My family and I love getting dinner here, we dine in and carry out frequently. We have always had quick service and great food. Our favorite dish is the are vegetable curry mixed with the Bangkok chicken. So good!

I’ve been ordering from this location for years. I moved away for a couple years and now I’m back. I just ordered my go to, pad pak chicken. It tastes the same and is delicious, but I used to get twice as much food for $10. Now I’m paying $15 for a container that is half the size and a tiny container of rice. I understand that prices are rising everywhere, but you can’t even give enough rice for the pad pak? Rice is cheap. Anyway, half as much food for one and a half times the money is disappointing. I probably won’t be back as often as I used to go. It’s a shame.

I have lived in Eastpointe most of my life but this was my first visit, food was great, staff was friendly and dining area was clean. Dining with my mother we got Crab Rangoon (not pictured), Chicken Satay, Apple Salad, and Beef Pad Thai

Uber came quickly but the food was highly disappointing with no seafood.,.. thumbs down never again.

Awful! First time customer ordered vegetable curry with chicken no eggplant or water chestnuts. Got back to office. Opened container and WTH???????? 2 pea pods, 2 broccoli, a few carrots and celery. This is veggie????? Waste of money and time.

DO NOT EAT HERE especially if you intend to pay with a credit card!! My mom and I ate here on May 7, 2024 around 2:00PM. Later that night 3 bogus charges made at an establishment in Mt Clemens, a town not far from Roseville, appeared on my mom’s card. Bangkok Cuisine was the only place she used her card that day so a thieving employee from Bangkok Cuisine copied her card info and used it later that night!! A police report has been filed and an investigation started. There are lots of other Thai places out there. If you must eat here, be sure to PAY WITH CASH! In response to the owner’s response…. Better check with your family and any other employees. You may not like it but that doesn’t mean it’s not true. Your restaurant was the only place she used her card that day and then fraudulent charges appeared that same night in the same area. If it quacks like a duck and walks like a duck….

Always good meals

It’s pretty over priced, un seasoned and overall not cooked well. I got simple kow pad, which is basically rice and chicken… over cooked rice, over cooked veggies (or undercooked idk because the little veggies mixed in the rice was hard like plastic). 32$ for kow pad and pad thai, just to get very bland rice and noodles, don’t go here.

The best Thai. Many gluten-free main courses and sides. The Bangkok Cuisine chain of restaurants have been a staple in Metro-Detroit and the go-to place for outstanding Thai.

First time trying this restaurant. I ordered chicken pad Thai and one veggie. It has a weird smell and not good. Total waste of money

Placed a pick up order of beef pad Thai and crab rangoon. The bpt didn't have much beef it had about 3 oz of meet. The crab rangoon was soggy the plum sauce tasted like ketchup. For the price that was charged I would recommend finding a different place to eat.

We both ordered Mild Plus. My bf got pad almond I got pad thai. His was fine but mine was more like medium plus to hot. 1 bite & my mouth was on fire. If I could I'd post a picture of the receipt to prove what we ordered. He tried mine and agreed it was WAY TOO SPICY!

Kow Pad & Pad Thai are my favorites from here. Thai Tea is also so good. I love this place the staff Is friendly too.

Growing up over 15 year ago, I was introduced to this location, and it is forever a favorite. I still continue to come out the 20+ miles because even the other branded locations that are closer just don’t put the same love into the food. Varying wait staff over the years that have been good - the best, but the food never changes, it always hits the spot. Hats off to the cooks!!
Lunch times get busy, so I totally understand the hold times at this location because, well, when you’re taking in that many orders and sending them out- it takes time and care to make sure everything is as it should be! Wishing the dining room was always open, but a call ahead of time to check is something I can manage for this place. They’ve served me well over the years, and it was just as tasty eating it carry out as it is in the restaurant, which is not something I can say for many restaurants I’ve been to. Thank you for providing consistent flavors in dishes through all of the years you’ve been open. So much nostalgia of times spent here with family that have passed on, the ultimate comfort. Spice level correctness too! Dishes are beyond delicious whether you’re ordering them mild, or extra spice to knock out a pesky head cold.

I got pad Thai today and it was ok; it used to be better here. But I will still eat here when I am in the area. The lunch portion of pad Thai was small but came with hot and sour soup.

