I think the rave reviews are for the about, not the taste.

I got the Kow Pad Kra Tiem (photo added, and thats after a good helping was eaten!) and it was perfect. The blend of spices, the heat level (medium), the portions of each thing in it, just delicious! I was able to meal prep for the week with my leftovers! The husband couldn't stop eating his and is already talking about when we are ordering again! 10/10 highly recommend 👌

The food was good but I only had a drunken noodle and added bean sprouts and it was $17. I wasn’t satisfied with the portion for the price but the food was good. I gave the service a 3 because it was take out and I had to ask for plasticware

Worst pad Thai I’ve ever had it was literally just noodles stuck together with maybe two pieces of chicken on the bottom and a small container of chopped peanut - nothing else

The hot and sour soup is good for 10.00 and the pad tho noodle is nasty for 17.00$ the noodles taste like a box I will not go back

I found this restaurant by chance. I placed an online order with this restaurant, Thai Taste To Go, thinking I was ordering at the Thai restaurant we normally order from. Turned out to be a wonderful mistake. We order from here now almost weekly. Food is delicious and generous portions. My wife has celiac and they prepare gluten free, no cross contamination. Highly suggest fried rice, basil fried rice and red coconut curry.

Been getting take out from here for years and is by far our favorite for Thai.

Unfortunately (for me) they have gotten much busier over the past couple years, but Thai Taste to Go is still one of my favorite Thai restaurants. Although it is carry-out only, it is the only real remaining Thai Taste.

My favorite dish here is Kow Pad Kra Tiem (garlic fried rice) and the hot and sour soup is also great. I was never a fan really of fried rice, until I had Thai fried rice for the first time years ago, on the suggestion of a friend. This particular variant is just perfect — filled with garlic, lots of flavor and always delicious. Not to mention, they still offer the classic pre-Covid large portions. I usually get several meals out of one.

Also I have to mention in modern times, so many restaurants, when fulfilling carry-out orders, seem to either slip up on one or more things frequently or at minimum, still once in a while. Thai Taste to Go has never disappointed me in this regard and orders are always exactly as requested.

This is what I want in Thai food.

First time customer. Ordered several entrees and the larb salad. Everything was excellent, especially the “hotness” of the food. I asked for “extra extra extra hot” and it sure was. My mouth was on fire and it was exquisite. My only complaint is that the amount of protein in each dish was skimpy. I would definitely try the restaurant again.

The dinner portions are hugs and mighty tasty.
First time and we will be back.

I asked for a recommendation of good eats in the area as I’m new to this location. I got the pad Thai curry with chicken, it was spicy (what I asked for). And so much food! The curry was loaded with flavor and really filling. I will definitely be coming back.

Everything on the menu is authentic and super flavorful. Portion sizes feed pretty much any adult for 2 full meals. Legit Thai not American Thai at most places. It's the real deal. You won't be disappointed. No dining, carry out only.

Mild shouldn't be that SPICY. C'mon man!

Update: I ordered the LK1 Kow Pad Thailand w/ chicken again today (about a month or so since my first visit.) This time I ordered it at the medium plus spice level and without onions (I’m just not a fan of cooked onions on much of anything). My order was even better than last time! I will definitely continue to use Thai Taste To Go!!

I tried Thai Taste To Go for the first time today. I am not an expert of Thai food but always go with fried rice & chicken dishes. I ordered the LK1 Kow Pad Thailand w/ chicken and medium spice. It was excellent! True spice aficionados will likely want to ratchet up the heat level, but the medium was more than sufficient for me - spice level was not wanting. At $10.95 + tax/tip, it was a deal - the portion was more than enough for me to get stuffed at lunch with a sizeable remainder for later tonight or tomorrow. Service was also quick (I got there perhaps 15 minutes after ordering online and they asked me to wait 5 minutes, which I thought very reasonable since they estimated 30 minutes.) Again, I’m not a Thai expert, but I’m also finicky and I suggest it’s worth your while to give them a try! I’ll be going back!

