Artfully crafted authentic Thai cuisine, with dishes ranging from the classic Pad Thai to the exotic Wild Boar Basil. Come and join our ever-growing family.
We had a fantastic experience with Bator and her lovely staff! The food was perfect and we were promptly served with a smile and received plenty of attention from the waitress. Not only are the flavors of the meals unbelievable, but the atmosphere is quaint and warm. We had the Chiangmai noodle and the crispy duck, we would recommend both and don’t forget the mango sticky rice. 10/10!
Cozy spot with chill vibes and great ambiance. I tried the Rice Noodle's Spring Rolls, Drunken Noodles, and Pineapple Fried Rice. The Drunken Noodles were the standout, absolutely loved them! The rest of the dishes were also good, and I'm definitely coming back to try more. They have a wide range of drink options, but we were in a hurry and didn't get to explore them fully. One thing to note: parking can be a bit tricky, so I'd recommend calling ahead to check availability. Overall, worth a visit!
My wife and I have tried quite a few Thai restaurants, this really was a very enjoyable meal that stood out, the owner spent time talking with us, waiter was fantastic.
Food was top notch. Veggies were fresh. Sauces were very good without overpowering either dish.
Did not disappoint
Lychee Duck and chicken pad Thai
Came here for a date night. Was here on a Friday and wasn’t too hard to find a table.
We got the Tung Tong which were these crispy paper bags with a decent amount of filling. The dipping sauce that came along was great too. We also got the chicken dumplings that had a nice thin wrapper. Then we got the sampler which had a few of their top appetizers. For mains we tried the red curry with chicken and pad that with pork. Authentic taste and great portions. We also got a few drinks and that were nice.
Dined in for lunch. The total was $103 for three lunch meals with super small portions that I split with some friends and since there was four of us they automatically added 20% gratuity. The food was fine but the portions are so wrong for the price. The eggplant dish literally had five pieces of eggplant. The tofu Angel had four pieces of mango and one was the size on my pinky nail (which is trimmed to my finger). No water was provided nor was it an option.
Don’t go here not worth it.
As a Thai food connoisseur, this is the best Thai food in Worcester or MetroWest! It is a hidden gem. The food is absolutely top-notch, so fresh and incredible as well is the service, atmosphere and cocktails ! The owner and staff are so kind and welcoming and all that's good! Do yourself a favor and go and enjoy!!!
This place has terribly sweet food. It felt like eating sugar syrup. The curry and even noodles were terribly sweet. Plus we asked for no eggs in our noodles and it’s almost like they deliberately added eggs in it. There were huge chunks of egg in it. See pics below. It’s good that no one in my family has allergies to eggs, else we’d be having a different kind of review here.
The curries usually come with white rice. Typical Thai places fill the rice containers to the top. This place had filled it only 2/3 of the way and had fluffed it so much that when we actually served it, a whole container of rice didn’t even fill half a plate. Haven’t seen anything like this before. Won’t be going there again. Terrible food and lack of customer focus.
This placed is tucked away a bit in Shrewsbury Steeet behind Funky Murphy's but it's definitely there. Thebplace is bigger than it looks from the outside and decorated nicely inside. The food was delicious. Pad Thai was great, so was there Mango and sticky rice, which had a hint of matcha and toasted black sesame seeds. Hey also make these cute roses our if the straw wrappers, which was a nice touch. Will be back to try more.
So so delicious! The staff is so kind. Would absolutely come back!
The lady working there is very rude she screwed up on the bill, took forever to fix it , after i questioned her. She was demanding to give Tips . So rude

Clan McCra Approved!
We love this place. The owner Botor is amazing and she makes her own sauces from scratch. Very friendly. I made sure I wrote down her name so I could remember it!
1st time visting this restaurant. The entire menu was not available. (2 p.m.)
We were the only ones in the restaurant. The Gentlemen who took our order had to leave at 3 p.m. He had us pay prior to going to his dental appointment.
Waiter was very rude and asked why I didn’t leave more of a tip. I was shocked, the customer service was bad and the food wasn’t that great. Will not come back and would not recommend.
