There is retail parking which can be validated with the company but the system was acting up so it was not working for me.

I went for the lunch happy hour which they had a variety of selection but very limited on the menu. I wanted to get the dumplings but they couldn't be steamed only fried.

I did enjoy the variety of cocktails for happy hour at $10. I had the Just Peachy and Henny-Rita which were both tasty,

I enjoyed the oysters which was a special for the happy hour with a minimum of 8 to purchase. My entree was the Pad See Ew Shrimp which was good but lots of noodles clumped together with even added sauce had no flavor and nice, big, juicy shrimp that needed more for the price of the meal.

Overall the place and ambience was nice but a few things they can do to improve with the quality of the food, and cooking options as preferred.

Snap Thai Fish has one of the best bars in town for it's great atmosphere and space to talk with friends over unique cocktails.

Be advised to park in the parking garage under the restaurant (validated in the restaurant) or valet. The street parking suggests FREE parking for two hours, but I had boots (2! of them) within an hour of entering the restaurant. It ended up being a $75 Purple Haze (unique and delicious with great smoky presentation) cocktail.

Snap Thai Fish House is definitely a place I'd return to for its excellent food, attentive service, and vibrant atmosphere—ideal for any occasion.
I recently visited a beautiful and festive restaurant, perfect for celebrating special occasions. Upon arrival, the entrance immediately set a cheerful tone, and the front desk greeted us warmly, confirming our reservation and escorting us to our table. Since we were celebrating a birthday, the staff made sure to acknowledge it, which was a nice touch.

Our server, Steven, was attentive and friendly, wishing us a happy birthday right away. The menu offered a variety of options, and we decided to try several dishes: clam chowder, shrimp tempura sushi roll, salmon green curry, salmon with three sauce curry, and shrimp fried rice (as the curries didn’t come with rice). The house also offered rice crisps, which were a nice surprise.

To drink, we had a virgin mojito and a virgin pineapple drink, both refreshing and beautifully presented. The ambiance was stunning with fish-inspired décor, fitting perfectly with the restaurant's name. It felt both elegant and cozy.

The service was excellent throughout the meal. Steven was respectful, attentive, and made sure everything was just right. One minor drawback was that the chairs were a bit too close to the neighboring tables, making it a bit cramped at times—especially when the server passed by. However, this didn’t detract too much from the overall experience.

The food was flavorful and well-prepared, with each dish offering a delightful mix of tastes. Overall, the restaurant provided a wonderful dining experience, combining great service, tasty food, and a lovely atmosphere. Highly recommend for a special occasion or just a nice night out!

Such a highly elegant Thai style fine dining place!! Waiter was so nice to describe and helped us to choose menu and food was incredibly amazing! Chef Pattie’s food are so artistic and tasteful!

Diner Review №15

I ordered for lunch via uber eats. I love a good lobster roll so I tried that. It came with soup and potato wedges so it was very filling. The roll was a bit in the sweeter side. It wasn't bad but not what I expected from a lobster roll. The soup was good but also a bit sweet. Their menu looks very interesting so I would definitely go in person to try more dishes.

Diner Review №16

Mid. It’s very underwhelming once you taste the food because everything leading up to that was WOW!! Then the food came😟 Just a little note 📝on the Shrimp and Scallops. High recommendation for that particular dish and she not all that. Not enough pasta and thought there may have been more Shrimp and Scallops, like Four Shrimp and maybe Three Scallops.

The Pad Thai, again nothing special. Maybe I should have gotten the “Special” 😆, it sounded good. Oh and the prices…geeeeewizzz!!

Overall, I may give it another try, 🤷🏾‍♂️

It was a little loud but otherwise excellent. The food was delicious and all items are large enough to share so you can get a true sampling of the menu.

We rented the private room for a milestone birthday party and had an amazing time! The staff were outstanding, the food was wonderful, it’s a must for anyone looking for a great date night or fun time.

Diner Review №25

First time there yesterday, Christmas. Seating is too close to other parties in order to chat comfortably. There are three booths that seat four, so be sure to reserve one of those if applicable. They also have a private dining area. Even though we alerted them in advance that one of us was gluten free, the hostess was not able to locate the gluten-free menu. Our waitress took care of this. First glass of wine sent back as it was oxidized. With a half empty dinning room, we were seating directly next to another couple, uncomfortably close. Our request to move one table down was granted.

