Authenticity is not just about the ingredient. Our authenticity is about the tradition, practices, delicacy, and the quality of the ingredients. Since 2001, we at Thai Villa has been crafting authentic Thai food for our customers with utmost passion, the same passion a mother would cook for the family in Thailand. Now at the second generation of the same family since the beginning, the same beliefs has been maintained. We love our customers, and we love that they love our food. And it is these love and passions that we hold in our house, our Thai Villa.
While in town for business a couple coworkers and I found this hidden gem.
Food: Excellent we had some delicious food. I had the chicken spring rolls and the double treat chicken.
Service: Excellent, we were greeted as we arrived by a host at a reception type desk, he and our waitress were equally friendly and polite. Our waitress was helpful and attentive.
Ambiance: Welcoming environment, with a laid back feel. Indoor seating with bar, typical Asian style decor. In all a great meal.
10/21/24
I returned and dined in this time. Was quickly greeted and seated. I went with the beef Larb once more ($14) plus a side of white rice ($3) and an order of the fresh shrimp rolls which had a delicious peanut sauce ($6). Truly enjoyed my meal and was so happy I was able to dine in.
---
I was driving around, deciding on what to have for dinner, and finally made it here. They are only doing take out until Sept 26th due to not having servers, so I got the fresh shrimp rolls ($6) and the beef larb ($13). Got home to realize their larb doesn't have rice, so I heated up some of my Trader Joe's frozen cooked rice and made a big meal. The flavors were fresh and delicious, I ordered the larb mild because I don't have a heat tolerance yet, but I'm building it up. I will need to return to try their panang once I can sit in. It's a small spot, so I know it gets packed. While I was waiting, there were quite a few people picking up their orders as well.
During lunch hours, I indulged in the delightful freshness of the summer rolls made with shrimp, lettuce, basil leaves, vermicelli, and a heavenly creamy peanut sauce. For the main course, I savored the delicious chicken panang paired with perfectly cooked white rice. The entire experience showcased the commitment to freshness and love in every bite. Additionally, I must commend the excellent and efficient server who enhanced my dining experience. Looking forward to my next visit!
Delicious, fresh, reasonable cost Thai food - easy to see why many rate it one of best in Orlando. Style is more comfort food, not gourmet but very satisfying. They adjust spiciness to taste. Curry sauce (at least for green) is thin but not watery and well blended, creating a nice texture when covering the rice. Like the style - they bring out condiment dishes with ground peanuts, chili powder, chili sauces green (hot) & red (sweet hot)
Had the pork green curry, Tom kah soup with shrimp, summer rolls, steamed dumplings, coconut ice cream. All delicious and fresh. Pork was thinly cut and not chunky so knife not needed. Unlike other Thai places,Tom kah soup not highly salted. Summer roll wrap was not too sticky or fragile that it kept integrity for first couple bites with shrimp and veggies well rolled. Steamed dumplings pleasant surprise - my fave are the shrimp shumai that seem so rare in Orlando Asian restaurants - but the minced pork and shrimp were blended amazingly - smooth, subtle, delicate, no large chunks or harsh flavor so melt in the mouth good! All dishes I tried, I recommend but nowhere to list - guess my tastes may be a little off the popular list.
Dining room seems small with 10-12 tables, but no trouble moving between tables. Diners don't stay long cuz ambience not conducive to long stays: decor simple. But nice desserts - two large scoops of coconut ice cream for $4 was reasonable. TV screens with sports channels on but no bar to hang out casually.
Worth the wait but even on weekend nite, no long lines even though full occupancy. A definite return visit but warning - they close early at 8:30 every nite even on weekends!
Also, parking can be tricky but won't take too long to figure out. And service is excellent despite being busy.
I’ve been twice and it’s been excellent both times. The service is fast and the place it’s self is cozy and perfect for date night. The price is reasonable for the amount of food and the quality of the food. They do offer dessert but I haven’t tried any. Also the parking lot is one way and small but it wasn’t an issue.
