I’ve ate here before for the lunch menu and got beef and Broccoli today I wanted beef and broccoli and to try their pad Thai so I didn’t get the lunch special. The pad Thai was not very good. The sauce was definitely off. The beef and broccoli was good but not as good as the the first time. Some parts of it was hot. Some parts of the food was hot and some of it was room temperature. It was weird. My brother got the sesame chicken lunch special and he liked it. The sauce on the season chicken was really good. I enjoyed their little egg rolls. Next time I’ll get the beef and Broccoli, lunch special.

Little Siagon Restaurant quickly became one of my favorite restaurants when I find myself in Springfield Illinois. The menu boasts various Asian cuisines: Vietnamese, Thai, and Chinese. I must say I was impressed with all the various selections and how delicious they taste. I was further impressed by the fact that MSG is not used, and that the dishes are prepared with low sodium.
Though the restaurant is constantly busy, the ambiance allows for a quiet romantic dinner for two; one in which you don't have to strain your voice to talk, or to be heard.
The tea beverages are a must try.

I highly recommend this restaurant.

The quality of food is good. It's actually better than expected for an Asian fusion in Springfield, IL. I stopped by here for dinner during my trip back home from Chicago to Kansas City. I enjoyed the Sai Gon Siu Mai, Mi Kho (mixed noodles with soup on the side), and Basil Dish. The atmosphere is very comfortable. They paint each section of the restaurant in cute different colors. It has a grandma's house cozy feelings. I will come back next time I pass by Springfield.

Their food is so good! An absolute favorite appetizer is their Crab Rangoon - it's so crisp and delicious! And the vegetable soup at lunch is so simple, yet super yummy!

Love the authentic Thai flavors in their dishes. Have never had a bad meal here. The Panang Curry seems to always be my go to, but hubby loves their Pad See-loo and chicken basil. The sweet sour unbreaded chicken is yummy and the asparagus chicken, too

I really like the food here and may try a different dish every time. I don't remember the name of the one from this trip, but it was pretty bland. My server left on break or for home and didn't say anything that another person would take over. He eventually stopped by my table.

In a word: "consistant" which is hard to do...food was tasty and was equally great second time I visited. The pho (fah) was excellent. Everything was super fresh and comforting, filling anddelicious.

Good was great

Consistently the best Thai restaurant I have ever been to. My wife and I very much enjoy trying new thai places when we travel(Stl, Nashville, New York, Nepal) and yet one of the the best is only 20 min from our house. Their massaman curry is fantastic and their satay chicken surprises me every time we get it. If you haven’t been, I highly recommend you try it. Plus their prices are hard to beat and their service is good!

Some of the best Thai/Vietnamese food in Springfield with great vegan options including my favorite— Panang curry with tofu. Highly recommend!

I got the Pad Thai and the flavor profile was not good, almost tasted like sweet and sour sauce instead of Pad Thai flavors. Egg drop soup was also bland

This is a family favorite! Spicy glass noodles or their pad Thai is my choice.

It was a 5/5 15 years ago, still is today. The crab rangoon is to die for and has some of the best friend rice. Stop by everytime im back in town.

The best thing about this place was the iceberg lettuce. We went because the reviews were so highly rated. Should have read and seen that clientele was mainly Caucasians who probably never had real pho or Thai. The beef and papaya salad sauce is made with cheap lime/lemon juice concentrate. The beef was cooked in an overly sweet stir fry. I've never left so much pho behind because it was so bad. Water and pho flavor with tons of msg.

I've been to nearly all Thai and Vietnamese restaurants in town, and so far, this is the only place I can find that makes a halfway decent panang curry. Though it is definitely above average for the area, I've been spoiled by living near many such restaurants around the country, so my expectations may be unrealistically high. Aside from good curry, they also have high-quality pho, which really hits the spot during those frigid winter months.

The best general tso i've ever had. Wish i lived closer. But no issues at all. Very highly recommend.

