Me and my retired friends go there every Monday for brunch, there staff is super friendly, the food is fresh every time we order. Its quiet, plenty of safe space. I would recommend it as a quiet lunch or dinner.

Got the Teriyaki chicken and rice. The chicken look ed and tasted steamed and was flavorless with maybe a tablespoon of Teriyaki on it and at the most 4-5 pieces of chicken. The crab rations were great but that’s about it. Never coming back.

We are vegetarians and had a variety of options at China Garden Express when we didn't want to cook. The staff allowed adjustments to our meals that helped us continue to stay within our dietary needs. Love that!!!

The very best Pho in town. Vietnamese Vegetables with chicken and tofu is excellent.

I paid 15.00 for a plate of hibachi and all of the juices was in the bottom of the bag literally soaking up the napkins and sauces in the bottom of the bag. When I opened the plate it was thrown together and very dry . When I called to complain about it he told me maybe because the way I bagged it. I didn’t bag it the cashier did and tied the bag up before handing it to me. The best the guy on the phone can do was bring it all the way back across town for a refund . I’m back at work and lunch break is over .

one of my favorite places to get chinese food on the coast. if you want to try something new, they’ll give you recommendations and so far out of all the places I’ve tried, none of them can compete with the food here. customer service was great and environment upkeep is very clean

Honestly probably the best Chinese buffet I've had. The chicken is great in every flavor, the rice is good. They've got the standard fare plus breaded catfish, chicken and strawberry wantons. Prices aren't bad. I eat there at least once a week!

We decided to give this place a try since they have been under new management (or ownership). We are SO glad that we did! This place is SO fresh, and the food is amazing! I got the beef vermicelli and broke apart some egg rolls in it. The flavor profile was so complex and delicious! My husband got the sweet and sour shrimp and he says it was really good too. We both got some egg drop soup, and it is the best egg drop we have had around Biloxi. Give this place a try! I'm glad they have different Asian cuisines to choose from! You won't get that at any other dine in restaurants. The icing on the cake was our server. She was attentive and sweet. :)

It took a very long time to get one entrée, some egg rolls and wontons. The wontons were very dark brown almost burnt. The portions were very small for the price. On the up side the workers were very nice.

This place was such a waste. Sat in there to pick up an order. 35 minutes later, got my food and everything was dry and I ordered Sesame chicken and got 5 chicken bites!!!! I got a cup of egg dropped and it was only half way filled. I will never recommend this place’ take my advice

Decided to try it despite some negative reviews and I'm glad I did. The young lady couldn't have been nicer. I wanted something spicy without certain vegetables and she made it happen. She also let me know that the egg roll had shrimp in it which I'm sensitive to. The chef cooked it up hot and fresh and it's delicious. I will definitely go back.

Went to this restaurant despite bad reviews from friends. Decided to try it out. DO NOT GO. THEY WERE CORRECT.
1) Waitress seemed upset and short with us.
2) Sweet and Sour chicken was watered down ketchup...had no substance.
3) Sweet and Sour chicken was watery like it was frozen and came out of a pouch and was thrown in a microwave.
4) Orange chicken was literally barbecue sauce with... pineapple... what?! It had no hint of orange in the entire dish.
5) The white rice tasted like it had been sitting in the rice cooker all day with burnt parts.
6) General Tso's chicken did not taste right and had zero spice to it.
7) Pad Thai was bland and had no flavor profile whatsoever.

There are many other Chinese restaurants in Biloxi...I HIGHLY do NOT recommend this one.

On Wednesday during our very first visit to Biloxi MS, we had a taste for Chinese food. I googled the closest location to our hotel and it was China Garden Express. We drove to this quaint restaurant, we were great by a really sweet young lady. She shared the menu and told us to let her know if we had any questions. We placed to go order: I ordered the General Chicken and my hubby ordered the Peppered Steak. We also ordered extra veggies egg rolls and shrimp/chicken egg rolls. The service and our food was absolutely awesome. So of you're ever visiting Biloxi and have a taste for Chinese food, please check out China Garden. I promise you won't be disappointed.

I had the steak hibachi which is thin cheap strips of steak and DRY white rice. The lo mein was super dry and didn’t have any vegetables. Overall the entire meal was HORRIBLE! I will never eat here again.

I loved everything ordered! I eat here at least 3 or 4 times a month. I am Asian so I know what real Asian food is supposed to taste like. It’s always hot, fresh and delicious.

Worst Chinese food I ever had. I had the the sweet and sour chicken with fried rice. My wife had the honey chicken. The fried rice was dry & rubbery. The sweet and sour sauce was not good as well. Maybe it’s because I ordered an hour before they closed, but everything tasted horrible. China bistro in ocean springs has great food!

Overall this place should get about a 2. The front worker was acting very agitated and not so welcoming. The fried rice and rice noodles were extremely dry and had no flavor. It's very mushy. We had wonderful dinner here. We shared pad thai and a garlic chicken dish. The dishes were made from scratch with fresh ingredients, the flavors were to perfection. Our waitress was so helpful and efficient ....If we are in the area we will definitely stop here again! Maybe for lunch tomorrow😁 It was some of the Best Asian food on this trip

They do not do delivery. If they did, not anymore. Extremely unpleasant owner, rude to staff and customers. Insults customs for asking ingredients of a certain dish. Pushy, arrogant and impatient. When asked to not be so, custom is met with angry confrontation. Will advise other service members on base to avoid this place.

