Neat little place in downtown Norwood. On street parking is plenty and it a shouldn't be hard to find a spot. The restaurant isn't too big and has a small seating area.

Speaking about the food, it was really good! I tried the Tom Yum Soup and the Shrimp Pad Thai. It was tasty and the quantity was more than sufficient. I feel like one pad Thai is enough for two people. Will definitely be coming back again in the future.

Small Thai restaurant. They have about 6 tables. The food are a little too sweat for my taste. Pad Thai is even sweeter than average Thais. The owner and staffs are very nice. Very popular with locals.

The order was ready on time and I thought the young female was very polite.
I was happy with the portions and I will get again the squash curry.

People here are the worst. They shamelessly jack up the orders and say they heard it wrong. Double check the bill amount of the bill at the end of the call.

Any time I'm in Norwood, I stop to get food from Thai Thani! The best!

Ordered a pick up order and was overcharged when I got there. When I asked for a receipt she first tried to give me a receipt with just the total on it when I asked for an itemized receipt I got a hand written scribbled receipt that STILL didn’t add up to what she charged me. I’ll never be back. Pay attention here or you’ll get robbed.

Truly a tiny hidden gem! When they had dine-in, the place only held 16 people. With Covid, they are only doing take-out, but the quality of the food has not decreased. They usually have a line of people waiting for take-out as they only allow one person in at a time. Best to order online so it's ready when you get there.

The Golden Cups and Soft Rolls are scrumptious and could be a meal when ordered together. I always order the chicken green curry. Best tasting green curry I've ever had. I order green curry when I go to a new Thai restaurant to compare it with Thai Thani's. Thai Thani is the gold standard for curry.

I've lived here in Norwood for 14 years and this place is one of my favorite go to places for Thai food. I can't believe I haven't reviewed it yet. I have been there many times and have never had to complain about the restaurant. They used to have a few seats for people indoors but since covid, they have removed all the seats and have a long plastic barrier to make it safe when you go in to pick up your food. They always have great food and when I go pick up now, the food is always ready to pick up Andi I have never had to wait indoors.

Yellow curry was good, but a little sweet. I'm personally not a fan of sweet undertones, so maybe next time I'll request it spicy or just do green curry.

If you’re looking for some real amazing Thai food then look no further! I’ve been coming here for years! Plus, The owner runs a very clean and sanitized restaurant. She is very kind and very helpful especially if you are new to The Norwood/Westwood area. Let’s put it this way, I moved away for a little while and then came back with a different phone number… She recognized my voice immediately and knew my exact unique order! As a small business owner, I can’t say enough about this place. Obviously I could go on and on and on. They’ve never let me down once and the flavor has always been the same :-)

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. That annoying teenager who took my order smelled so bad I had to fight every urge to leave the building immediately. Other than that? I liked the pad Thai. Good taste.

I ordered some takeout from Thai Thani this evening and was told it would take 25 minutes. I waited outside for 20 minutes before going in. Paid the amount plus tips, then found they went to the kitchen to start cooking my dishes. So I had to wait for another 10 minutes to get my order. The food tasted nothing like what I had from there before covid. I guess they have changed chef and even the management?

Anyway, it now feels like a completely different restaurant that doesn't worth the nice reviews on google.

First of all, the portions are huge, and this is one of the lest expensive thai restaurants in the area. Second, Ive had food at the 2020 Traveler's Awarded, Pad Thai shop in Karon, Thailand just pre-covid and this food here took me straight back to Thailand. The flavors and even the presentation are truly authentic. I got the chicken and shrimp pad thai as well as the vegetable fried rice and somosas. Everything was exceptional, and I wish I hadnt dove right in lol! I will post pictures next time I order.

Best thai style curries anywhere. Family owned and run. Amazing food and never gets old for me. Easily eaten here upward of 50 times in the past 3 years and the food is always on point. Pathetic customer service - I go there at 9:20 PM and the lady says that the restaurant is closed - why wouldn’t they update the website and in other places where they are listed on the exact timing - everywhere the closing time is mentioned as 1OPM and when I point that out to the lady she says today we are closing early - pathetic and wouldn’t visit here anymore

We’ve been out of state for maybe four years now and every time we come back Monica greets us and still knows our order. It’s like coming home whenever we visit. Having tried thai food at many places in eastern mass, this place is always tops on my wife and I's list! The menu has alot to offer, everything that we have had there has been oh so savory!

My fiance and I had the Tod Mon for aps and basil pad thai, tamarind duck and shrimp scampi thai style for entree(i wanted to try a few things).

And I'm so glad I did.

We had a cozy nook by the front window and we never felt crowded.

The shrimps were perfectly cooked and tender and the duck you could cut with a fork. All the sauces were flavorful and distinct. The basil pad thai was the perfect balance of sweet/savory/spicy.

I will be coming here for dine in and take out much more often.

Most delicious Thai food in the area! The serving sizes are large and are worth the price. Ordering takeout is also a good option as the portions are generous and give great bang for the buck. The interior of the restaurant is cozy, they might be able to accommodate large parties but it will be a snug fit. The place is terribly busy on weekends with locals flooding the place and everything takes long to prepare but still maintains the highest food quality and taste, but it is recommended to plan accordingly if visiting or ordering takeout on weekends.

Our family went there in 3/13/2019. The space is a mid sized room with 4 or 5 tables with a maximum capacity of 22 members.

We ordered veg rolls and butterfly shrimp starters. A plate of rolls has 4 and the other one has 6 items. Their prices were 5.xx, 6.xx. They are pricey.

We ordered house special fried rice and rice noodles with chicken and shrimp. The quantity is ok. The amount of vegetables is very less and chicken is very less. They were priced around $10 each. The fried rice has more dry fish flavor (may be due to fish sauce). There was no service. Attendant came to receive order, to place items, to collect the plates at the end. No element of service.

The amount was 37.25. She added 5.45 as a tip and we paid 42.xx. The value we are getting very limited for the price we pay here.

Get the Chicken Kra Pao. Its great!

Good thai resteraunt. Decided to eat in. Everything we ordered was good but menu seemed a bit limited. I love rad nah and beef satay but was not on the menu. Seems like a great place to order take out. So many people came in to get their take out food. Shrimp pad thai was delicious and so was masaman curry. Refilled hot tea continuously. Just would do take out next time.

Already drooling thinking about this place. BASIL PAD THAI !!! All their curry dishes are great , pineapple fried rice is good and for apps it’s either golden cups or dumplings. I order once a week bc life is meant to be enjoyed 😃!

I hate giving a small family-run business 1-star, but I had to. Their basil pad thai was just really really bad. The noodles looked/tasted like mushy angel hair pasta, not the typical Thai rice noodles. The others' food at my table also wasn't appetizing. Granted they were 4 workers short the night we went, but I don't think the food would have been much better on a regular night (recipe still the same). At times like these, I suggest they take either pickup orders or sit-down orders only, not both. Instead of providing poor service/timeliness to all customers, they can focus on just one group and not have everyone waiting over an hour for simple pad thai. I give the front-house guy credit for hustling and expediting, but their current overall google rating doesn't seem to match reality.

Best Tom Yum I have ever had. Basil Pad Thai similar to Pad Kee Mao (Drunken Noodle) but with a twist. Actual ground chicken a major plus. It was flavorful with balanced spice. A hint too much oil though.

A very small restaurant with numbered tables and average service. Environment and decorations are unique, but food is either too sweet and/or too salty. Cut down 50% of salt and sugar then this place can be a healthy 4-star to me and my family.