This is a hidden treasure you need to find. The food here ALWAYS is full of flavor. When I go to other Thai restaurants and order the same dish it never has as much flavor as Thai Villa. My go to here is Pad Ped. I love small family owned and operated facilities and this is one of my favorites. They are always so gracious. After 20 years, this is still my “go to” lunch restaurant. Very fair and reasonable prices.

Good food but limited portions & serving 😋
Bueno , bonito y barato. Buena comida. Buenos precios
Just heavenly
Soft shell crab curry
Pad thai
Never answer the phone or are always closed
42 Thai basil was very good, I couldn't stop eating it. The summer roll outstanding, green curry very good, excellent service.

If you order the chili jam, you might not ever try another dish, it's that good
This place is amazing.
if thai villa has 100 fans im one of them. if they have 0 fans, then i simply dont exist
Food was hot, fresh and delicious. Very clean inside, service was excellent.
Delicious food! One of our favorite Thai places in Orlando!
Mom and pop shop to the fullest. F the haters that are looking for a fancy thai place and underrate it because it doesnt suit they're fancy. This is just some cook ol cookin. Solid classic thai dishes. Everything we had was amazing. This is my new spot! Check it out.
Been coming here for 10+ years and this place still keeps the top place on my list for best thai spot for curry, pad thai... consistent, delicious and outstanding service.... I'm grateful for their existence!
Best Thai food ever and amazing place
I have only ever ordered take out or delivery, but the food is amazing. The best Thai food in the area in my opinion. Whenever I don’t know what I want to eat, my go to is Thai Villa. The crab Rangoon and Pananag are my favorite but I
Also love the Khao Soi and green curry
We ordered takeout last night and even though I am sick, I could still taste how delicious the food was. I got wonton soup (which is only 5 dollars btw how awesome) and green curry with chicken. My bf got sweet and sour chicken wings and some fried shrimp with a sweet sauce on top that came with vegetables and rice. We really enjoyed everything and can't wait to dine in next time!
Good Thai food. I ate padthai . It served fresh and hot. Parking is ok. Customers need go around to the back and get out in front -1 way direction. Small place but get crowded during lunch tìm on Thursday.
This place is AMAZING! I would give it a 1000000/10 if I could. We stumbled across this gem and have been addicted since. If you’re looking for great Thai food in the Orlando area then look no further!
Have been trying to find a go-to thai restaurant and I think we found it! The food was very delicious and staff was very kind. I enjoyed the beef salad a lot along with the pad se ew, absolutely devoured it! Thank you!
Very delicious thank you!
Parking in the tiny lot can be awful but the food is SO worth it. one of my favorite places to eat for over 10 years

In town working and stopped for lunch. Food was hot, fresh and delicious. Very clean inside, service was excellent. Will absolutely be back.
Best Thai Restaurant I have ever been to. Family run, too.
If you like hot? Try Thai hot.
They will come by and see if you are OK. LOL
Great little restaurant iff the beaten path that I’ve been going to for years. I think there is a new family in charge but the food is still great. From someone who has travelled to Thailand several times, I can tell you that it’s very authentic. Try the Chili Jam Chicken. Very good! Enjoy all! 🤙🏻
Seriously- very good food. Clean , fresh ingredients highly recommended
I’m new to the area, was craving excellent yellow curry, and no idea where to look… so I started by looking at photos of curry from local Thai restaurants. Thai Villa looked amazing so I tried it and WOW, so so satisfying! Beautiful earthy base with spicy beginning and a sweet finish. TONS of vegetables & beef. Love it! Phenomenal dinner, will def order again. Thank you!
Excellent Thai food. They have the traditional Thai menu that you would find at most Thai restaurants. The atmosphere is casual, but nice. The wait staff is very friendly and the prices are perfectly reasonable.
We ordered take out for my birthday. I was craving duck and ordered the red curry with crispy duck which was AMAZING. Not many places actually make it Thai hot, and the spice level was perfection. The portion of duck was great, too. Thank you for the great meal and prik nam pla!
Thai Villa is one of my favorites! We have been going for over 15 years! My all time favorites is my coconut soup, spring rolls, any of the curries and the Pineapple rice! We come as a family and are always served quickly with a lot of love.
