Serves really good thai foods. I liked the taste of all the items I took. I tried Volcano Chicken, Tiger Garlic Pepper Chicken and Spicy Basil Sea Food. I liked the volcano chicken and the soup of Spicy basil sea food mostly. We took spice level medium. You can take hot too since they don't make these that spicy. The Spicy Basil Fried Rice was good too. The interior was good too.

I wish i had one closer! Portion size is appropriate with plenty to take home. We had all sorts of goodies for 2 of us and purposely ordered enough to take home. I look forward to visiting Brownsburg just to stop in here! I ordered my food with medium spice, it was enough to make my mouth feel warm but not sting! I would definitely lately order everything again and I can't wait to bring the kids too!

We have been major fans of the Bangkok Kitchen for years. It's always consistent and always delivers a great experience. Every once and a while we like to venture out to experience the "possibilities" This was a mistake because to be honest Thai District let us down. Maybe because Bangkok Kitchen has set the bar so high? I can not justify more than a 3 out of 5.
Definitely lacks in the alcohol drink choice area. Lacks with with abundance of restaurant noise. 1 poor waitress trying to maintain over 10 tables and the food was something of the quality I get for half the cost from Panda Express. To me factual the orange chicken was chewy and it seemed each bite left with some chicken grit that just had to be spit out.
You know my reviews represent true "experiences" They are honest and transparent. While it's never my intent to hurt people who do work hard; it's also my intent to only guide my friends, family, and followers to the places that have provided only the best in all areas. There are better places and I can not put my stamp of approval here. However we will keep returning to Bangkok Kitchen in Avon because it has consistently preformed and makes my "hot list" time after time.

We had Sam-Rub, a traditional family-style Thai dinner, today at Thai District. June, one of the 2 owners, selected all of the dishes. Wow.... it was absolutely amazing. 3 types of soup, Thai beef salad, mango curry, dumplings, fried rice with crab, Tiger garlic, and pad woon sen. it was a feast. Every dish was perfect, and we could make it as spicy as we liked with the nam pla prik they always bring us 😉🤗 This will always be a wonderful memory for us and one of the best meals we've ever had. We are so glad for their business, and even happier we are friends. Thank you, Siri June 🥰 and all the warm, generous staff.

The food at this place is delicious and it’s a very convenient location. The service is great when ur dining in because they work for tips BUT I had placed a carry out. I received no text or email that my food was ready and I had to call 20 minutes after my food was supposed to be ready just for them to tell me that it was ready. So now I’m stuck with my cold food that is way over priced for the service you receive. AND the website I placed my order on asked if I wanted to tip them.. for an order that I would be picking up? Ridiculous. I’ve been here several times and placed a pick up before and received similar service for that pick up. It’s a real shame because the food is so good but the service is terrible. That’s the soul reason I’m giving one star.

We’re from out of town n we’re just passing through. Got a take out from here n the food was amazing. I got their pad Thai n spicy duck n they gave me an eggroll too which all of them were excellent. Will definitely come back

My hubby and I and our best friends ate here recently. We both had the ginger dish with vegetables and shrimp for him. We both had jasmine rice which was amazingly good when you blend the dish with it. One friend had the sweet and sour vegetables with beef. The other had a noodle dish. I didn't see many veggies with hers. It looked like the majority of the food was noodles. If that is what you like, it would be fine. The server was friendly, quick and very good. We plan on returning.

Incredibly delicious Thai cuisine and probably the best I've ever had the pleasure of eating. All of the dipping sauces were just fantastic. I suggest the big combo appetizer platter for starters. I will definitely be back in the near future! Total dining satisfaction.

Me and my husband order take out yesterday from here (3/24/24) It was crab fried rice and chicken wings. I got so sick from the bad crab meat that was in the rice. Still sick from this trash they sold me. I will never go there again or recommend anyone to this place. Y’all will be getting my ER visit bill!

Thai District was very good, the atmosphere was nice and the service was good until I received a email saying did you tip 41% on your bill. Unfortunately what I thought was a good experience turned around all from the waitress adding a tip to my bill when I gave her a cash tip. My client that I was with also tiped the waitress so she was well taken care of. I can't stand a thief and she should ashamed of herself.

I was pretty disappointed with the lunch chicken pad Thai. The chicken tasted dry and possibly freezer burnt. I ordered it medium heat. It had little flavor and no heat. It was dry. The service was fast, but not warm and welcoming. Right after I ordered they immediately went back to speaking to each other. Didn’t seem too thankful for my business. I was also disappointed the TOGO lunch portion doesn’t include the soup. I won’t be back.

I recently got a togo meal at Thai District in Brownsburg on November 6, and I must say that the entire experience was strange. After driving home, I realized that my order was made incorrectly, so I quickly called the restaurant. The initial phone interaction with a lady didn’t get me anywhere at first. Her response was essentially, "What do you want me to do then?"