The drunken noodle and veg curry were disappointing. The bean sprouts had gone bad and we had to scrape them off our food. Overall the flavors were off and the curry was too oily. Our tofu was forgotten, which I understand but was a bummer. definitely won't come back, and I typically love Thai food.

This was our first time here and my husband and I did carry out. Their menu is extensive and I love how it is already labeled gluten free. There were even able to accommondate my food preference of not adding any oil to my dish. My husband love thai food, but usually I am not a fan, but this place changed my mind. Everything was light, fresh, and delicious. Their tom yum soup is amazing!! We found our new thai place.

My boyfriend and I have been getting take out from year for years now. We recently had it again and I was so disappointed. I ordered Thai Apple chicken salad. When I got home and opened the container there was hardly any chicken, just tiny bit and pieces. In the past, there has always been huge pieces and plenty of chicken. I called and spoke to the Manager. Instead of apologizing, she argued with me saying that there was chicken on it because she put it on there. I said not enough for how expensive it was. There was barely any! I am not sure if they are under new ownership, but what happened to manners and pleasing the customer not arguing with them?
I was so upset I told her we are never ordering from there again! They just lost a long time customer, but with her attitude I don't think she even cares.

Wife had Pad Thai, I had Bangkok Seafood Curry. Both were excellent! Bright, lively, balanced flavors. Bangkok Seafood Curry had fresh, crispy vegetables, and plenty of seafood.
Portions are generous and we have enough leftovers for lunch tomorrow.

Don't fall for the lunch portion scam. I ordered two of the same dish and the container was hardly full. Putting the two containers together still would not have equaled the dinner portion, yet I was charged $20 instead of $14 (dinner pricing). The person could have told me to just order the dinner portion instead but nope.

Ordered from here because my usual Thai place wasn't answering. I ordered what I always order which is Pad See-Ew and sring rolls. One thing they do that other places don't is put fresh bsan sprouts on top and they are delicious and crunchy but overall the entree had very little "sauce", little flavor, even the broccoli had no flavor??? and was extremely greasy. I felt so groggy and gross for the rest of the day and I couldn't eat more than half of a spring roll because it was so greasy. Insanely greasy food. Everyone was nice though.

The food here is good but I wish they wouldn’t put fried hot spring rolls directly into a Styrofoam container.. This stuff is hella toxic to ingest and now I can’t eat my spring rolls after noticing they literally burned through the container.

Loved this place in the past and it completely changed for the worst . Ordered the Bangkok chicken and it was all batter no chicken , ordered the pad tai with chicken and it literally had two tee spoons of chicken in the whole dish ? The portions were also incredibly small and the chicken satay was undercooked and they gave you a small portion of peanut sauce ? The bathrooms smelled horrible and unclean.

This place went downhill and it’s disappointing as it was my go to for years and I cannot believe how cheap they got with portions , amount of protein in the dishes and absolutely overpriced for what you get . The filthy bathroom was the kicker as I used it before I left ( smelled like old urine lingering).

I’m sorry but I’m never coming back and I advise others to avoid this place .

[It was COLD inside][Food was alright] Perhaps the above may have been my initial take on the Pad Thai dish, and it could have been cold inside, must've been very cold out and heat didn't hit me as expected when I went inside, Idk. I/we have yet to dine in. I've been to the Bangkok Cuisine in Eastpointe, a few times since. Most recent February 2023. Honestly, with me portions are always not enough, especially if I'm hungry hungry!. I went to another Thai food place nr 12 mile, someone told me it was good. Welp, the flavor was No Way near what I like about Bangkok Cuisines in Eastpointe Pad Thai dish. With that being said, Bangkok, in Eastpointe will be my/our Pad Thai go to place, when I/we get a taste for that dish, even if the portion expectation is not met.
Hands Down on Flavor alone!.....
Read someone's review that the Pad Thai dish here was something of a mess🤔, Now That I've/we've NEVER experienced. I've/we've only gotten carry out and the only thing I've felt is perhaps the portions aren't always the same, lunch or dinner, gotten both. I suggest you try the lunch dish of your choice before counting this place as a loss cause. As I stated I did try another place, even if portion was met, the flavor wasn't. We'll Be Back Bangkok. Also, seems as a revolving door when I go, especially carry out!!!😉

I had rice with water chestnuts, a brown sauce and chicken green onions. The waitress asked if I wanted mild, or spicy. I think the cook didn't know what that meant, and when I told the waitress, it was too spicy. She said, oh it must be the pepper. You think! That's what spicy means, I hate hot 🔥 food. It was overpowering... so if someone ask for mild, please say, do you mean no spice at all!!

