It’s been many years since I contracted food poisoning from a Chinese restaurant. I had to call out from work today because of it. I won’t be ordering food from here again for a long while if ever.

Ordered large lobster fried rice with extra onions along with fried shrimp. Repeated my order 3 times. Get home it's just fried rice and onions along with the shrimp. I return the fried rice to get the lobster fried rice. They refuse to give me a discount for my inconvenience. I'm just supposed to drive back and pay full price. Bad business. Got my money back never to return. 👎 👎 👎

Most disappointing home delivery meal of my life. The food was over an hour late. When we called to ask politely for an update, the staff said we would get a call back from the manager. We never got an update. We had given up that we were going to receive any food when we heard the front door. They got our order wrong. They food tasted abysmal. The only part we enjoyed were the fortune cookies. We threw out some of the food because it tasted so bad. This business failed us in every possible way. I do not recommend anyone eating through this restaurant.

Ordered food from their online menu. Payment options included PayPal. Paid 132.00 for the food for pickup. When we got there they were closed at 3pm. Just now I called to tell them what happened and I needed my money back. I was calm when explaining. The woman on the phone was hysterical and I could not understand what she was saying except that it was not her fault and was not going to give me my money back!!!!!!

The negative reviews of this place are baffling. This place has solid, take-out Chinese at good value. Great noodles, great Chinese entrees with plenty of vegetables and overall quality is good for the price.

Horrible food and service also they have kids cooking your food and taking your orders which last time I checked the labor laws I know for a fact your not able to work until your 14 or 15yrs old these kids are 6yrs and 7yrs.. I don’t recommend this place to anyone

It actually makes me sad to have to leave this review because I have enjoyed Asain Taste 2 for several years and recommendedthem to several friends and family. However the last few times have been a consistent disappointment. When you like a place and they mess up, you go back another time or two because you understand that people make mistakes. My understanding ended yesterday. Don't waste your TIME or MONEY here...there are other Chinese restaurants in the surrounding area (Towson's Best/Sushi Ichiban) The greed they have makes them put customer satisfaction low on their priority list. The last 3 times I have called my order in and been told "Ready in 30 minutes" (I think they train the kid to say that for all orders). I arrive and the kid asks to confirm your order and gives the impression that it is ready and directs you to pay (I suspect he is trained to do that too to hopefully lock people into their order) Here's my issue, IT TOOK 58 MINUTES FROM CALL TIME UNTIL HE SLID MY FOOD THRU THE WINDOW. There is no apology, just "Not ready" repeatedly heard as customers come in for orders placed. Even after baring with the wait time, the food was horrible. I could go into detail here  about my burnt crab ragoon or inedible lo mein, how they put onions in my chow mei fun after I requested to have none or even the open and uncovered bowl of rice they made my sushi with but hopefully what u have shared so far is enough to encourage you to drive a few moments up the road to surrounding restaurants. FOOD IS NOT WORTH THE WAIT TIME OR PRICE!

Great Asian food cooked to quality standards and easy on the pocketbook. Never used delivery just always picked up and it was well work it!

Under new management that is extremely rude. I would suggest calling to place your order since their menu is full of false advertising. They claim that even though their online menu says one thing that since it is new management it is actually different.

Overall disappointing and I am usually very lentient on food mixups. Ordered online, picked up in-store 25 mins after the estimated time it would be ready. They gave me one large bag of food and said bye, so I left. I receive a phone call a few minutes later, asking me to come back and get my second bag. I don't want to blame the child working the front desk, but someone should be verifying everything is there

When I get home, I realize all of the issues: The chicken soup is not sealed well so there is broth everywhere. Shrimp pad thai was subbed for chicken with no notice. The fried rice with my orange chicken had pieces of semi-cooked steak (?) in it - Never heard of this being standard but there's also no description online so who knows. The crabmeat wontons had the intact cream cheese stick in them, with the tiniest piece of crabmeat that you couldn't taste at all.

I see all the hateful reviews. And I have to say I get eggs rolls almost everyday from here and I love the people and they’re children. They are good people and I believe the food is good everytime

Absolutely do not order from this spot. We got their food thru doordash. We were missing a roll and all of the sushi fish tasted old and sour. We spent over $60 there and they only gave a us a refund for $18. You will get sick eating their fish here. We did.

Ordered 2 shrimp egg rolls today but only received ONE! Not worth the 45 minute ride back to complain. The egg roll was good but getting Ripped Off left a bad taste in my mouth!!! :(

The food is okay - customer service not so much. I was charged twice for my food. I called them to ask about how to resolve it and received awful customer service. They kept saying that it was impossible for that to happen and would not give me a refund despite clear documentation that I was charged twice.

The shrimp fried rice was decent but they use borderline baby shrimp never seen that in a shrimp fried rice order. It makes me think I'm eating canned shrimp. The portions are smaller than your average Asian carry out and they charge more. I can go right down the street to another Asian carry out and get more bang for my buck and regular size shrimp.