I suggested that a reasonable solution would be to provide a credit so that I could return at a more convenient time. She agreed to this, and said she would write my name down so that I could come in. However, upon arriving at the restaurant and explaining the situation to the lady at the front desk, she claimed to have no recollection of me or my order. This was despite the clear evidence on my bank statement, which showed the charge from the establishment on the same day as my phone call.

I even showed her my phone records, which clearly indicated my calls, but she remained uncooperative. Instead of attempting to address the issue, she displayed a complete lack of willingness to help. Her repeated dismissive behavior and apparent attempt to undermine my concerns were extremely rude. She even went as far as denying the possibility that my order was incorrect.

I am not one to typically leave reviews, but the complete lack of customer service and professionalism made me want to write a review. Thai District's handling of this situation was unprofessional and I literally felt an actual evil eye from the staff! I strongly urge others to think twice before visiting, coming from a 2+ year customer.

We found this gem when living at the apartment complex across the street and, since then, has been the place we dined at the most since moving here. the other night, we even drove from Carmel to have dinner here.

The restaurant is smaller, but the decor is beautiful. Because the restaurant is on the smaller side, there are only 1-2 people working the front of the house at a time. It might take awhile to be greeted but the wait is worth it!!

The menu is very extensive and there is something for everyone. I ordered the sweet and sour with chicken and portions are huge! We always have leftovers.

If you’re looking for a great Thai restaurant, this is it!!

Food is great. I had sweet and sour pork, med heat with white rice, soup, salad, and spring rolls. The sauce was one of the best sauces that I have tasted. That said I could eat the white rice with just that sauce, it was that good. All in all I highly recommend.

Just had Thai District for the first time and was very happy with every aspect of our meal. The restaurant is situated in a very good and easy to access location. We arrived after the dinner rush but the staff was in very high spirits. The spring rolls and Pad Thai were delicious and prepared surprisingly quickly for the high quality of the food. The establishment definitely has a more “up-scale” feel compared to most Thai restaurants I’ve been to. It is very clear that the staff take pride in the food they serve and it really shows. 10/10 will be back soon!

I never write reviews, but I HAD to for this restaurant. The dumplings and mussaman curry was incredible- so flavorful. The service was very quick and staff are very friendly. The restaurant is also beautiful and relaxing. The prices are very reasonable for such exceptional quality. I will definitely come back.

Actually, we almost walk out coz my son is complaining the place is so dusty... well, we just give a try since the place look so nice.
Food was ok , nothing special, size of serving is quite small compare to other thai restaurant and quite pricey.. the worst part is that when we got the bill, they charge automatically 20% gratuity on our bill for 3 persons.. amazing ! And they also ask for another atleast 15% for tip ! Wow ! A fine dining ?! Got scammed ! For sure, we will not coming back ! .. .Today! we went there at lunch !

One of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. We went to celebrate mothers day and have a good time, but it was the worst disappointment. Upon arrival we asked if we could sit at a specific table, to which a guy said yes. Then a waitress came in very rudely and without giving us an explanation, she asked us to move to another table. This same waitress, after 15 minutes, took our order, which took half an hour to arrive. The waitress was never attentive to our table and only refilled our water glasses once. The music was very loud and when clearing the dishes from the table she was quite rude. At 9 o'clock they suddenly turned on the lights and a woman shouted very rudely that we had to leave because they were going to close. I have worked in customer service and I have always stayed until the last customer leaves. Due to the poor service, we decided not to leave a tip and this waitress walked out of the establishment after us to demand that we should give her a tip, to which my brother explained that a tip is not mandatory and they had treated us badly. We kept walking and another woman who also works there came out the back door of the restaurant and yelled at us: "Thank you for coming, don't ever come back." Believe me, after having this bad experience, you can be sure that we will not return to waste our money in that place to be mistreated. If I could rate -5 stars in the review, I would have rated -10.

It was crowded- and that is ok- but service was sketchy. My crab fried rice was delicious. But the tempura veggies were so greasy and not very tasty.

Worst experience. My family got kicked out at 9:00pm in the middle finishing our food that took 30+ minutes to Come out. Super rude staff my waitress chased us outside and demanded us to tip them. After I refused and walked away the other waitress opened the back door of the restaurant and yelled out “thank you for coming, don’t come back ever again”

Tried Thai District for the first time. Got the Orange Chicken. It was delicious!! I'll definitely go there again! Server was very efficient.