Food tastes old and dirty. Ordered the Bangkok chicken, and pad prik. The sauce in both of the dishes I ordered tasted like rubbing alcohol or some type of chemical. I don’t think they clean their pans properly, or they use very old food. We took a few bites and had to throw the food away because something tasted very wrong

Me and my brother went there today and the service was great as was the food , i don’t know if the server name “ Shoua” on this receipt is actually the one that served us but if it was she was so kind and helpful !!

Does this look like any crab Rangoon? Full of nothing but grease and they would not refund.

This place is hit or miss..I ordered crab Rangoon and received an empty won ton shell full of grease.

The food is always good. I've tried a few dishes and have trouble deciding to get something other than my favorites, but I should because they'll probably be equally delicious.

Ordered seafood curry and hot & sour soup and had them delivered by a delivery service. Seafood curry was so salty it was not edible! And the soup? It was hot & sour gelatin, not soup! Threw it all away. WORST experience ever!!!!!!

Twice I have tried to order from this location and they close early. I actually walked inside to order 20 minutes before time and told they were close. I won’t try to patronize again. If your business is closed lock the door!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The food was good but it was way too spicy. I generally can tolerate spice pretty well and enjoy it but I ordered the medium spice level here, as I do everywhere else and i could barely take two bites. I definitely recommend you order like 2 spice levels down from what you’d normally get if you come here.

Used to love this place. Always had the best food. However lately they never answer the phone. Tried again today to call in an order and no one answered. Is this place even still open?

Update: I would say OK, and I understand but this is not the first time that no one answered during times when it is listed as "open".

Been going to Bangkok for 30+ yrs, Last night's beef Pad Seew was the most awful thing I had ever experienced noodles were mush+ taste was off, called up & they replaced the food which I appreciate but it still tasted awful the texture was not right, noodles had almost a gravy on them. I don't know if they changed cooks or was just an off night. looks like I'll have to make the drive to other locations.

Solid thai food. It's been remodeled since I used to come here years ago. Keep in mind, its known for being hot, even for thai food, so make sure you order a step down from whatever spice level you'd normally get. Chrispy rolls where a bit of a disappointment...more chewy than crispy, so maybe skip those. Otherwise, decent middle of the road thai food.

Ordered food on line, went to pick it up and they were closed. Website said they were open until 8pm and I had a pick up time for 4pm.

tonight was the first time I ordered at Bangkok Cuisine. The food was beyond horrible! I ordered vegetable Curry w Chicken- mild. there was ZERO red curry sauce. it was dry and had beyond a "mild" spice level. my husband who eats "hot" could not even stomach this meal. The peanut sauce for the chicken satay was seriously like BBQ sauce. the consistency was so thick and gelatinous.

I would give this place a 1,000 ZERO!

My experience with this restaurant recently has been horrible. My family in the past would frequent this restaurant on the weekly basis for lunch and dinner and I would be pleased with the customer service and the quality of food. But recently it’s been terrible the customer service has been bad and the food quality is not good either. In the past I would say that they had the best service and food in the area, now I don’t ever plan on spending any money here and I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to anyone.

I've gotten Kow Pad at a few Thai restaurants in the area. The Kow Pad here almost taste flavorless. If you go here, don't get the Kow Pad.

I ordered spring rolls, chicken pad thai, and vegetarian pad pak. It was delicious and HOT! I picked up my order and it was ready early. Jasmine was very cordial and gave quick service with a great attitude despite being busy. New favorite thai place in Eastpointe.

I had lunch here on Thursday 4/29/21 and got food poisoning I've been sick for 2 days now I'll never ever go back to them.

Tonight is the second time I’ve tried to order from here for my family, to no avail. When I call I get placed on a hold and never get picked back up. I tried to call back and there was no answer. The last time I tried to order here the same thing happened. I used to come here once a week for dinner but I have since stopped doing so because the customer service isn’t worth dealing with. I wish my experiences trying to order here weren’t so terrible because I love the food, and there’s no other Bangkok near here. This seems to be a common theme at this location and it’s disheartening because the service used to be fantastic a couple of years ago and I never had any problems.