Just went here for the first time today and had to leave a review. I had the Singapore noodles, and it was amazing! I try Singapore noodles at any Chinese restaurant that I can, and the dish here is definitely the best I've had. The service was also fast and extremely polite. I'm not sure what happened with the other reviews on here, but I'll definitely be back for more.

Hi everyone, i'm back after eating here for the 2nd time! i just wanted to update my review to report my experiences at this wonderful restaurant. the sesame chicken is my FAVORITE dish and the egg rolls are super affordable as well! you can tell that the food is made with a lot of time and care. to say otherwise is just disrespectful to the owners and also UNTRUE. please keep that in mind when you read the reviews! i will definitely be coming back here the next time i am in town.

We Googled some Asian cuisines near our hotel; we were in town celebrating a birthday and were staying at Hyatt Place, it was about 5mins from the room and the menu online was priced well and we absolutely LOVED the variety of genres of food. We were not let down; the flavors were infused perfectly and everything was packed to perfection! The new owners daughter made sure she took an accurate order and she recommended things as well as explained what was to come with each order as far as steamed rice, fried rice, rice noodles, and veggies in each dish to be expected. I am so sad it’s not a China Garden Express in Atlanta where I live but it’s okay- gives us more reason to come to Biloxi besides just to gamble. So if you have heard about this place and are skeptical about trying it- JUST DO IT! You will be extremely satisfied and glad that you did. Thanks to the new owners of this establishment it’s amazing and we appreciate you!

Food has been great under this new ownership. It is fresh, meat is high quality (not fatty) and very authentic. It is one of the only places on the coast where you can get any type of Asian food (Chinese, Vietnamese, Japanese, Thai, and Korean). I highly recommend

Great options..very tasty food

I went there a few times under the old management, but the food was not very good. We usually ended up getting Chinese from somewhere about 15 minutes away despite a few blocks from China Garden. I saw it was under new management and gave it another shot— and wow, the difference is like night and day! The food was great, and the menu is much bigger and now includes Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Thai and Vietnamese food. I can’t wait to eat there again and try something else!

The restaurant is under new management! Ive eaten here 3x with different food each time. I have to say BIG Improvement. Their menu is now more diverse and the variety doesnt have any effect on the quality. Everything from the pad thai to the dumplings were absolutely fantastic.

Their phone number has been the same for the past 5yrs. But most of the time when we try to order we get, "You've reached a non-working number". Food is good, just inconsistent service availability. They are close randomly, forget to pay their phone bill when opened and have now shut down online ordering. So 1 of 15 times when I want their food, the restaurant is unavailable in one form or another.

I am visiting from California. My son was just transferred to Kessler. We wanted an inexpensive but fast meal and decided to eat at China Garden based on recommendation of a young lady at a nail salon. I'm glad we gave it a try despite the negative feedback I read about the restaurant. The facility was very clean and service was great. I had Kung Pao chicken and my son had General Tso. Both were freshly prepared quality dishes with good flavor. My son opted for fried rice which had a good amount of plump shrimp. I was surprised because in other restaurants the shrimp is always tiny and only 2-3 in a serving. I am not usually a fan of Chinese because I am sensitive to high fat foods. I had no problems with this meal. Don't believe the negative reviews! I am not easy to please when it comes to the taste of food eating out and I have no problem recommending China Garden. It was much better than the pricey seafood lunch we had that was flavorless!

The rice tasted funny. I cannot put a word on it, but it tasted like it had been sitting out for about a month or so and they decided to warm it up.

The Garlic Chicken was far from appetizing. It was more like a water-based chicken. It comes with mixed vegetables. I got maybe 10 slivers of chicken and a whole container of bland vegetables. All of this was sitting in a container of water.

Total price was $18.16, this included the $2.99 delivery charge. The delivery guy was nice so I tipped him $4.00. He must know the food is horrible and I was about to regret my decision.

Long story short, the Asian Beef Strips MRE is 100x better than the food I just ate!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Do not waste your money here.

I spent 8.00 on this meal and it wasn't worth it ...... The service is horrible and their food is the same as the service ..... Will not waste my money on this company anymore. I was in s car wreck on August 1 and had order food couldn't even make it too get my order because I was on my way to the hospital from being hit by another car. I try to order today and I am told I can't order there anymore.

When they tell you they can't deliver to you because your too far... didn't even want to look into the actual distance, they have delivered to my house which is WAY further than i was simply asking them to go.... don't offer delivery if you just want to only go outside your front door.... even some points on base are further than i was requesting.....she didn't even want to hear the actual address or hear me out before hanging up....i have been stationed here for 9 years and eat here every often but after today, i will not.....

It was hot..... Chicken on a stick was boiled chicken with some sort of sweet sauce on it, awful . White rice was okay. General Tso's chicken was okay. Delivery guy was nice. I'd say find a different spot if you're craving Chinese.

Fast delivery and the food is delicious. The portion sizes are good sized, and the delivery drivers are friendly.

Absolutely no questions about it best in Biloxi area, and I have tried many because this restaurant is a little far away from me. Totally worth the trip everytime