I would've posted a photo of the food but I ate it before I even thought! This restaurant may be small but packs a punch of flavor. We have gotten at least 8 different menu options and they have all been ABSOLUTELY delicious!!! The food is always fresh and hot!! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for something amazing to switch up their dinner plans! I wish I could give them more stars!
Clean place with attentive service and most importantly, very good food. They don’t skimp on the shrimp.
I don't do ratings and reviews on Google normally, but I first came to Thai Villa Restaurant five years ago and enjoyed it. Since that time I have personally recommended it to friends and family but prefer to keep a low profile online. However, just recently I noticed that I accidentally left an empty one star rating without a written review on that first visit.
The restaurant is still as good as the first time, with good food and friendly service, so here is the deserved five star review. My apologies to the owners and staff for the earlier mistake.
I will be coming here more soon.
My only .1 negative is trying to put white vinegar in the chili sauce to stretch it out. Just get the dry chili I suppose. This place is everything, however. Enjoy it!
Their prices have gone through the roof. I understand things have gone up in price but we ordered Red Curry soup for dinner which usually come a in a bigger container and cost more than the lunch variation. We got the same lunch size container for a much higher price. Loved this small business but this would be our last visit here
Don't order duck it was no good

L44 and the Thai Village fried Rice was amazing
This place is the best Thai restaurant in Orlando. Cozy atmosphere, and everything I've tried on the menu has been delicious!
Love this little place . The food is always terrific .
The crispy shrimp dish is unmatched. Excellent service. Don’t forget to ask for the hot sauces.
This is a hidden treasure you need to find. The food here ALWAYS is full of flavor. When I go to other Thai restaurants and order the same dish it never has as much flavor as Thai Villa. The worst pad Thai ever. I ordered it with chicken and there’s like four pieces in their. There’s no flavor to it This is sad
Thai villa is very good but they used to be better years ago. They changed their tom yum soup which was full of amazing flavor to something more bland but it’s not bad. They changed some of their other dishes too. The best they have are their boxes which include a lot of food for a decent price. They do have some of the better Thai food in the area.
Small quaint place. Family owned. Great food.
They’re closing for vacation, isn’t that should be mark as temporary closed? Drive 40 min for nothing is not fun, probably won’t come back anymore.
Great authentic food
This is the third time we ate the Thai Villa, so this review is based on the three visits. We have tried many of the Thai restaurants in the Orlando area, many are good but the Thai Villa is the crown holder for the best of Thai food so far. The people in the kitchen know how to cook excellent Thai food. So far we have tried 12 different dishes all were excellent no dish I can say was better that a different dish. The sauces on each of the different meals was the true winner. If you take out or eat in you are in for a treat!
I wish I could rate this lower. the dumplings are absolutely horrendous. The thai iced tea was good but boy the dumplings sucked. It seems hard for an authentic Thai cuisine restaurant to fail dumplings. If you want good Thai food go to Royal Thai, they have great food and drinks with a great environment
I had Tom Yum soup. The flavor and spiciness was perfect for me.I selected Medium. The flavor profile was excellent being able to taste the lemongrass, the mild mushrooms and the shrimp. I only have 2 complaints and that is in soup dishes I prefer the tails off of my shrimp as it makes it messy. The other item is that I only got 2 shrimp and I believe at least 3 would have been more on point with pricing.
My husband got the #59 Fried Sweet Thai Chili Shrimp with a side of noodles. He thought it was delicious.
We ordered spring rolls which were light and crispy with great veggie flavor.
We plan to return and have already recommended this place to others.
So delicious! We tried the drunken noodles, pad thai, and spicy basil lomein, and all were fantastic! All the dishes were really well sauced, and a good portion size. Also, their thai tea is fantastic!! Will definitely be frequenting this place!!
Very good. Close to home. Always consistent. 15 minutes from order to pickup, which is great on a week night. Great variety.
I’ve only ordered via third party delivery services and this place NEVER disappoints! It’s become my favorite Thai restaurant in Central FL! The Pad Thai and Pineapple fried rice are delicious!!!!