Celebrated dinner with some friends here for a friend’s 30 th birthday. It was a really special night. The wait staff took incredibly good care of us all evening long and the food was delicious. Highly recommend and will return.

Lychee Duck and chicken pad Thai
The deceitful owner billed us the dinner price for our lunch, which is quite shady.
Food is pretty good, but way over priced and the server was MIA or just not paying attention at all most of the time even though it really was not very busy at all. This was my second time there because we thought we'd give them another chance. I don't think I'll be back again.
2nd time in one week, we love the food and atmosphere! It's unusual to find a _relaxing_ restaurant these days, but this is the place! Staff is really nice and helpful! Highly recommended!! (PS Try the Thai Basil and Spice cocktail, it's awesome!)
1st & 2nd time was rushed out 3rd time got there an hour in a half before closing was told to late after first two times I knew to go in and see cause we didn’t want to be rushed out and he said it was to late to get food. I suggest you arrive two hours before closing
Authentic Thai food. Tom Yum soup is excellent. Very welcoming. Highly recommended.
I dont even want to give 1 star. The waiter had the audacity to ask why I didn’t leave him more of a tip! I was shocked! I always leave at least 20%, but he wasnt good and overcharged me for drinks so I gave less. They lost a customer for sure. Totally inappropriate
Wonderful panang curry. Sweet and spicy. Quiet space.
The best Thai I've had on the East Coast! The panang curry, eggplant stir fry are winners 👍
Good Food..Appetizers slightly overcooked but fillings were delicious (dumplings and ragoons)...Crispy Duck and Pad Thai were delicious
Perfect Tom Kah Gai on the rainy, along with pad thai, and chicken pad kra kow. Our server was very attentive.
I have been here plenty of times in the past. Today was first time back in a while and ordered a "Lunch" meal from the menu as stated from Tuesday-Saturday on their website, from 1pm to 3pm. However, I was still charges the dinner rate because I didn't "dine-in". Lunch prices are only when you Dine-in not takeout? I am not sure about that but every other restaurant follows their Lunch menu price whether it's Dine in or take out.
The food and drinks were great! Vege options are very tasty and as described.
The service is prompt. Their cocktails are a must try.
A special mention, they have a Preety neat and maintained restroom.
Nice Thai food
Lots of options to choose from.
It was a great place! Loved the food!
finally tried this place out the other day! we got take out and the food was good! really loved the pad Thai, the soft rolls were only okay. a little on the pricey side but we would eat here again!
Delicious!
So awful—our table was treated poorly after our meal. Customer service is very, very bad; though the food looks AMAZING it really lacks any sort of exquisite taste. Very, very bland.
Very inexperienced staff. Awful experience in general. Would never go back.
The food was okay. The service was horrible. There was barely anyone there and the three waitresses had no idea what they were doing.
Graft place with the right flavors from the Thai food, service was excellent
Food was good. Restaurant was chilly. Service was a little slow.
Delicious food, fast delivery and good value!
Delicious, fresh Thai food. I recommend any of the many curry variations.

Good food.
We loved crab ragoon so much we took it home. It was a office lunch and all were happy with food.
Its a great place for a thai food. I would definitely recommend it to my friends.
Amazing
Drunken noodles were the star! Friendly staff, delicious food! A real gem!
Food was amazing the only thing I would suggest is to have booths to have a little privacy but overall it was a good experience
Pad thai overly sweet. Drunken noodles bland. They tried to charge 2 dollars more for each menu item claiming they havent changed the menu yet (without notice by waitress or written anywhere).
Tried to point to a clause on the menu saying "menu prices subject to change without notice" in tiny font. Manager got very mad at the waitress for not informing us
Not bad
Tasty food and fun staff
We were pleasantly surprised when we tried Basil n' Spice not quite knowing what to expect. The drinks were really delicious. The food was fresh & tasty - really excited to go back again.
The best Thai food I've had in Worcester (after trying about 5 places). Their vegetables have lots of flavor and the balance of noodles/protein/vegetables in their pad see ew is perfect. Lots of other good dishes too. Plus the staff is great. Although I like takeout, I recommend eating in person, the food tastes even better when straight out of the kitchen.
