Let me tell you a thing or 2 about Ings Palace! All of the reviews I read did not even do this establishment justice! When I tell you this is the best Chinese food I've ever had!! Best I ever had.. portion sizes are on point! Flavor is.. on point!! Customer service.. on point! I mean I cannot say a bad thing about this place. Except I wish they had a location closer to my home in florida. I am so sorry I didn't get the servers name, but I'm sure if you've gone here, or if you ever go, you'll know who I'm talking about. He helped make our whole experience super memorable. Kept our drinks refilled, took his time to patiently answer whatever menu item questions we had, just all around very friendly and helpful. Please if you haven't tried this place, and are in the area, do yourself a favor. We literally called a few family members right from the table to tell them about how good the food was. I mean crunchy hot egg rolls, everything! We will definitely be back when we're in town.

My parents are regulars here and is their primary spot for Chinese Take Out. My husband and I come from out of town and love coming here and he calls it "the noodle place" because we always get the war mein entree. Him and I are also suckers for Ing's crab rangoons and hot and sour soup!

Used to be great. As of 2/2025, their food was extremely bland and underseasoned. We will never order from them again.

My husband introduced me to ings when we started dating over 11 years ago and it has been our go to for the best Chinese food in the area. There is a guy who has been serving there for years and everytime we go he is the absolute best and always super friendly. The dry Mongolian beef is the best!

I ordered $60 worth of food. It was delivered promptly. All the food tasted like old grease. The worst Chinese food that I have ever had ! Had to throw it all away. Sooo bad. Never again.

All around amazing…
I had delivered. The food was great. It was reasonably priced, tasty, nice portions, and hot (as if it came straight from kitchen to a table at the restaurant). Delivery was extremely fast. I’ve never seen food packed this well before - nothing spilled, things were separated that should be - allowing nothing to become soggy. Delivery pricing was more then reasonable.
Next time I’m craving Asian food I will be ordering from here. Thank you!

Food was well prepared. There are Thai, Japanese, and Chinese food on the menu. The dining room is somewhat plain but the service and food are great. Parking is kind of tight. We always order takeout so being there to eat was different. Menu is much easier to read than the online menu.

Had the Mongolian chicken and it was tasteless. The dishes we ordered come with rice, yet they gave a bowl for us to share instead of rice with each plate. The plate looked huge when the waitress approached the table with it, but they simply put a small amount of chicken on top of a huge pile of cheap rice "noodles" that aren't desirable at all. Not going back and I'm never telling anyone about this place

I've been working in Burbank for a few years now and I'm kicking myself for not checking Ing's Palace out sooner. The prices are good, the portions are huge, and the service is fantastic. I had the Mongolian Beef lunch special and it was delicious. I'm definitely going to be coming back - SOON.

You get a ton of food for your money, which is incredibly rare these days, and it's absolutely delicious. The owner is also super friendly and makes some great drinks. He also makes some homemade spicy mustard that will clear your sinuses and have you breathing like a new man.

This was our first visit and definitely won't be out last. Inviting smile from when we walked in to when when exit. Gentleman that took our order was very attentive and acknowledged everyone in the room. Recognized previous customers with a "hello_____ (name of customer)" or screaming, "NORRMMM" and made everyone feel welcomed.

Appetizers were delicious. Food was well portioned and had the perfect flavor. It was not too sweet nor too salty. We didn't get a chance to taste any of their signature drinks but definitely will on our next visit.

No flavor and contains canned tomatoes and canned mushrooms… I just can’t with the canned vegetables 🤢 Very disappointing $20 meal for one person. I would have taken it back, but I ordered it shortly before they closed and didn’t get to eat it until after midnight.

My family and I had dinner at Ing’s Palace today. Let me start by saying that it was a grand experience. The food its beyond delicious, we had three different vegetarian dishes, and a Vegetable sushi roll. I love the variety of vegetarian options, they were all very tasty. I hope I have our server’s name correct, Morton treats customers like family , he goes above and beyond to make people feel welcome.

I use to love this place I had an issue with my wings being to hard and they were not trying to accommodate me he just kept saying we fry that's why it's hard my son could not eat the wings please don't go here if your order gets messed up they will not accommodate and as much as they charge they should they charge for everything extra and I did not know that but it's ok now I will try to find another place

I placed a huge order today and the food was mediocre. I placed another order a few weeks ago and it was the same as today. Not enough sauce or non existence of sauce/gravy, especially in the eggfo young. The chicken was rubbery. The egg rolls had a very weird taste to them. My household of 6 was looking forward to dinner today all week and we are once again very disappointed by the food. I should heave learned from the previous order but I wanted to give them another chance. I regret doing it now.

So after almost a year of telling my partner to take me to this place, we finally decided to go today. It was a cute spot. We started off with the egg roll and I loved it. I order me the volcano sushi roll and I enjoyed it as well once the pot stickers arrived I was skeptical about trying it. The sauce was very very red. So I allowed my partner to tried it first. Well just on her face expression told me enough to not even try it. My partner described the sauce horrible and the texture of the post sticker was crunchy and a lot of dough, the inside was flavorless that she couldn’t even finished it. I didn’t even want to try it.. we got our food after the appetizers and was impress with the big portion.. I was excited to taste it all.. We order the sesame chicken, mangolian chicken and beef fried rice. So I tried the sesame chicken and i definitely wasn’t happy I didn’t get a sweet tangy taste it was too mushy and just didn’t taste right.. the chicken was way off for me.. as for my partner mangolian chicken well let me tell you.. she couldn’t even eat it. I felt so bad because we both were very hungry and well she lucked out. She had me taste one piece of her chicken and it was the worse chicken I have ever ate.. it was super soft no flavor and idk it was not the chicken I be eating lol It made me so nauseous I lost my appetite after that. I asked the waiter to come to our table and let him know my partner did not like it. I told him the chicken felt not cooked right or idk but it wasn’t right. He didn’t charge me for it.. I was upset because not only did my partner not eat I paid $80 for my meal and walked out of there so unhappy. I felt bad I made my partner take me . I gave it a 2 start for nice place and the sushi was good. Definitely don’t recommend the mangolian chicken or anything that has chicken at this point. I never leave a review but I felt I had too.. I was definitely disappointed and disgusted. 🤢

Food was just ok. Paid $49 for rice, “lo mein”, and sesame seed chicken. The lo mein was really weird and had no color at all. The noodles were not what we wanted at all. Paid way too much for the food to be just ok.