The grouper was way over cooked, and actually a bit tough. Scallops were perfectly cooked and delicious. Desert of coconut ice cream didn’t have much flavor and was served with stale peanuts.

I would not visit this restaurant again with a party of just two guests; it is not an intimate experience. None of the minor glitches were deal killers, but competition is fierce in Buckhead. As a destination restaurant, they are going to need to improve to survive.

Diner Review №26

It always kicks off with fresh oysters and zesty Thai lobster rolls, setting the stage for an epic main course of either succulent shrimp and scallops or melt-in-your-mouth beef short ribs.

Great place for dinner, and special events

Diner Review №31

(Reposting from the correct account this time). Great Thai and not your typical Thai place. We had lunch there and it was excellent. And good prices for lunch menu! We’d love to come back.

However the parking situation will prevent us from ever returning. We visited another establishment that shares parking with Snap and used the proper validation code. But the parking company refuses to acknowledge this and sent a bill for an $87 fine for not paying for parking. After diplomatically reaching out to the company to dispute the fine (which is egregious in itself of $87 - the City doesn't even charge that much for parking tickets), they refused to acknowledge the error. This is even after I was told by an employee of one of the coffee shop that the parking company had been having problems and sending out tickets mistakenly. I guess I will never return to any of these establishments, sadly, due to the egregious and unscrupulous nature of the parking operator. That's sad, as Snap is really good. I hope the management of Snap and the other restaurants there have a conversation with the landlord over their parking operator who is actively running off customers. Honestly they can’t afford to have customers run off, and it’s terrible the parking operator is doing it. Check out reviews for other restaurants here - there are many complaints about this.

Went to a fixed price candlelight/wine event with live music.

The restaurant is lovely but the 4-course meal only included 2 wines, the lobster tail was salty and overcooked (probably due to pre-plating) and when I ordered my own $20 glass of white wine, it was obviously poured into a carafe that contained a little Cabernet. I sent it back.

Also, the candlelight was provided by ordinary small votives that dripped and were lit too soon for their size. And the musician was oddly positioned at the front of the bar, making the volume too loud for conversation at the tables up front so she could be heard in the back. (To be fair, the volume was fine on some songs.)

All in all, a swing and a miss. I wouldn't go so far as to say I wouldn't go back, but order off the menu. The event we attended was not particularly gracious dining.

Diner Review №34

It should be a 5 star but I had to be honest about one dish. Lobster Pad Thai... Lobster was perfect but the Pad Thai was dry & little bit over cooked.

• Lobster & Fried Rice (on the side): The best I would say. Fried rice was so juicy & creamy in texture & was melting in the mouth. Perfectly cooked lobster, not rubbery... retained the original taste, flavor & juiciness. Therefore, I will order Lobster Fried Rice.
• Lamb Shank: Very subtle flavor, tenderness & juiciness was commendable. Bottom was mashed potato, sauce was appealing not only due to the choice of plating but also for the texture. The meat was falling off when shaking with the bone. A little bit of sour salad to strike the tongue, topping was a crispy element of honeycomb design. Perfect dish.
• Chef Special Fried Fish: cubed cut, circle shaped & fried... presentation was excellent & taste was good, not like you want to order it on the next time. Rather I would try their other menus.
• Coconut IceCream: The best one probably. The crumbles at bottom, & that crispy element were complimenting the iceCream... would certainly order on my next visit.

Great food and atmosphere. We will be back

Diner Review №38

Came for dinner last night very beautiful restaurant. Bar is nice and cocktails were on the sweeter side but still good.16- 20$ a drink is a little much. We had the calamari, branzino in green curry and the shrimp and scallops. The curry had good flavor but for the price the portions are way too small. The seafood itself was not seasoned and it tasted bland. The flavor comes from the sauces put on the dish. Also for how much they’re charging I expected more fine dining level service. Our server was very nice but the atmosphere in there was not full of urgency but more a casual bar type. This place could do a lot better or they need to lower prices for the portions. Also if this is a first date place for you be prepared to spend money. The parking is also not validated so it’s pricey and the GPS doesn’t take you to the actual restaurant. It’s kind of in the cut

