. They did forget to ask the spice on a curry, but that wasn't too big of a deal. We'll definitely continue to eat here and will try some new dishes!

Best Thai food I've had outside of Asia! Must try yellow curry!!! One bite and I was having memories of asia flood me, I was unable to speak it was so good. My friend who has never been outside the us and first time trying blazing noodlez was speechless as well. Do not miss, even if it's 2 hours out of your way!

The food is so so good, even the atmosphere is good but ugh the wait is crazy!! I have three SMALL children who I love to share new kinds of food with and they liked the food as well but after waiting for over an hour we finally got our appetizer and they were ravenous. We had to get up and find our waitress to ask for refills. Then when our food came we asked our waitress what we could do about our bill. She politely came up with a solution that we were happy with but when it came time to pay the manager argued with us. I was shocked. We were uncomfortable having an argument about our bill which is why we talked quietly to our waitress at our table. We 100% planned on coming back and chalking tonight up to a fluke. We were so happy with the resolution our waitress came up with after we waited 1.5 hour for our entree with a 6,3 and1 year old. But after the argument we will no longer recommend to out of town guests nor go back.

The Massaman Curry is a very good option and a great dish for someone whos never had Thai food. Their drunken noodles are very good as well. They also have vegan options, so any and everyone can eat here.

I have never had a bad dish and I really enjoy the flavor and the freshness of all of the ingredients that they use. I ordered the Pad Thai. It was delicious! The restaurant not only has great service and atmosphere, but also is very mindful of people with allergies. The menu labels the dishes that are gluten-free, contain peanuts, or are vegan. Best place in town!
