Overall, the restaurant offers excellent value for money, with generous portions. I would certainly return to explore the other items on the menu. Solid 8/10.

Wings were not good as they use to be.

Great food at a great price. Lucky is the best... he takes pride in his work and it shows. Last time I was here, there was a sign on the door saying they no longer serve donuts, so there's that, however, I never visited with the intention to buy a donut so no biggy as far as I'm concerned. So far I've enjoyed the governor's chicken, shrimp pad Thai, and beef and broccoli, all of which are excellent!

The last time I went they tacked over $10 on as tip without my permission (when I left cash)Said if I drove all the way back they would return, instead of refunding it to my card. (Make sure to note they make you pay the credit card charges if using a card so they dont have to pay a percentage ). Tonight ordered carry out ordered sesame chicken got sweet and sour with no sauce luckily I noticed before leaving they took it into the kitchen removed the veggies and pineapple( thank God we don't have allergies) and put on sweet and sour sauce with sesame seeds definitely not actual sesame chicken. The wings still had feathers attached. I ordered one extra sauce she charged for 2 @ $2 each and they gave me one. And lastly was told 15-20 minutes and it took 45 minutes. I would unfortunately advise on going elsewhere.

I always get the boba but also had the food which I am never disappointed when I go. But Im so stupid I never tried the pho but that's for my next visit which will b today

Great Thai food

I placed an online order but received my food 20 minutes after the time promised. On their online ordering system the pad Thai makes you pick fried rice or lo mein. When I went in store I was advised it does not come with rice or lo mein. Well, I picked lo mein so I paid an extra 1.50 for nothing. They also didn't know if I wanted meat on the pad thai....I was waiting there for 20 minutes... someone could have just asked.... the food is good, just don't go on your lunch break.

I don't go to lucky anymore they have sign that says discount if paying with cash if you use a card you pay a fee ok cool no problem but there is no discount if you pay with cash you pay full price

The price, the quantity, the taste? Amazing. Anywhere I can spend $12 and get quality food and not be able finish it cause it's so much? Awesome.

Lucky’s is one of my all-time favorites! Food is usually ready within 15-20 minutes. Employees are always friendly. Favorites are the orange chicken and the tofu fried rice.

Extremely expensive now. Not worth the cost. Good food. But they keep raising prices.

Found insects in my food and called them. They called to back be “nice” and when I called them out on insects, portion size, and food temperature they called me a racist??? I’m so confused but at the same time do yourself a favor and only eat here if you are trying to get out of work sick because that’s exactly what the food will do. YUCK 🤢🤢🤢

Nice folks, and the food was really flavorful! You get so much food ordering a large of anything too! Good value. My dad's Sesame Chicken had big pieces of white meat chicken, not mostly breading or tough like some places. I wanted veggies with garlic sauce and didn't see it on the menu, but they subbed the chicken for mixed vegetables for me! We'll definitely be going back when we can

Great food but my God is the "15 minutes" when you order ahead a lie. I've ordered food over the phone at least 20+ times over the years and literally every time I'm told "it will be 15 minutes". Show up 20 minutes later, expect an extra 15 minute wait. Show up 30 minutes later, some how expect a 15 minute wait. Eat there, it's great, but if you order over the phone leave your house 15 minutes after the time they say your food will be ready. Enjoy

Me and my husband wanted to try something different for us we decided to order from here. Saw them on the news and the girl loved it . Needless to say it was the worst food we have ever gotten. We paid $40. For it to go in the trash. NEVER will we go there again!!!

My favorite spot for Asian food! They have yummy eggrolls, fried rice, lo mein, orange chicken and lemon pepper wings! Their cream cheese wontons are delicious as well.

Came here all the time for 4 yrs. Ago Last time we ordered this we got home and had a order of govanors chicken, gf forgot to check boxes before walking out, I called them they said we could come back. Exactly what I wanted to do, when I just got home, haven't been back since if there was a discount on the next order it'd been different. I have a business of my own and only consider what I'd have done in there shoes. Humans are humans but it wasn't handle the way it should have been if they where truly sorry!