Great food and service. Family feel. Friendly staff!!
Worst food
It's one of those places where the food is absolutely amazing, but the decor is old.
Pad Thai and the Chicken Satay were both great individual dishes
We love Thai food and were very happy with the low-key atmosphere and the fast service. Food was delicious! We visited two weeks in a row.
I’ve been coming here for years and they’ve remained by favorite Thai place in central florida. They’re always kind and lovely to speak to, and the food is to die for. I’ve tried so many other Thai places (including in Thailand) and this is always my favorite. No one does it like them. Whether it’s dine in or takeout you’ll be happy. I’ve tried lots of things off the menu over the years and have never been disappointed. Give them a try if you haven’t already.
The best Thai food in town! The family owned business treats you like family and goes out of their way to make you feel at home. The Thai tea is better than in Thailand and the food tastes as authentic as can be. Highly recommend a try
This is as authentic as you can get. Hidden gem of winter park
quick and friendly service, delicious food and budget friendly prices
shouldnt be adding Gratuity to a party of 4, and no where in the restaurant does it say gratuity is included !!
Can't go wrong with Thai Villa. Order from here every other week and it's always spot on. Robyst and deep flavors in the dishes, very Authentic. I have visited Thailand and this is the closest to being there. Personal favorites being the chicken satay, pad Thai, house fried rice, coconut shrimp, and any dessert.
Smaller place. Good food. Seems like a small business and they had a decent busy for a cold, rainy Sunday.
We came in on Saturday, the place is small with not great service and will charge you 18% gratuity!
Their Thai food is delicious! Especially the yellow chicken curry!
Good food and service
Excellent foods very reasonable price
Used to eat here all the time. Tonight will be the last. Paid 65$ for 2 very small.dinners. I ordered close to closing but still no excuse for bland food soggy noodles. I asked for Thai hot and food was bland. Disappointed for sure.
I had lunch at Thai Villa for the first time in a few years. While I think it used to be better the food was still pretty good.
I got the Summer Rolls and the Spicy Seafood Noodle Soup with Coconut Broth.
The Summer Rolls could have been a lot better. They didn't have a lot of flavor are were a lot chewier than I would have liked. The Peanut Sauce was thin and kind of bland. They weren't bad, but they were a little disappointing.
The Soup was excellent. Lots of noodles and seafood. For the price I think it was kind of a small bowl, but it was enough for lunch and the flavor was fantastic.
Desserts were delicious, so was the fish cake app. The crab Rangoon just tasted like cream cheese and the drunken noodle tasted like it was missing something (msg?) And the noodles weren't the same (not as wide) as we're used to. The Pad Kra Pew (?) Also was missing something. Thai teas were good. Final thought satisfying enough. We'll probably come back to try other dishes.
Always kind, always good
Narrow place but the foods are above mediocre.
I love this place. My kids love their noodles. I'm a big fan of their curry and combination plates.
Wonderful food and service. Reasonably priced and very clean.
Consistently delicious.
I've come here for take-out well over 100 times. Best Thai food, hands down. The double delight is *chef's kiss* 👌🏻
15 years later, still the bomb!
Small place and food not so authentic
Went to this place with high-hopes. Good service but bad food unf.
Thai chowmein very very bad , the noodles sooo mushy , crushed , no flavor , a lot sugar in there , vegetables over cook , the taste off beef so disgusted, never come back
Or whole group enjoyed our meals and the staff is very friendly. Small place not suitable for large parties over 8. Definitely a place to go for Thai food.
Ordered takeout. I ordered the yellow curry fried rice and it was obviously not a yellow curry. Prob a red. Disappointed to get home and not eat what I had in mind.