Here’s my edit since I can’t reply. I ordered the shrimp lo mein. I did not order the vegetable lo mein. This dish did have shrimp, but again the flavor and the noodles were just not what I ordered.

Kings platters is very good Chinese but the prices are way too high otherwise it might be perfect the Launchpad the lunch special and two sodas with 26.00.

I finally got to go here and i was so happy that i did. I've been hearing about ings for months and when i was in the area i got to sit down and war. Our waiter mort was such a nice guy. Always checking in and telling us stories and laughing with us. Extremely nice guy. Food was great. Huge family style portions that we ended up taking home which i loved. Egg rolls were great. I really enjoyed their homemade sauces for them. I enjoyed my wonton soup and main courses and had tons leftover. Prices was very fair for the amount of food and wonderful service.

Ordered for takeout because a friend recommended this place. It was not as I expected. I think it’s way overpriced for the quality of the food. Pork fried rice and boba drinks are just okay. Nothing stood out and it’s something I can get anywhere else at a better price. What really threw be off were the potstickers. I felt like I was ripped off by how bad they were. They were huge and it was mostly thick dry bread. I had never had a potsticker made out of dough. The potsticker sauce is also not as expected.

First time esting here in over 35 years. They used to be on Harlem off of 95th. Food still tastes the same as did way back then! Glad I had the chance to eat here one more time!

The food here is really good. The soup is super hot, which really warms you up on a cold winter day!

I ordered the California roll and eel roll from Uber eats. My rolls were warm and the eel roll tasted so disgusting it made me throw up. First and last time I order from this place.

Couldn’t come to the door cuz of broken leg which is why I told the restaurant to leave my order at the door Driver kept assisting that I come to the door or he will not deliver. Address and directions were very clear
Go to Lucky Dragon in justice instead.

I really like this place. Great food 😋 friendly staff. Didn't leave hungry. The portions were awesome. Got to take home my leftovers 😋

Fast service especially since we had a very large party.

I’ve been going to Ing’s for years and while the food is good I can’t no longer support this restaurant.

As a loyal customer you just don’t feel appreciated. The other day I placed an order of $300 and it would have been nice to get a little extra something for such a big order….a FREE $2 egg roll or something….the greed!

The prices keep and keep going up and the food portions keep going down. Look elsewhere for Chinese Take Out in the area where the prices/portions are fair and you feel appreciated as a customer.

The crispy shrimp roll is amazing!!! Sesame balls are very good too.

Service is fast and the food good.

The service, the atmosphere and most of all the food was exceptional. I would recommend Ing's Place to my friends and family, i will say it was my 1st and it won't be my last

So I don't write many reviews but I feel I need to share this because its another example of the poor customer service but want to charge higher prices.

Now the food is great!! I have been ordering for delivery for many years. I ordered tonight like I usually do, I get confirmation, eta for delivery, all set, right !? WRONG!!!

Now the delivery time has come and gone, I waited and extra 15 min just in case they are busy or traffic etc. I called the restaurant, spoke to a young lady and I asked for the status of my order. Gave her my number, she put me on hold to check with the driver. I sit on hold for a few minutes and then she comes back and says what was your question again? I said, I was checking the status of my order and she said yeah, um the manager said your order was canceled because we don't deliver past 5 miles and your 7 miles away (I'm around 6) and proceeded to ask if I would like to place an order for pick up. I said how come no one called me to let me know this and she didn't have an answer. She just repeated if I would like to place an order for pick up. Are you kidding me !!?!?!

Be cautious when you order delivery...they may cancel your order out of nowhere even when you've been a customer for years and they won't even bother to call you !! Sad because they have great food.

The food is so greasy it all has the same flavor..

Called in so I wouldn’t wait for my food. Everything was good they accepted it, but when I got there, they said my order was never placed. Bs! Was having a wonderful day till this. & they couldn’t even give a free drink or some for the inconvenience. Never again!

The best Chinese takeout I have had in a long time. Everything was seasoned to perfection and tasted amazing!

I order today 3 dishes but i will never order again the food is too overpriced when the food is good i dont mind to expend the extra dollars i order combination fried rice the rice super dry and the chicken super hard/ zcheuan shrimp not a single vegetable its like shrimp on black gravy
And a large order of general tso chicken that it was more like chicken with alot of sweet and sour sauce and the chicken super hard never again !!!!

Unfortunately, I guess the chefs are making the selection decisions now! My sons love the fried chinese shrimp appetizers but I was told chefs wont make them anymore so I won't be ordering from Ings anymore 😪

My family has been eating at ings Palace for over 25 years, used to love the old location, but have to say the new location is much nicer. Beef fried rice is great. Egg rolls are delicious. I love their white rice too. Never a disappointment

I'm a trucker that found a gem 💎.. truly the best Chinese food I've had in a long time, but aside from that, my server Aliyah was the sweetest, most attentive I've ever experienced. I'm coming back one day for that honey and lemon tea!