Have Gotten To-Go and dined in. Food very good. Chicken and Lobster Fried Rice plus the spring rolls. Dine in food service did take a while to come out the night we went. But nice place

Diner Review №55

Very nice indeed! Lead here by one of my favorite tv shows Atlanta eats, I’ve wanted to try this place since it opened up. Nice location, great atmosphere. The service was a little slow but the food! I’ve never had such delicious fried rice in my life. For starters was the shrimp tempura and the vegetable dumplings both were great but the vegetable dumplings quite a bit tastier. For dinner I chose the lobster rolls (2) very nice size. A different take from the classic lobster roll recipe but a decent change. I’m not sure what spices were used but they have a very mild sweetness mixed with a subtle smokiness that really set them apart from other establishments. But the ultimate winner is the Lobster Fried Rice!! My goodness! I’ve never had fried rice that good. Beautiful presentation, delicious meal, nice ambiance. Five stars all the way.

Have you ever had a delicious meal that makes you wonder if the chef is single? That’s exactly how I felt during my visit to Snap Thai Fish House, where I got to indulge in some upscale Thai cuisine. We started with appetizers while browsing the menu, and I decided to go with the lobster-fried rice. I thought the lobster would be mixed in, but to my surprise, they served me an entire lobster to crack open with the rice on the side! I dove right in, extracting the meat before devouring the whole meal. It was easily a 15/10—just the first bite sent my taste buds into orbit, and yes, I was definitely wondering if the chef was available! It was my birthday, and I was feeling on top of the world, surrounded by great company. The ambiance, atmosphere, and service were equally impressive, also a solid 15/10. I had an amazing time and enjoyed every moment!

This was my first time trying Thai food and my server Journey was so helpful and informative. She walked me through a great experience. The ambiance was nice, food was pretty good, and service was amazing. Would come back

Diner Review №65

This is upscale dining experience with a unique twist on Thai cuisine. Our server Journey explained this was French technique on Thai cuisine. She talked about the specials and was attentive and gave us space to enjoy our meal. I ordered the Scallops...these were cooked perfectly tender but needed a little more spice. My Sister enjoyed the lobster pad Thai and agreed it needed a little more spice. We prefer a medium spice. The drinks were perfect...lychee cosmo...definitely will get again. Overall this was a lovely experience with great service.

Diner Review №66

The food was average. They forgot to bring the lobster bisque and they were out of Singha but did not tell us. They just neglected to mention it. The pad thai was very average. It was not very warm but the shrimp were a decent size. Its flavor was ok. We had both wanted to try the Ginger Soy Mushroom preparation of the Sea Bass but we were told it doesn’t actually have mushrooms. The dragonfruit margarita was good. Our overall expectations were high based on other reviews, but we were disappointed. The experience was not bad, but it wasn’t great.

Diner Review №67

Diner Review №68

Sarina absolutely killed it! She’s quick, adaptable, and delivers great service with a smile. She’s ready to handle things solo—no doubt about it!

Diner Review №69

While the food was of quality, it wasn't worth the price. The more concerning item was the bill. When our table received our separate bills, the amount was correct, as it accounted for the entrees, tax, and gratuity. However, after our credit card was charged, it was a different amount than what was agreed upon. While it was only a couple of dollars difference, we wanted to know why the charge was different, as the same thing happened to everyone at our table.

We brought this up to the server, who said they would check on it. 10 minutes later, they came back to take a photo. Another 10 minutes passed and they didn't return, so we left as it had been 30 minutes since we received the initial bill. It was suspicious, unprofessional, and frustrating to end this way with such a mediocre experience. Save your money - not worth the hassle.

Diner Review №84

Totally hidden gem if you like Thai food. Drinks rival any bar in the city for quality. Food is off the hook good. It is not "Thai bistro" pricing, but who else gives you lobster fried rice with a beautiful lobster tail sitting on top of the best fried rice in town?

Diner Review №85

Delicious all around. One of my favorite panang curries and I’ve tried a lot of them. Recommend trying that over the sea bass, with a side of jasmine rice, and be sure to order the shrimp tempura and spring rolls.

