We were looking for a place to have dinner and we found this place as it had exceptional reviews. Good choice! Absolutely amazing Thai food. I had the Red Curry with chicken and a bowl of Tom Kha Gai and the wife had the Pad Thai with shrimp. We shared a desert of sticky rice with mango. Everything tasted absolutely amazing. We will definitely return!

I passed this place and saw the sign and knew I had to try it soon—and it did not disappoint! Food was AMAZING! I’m a picky eater and asked on the phone what type of noodles to get and was recommended this, and it’s sooooo yummy. Impressive Thai flavors, served in a comfortable and friendly atmosphere. Green and red curry dishes were excellent. Requested a spiciness of medium and heat level was spot on. Of all the Thai restaurants nearby, Thai Sicky Rice deserves to be at the top of the list.

Stopped in for lunch while doing some last minute Christmas shopping and wow it was a great meal! My mother and I love Thai food so we love when we find a hidden gem close by. We ordered the chicken satay for an app and it was amazing. The chicken was flavorful and the dipping sauce they give was so fresh. For our meal we got the cashew nut with beef and the pad ginger with shrimp and both were amazing!! Super flavorful and a hearty portion. The Owner was so sweet and made our evening even more enjoyable. Will definitely be coming back.

This was a surprise hit! The lady who works here is so nice and complimentary, and the restaurant itself is very nicely decorated. My favorite though is the Larb Gai, and it was the best I've ever had! I ate the whole bowl by myself. I think it's because the chicken had almost a charbroiled element to it that really enhanced the flavor. I can't wait to get it again!

Don’t know who is giving this place 4 and 5 stars. The red curry was white in color of warm water with old veggies no color and no shrimp (3 small flavorless shrimps per plate). The fry rice was flavorless and dried, a glass of tea is over $6 with a ton of ice and 3 ounces of tea, then I asked for another tea no ice and yes I had it but they charged me $9 bucks… What? Yes 9. The noodles with duck was $30 dollars but guess what? It was 4 ounces of suppose to be duck (I said so because it tasted like chicken no duck) and a full plate of just flavorless noodles ($30?, no way). Can say much more about a bad dinning experience but will stop here. Only to say that one star is too much!!!

Thai Sticky Rice has absolutely the best food I’ve had in a while, I believe everyone should go to this place at least once for how amazing there service is and the food will make you speechless, the interior is very well organized and looks welcoming. Wow, wow wow I had PAD SEE EW WITH BEEF AND IT WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! THE FLAVORS WERE JUST INCREDIBLE! THE RESTAURANT WAS SPOTLESS AND THE LOVELY GIRL WHO WAITED ON ME WAS EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND VERY SWEET AND THOROUGH….. I definitely will be back …YUUUMMM😋

Ate at this quaint cozy tucked away under the Oaks Thai place and it was the BEST Thai I've ever eaten!

Service was very friendly and attentive. We had the Gyoza, Spring Rolls rolls and a papaya salad for starters and they were freshly made, crispy and delicious. Had the Ginger Stir fry with tofu and chicken Pad Thai also outstanding and authentic! Ended work Thai donuts and it didn't disappoint.

Our favorite Thai spot! I am Thai and grew up on Thai food. Their food is authentic and reminds me of mom’s cooking! My kids always approve and they love the noodle soup and Thai donuts. The service is always top notch; very attentive and so sweet. I highly recommended Thai Sticky Rice!

Excellent food! Their food is made with the freshest ingredients and as authentic as it gets. This is not a fast food chain, and they actually make all their food fresh to order, so be patient. The owners are very friendly and they're also informative of the dishes that they serve. We really enjoyed our experience and intend to go back and try many different dishes. Definitely try the Thai tea, and Thai green tea!

This place has mediocre food, horrible service, and gross facilities. Was nice enough to take on an 18% gratuity for herself without mentioning it in the menu or verbally. I will never go here again and my stomach will thank me.

This was my first time here. The outside was quaint and inviting with its patio string lights. The inside atmosphere was homey. My daughter and I enjoyed our thai tea and green tea which were delicious and not overly sweet. Our food tasted authentic and flavorful. A definitely must try!