Great food, great cocktails, great staff, great atmosphere.
Great food, great owners and staff. I highly recommend this restaurant!
Their yellow curry is excellent!
Wow! Food was amaaaaazing!
I ordered food with no fish sauce and that may have changed the taste to some degree, which I loved!
No comments on the (dinner)price. I understand where we stand with inflation and gas prices as of May 2022.
I've only gotten take out from here but the food was AMAZING! I had the mango curry and it was so delicious. It was enough food and still had some for leftovers, although I've been to places that give more. That is my only and very small complaint. Not enough to take a star off because the food was so good. Will have to dine in some day too, and see what the atmosphere is like. I would definitely get my Thai food here again
We were really disappointed. Through a delivery app, we ordered the Tom ka Gai (mild), Mango Curry, and the Pork Rama Garden. Our dishes were spicy but bland even with sauce and curry liberally applied. The tom ka Gai was too spicy to eat. Skimped on the mangoes, (2 small, sad pieces); the veggies seemed steamed out of a bag. Wouldn't recommend this place.
First time trying Thai. I tried the chicken fried rice. Give this place a try!
Delicious, and fresh food! Friendly staff as well!
Very authentic Thai food. Great quality and fast service. This place also has a full bar and I never wait long for a drink. Really a gem.
Very tasty, reasonable prices and great hospitality
We had a nice family dinner to celebrate a birthday. The food, as always, is terrific. The owner even stopped by our table to see how we were enjoying our meal and thanked us for coming. When she heard about the birthday being celebrated, the waiter brough out a very large fried ice cream sundae with candles. I am only giving this restaurant four stars because the parking is very difficult. We always recommend this Thai restaurant and will continue to visit this year.
Consistently tasty. My favorite is Massaman curry.
Food was really good. I was out of town for work with a long drive to still go after dinner, and before I left they gave me a free coffee for the drive. Super sweet
Amazing
Hands down the best service and excellent food. Nice place for a date or meet up with friends. We'll definitely be back.
Best Thai in Worcester
One of my regular, go-to spots
Some of the best Thai food ever. They have "crispy" down to a science, from the delicate, flavorful fried dumplings to the crispy duck, which they were willing to make super-spicy for me. Totally recommend!
Delicious, fragrant, fresh ingredients, very friendly service!
Food was ok, takeout service was a little slow.

My absolute favorite restaurant! I’m allergic to soy and gluten, and the pad Thai has neither of those and it’s so incredibly delicious, I recommend this restaurant to everyone !!
My favorite Thai restaurant, always good food!
The basil pad thai is some of the best pad thai I've ever had. The appetizers were very good. Large portions. The drunken noodle was a bit bland for my taste.
Excellent service. Very strict covid precautions in place.
***edit***
I agree that your customer service is excellent. And I appreciate the safety measures you have taken during this pandemic. But I have to say that I feel very uncomfortable dining in at your establishment knowing that you keep both doors locked while customers are inside. I didn't realize that this was something you did until I dined there last night. Someone came to unlock the door to let us inside and then the other door needed to be unlocked to let us out when we were finished. Is that even legal? What if there was a fire?
I have only ordered take-out (so I can't vouch for the in-restaurant experience), but the food at Basil n' Spice has been really great! I would definitely recommend it.
Great food and tasty.
Clean with friendly service. The portions could have been bigger.
Always delicious food and very accommodating with their reduced seating. Cocktails are great and reasonably priced. The Tom kha soup is 👍 👍 👍. Great for take out or dine in.
Easily the best Tahi food in the Worcester area. Enjoy taking my parents and out of town guests when they visit
Couldn’t even eat the food. It smelt and tasted exactly like the wet food I feed my dog and I’m not over exaggerating. I’ve never returned food in my life. Would not recommend.
Great service and the food is really fresh! One of our families favorite places to eat! A real gem!
Great food and service.