Ive been going to this place for years. The best most consistent food. It always taste so fresh and not only do they have delicious food but the nicest family owned restaurant! I will always get my chinese and Japanese food here.

In a few words, the chicken w/VEG dish is delicious w/quick cooking time. Enjoy this local family owned business. They work hard 2 please customers. Tip them deservingly.

So I have ordered from this place on door dash as I usually do, received a phone call from the door dash driver telling me that the restaurant was not able to make a certain roll that was ordered. Ok, cool. No issues, send me what could be made and I'll get a refund from door dash for the roll that couldn't be made. But the lady from the restaurant refused to call me directly to explain what the driver couldnt and wouldn't send the driver with my food and told me that I had to cancel my order and had to replace the order without that certain roll because she didn't want me to contest the WHOLE order. I will never order from this place again.

Not good. First time I ever had Hunan shrimp with NO sauce. Rice, but no sauce to put on it. Odd. Also the lo mein had a musty, unappetizing smell. Egg drop soup the consistency of rubber cement.

Ordered through beyond menu. They refused to deliver. When I came to pick it up there were about 10 people standing around waiting for food. They are holding food in the back and not giving it out.

I'm still here waiting with about 8 people. They arent coming to the door.

Update: 2 hours since I ordered. They handed me half of my order and said it was done. When I told them I was missing food they took it back. That was 10 minutes ago...

First the bad, it’s a typical old Chinese restaurant, the place is in need of a good cleaning and some maintenance. The food is great though. The shrimp was surprisingly good, the spicy stuff was spicy the shrimp toast was great the cheese wontons were mediocre but not bad the broccoli was good the whole situation was good. I don’t know why they have such a low rating.

They did not correctly get my order right I hate white rice with a passion. I absolutely detest it and I am highly appalled by the management and the idiots behind the counter.

We had a major delay in delivery ordering through Beyond Menu. I don’t believe it was any fault of the restaurant. When I called, they had no record of the order, even though beyond menu had already charged my bank account. We cancelled the order, and the restaurant still ended up delivering our food. They showed exceptional customer service. They were very apologetic when I spoke to someone on the phone at the restaurant, as well as when they surprisingly showed up with our food. Once again, great customer service!

It recently shifted management from what used to be amazing. We ordered and everything was terrible. The sushi was almost nothing but rice, and everything else was so salty. I had to take a drink after every bite to rehydrate. This new management has ruined this beloved Restaurant. If they could go back to the way they were, I would return as a valuable and loyal customer that I have been for 5 years. Now, I refuse to order from there again until they change back to the old ways.

Very dissatisfied!! Ordered 2 meals and sushi to go. Was charged for 3 meals and sent with a meal I didn’t order. Called to inform restaurant once I got home and unpacked the bag and I was told I had to bring the extra meal back to receive a refund. Mind you it is negative temperatures outside with windchill and this was not my mistake. Plus the shrimp and cucumber sushi I ordered was horrible. All cucumber hardly any shrimp.

I have ordered here many times and am usually pleased however I will never order from here again. If you come through a closed gate, you should close it on your way out... Common sense right? Apparently not seeing as though the delivery person didn't do that and my boyfriend and I had to run around our neighborhood to find our dog when he didn't come back to the door. Unacceptable.

Will never order from here again, their delivery driver opened my gate to come in my yard but didn't close it on the way and almost got my dog hit by a car. Thankfully he survived. Unfortunately my desire to order from here again didn't make it

I places an order over the phone and when I arrived I made some minor change to my order , the lady that takes the orders was so nasty, and when my order was ready I asked for the Chinese hot sauce she said she did not have any. How could a Chinese restaurant doesn't have hot sauce!!! I will never go back there again.

Friend turned us on to here. Great food, but you have to be careful and listen to what they say when they repeat your order. I almost died when they sent me shrimp instead of chicken.

Oooh poor hygiene ruins it for me!. I have come here for years and I have to admit the sushi is pretty good for the price! However today the girl with the mole on her face or some would call it a beauty mark, pops up from behind the counter when I enter. I have no idea what she was doing hiding behind the counter but, after taking my order she proceeds to make my food touching the sushi with her bare hands. I explained to her that I wanted her to wash her hands. She told me what she was making was not for me and continued to make my order. 2 more times I asked her to wash her hands, so she took a wet rag from out of the little sink behind the counter and wiped her hands and the counter off and proceeded to make my sushi rolls. I demanded a refund and then this was my last visit ever. The food has always been really good here, but now I wonder about the hygiene when delivery is ordered especially when they won't wash their hands in front of you.

I agree the shrimp and broccoli in garlic sauce is by far the BEST I have tasted.

They have the best Eggrolls in the Parkville area! The General Tso Chicken is pretty good, but I had better. The fried rice is really great, and the prices are easily fair! The sushi is pretty damn great, too!