We’ve eaten at Thai District before and have always loved it, but after this past experience I am not sure I’ll go back. Spent over $120 on dinner and they forgot to include any fried rice that we ordered for half of our meals. They also inexplicably forgot to add any sauce to my wife’s entree so it was bland and dry and both mine and my sons Orange Chicken was awful. It was a few tiny pieces of hard, stringy chicken with a lot of soggy breading. Most of the pieces didn’t even have chicken in them. We both threw it out. I called the place and the best they could do was offer to give me some free fried rice on my next visit. I doubt I’ll take them up on it.

Everything we ordered was delicious. Highly recommend the crab Rangoon and the yellow curry. Will definitely come back.

Always amazing! The staff are so sweet. I recommend the volcano chicken and the crab Rangoons! Their fried rice is my favorite though! My husband really likes their curries aswell!

Thai District beyond exceeded expectations. Not only is it beautifully decorated, but the food and presentation are equally amazing. I live 2 hours away and have made several trips. Each time I return I bring more friends to experience the deliciousness. Everyone I’ve brought or referred here has loved it also. I would make the trip for the Crab Rangoon alone but my favorite dish is the Spicy Basil Seafood. It is one of those dishes that will leave you wanting to lick the plate until you remember you’re in public.

I called in an order, and this lady was not comprehending with what I was saying. I felt as if she didn't listen to me. I wanted a side of shrimp fried rice and it was on the menu. She then proceeded to sat okay, and then when i went to go pick it up my total somehow is $54?!?!? a time before it was not that expensive. The customer is terrible the other lady gave me attitude. She was rude. She was slapping the counter when we were talking. She rolled her eyes repeatedly and attempted to gaslight us. Moral of the story double check your receipt and don't fall for their bs.

One of the best places to visit if you're driving through the area. Decor is elegant and it is immaculate inside. They accommodate for vegan and vegetarian with plenty of options. Love the spicy thai basil fried rice the best.

The food was delicious!!! The restaurant was also beautiful, but the one female waitress (red lipstick) was very rude and made us wait to even receive water, never asked us for refills or if we wanted anything or even if we were satisfied with our food. So sad, and we still tipped her well over 24%. She should know she did not really deserve it at all...

Went in for the first time and got sat down right away. They where busy but after sitting there for 15 min we realized that the people came behind us where getting helped before us. Noticed that only two girls working the front for 15 plus tables so probably can’t cover all the tables correctly unless you want to wait like we did! Obviously ended up leaving the restaurant because no one came to help us. Why didn’t we get up or flag someone to help us? Well who wants to do that when your paying 40 plus for a meal. Mines well go back and cook it too

Generous portions of delicious authentic thai food. Service was excellent despite a mostly full dining room and only 2 attentive and very friendly wait staff on the floor. The food comes out quickly and piping hot from the kitchen chef. You will not be disappointed by the food or service here! Can't wait to eat here and try more dishes when in the Brownburg, IN area again soon...wish I lived nearer.

I will never eat here again. My husband and I ordered orange chicken and fried rice and after immediately eating it I threw up and my husband and I stomachs started cramping. I called them to see if something was possibly wrong with the chicken or rice and the woman couldn’t give me a answer. She then asked for my name and number and I was then contacted by a white male who said that no one else got sick so my husband and I shouldn’t be. I informed him that we were feeling perfectly fine before eating there and haven’t ate anything else so it had to be their food. He then went on to say that he used to work in the health industry and there is no way that we could get sick that quick. I informed him that it is in fact possible because I work in the health field as well. He continued to raise his voice and question my career and yelled that I was making false accusations. All I have to say is NEVER AGAIN

Delicious. Generous portions. Neat decor.

First off, I always read reviews before I go to a place just to make sure i keep an eye out for red flags but for some reason it skipped my mind. We went in through the back door, there was no one to seat us so we had to find our way in, still no waiter to seat us. Eventually a server came and asked us to take a seat, we were going for the booth when she told us that it was reserved . We obliged and sat we she wanted us to stay. After placing our orders , we noticed A family leaving and that means an empty booth for us like we wanted. I personally went to the waitress and asked her if we could switch she declined stating that she already gave a table number for out order which I felt was a flimsy excuse but my husband wasn’t having it and demanded for the booth but she engaged him in an argument asking why we don’t want to use a high chair instead and asked us to “ give her a reason why we don’t want a high chair” . It was ridiculous , eventually another waitress came and switched the table for us . The. The other one said something to her and she came back with our meal and rudely dropped it at the edge of the table. Long story short, we didn’t enjoy our meal, service was rude and inconsiderate and never for once apologized. Employ polite people who know how to give proper customer service and based on the reviews rudeness and short staffing seems to be the order of the day. We won’t be going back for sure.

Fortunate to have this in Brownsburg, great selection of Thai fusion type food and nice environment. I have been here three times now and the only room for improvement would be service. The service can get disorganized and forget their tables or wrong items, communication barrier at times.