Diner Review №86

I was very impressed with the meal, I especially enjoyed that they offered vegan shrimp pad thai, which was delicious.

Diner Review №87

Diner Review №88

I brought my family for my dad’s birthday dinner and had a bit of high hopes coming into the restaurant, seeing pretty interior and loving thai food. I assumed it was going to be a fusion take on thai food so I was curious as to what to expect.

Atmosphere was pretty nice as expected from pictures. Lovely modern decor, probably aimed for younger and fancier folks, no issues there! We sat at a booth and it was comfortable. Our appointment was around 6:30pm on a Sunday and we were a bit surprised to see nobody else inside the restaurant. We saw a couple more customers on the way out though.

Food was ok. Nothing knocking my socks off, but flavors were there. We ordered half dozen oysters, grouper with masala curry, shrimp and scallops, and lobster pad thai. All tasted good, portion was ok — we added a side order of jasmine rice to have with curry sauces, and I think that was a good choice. Oysters were fresh and plump. Grouper, shrimp, and scallops were cooked well, but the lobster tail on the pad thai was slightly overcooked and chewy. Presentation was a bit rustic than sleek.

We ordered two drinks: one cocktail (haku loha) and drafter lager. They were both expensive for what they were. The draft beer was $9 for not even a pint looking glass. Haku loha was pretty but a bit too sweet and lacking acidity. I think whoever’s in charge of cocktail menu might want to try all drinks and adjust the taste balance, since I see a lot of similar reviews.

Service was eh. Upon entry our server asked for occasion, which we told her it was our father’s birthday. She just said happy birthday to him like three times throughout the dinner. Kind of weird acknowledging the occasion multiple times, only verbally. Other high end restaurants I visit offer desserts on house or even bring literally a plate with a mini candle and a message written in chocolate that I felt cared for as a customer.

We also weren’t given explanation (or markers) on oysters when it was a mix of east/west coast variety, and we had to flag down our server and ask her which were from where.

In general service felt not warm and sparse, especially for the price point. It’s like they wanted to be a high end restaurant, but it didn’t feel like it. We didn’t feel comfortable enough to order desserts by the end of our entrees.

Lastly, when we received the bill, their recommended tips started at 20%. Inflation is hitting tips, I get it, but it’s especially tackier when the pre-calculated tip percentage includes taxes. I think it’s a bit of deceitful practice (and I get this is more a manager/owner’s responsibility than an individual server)

As a summary, these stood out to me as why I couldn’t justify the price it did:
- no complimentary bread/butter
- no explanation/description of items being served or ordered
- sparse and non-warm service even during slow business
- no acknowledgement of occasion other than verbal message (better to not ask if nothing’s being offered)
- sketch pre-calculated tips

Food was honestly not bad and I quite liked some dishes, but combined with the above points, I ultimately don’t think Snap Thai is competitive at all with other restaurants at similar price points. There is a lot of room for improvement and I think lack of customers show that. I don’t think I’d return anytime soon, but hopefully with time this restaurant can grow into the vision.

Diner Review №89

We liked the upscale experience at Snap Thai. Food taste was ok. I felt the fried rice 🍚 tasted more like Chinese rather than Thai. Lobster Sushi 🍣 roll was really good and they have a large selection of cocktails 🍹

Diner Review №90

Diner Review №91

Extremely overpriced menu, and very average food. It's probably the worst chicken fried rice I've tasted anywhere apart from hospital food. The Lamb shank was ok, but paired with Masaman sauce just seemed strange. The Snapper was delicious, but it should be at these prices. The location is very nice, but the atmosphere and decor is hideous and boring 😴. An early Saturday dinner with on a few other tables and the service was dreadfully slow. This could be much better, but it's definitely lacking.

Diner Review №92

Very nice spot for a fancy dinner with a handful of vegan options. I enjoyed the vegan shrimp pad Thai and dishes could also be veganized with veggies or tofu. One desert and appetizer could also be veganized. The restaurant was very thoughtfully and uniquely designed and the service was excellent

Diner Review №93

A recent visit to Snap thai offered a delightful exploration of upscale Thai cuisine. The meal began with perfectly grilled chicken satay, served with a rich peanut sauce for dipping, and delicate pot stickers. The star of the show was the fried rice, a fragrant combination of shrimp, fluffy rice, egg, pineapple chunks, and crunchy cashews. Don't forget to end your meal on a sweet note with their decadent desserts, and for a unique twist, explore their menu of custom craft cocktails that incorporate Thai flavors. Overall, Snap Thai provides a memorable fine-dining experience.