Fast, friendly service, delicious food
Basil n’ Spice offers the best Thai food on the east coast. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. The atmosphere is pleasant. The staff adheres to safe COVID protocols. Great restaurant!! Thank you!
Large portions and great food! We went on a little date night and the staff was kind, helpful, and it was fast! I will be going back soon!
my favorite Thai food in Worcester! Curbside pick up is easy and the staff is always friendly!
Hair in my fresh rolls. Potstickers were good, but pad Thai was not great. Worried about quality after the hair was found
Extremely accommodating Thai restaurant with vegan options. No need to go through the fish/oyster sauce list with them. Their panang curry is great.
Just nope
This place is so amazing! I've eaten here six times now, tried four different dishes. Everything is so great!
Great food
The food, atmosphere, and staff were all incredible! The only concern I had was the parking lot seemed a little sketchy. Once you step inside you feel as though you've entered a five star restaurant! Would reccomend and definitely plan on coming here more often!
Great food and excellent service
Excellent service and food consistently. My boyfriend and I have been coming here for a year and whoever waits on us is genuine and attentive. Food is always spot on. Thank you!!
Great gluten-free
Amazing food, excellent staff. A must visit. We will be back.
Excellent service and delicious
The ambience is relaxing and the service is super friendly. Food was great. We ordered vegetable red curry and drunken noodles.
My wife being from Kanchanaburi and new to America . She wanted to have authentic Thai food so we went to Basiln'Spice .My wife and I definitely agree the food is top notch true thai food
One of the best Thai places around. Strongly recommend!
Great servers, excellent food!
I've heard nothing but good things about this restaurant. So when I had some vegan friends in town we decided like this would be a good stop. We were correct! Delicious food, available to cater to whatever diet you may have. I got the duck and it was amazing! The sauce and the meat just went together like any famous duo. While the prices were a we bit steep, it was worth every penny. Our server was polite and on top of our every need as well. If you have more than two people I advise you call ahead as seating is limited, but the intimate setting is really nice and homely.
Excellent meal! Fresh, great blend of spices. Fantastic customer service!
The Ambiance is lovely the service is attentive and the food was fantastic!
Best Thai restaurant, fresh and rich flavor, reasonable price. Well, on weekend they rush us a little bit but still ok
Great food and service. I came in for take out but turns out I had ordered at a different Thai restaurant with a similar name, BUT, basil n' spice was able to get my order and I was out the door within 10 minutes. Also, they have Singha beer!
Drinks, not so good everything starts with good drink, just not a Thai food fan I guess?
Try the cashew curry and pineapple fried rice.
Elevated Thai food and fabulous drinks. Fresh and delicious food. Great service. Nicely decorated with good atmosphere.
Fantastic food
The pad Thai, and Mango curry were great, and it's a very friendly place.
Best thai food in Worcester 💖
We eat at Basil n' Spice whenever we can get there. It is by far consistantly the best Thai in Massachusetts.
Yumm.. This place is good!! ..and the bartenders cute! ;)
Amazing food, good pricing, wonderful atmosphere and very friendly staff. Would highly recommend and will be sure to return when I am back in town!
Best Thai I've ever had outside of going to Thailand!
We loved this place. We tried the veg dumplings and the veg fried rice, both were really awesome. We also liked the ambience of the place.
Loved the food we ordered. Amazing service and delicious food.
Excellent Thai food and reasonable prices.
Good food. Fresh ingredients.
Very quiet and lowkey place. Staff is prompt and friendly and the food is delicious. I thought my meal was priced a little high for tofu and vegetables but it was a hearty portion and left me completely full. The parking lot is a bit of a struggle but other than that this place is well worth your time
Ordered Pad See You and it was very good. Service was fast and friendly and the atmosphere is great.
Amazing food. not too big and spacious but the food was delicious
Basil n' Spice is a charming Thai Restaurant that has a good variety of choices to tempt the diner. I enjoyed a Thai duck pot with eggplant and it was spiced delectably. I added a tofu salad with it and I was happy. I know that I will go back soon...I can't wait to sample a Tom Yum soup and perhaps a curry plate! Basil n' Spice is quite nice.