Always a good place to eat. Good service. Prices are good for the amount of food you get. I like their Pho and the Vietnamese steak over rice with the egg on top. Eat here quite a bit. As long as they keep doing it like they do it, I'll keep coming back.

On a quick trip through town, stopped by for dinner and was pleased with the Vietnamese noodles and Pho dishes we tried (they also have Thai and Chinese fare). They were busy with diverse clientele (good sign) and service was decent considering. Reasonable prices make this a great value.

Lady asked for another tip even after I left one on the table she was not my server why would I tip the cashier when I already tipped the server 🤯

It was between peak times so it was easy for the waitress to be attentive, but it looked like she had it together.

My friend and I both had the Pad Thai and it was great. My friend told me she'd actually never had it before so I made her get it, and now she's completely won over. We were just passing through and don't live local, but if we're ever that way again we will definitely keep this place in mind! Their rangoons are also stellar and I'm very picky about those.

Good place for lunch, decent prices, and portions. Be specific when ordering caus i think the servers are a little less proficient in english. Overall, it is a good place I would recommend. Especially the mongolian dish ( one of their speciality).

I love this restaurant and have been going there for at least 20 years. The food is great, the service is excellent, and the atmosphere is very pleasant. You definitely need to check them out if you’re in the area.

We tried com thit bo neung and pho Saigon. The taste was superb! The rice vermicelli was very soft and sticky. Really enjoy the food. The staffs were polite and prompt. The atmosphere is very comfortable. Will be back again in our next business trip.

Let's just say, we won't be coming back here next time we visit Springfield. My food came Luke warm. The meat to rice ratio was pitiful. Pictures lie. Barely meat for a 2 year old. Soup brother was ok but meat did not take right. Pho better in Carpentersville il. .service was very good and only reason for a 3 star.

Little Saigon is a restaurant. Inside the restaurant you will find booths, tables, and chairs. They provide menus. You order from the menu. Severs give your food selection to the kitchen staff. Once the kitchen staff prepares your meal, your server brings it to you. Now it’s time eat. Hopefully you like your meal of choice. I always enjoy the food at Little Saigon which is a restaurant. You can also order food to go. I like to order pad Thai with shrimp and then eat it in my car. My car is not a restaurant hahahahahahaahhhhhh.

Everything we ordered was very good but a couple things stood out:
1) chicken wings appetizer - may very well be the best I've ever had 🙂
2) Singapore Vermicelli - listed as spicy on the menu and didn't disappoint - lots of flavour and good level of heat for this capsaicin enthusiast

I’ve only lived in Springfield for 3 months and have had Little Saigon 7-8 times. It’s my go to takeout place and everything I have tried is delicious. Prices are reasonable and portions are generous.

Huge fan of the Christian broadcasting but not so huge on the interior design. The pho was good but needed a lot more condiments to spruce up the flavor, and the papaya salad I got tasted too much like Pine-Sol for me to enjoy thoroughly.

Ordered 3 lunch 'specials' at the online advertised $7.45 each price.
Arrived at restaurant and was told the online prices are wrong and my total was almost $40 now... Employees made no attempt to apologize. Just handed me a paper menu as I was picking it up and asking about the price discrepancy and said, "this is the right price here".
Well, it's not the customer's fault that Little Saigon is listing the wrong prices!
Little Saigon needs to update their advertised online prices or honor the prices listed. Plus, for such meager portions, I would not pay $10+ dollars per plate (styrofoam mini-tray).

This is a very solid place to eat. I've never had a bad meal and I like that I can get several types of Asian cuisine. Their prices have stayed reasonable too.

I have really liked this place in the past, the food for dine in has always been light and and great tasting. No overuse of oil or salt.

Our last experience for take out was a bit disappointing. Two different dishes essentially turned out to be the same thing. 😞

As there are very few vegan options with such a wide menu as Little Siagon, we will definitely be back. However, I am hoping the last visit was an anomaly and not a trend.