Nick was a great server (excellent table maintenance skills, good recommendations, friendly, communicative — mostly... read on).

Our food was delicious & came out in a timely manner. Ambiance (music/interior) was beautiful.

However, my friend and I felt misled because he'd asked us if we wanted to add shrimp to our pad thai & that it was $5. We agreed - I remarked that that sounded like a great deal.

Fast forward to our bill & our pad thai which we expected to be $51 ($46 + $5) was $66. A whopping $20 added to the dish! I mulled it over and realized he'd meant that each shrimp was $5 (yes, they are large shrimp, but not $5 big.)

Ok - this is also misleading in that, if EACH shrimp is an additional $5, then why weren't we as guests asked HOW MANY we would want? The chef just arbitrarily chose to add 4 shrimp? What if they added 8 shrimp & we ended up getting charged $40 extra for the pad thai? Yeah, that would be wild.

So now, when the dish comes out, we as guests are still "in the dark" about the shrimp being $5 altogether versus $5 apiece. We would never have known till the bill came out.

So, overall, dinner was fine... just lacked some transparency in an attempt to upsell, which was not really cool.

Asian guy with the fake Gucci shoes- My wife and sister in law sit at the bar to get drinks. Guy comes over and takes the order. 20 MINUTES go by and he comes over and says “give me just a minute” it’s already been 20 minutes kinda of weird but okay. (Wasn’t even busy) then after another 5 minutes he comes back and says “you guys ready to order?” They said we ordered 25 minutes ago?? He goes, “I KNOW GIVE ME A MINUTE.” Umm, you just asked for our order. After 30+ minutes we finally get our drink. Talk about an unpleasant experience!!! At least he’s trying with the Gucci shoes.

Won't be back. Very expensive. Entrees arrived to table cold. Taste was fine, but if you can't deliver entrees to the table hot when there are only 6 customers in the place I'd hate to see what it is like when busy. 20% tip for parties of four or more added to the check - but don't worry, you have the chance to add an additional tip which they present in such way that it looks like the basic tip (e.g., would you really add 20, 22, or 25% to a check where they already added a 20% tip?).

Diner Review №107

It is a sign when you go in a restaurant at 12 30 pm in the afternoon in the heart of lunch hour and there are only 2 tables occupied including ours. Food is outrageously priced for what you get. Food is mediocre at best. Nice looking restaurant inside but highly over priced and overrated.

The ambiance was okay. The service was good/okay but it was absolutely freezing in there and the food was giving me NOTHING. No flavor, no seasoning. Everything was so bland. Definitely not worth $200 for 2 people. Can’t ever see myself coming here again. Waste of money. So bland.

Diner Review №110

Overcharge about $40 tips, when I called them, they said will contact me the following day, but never heard from them again

Diner Review №112

It was my first time here, but it definitely won't be my last. The loster roll was delicious; small but delicious. Service and ambiance were great. Can't wait to return.

Diner Review №113

Great hostess!

Diner Review №114

Amazing cocktails, food and atmosphere. I had the red snapper special and it was to die for. Will definitely go back.

Diner Review №115

Very nice atmosphere 👌, food was good, service was 10/10. Will return.

My Favorite Restaurant

Diner Review №117

Great restaurant. Great food. Sorry I didn't take any pictures. Will definitely return.

Diner Review №118

cuisine was exquisite the atmosphere was astounding and the customer service was out of this world. I recommend the sea food tower it was a little pricey but it had me and my family 5 full. Best restaurant in Atlanta

Diner Review №119

This cuisine was exquisite I recommend the seafood tower it was a little pricy but it was excellent

Diner Review №120

Some of the best food in Atlanta. Our waiter Justin was one of the best waiters I've had in a long time. We want him every time we come. The entire staff was very professional. Will definitely return.

