Food is great! Ordered green curry with extra chicken, 4 star spicy. Just the right amount of heat for me! I like things spicy. Unfortunately, there was no extra chicken that I could see, but considering this was my 1st visit and the quality, there's no way I'm taking any stars away from these guys! The dumplings were really good with a unique ginger soy sauce that I had never tasted before. Different, but great! Definitely worth a try! I will go back.

Service was great, food came out fast and very tasty. My husband had the Paradise Pad Thai he said it had too much sauce drowned the noodles, I had the Massaman curry with white, I can't fault it.

Friendly service with great hospitality. You should try Khao Soi,the Northern Thai cuisine .If you like coconut milk spiced with curry on the top of egg noodle.

If you like true American flavors and have little experience with real Thai cusine you will truly love this place. Very salty and sweet sauces here contain as much sugar as a can of Coke. The roast duck was excellent but was drowned in a plain brown sauce with no flavors but green pepper and ... sugar. So much sauce ruined the duck. The salad dressing was as sweet as ice cream!!! The chicken malacha salad was so plain it tasted like Chicken McNuggets. The dipping sauce for spring rolls was also too sweet and it is missing all the key flavors of coriander, lime, fish sauce and garlic. It's basically vinegar, water(!), chopped peanuts and ... sugar. If you love sugar this restaurant will become your favorite.
The staff are incredible, kind, and careful with orders and sincere. They know their target customers.
I wish them the greatest success!

Super cozy place and amazing staff; the food reminds me of my Thai Grandmas cooking, so when I can't go home and need some brain food for studying this place is amazing. Definitely going to become a peak spot in cooks corner, the chicken fried rice is amazing.

Amazing food and service here !! Not a huge restaurant but it’s very clean and has a great atmosphere.

I had egg roll appetizer which comes with a sweet & sour sauce and it was fantastic. The outer shell was perfectly crunchy and the inside was moist and soft. Coupled with the sauce it was a great combination and some of the best egg rolls I’ve ever had.

My main dish was the best Thai chicken teriyaki . It was fried chicken with a bed of rice, and vegetables all topped with teriyaki sauce and lime crème sauce.

The service was great and the atmosphere was smooth and relaxing. Definitely will look to revisit.

We traveled 6 hrs for vacation, and decided to eat @ this establishment given the ratings we thought it would be great.
It wasn’t the best, could have purchased better from Walmart. The $48.50 meal of spicy duck contained 5 finely sliced pieces of duck with an over abundance of vegetables, the red curry chicken was more of a soup dish and last but not least the 6 wings contained more breading than wing. For a TO GO order one would think utensils would be supplied… I will not nor will I suggest or recommend this food to anyone looking for real Thai food.

Really delicious all the way around! We got the paradise pad Thai, basil leaf with beef, khao soi curry, Thai chive cake, and shrimp shumai. Pad Thai was on point, basil leaf was wonderfully fragrant and fresh, khao soi was delightfully different (a yellow curry with noodles+crispy noodles!). Would get any of those entrees again. Really liked the chive cake (in spite of mistakenly thinking it would be like a pancake!), but probably wouldn’t do the shrimp shumai again… rather doughy.

I have tried all the Thai places in the area and this one wins hands down. The food is ready and hot in a timely fashion and it’s delicious. I highly recommend Best Thai Express. I’ve only ordered from them twice so far, but both times the food was excellent and I ate the entire meal happily. The guy behind the counter was really friendly and in my opinion that makes a huge difference. Try it and see for yourself.

The food is consistently fresh and delicious. I have yet to regret a single order from this place. I’ve tried different dishes there, and they were all excellent. I love that they include baby bok choy in their vegetables.

**HEAT WARNING** I ordered two days in a row from here first time, shrimp pad thai 2 stars. Second time chicken pad thai 2 stars. The first pad thai was PERFECT! The second pad thai I have no idea who made it but the heat level was CRAZY. very scary for future orders...2 stars? 1 star?? Ugh!

Best, in all of the ways. Just finished my Gai Kra Pow leftovers from last night and already wishing I had more. The Tom Kha Gai and Tom Yum Kung soups are outstanding and best we've found in Maine. Chive cakes are very good. We are placing bets on how many times my husband will order Best Thai Noodle Soup in the cooler months :)

Drunken noodle 2* was 10/10, my partner loved it. Pineapple fried rice 0* wasn't as mild as I had hoped but it was amazing nonetheless. Both dishes contained actual vegetables and we were very happy.

Ordered Phad Tai, Best Thai Noodle Soup, golden tofu appetizer, and some tea. Good food across the board, authentic. Golden tofu was super well fried, noodles were great too. Originally had little hope on finding good Asian food in the Northeast, but this place fantastic.

I've ordered from Best Thai Express 3-4 times a week since they've opened, and have tried almost everything on the menu. Absolutely delicious every time. Ingredients are always fresh, meals are always consistent. My favorite is the "Best Thai Teriyaki", and my coworker enjoys the "Paradise Pad Thai". This place never* disappoints. If I could give them 6 stars, I would. 10/10 recommend.

Phenomenal. after being driven 25 mins home, the chicken is still amazing and crunchy and the rice isnt soggy. I'm a bit confused, but I'll keep returning. Nothing saves like this when driving it back out to harpswell!

Fantastic food. We are from the west coast and did not expect to find Thai this good. I like a certain style of pad thai and this is it! The red curry was perfect too. Our family meal was ready in about ten minutes too, very good service.

First time ordering from here and their service was the fastest! The food was really good. I got 2 stars tofu drunken noodle and I really like that they put a good mix of veggies and not just noodles in this dish. I highly recommend!

Service was fast, portions were good sized. I ordered a 2* Chicken pad thai, personal preference I would get a 1* next time. The peanut sauce was DELICIOUS, and my rangoons perfectly cooked!

Tried to order lunch on Saturday and was told that only dinner was available on the weekend. When we got home with our order, realized that we had paid dinner pricing for lunch sized portions, so buyer beware. Although we requested 2 stars on all entrees, the spice level was inconsistent. The orange tofu was bland and soggy, while the pad thai was almost too hot.
The pad udon however, was excellent. For the money, Asian Garden and Sweet Angel are at least as good, and a much, much better value.