The best bubble tea, lo mein, and sweet and sour chicken. Authentic and delicious.

Mainly a take-out place, the interior is quite worn out. Clean, but not a place you really want to sit to eat unless you have to. The food was just ok. There is better Thai food in the city, but decent enough that I’d eat here again if I needed the convenience.

Grabbed a quick lunch. Food was great and plentiful.

Growing up my mother would bring my brother and I to Lucky’s Donut, back when they sold donuts too, every Sunday and now that I’ve moved away I make sure to come back every time I am in town. The food is amazing and I suggest it to everyone when I get the chance.

Lucky’s will always have my support.

I’ll be honest, I’ve been wanting to go here for a long time. The picture look delicious and the reviews are good. I finally go and I get the bourbon chicken to try something a little safe before I try some of the other ones. The chicken was extremely dry looking and smelled really really bad. Like, we did not even try it and threw it away because I was absolutely sure the chicken was spoiled.
I’m not sure if we came here on an off day or what but I don’t know if I’ll be back.

I won't lie the food here is great I've been going there on and off for the last 5 years .. But the price of the food is ridiculous and it's gotten more and more expensive over the last 2 years it costs $16 for a house low mein now ..it was good while it lasted I guess 😔 can't afford it anymore.... You can spend upward of $30 just to feed yourself don't try having a date there

My husband and I tried this place two days ago and the food was phenomenal. So today we returned there to have dinner again and try something new.

I ordered medium size gizzards. They were deepfried, overcooked and very rubbery, it took me hours to chew on them and was near impossible to swallow. I went to the cashier and politely shared my concerns, he looked lost, like it was his first day there. I offered to order a new meal and I would pay the difference to make it right since he doesn't have any problem solving skills. The cook came out and started yelling at me! This is inappropriate! I know I am not an entitled person, but a regular customer that wants to get quality I pay for! So I left the box with the gizzards to the cashier and left!

By the way, we paid over $40 for our order and about $50 last time, if the food and service are good we don't pinch our money.

We will never return there anymore and will tell everybody we know about our bad experience!

When you're up in South Bend for a Notre Dame game make sure you stop by Lucky's. They have some excellent Thai food for a very reasonable price. From what I'm hearing if the Grandmother is there cooking you will be in for a treat as she is one of the best cooks there not saying that there aren't any other great cooks, and after today's experience I've had I have nothing bad to say about them what so ever and will be a returning customer when I'm up there.

Wow.. This hurt's to say. I just got my same as always FOR YEAR'S NOW! And this is The WORST most HORRIBLE food I Have EVER HAD FROM HERE! IT'S OLD COLD AND THE TASTE IS NOT THE SAME I'M JUST SAD.

Governor's chicken is the best area! When they say 15min for pickup, it usually is closer to 30.

The BEST food I have eaten in a long time, it was fresh the portions were very nice and the Boba tea was too good to describe. I ate the ginger chicken with fried rice and a peach Boba tea, I ordered the medium and it was enough for 2 meals but it was so good I kept eating even though I was full 🤣🤣🤣 I will definitely be back to try the mekabung and green papaya salad

The owners and staff are great from putting in a phone order and/ or going in to place an order. Food has always been fresh, hot and tasty and I love how they go over your food order right there at the counter while bagging everything.

If you're in a hurry and recommend ordering ahead it wasn't like it took so long but it was definitely freshly made. First time here didn't know what to order took a shot in the dark and was not disappointed. While trolling other people's dishes while I was there all of their food looks amazing. Not a lot of sit-down space.

Customer service is great, always very friendly. Bubble tea is FABULOUS. Orange chicken, Sesame chicken and the governors chicken are mine and my boyfriends favorite we love their fried rice and noodles, too. Always fresh veggies in them!