Diner Review №121

This has been the best restaurant experience I’ve had in Atlanta. Also Justin was the amazing. Next time I go again I need him as my server again!

Diner Review №122

Service and food were a 10/10! Our server was amazing. Will only come back for Justin.

Diner Review №123

Everything was great especially our server Justin. He is the main reason I will be back. He’s awesome!

Diner Review №124

Great place! 11/10 service. Kevin was amazing. We went on Valentine's Day with a different menu, and the food and service couldn't have been any better! Parking is extremely scarce though unfortunately

Diner Review №125

Great food and the server was awesome 👌

Diner Review №126

After the most amazing meal. We finished off these delicious desserts. Look at the attention to detail they put into the presentation. I am definitely coming back soon. It was worth every penny. I signed up for email notifications for their events.

Diner Review №130

I had the lobster pad Thai and it was absolutely amazing!!! The service was phenomenal and I loved the decor! You must try this place if you haven’t. Also my server Justin was beyond kind and helpful! I will be back again!!!

Diner Review №131

So my friends and I made a last minute reservation for dinner. We were greeted by the hostess. The atmosphere was simply breath taking. It’s an intimate establishment that’s not too loud. Our waiter Justin was the best ever!! He was so attentive and proactive. Everything he recommend was phenomenal. I had the red snapper and it exceeded my expectations. Justin’s service (and his cool tattoo sleeve lol) was more than amazing. I will definitely be back!

Diner Review №132

Justin (with the sleeve) was amazing! Made awesome suggestions, very attentive and created a very awesome and fun atmosphere! Definitely coming back and requesting for him again! Food was waaaay too good! Loved the lobster fried rice and the chef’s special!

Diner Review №133

Celebrating my wife birthday dinner, we decided to give a new restaurant a try. The decor is nicely arranged, the service was very welcoming.

The appetizers were crispy spring rolls and fried calamari. The calamari was good the spring rolls need some improvement.

My wife had the shrimp and scallops with a side of Brussel sprouts which was very tasty and prepared nice with the shrimp being tender and tasty, the scallops melted in your mouth. I was glad her meal was so well prepared.

The nice waitress/bartender suggested one of my favorite fish as the specialty of the day. I was looking forward to the lightly breaded fried Red Snapper which I have had in the Caribbean and numerous restaurants in Atlanta. It came looking like a well prepared sculpture ☺️. I went in to taste the nicely looking fish only to notice it was slightly over cooked😩. I was disappointed since it was the specialty today but my wife was happy and it was her dinner today so no complaints from me.

Hopefully when I decide to come back the snapper is up to my expectations🙏🏾

Diner Review №134

This place is excellent. Ate here for lunch on a weekend and the food was incredibly tasty and high quality from ingredients to presentation. Our server was very considerate and overall lovely and gave us great recommendations. The crème brûlée was to die for. Pot Stickers were really good as well.

Diner Review №135

This was an entire experience. The food and the drinks are amazing. I left feeling happy.

Diner Review №136

This is some of the best food I have ever eaten!!! This is the next great restaurant in Atlanta!!!

Diner Review №137

Everything very tasty and great service. Restaurant a bit lacking in atmosphere and really really bright. They need to dim the lights a little

Diner Review №138

Had the crispy fish with green curry and it was fantastic. My colleague got the fish tacos and he said it was good. I would recommend putting green curry on it!

The place is beautiful. Our server was so knowledgeable, sweet, and on it. Nothing to complain about except that I don't live in Atlanta and can't come more often!!!

Diner Review №139

The food and service were amazing

Diner Review №140

Must visit - fantastic food & drinks with a comfortable upscale atmosphere.

This place has been on our list of restaurants to visit and we were not disappointed! Service here was pretty attentive given a packed dining area. The menu was sizable as well which was impressive given the high quality of the dishes. We went with the short rib and lobster roll, both of which were to die for (although personally the short rib was the favorite). The prices are high here, so expect to spend $50+ per person, but it is definitely worth the cost.

Diner Review №141

Diner Review №142

This is a hidden gem. By far one of my favorite restaurants. I recommend all of my friends here. I came during soft opening, Valentine’s Day, and now have become a regular for special occasions.