Alot of cabbage not alot of meat and not really filling definitely can't recommend
Nice little cozy place to dine in. The parking lot is pretty tight/small. I decided to try this place out based on the reviews that I read right here on Google, and I must say they did not steer me wrong. I ordered the basil fried rice with chicken, and wanted it Thai HOT. The food was delicious, not going to lie, it's the first time I finished a plate completely! The only downside was that it wasn't HOT at all, it felt like it was mild. I know I'm crazy, but I like spicy food. I asked the waitress for more chilies or something else to add to the rice to give it a good kick, but she was shocked that I didn't find the food to be spicy. I just added the pickled green chilies they had to give it more flavor. I will most likely go back, but I will be bringing in my own chillies... LoL 😂
Thai Villa is a hidden gem in this city. Their meals are always incredibly satisfying and made with love. Even via takeout their food comes hot and fresh. Their staff is always friendly and welcoming. I can't say enough good things about this place, they deserve all the praise and success.
We love it, healthy, hot delicious cultural foods yummy for all. Been going for about 20yrs. Amazing
Very good-tasting Thai food, duck curry and seafood delight in a coconut are my favorites, along with pineapple fried rice and Pad Thai. The prices have come up a bit recently, but still reasonable given food quality. Owners used to take a sabbatical for a month or so in winter, and that's when I would crave Thai food the most.
Really nice family owned restaurant with food made with love if you're ever unsure what to order try to Khao soi or the pad thai
I wanted to eat here with my boyfriend on Valentines Day, but it seems as though every time we try to go to this place they are short staff. There's always one person serving the dining room. The service was horrible. Waited and waited lady wouldn't seat us. Instead seats the couple behind us because I didn't want a small table by the register i wanted a booth. Apparently it was too difficult for her to wipe off a booth for us. The food is good here, but since they have changed there staff. I miss the old staff they had. It used to be so much better the service. I just won't go back. They completely ignore you exist at this place and they pick and choose who they want to serve.
I love their chai tea and the food is delectable i mean cmon sizzling beef on a literal sizzling iron skillet
Okay, when you find a place that makes Pad Thai correctly, you continue to go there for 3.5 years. The lady working there has made fun of me for ordering it so much but I continue to, I'm just not tired of it yet. Love a small hole in the wall, absolutely amazing food, I keep overeating here.
But one thing. I don't know why, but Wednesdays, I wake up thinking "man, I'd love some Thai Villa Pad Thai" ...! You guys are closed on Wednesdays! Nooooooo
Found this place on Uber eats and it’s a gem! Already ordered twice within one week and will definitely be ordering again and again in the future! The tom kah soup and panang curry are both amazing dishes and I highly recommend!
Best Thai Restaurant in Orlando always consistent. I have been a customer here for 15 year's never a bad experience.
This was my first time here and the food is very tasty. I had the Garlic and Pepper with Chicken and it was delicious. My friend had the Gan Ka Ree a dish with Coconut milk rice and chicken. The flavor was very nice. Not too strong. The Fried Cheesecake was absolutely the best dessert I’ve ever had. I would definitely come back and recommend this place to anybody. Thank you for a delightful Lunch!!!!
New management and Cook staff. Used to be my number one spot for curries and Basil Duck. Now....dropped to number 5. Still a Mom and Pop place that deserves some love even if thier food has become rather pedestrian.
Have always lived this place and this time it did not disappoint
Food is yummy. Went the family and we all enjoyed our food 😋
Astounding
Went for lunch. Dining room is average size but was exceptionally clean. I ordered mixed vegetables with the combo meat (beef, chicken & pork) - medium spice. Also had a bowl of wonton soup. Food was very fresh, both the soup and the entrée. Temperature was hot and the spice was just right! Friend ordered the bento box w/ pepper steak. Service was very good. Free refills on soda but not on Thai Tea. Price was a bit expensive for lunch, but still within reason for the quality level of the food that was served. Will most definitely go back!
This place us absolutely amazing, the food is out of this world. Taste amazing, service is great, very friendly. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.
Our first time. Near our house and I’ve been wanting to try it. The pickup changed twice. No. Their dining room wasn’t busy and people had their food already. Waited an extra 15 minutes. Everyone else walking in and picking up around me the whole time I waited. Ended up a 48 minute wait instead of 20. As for the food. Meh. Neither of us had flavor. I got Hot to test it instead of trying Thai Hot. It tasted mild. I think they forgot to put in any heat at all. It was a bit expensive for what we got. Barely any chicken in the Drunken Noodles. They want you to pay the extra $2 to get a normal amount of chicken. Small portions. Not sure how they have such decent reviews. Our first experience was a let down. Unsure if we’ll try again.