Ok Thai food. Fried rice and drunken noodles were good. The pad thai was awful. The sizzling beef was not good, beef tastes frozen to long. Other entrees were ok. Won't go back. There are many better Thai restaurants.

My one complaint is that "medium" spicy is not medium by American standards. It is HOT. I used to order medium and it was fine, but now it is too hot. I have never ordered mild at a restaurant before but I am regretting ordering medium today. I honestly cannot enjoy my pad Thai or fried rice. My mouth is on fire. I eat hot salsa on the regular but this is beyond me. Stick to mild if you don't want to sweat or have a burning mouth. I will go back again, but order mild for everything.

Edit 11/2022. I went back in October after moving away. We got mild Pad Thai. It was perfect. But beware mild still has chillies in it! You need to order No Spice if you can't handle chillies.

I have eaten their food several times. I have eaten at many Thai restaurants. This place is a carry out. I have never had a problem there. The portions are generous and the food is really tasty. Top notch.

I made an order for pick up through BringMeThat tree (3) items.
One item was:
garlic fried rice with shrimps and crab meat.
I picked it up and find out they "forgot" about crab meat.
Also they charged me $4 more then original check.

So.... be careful with this place. They are trying to foul you any way they can.

Worst Thai Food I have ever had. We ordered 2 Pad Thai's and they were no where similar in color or flavor. I ate a few bites and contemplated if the meal was worthy of feeding to my Golden Retriever. My co-workers ordered two other uneatable meals. Will not be returning.

They put a couple of particularly small pieces of chicken in it and called that a meal. I went back to see if they made a mistake.
They would not fix the order, and I left my food there on the they would not fix the order, and I left my food on their countertop I’m never going back, and I suggest you do the same

Ordered the Pad Pak with tofu lunch with mild+ spice. I will definitely be ordering this again. The spice level was perfect, probably closer to a medium spice, but that’s what I was expecting from a Thai spice. The tofu was great but I wish there was a little more. The lunch size is huge, I ate most of it but most people could probably have 2 full meals from it. Overall great!

The portion of food is enormous! I’m always ordering Pad Thai and I love it. For that amount of noodles there’s not that much chicken so my advice is to take double of it.

I have been to this establishment once before with a good experience as far as service and quality of food. After reading several positive and negative reviews to be fair, I returned and was very impressed with a Tilapia/Thai Chili dish that I had that compares with many respected Thai restaurants in my opinion. All the vague negative reviews can be ignored!

This place is amazing! I've past it many times, never tried it before! This is probably some of the best thai food I've had! Very generous portion size too! Had Kow Pad Prik Khing with Chicken! It was soooo good! Also the spring rolls are super good! Yummm! We'll be back shortly!

This is “hot” spice level pork pad Thai that is 3 days old and I STILL love it. And, I have enough for 2 plates after eating from my portion 2 times previous. Basically, I’m saying this place gives you a big serving of spicy, top-notch cuisine for a good price. You should probably invite some friends who can hang at your spice-level though because these folks don’t mess around 😂

If half a star was an option I would have selected it, My broccoli stir fry was absolutely terrible, not to mention all of the sauce that was supposed to be in the container leaked through the bottom and covered the bag, the vegetables were awful and the 3 pieces of chicken that actually made it were the highlight of my lunch, which was a disappointment. I will never order here again.

So they open at 11am. 1130 I called . Line busy then no call. I am so close so I physically go inside. I see a male working kitchen and two females sitting in dining lobby area. It was clear I was there / aknowleged . But no help. No greeting. No service . (And I was wearing shoes and shirt!) Disappointing. I left. I really wanted to try the Xtra hot spice pad Thai!

I ordered the chicken pad thai with spicy sauce. My first impression was how CLEAN their store is. I could see through to the kitchen and it was immaculate. The service was timely and my order was ready very quickly. For $9 I received enough food for dinner, lunch tomorrow, and some.

The dish itself was properly seasoned and tasted wonderful. It was much tastier and fresher than the Bangkok Bistro by Sq.Lk.