Diner Review №143

I will be back.. there are more than a couple of more itmes that I need to try on the menu..

Our food came out decently fast and was delicious.

The decor is nice and modern.

Diner Review №144

Great food. Great service. Will definitely return!👍🏽🤗

Diner Review №145

Food was overpriced for the portion, I ordered scallops and shrimp dish, it had two pieces of shrimp and two scallops.

Diner Review №146

The culinary experience at this Thai restaurant is nothing short of extraordinary. Each dish is a masterpiece, bursting with vibrant flavors and exquisite presentation. From the moment the appetizers arrive tantalizing the taste buds with their perfect balance of sweet, sour, and just the perfect level of spice… you know the exact reason why you’re their for a date.

The service at this Thai restaurant is truly exceptional, elevating the dining experience to new heights. From the moment you step through the door, you are greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. The waitstaff's attention to detail and their ability to create a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere enhance the overall dining experience and make every visit memorable.

Diner Review №147

Diner Review №148

Absolutely beautiful restaurant. Our server was attentive and provided quick service. For drinks I had the lychee cosmopolitan which was a perfect blend of sweet and a tangy. We started with the spring rolls, tempura shrimp and dumplings. The appetizers were the best part of the meal. Their food presentation is remarkable. I ordered the lobster pad Thai which was mediocre. Most of the noodles were stuck together and the flavor was lacking, definitely not worth the $46 price. However my guest ordered the snapper and it was cooked to perfection. A nice fry and the fish was still tendered flavored well with a side of perfectly seasoned garlic rice. Parking was limited in the garage, there’s valet ($3) for an alternative.

Diner Review №149

Diner Review №150

The best restaurant in ATL. Their service is unmatched and the food is AMAZING. I had a private room for my birthday/launch party and the whole team really took care of me.
Justine and Tou are the best !!

Diner Review №151

What an awesome place for a great meal! Looking forward to sampling more dishes.

Diner Review №152

This might just be my favorite spot now. I went on Christmas Day and the food, service, music and atmosphere was amazing! (Don’t tell anyone) I went the next day and went today (Thursday) & I don’t regret it. Whether it’s Eric, Keryn or Katie, they are super knowledgeable about the menu and knew how to recommend the perfect food and drink combo. Oh don’t worry, I will be back w/ friends!

Diner Review №153

Katie and Eric are the best bartenders. Food is great and the atmosphere is very welcoming

Diner Review №154

Food was extremely overpriced considering the taste and portions. I will never visit or recommend this restaurant to anyone. It was a complete waste of money. I am regretting that I found it on open table and fell for such deceiving inaccurate reviews. Even the service was below average and utensils and glasses were not clean. I would have been more satisfied with chick filet than the food at this restaurant.

Diner Review №155

Diner Review №156

Diner Review №157

Diner Review №158

Ive been wanting to come here forever and I’m glad that I finally did! Everything was so nice! I sat at the bar and thoroughly enjoyed my meal and experience. Food was fantastic!

Diner Review №159

It was pretty cool inside the restaurant, our entire party was cold.

Diner Review №160

Diner Review №161

Man. The industrial modern concept design was spectacular. The food trumped the interior design.

Diner Review №162

Ok, so we love finding new places to have a date night! We absolutely love the ambiance in this spot! You enter and is greeted, they are nice and welcoming. The menu is sophisticated, let’s talk drinks- I had the dragon fruit margaritas- let me tell you soooo yummie, especially the small little jellies of dragon fruit- I could just a glass of this! My hubz had the hangover part 1/ and an old fashion made with uncle nearest!!! Let talk food- for appetizer- we had PLA MUK THOD- calamari. It was cooked very well, the sauce was a little to sweet for our taste. Other wise deliciousness!
For the main course the hubz had the green curry rainbow trout, with truffle fries and fried orka, it was all delicious as well! I have the jumbo shrimp pad Thai- love authentic food!
If you are ever in the area it’s a must try. Please bring your sophisticated side!