Very cute restaurant. Service was great and food was delicious!
The food was good and so was the service. Large portions with an appetizer insure a take home box.
Super good pad Thai
I love this place! Great food! Friendly staff! The best chicken masaman curry I've had!
Absolutely delicious. Everything was so flavorful. I had the krab racoons, pad Thai and it was mouth watering
The team went here for lunch. The food was amazing!! Will definitely have to come back when the team meets up in Orlando again.
EVERYONE PLEASE GO HERE!!! This place has amazing food. You forget how good this food is until you eat here. Their portions are great size, the taste of the food is out of this world, and make sure you end your meal with the Mango Sticky Rice! It will not disappoint. Great job guys and keep up the great work.
Had their sour soup it was very delicious, also their coconut water, beef broccoli was very good. Highly recommend this restaurant.
I had the ginger salad, tom yum chicken soup, bonsai alcoholic drink which is a combination of plum wine and sake, and for dessert I had the Thai tea ice-cream. They were all amazing. I will be going here again and next time will try the mango 🍨.
Great Thai food. Thai not spicy enough for me that means it will be super spicy for you (Probably) :P :D
Good food except if you want it spicy you need to tell them how spicy. Service was quick and friendly.
Every bite was extraordinarily great! I had the Soup, was the best thing I've ever eaten!
Love this place for authentic Thai. This has become my goto place.
Edit:
Even during covid time, I regularly ordered from them. But past few dining-in instances haven’t been good. Their customer service has been rude and difficult to deal.
I took my friend and she ordered a tofu. She is new to USA, and wanted to be sure that its vegetarian. She strictly doesn’t consume non-vegetarian. When the bill came, they charged extra as they added few veggies. Server had not informed us that their is some extra charge for her dish and did even ask for spicy level. When bill came, and I mentioned this, the hostess behavior seemed very forceful on charge for something that their server created a wrong order.
I had similar issue few days back, when server charged me 15% service charge without even informing me. We were just party of two!!!
All these instances have changed my view so just wanted to update here!!!
We ordered a variety of items from this restaurant (baby born beef, combo app platter, chicken satay, soups, sticky rice & curry). Everyone in the family loved the food. It was ready for pickup when they said it would be. Price is reasonable. We'll return for sure.
Great Thai food. It's tiny and fills quickly, so go early for lunch.
It is a beautiful place for recreation and the stuffs are great.
I love Thai Villa. I have been eating here for years. No other Thai restaurant in Orlando can compare to their level of great service and wonderful food. I have always felt welcomed here as a black customer! They treat everyone with such kindness. They do however go on many vacations but when they are not open I still do not go to any other Thai restaurants. I just wait for them to reopen again and it is worth the wait. I've brought many friends and family here and they always love the food too. Their takeout is anyways hot and fresh as well.
Best Thai food in Winter Park besides the one restaurant on Park Ave.
Teriyaki chicken, chicken satay, and chicken pad thai is absolutely delicious here. Have only done takeout so far, but the inside looks inviting
Worst Thai I’ve ever had! The pad Thai was not edible. The noodles had almost no sauce and were stuck together in a big globby mess. The chicken consisted of dried up flat chunks. And there were no peanuts to be found. A layer of cold white cabbage was thrown on top for good measure. The summer rolls were hot and slimy and the peanut sauce was chunky and congealed with a layer of watery slime. Thank goodness I bought a salad. I was able to eat that. $22 spent, only thing edible was the side salad.
Pad Thai, and Red Curry Chicken Yummy, need to try the rest!!! Good Prices too!! 😁
The food is awesome
Orlando is blessed with several excellent Thai restaurants. Thai Villa is my favorite, however. Truly excellent food where I love to experiment with menu items I've ever tried before. I've never been disappointed. Good service is the icing on this already delicious cake.
Food was excellent. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!
The food was ready and tasty when I ate by way of Takeout