Just came back from that place. I ordered papaya salad and shrimp is one of it's ingredients. When I got this salad however there was no shrimp in the salad. "That friendly establishment" charged me for the salad and refused to replace the order. I don't recommend Thai Sticky Rice and their service.

Absolutely delicious food! We had red, green and masaman curries, teriyaki chicken, pad thai, and steamed dumplings- so a good variety and all tasty.

We had the green curry, panang curry, Tom kha gai soup, the steamed dumplings, mango sticky rice and Thai donuts. All food was excellent. The chef and his wife are very friendly and took time to speak with us. The decor took me right back to my time in Thailand. My family will definitely be returning here!

Come here if you want them to make your order wrong and argue about it. then force you to pay after you dont eat what they brought you because it wrong.

Absolutely loved this restaurant! Been visiting different Thai restaurants in search for a good pad Thai and we think Thai sticky rice has the best one, we asked for extra spicy and they did not fail on delivery of the heat. My kids got the rice with chicken and mixed veggies and they devoured it, I got the coconut milk soup with chicken and it was so pleasant and delicious. Will definitely be coming back again. Service was amazing and highly recommend

I had the cashew chicken, Mango sticky rice and a Thai Tea. I ordered mild spice and it was very good but not too hot. Next time I will try medium level. The restaurant was clean and had a nice vibe, the owner, a very sweet lady, was so nice and welcoming. I love that this place is only 8 minutes from my house, I will definitely come back. Highly recommend trying it for yourself.

Amazing and Authentic Thai food!!!

We got the pineapple curry and Karpow Gai Sap with chicken. Our server was so nice and helped us decide what to get based off of our flavor and spice preference.

Also - I am a stickler on hygiene and the entire place was so clean including the bathrooms.

Hands down some of the best Thai food I have ever had! I could eat here every day it’s just that good! The owner is so friendly and they are great about my dietary restriction as well and easily adjust for a gluten allergy.

Let me start by saying that this is by far the worst experience in a restaurant. Waited 20 just for someone to get our order . Then waited about 25 to get oir food. We order the appetizer sampler ( with no plates) and it was not good but it was edible. Ten minutes later we get our food. We ordered beef fried rice and the flat pasta with beef. The rice was extremely hard and tasted like burnt soy sauce. The pasta tasted like candy and the beef tasted spoiled. Now I understand we are humans and maybe it just wasn't there day but the fact that this lady didn't even come back to the table to ask how was the food or if we needed something else had me upset. Finally after another 30 min of waiting she comes back to give us the check and I told her that we didn't eat because of how the food tasted (which she can see that the plates were still full) and she just said that's how it's suppose to be. I said ok and proceeded to go pay when I notice she charged me both plates. I asked her to please remove it from the bill and that's when she started threatening me with the cops the cook comes out screaming. All I wanted was to pay for my drinks and the sampler that we ate. Worst experience ever. Finally after I told to call the cops she just wrote another ticket without the meals.

Wonderful attentive staff. Very friendly. Great food. Crab Rangoon was very different than the frozen mass produced Rangoon you get elsewhere. Tasted scratch made with more crab flavor.

We ordered a pick up order on Christmas and it was amazing! The spring rolls were fresh and crispy and the pad Thai with chicken was delicious. It had the perfect amount of spice and the portions were big. The staff was friendly and kind, especially since it was Christmas Day. We will definitely be back!!

Hidden gem. Hole in the wall. Two ways I would describe this restaurant. Their 7 awards are well earned.

Everything me and my wife ordered was amazing. I had the panang, mild with chicken and I couldn't stop eating it. The symphony of flavors and vegetable pairing makes me want to come back for more. We tried the Sampler appetizer and every piece of food was cooked perfectly and tasted amazing. My wife loved her green curry, medium with chicken and the spice level was perfect. We ended our meal with some Thai donuts that were a perfectly balanced dessert.

The service was outstanding and we were well taken care of.

All in all, I highly recommend this place.

I always get the Panang curry when I go to any Thai restaurant. The crispy duck panang portion contained nearly half a duck, fried and very crispy, accompanied by a curry that was thin and coconut milk forward, if that’s your taste. The spice level was just right for me and the veggie choices were delicious. Solid Thai food.