Diner Review №163

After seeing the amazing reviews, I really wanted to love this restaurant but it was merely OK. The experience started poorly before I even entered when a man barged out smoking a cigarette and hocking a loogie on the ground in front of me. The restaurant smelled heavily of fish ( perhaps fair enough given the name ). The host was friendly and accompanied but not so much anyone else. I was curious about the vegan Pad Thai so give it a try. The faux shrimp reminded me vaguely of hotdogs and the noodles tasted like they were covered in Thai spiced ketchup. Would not recommend. All in all, pretty disappointing to spend over $40 for a marginal plate and iced tea.

Diner Review №164

The lobster bisque was rather special. Perfect level of spice and great for this weather. The papaya salad was also great. Tina took great care of us. We had a lychee martini and an old fashioned that were delicious. So worth the visit.

Diner Review №170

Service was great! Food was overpriced and not tasty!

Diner Review №171

Stunning interior, delicious food, and amazing service by our lovely waiter (he was a very sweet middle aged or older Asian gentleman). We ordered the braised beef short ribs and the shrimp and scallops and you cannot go wrong with either. The calamari appetizer was also quite delicious

Diner Review №172

I typically don’t dine out in the Buckhead area because of the prices are extremely overwhelming but this particular night I decided to have myself an amazing time my server was outstanding she catered to me all night personal conversations she made me feel special. I will continue to give my money to snap tie. The aesthetic is amazing. They have it all decorated for Halloween and they also are having a don Julio party this Halloween on the 28th. I will be here with my girlfriend and we’re gonna have an amazing time. Risa is an all star !!!!

Diner Review №173

I came here to get a drink off of a limb, and I am truly impressed. The drinks are amazing. The service was impeccable, and I got served by risa getting served by her made the food taste even better! so sweet and amazing service. love it here of course coming back

Diner Review №179

Excellent Thai foods, great service.

Diner Review №180

Excellent food, drinks and music! We ordered the Lobster Rolls and Lobster fried rice amazing. Definitely adding this restaurant to our date night rotation!

Diner Review №181

Great establishment, great food, very organized and the server Nick was very attentive, really enjoyed. We just have such a good time!!! Super recommend.

Diner Review №182

Such an amazing place! The food is great and Nick is lovely and anticipatory to every need!

Diner Review №183

Diner Review №184

The food tasted good. Kind of pricy, but that wouldn’t have bothered me so much if the service was inviting and kind. I don’t expect to be best friends w the staff, but they should at least do the bare minimum required for a smooth ordering experience. Weird energy… it felt so uncomfortable every time they would come to the table :/ There are similar restaurants where you can feel more comfortable.

Came on a Thursday around 5 - pretty empty. Ordered oysters and shrimp crackers from their happy hour menu - great price for the oysters, but not very juicy or flavorful (fan of thai chili lime sauce though). Shrimp crackers not a large portion, but a fun snack with a fun mango sauce!

Ordered the massaman chicken (not a lot of curry, it’s a piece of chicken breast with vegetables. Not spicy at all, quite sweet) and the shrimp pad thai (shrimp were large and cooked well, but the pad thai was stickily sweet).

Had great service from Justin and great ambiance, just disappointingly very mediocre food.

Diner Review №193

Eric the bartender outfit : score of 9.8 - wanted to know where his jeans were from… never sent me the link.. was working so hard .. obviously forgot his phone in the car.. anyways good times with mediocre friends… and Eric.. cheers! Would recommend to a friend if I had any!!!

Diner Review №194

Nick was absolutely amazing! I highly recommend this place! It was his first day and he was amazing!

Diner Review №195

Snap Thai Fish Restaurant was great! Nick, our server, provided good service, and the food was amazing.

Diner Review №196

Diner Review №197

server took care of us really well. amazing vibes

Diner Review №198

Very, very good food

Diner Review №199

Came here for lunch and I’ll say this restaurant exceeded my expectations. The food here is incredibly amazing. We ordered the Satay chicken, Oysters and Tom yum Lobster Bisque (which I totally recommend getting) for starters.

For the mains, we got Scallops in green curry and Lobster Pad thai. Both are really good! Although the pad thai is a little too sweet for my liking. I also got the Lychee Cosmopolitan cocktail. My new favorite drink for sure.

Our server Nick made our experience even better with his exceptional service. He was so sweet and very helpful. Did I mention that this restaurant is aesthetically pleasing?
We would definitely come back even tho it’s an hour drive from us.