The service does the heavy lifting for this 4 star, the lady in the front of house was very polite and friendly, she even gave us a free Thai tea as a part of the to go order we had. If the food quality matched the service, this would easily reach 5 stars.

Best Tai food in Tampa … really delicious …

Yum, just Yum. There were 3 of us so we tried an assortment from the menu, 1 noodle dish, 1 fried rice, and 1 curry. I had the pineapple fried rice and it was absolutely delicious. My son had the pad see ew with tofu and he loved it, and my Wife had the green curry, which she said was the best she's tried anywhere in the area.

I picked up dinner from here and the front desk lady didn’t seem to know what was going on. She also got pretty annoyed when I asked for hot sauce and soy sauce. Also, after I ate my food my whole chest and neck broke out in rashes and my throat started itching and swelling up, and I’ve never had any food allergies before in my life, AND, I get Thai food from other places quite often, so I don’t trust the cleanliness of the kitchen. It’s not even that clean in the front of the restaurant. There was a table full of dirty dishes just sitting out by the front desk since before I got there and after I left- there were flies on all the dishes.

Best Thai food I've ever had! Duck is prepared amazing with crispy skin! Papaya salad is so fresh! Thai tea is very refreshing and the green tea blew me away! Mango sticky rice is perfect! I TRULY love spicy so I get everything Thai hot! Owners are soo nice and I feel like a guest not a customer. Writing this review is making me drool 🤤 I look forward to dining here many more times in the future. Worth every penny and my time.

Came across this restaurant while searching for Thai restaurant nearby and I’m so glad we did. The food is absolutely delicious!! I ordered the green chicken curry, my husband ordered the drunken noodle, and my son ordered the pad thai and we all enjoyed our meals. For dessert we got their mango sticky rice and donuts. The owners were so sweet and personable as well, and for me that’s always a way to win my service if the food is just as good! We will definitely be coming back again.

Friendly staff and they explain the menu if you need. The food is aesthetically pleasing and tastes really good. The water doesn't taste like it came out of the tap. The water tastes like it came out of a mountain spring from the Himalayas that Buddha prayed at himself.

Don’t let a single day go by, without trying this place.

We tried this little gem yesterday and was pleasantly surprised. The food was over the top delicious full of flavor. Ordered soup, drunken noodles and cashew chicken and flavors did not disappoint. We also asked for Thai Hot P2, and we actually got it.. enjoyed the extra spices. Flavors were intense, spicy and everything served hot. Enjoyed this family owned business and even the Chef’s & his wife warm welcome. We will be back! We Highly recommend this place for those food connoisseur.

Hands down, absolutely fantastic! No wait time, friendly-family atmosphere with exceptional food and service. Cozy dining area felt and smelled very clean. The Tum-Yum soup is super fresh tasting and delicious! The iced Green Tea was amazing!!! We ordered an array of appetizers (egg rolls, gyoza, and edamame; all delicious). My husband enjoyed the Drunken Noodles and I, the Pad Thai. We finished off with the Fried Banana, also delicious! Without a doubt, we will be back again; and again, and again! If you're in search of a Thai restaurant, look no further!

We recently moved to Florida and so happy to find an authentic Thai restaurant. The owner was a delight. She was attentive, fast to bring our order, and made sure we enjoyed each selection. We even saw her interact with delivery orders/ pick ups and she is very thorough in ensuring all items are present before sending out the door. Love that! Great place to enjoy a great meal! Thank you 😁

What a great food and service in this little THAI place! We enjoyed and will come back to try more!

Food is good but old lady running the front just doesn't know what customer service is. Been there many times and each time it was something or the other. Always has an issue if you ask for anything, even water. Asked for spice rack, and she insists it's spicy already. I think I can choose myself. Then she lies that they don't have one. Today a new younger girl worked and got us a spice rack with no issues. Now lady come out when we leave and I ask for to-go boxes, she clearly sees I need 3, but gets 2. When I asked for another she just came back with it and didn't even say a word. Now I need a bag, haha... That's an issue too. Gets a tiny bag that can only hold 2 containers and when asked to get another, she frantically comes and stuffs all 3 containers in 1 bag and after quite some effort ties a tiny knot on top so they don't spill out. Now what do I hold?? 🤔 1 big container 😂 😂 😂. She's lost her mind and just lost a customer. Wife won't be happy, but I'm definitely not giving them my business. I suggest old lady stays behind or gets some training in customer service. 🤦🏾‍♂️

My husband surprised me for a Thai lunch because he knows I love Thai. This was our first time here, and this little gem deserves its high reviews.

I had Tom Yum Soup with Shrimp and Panang Curry severd in a cute fish shaped bowl and my rice had a heart shape pressed into it! My husband ordered the Garlic Pepper Beef with as low heat as possible. He liked it and he ate all of his vegetables! 🤭

The Green Thai tea is amazing!

I found this restaurant near Walmart and it was fantastic. We ordered a Pad Thai and a basil fried rice and everything was delicious. Great food, taste, quantity and quality. The service was also amazing, thank you Lisa, we’re definitely coming back soon.

Mom and I frequently eat here and it is always fantastic! Leg is amazing, she is always so sweet to us ❤️ We LOVE the Pad thai. Highly recommend!

This restaurant is great! Large portions, friendly service, and priced right. We were fortunate to meet the owner and she is so sweet. Very personable and really cares about her customers. I highly recommend Thai Sticky Rice.

This is the best place I have eaten in some time. My husband and I are both foodies and truckers so we eat in a lot of places around the country and I will say this place takes the price for most flavorful fresh food anywhere. We had duck pad Thai and amazing chicken with fresh veggies. The veggies were crisp and the peanut sauce was perfect. My husband and I thought the duck had amazing flavor. It was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The presentation was also something special. You have got to check this place out!!!!

I have been here a dozen times. Most of their dishes are good. I especially love the spring rolls and pad wood sen. Though the noodle soup is very bland. I did not care for the yum beef salad. Thai tea and green tea are good. I can eat very spicy food and their Thai hot is not spicy to me, just fyi so you can gauge the spice level. Service is good.

We ate here tonight inside for the first time because we always get to go. This place is amazing. Super kind and the food is good every time. It’s a staple for us.

This place is absolutely the best asian cuisine in all of Florida. Fresh clean real ingredients. With every bite it gets better. They do food the way it's meant to be cooked. First time trying and glad I did. Food was authentic and delicious. Started of with the spring rolls, those are always a nice appetizer. Went with what I usually get at new Thai places, basil fried rice and drunken noodle (chicken on both). They were so good. Rice had a nice smoky chard taste and noodles were spot on full of flavor. Spicy level medium was just right, for me. I also had the Thai tea, also very well done. Some places make it too sweet but this one was the right amount, not too overwhelming sweet. The young lady Lisa who took my order was so friendly. She brought out some Thai coffee as well so I could try.. and you guessed it, delicious. Love finding these little hole in the wall type places.

If you love Thai food, and I mean authentic Thai food, then this restaurant is a must. We visit Thailand almost every year so our expectations are pretty high for authentic Thai cuisine. Thai Sticky Rice surpassed all expectations. Large portions, friendly service, and a cozy dine-in atmosphere. For food flavor and quality, I rate it in the top-3 Thai restaurants I've been to around the U.S.!

With an abundance of assorted curries and aromatic dishes, there's always something new and exciting to try. The people here are very kind and made us feel at home every time we've come here. We look forward to coming back very soon!

I ordered Takeout via Mobile Meals. Overall it was decent enough for me to eventually try it again and I may the next time I can visit in person.

I had the Egg Roll appetizer and some Pad Thai with chicken. Unfortunately the Egg rolls were a bit soggy from being under-cooked. I know it wasn't from steam during delivery as the cook did take the time to cut the corner off the to-go box to allow the steam to escape. The Pad Thai was pretty good. Not the best or the worse I have ever had. I would like to give it another shot. It had good spice and flavor profile, but the noodles did seem a little over cooked. To be fair they were delivered so they could of got a little gummy on the drive. The biggest let down was the lack of any lime wedges with the Pad Thai.
