Found this gem by accident, very cozy and beautiful Thai Decor inside… we were greeted with a warm welcome… menu is modern and digital in an IPad we ordered roti canai and Tipton egg roll for appetizers, Drunken noodles and Eggplant meat combo Entrees… over all very delicious and service is fast 👍

My ideal Thai dish has a balance between spice and flavor. My drunken noodles had the spice but zero flavor. Even the chicken had no flavor, it was very bland. I don’t know if it was an off day but it was enough for me to go elsewhere when I want Thai food.

Well, we were not allowed to dine in, the restaurant closes on Saturday @9:30 we reached there by 8:38 and were told it’s too late we were a party of 12 members, I would understand if the restaurant was full but it was empty still they didn’t allow us or serve us .. that is the last they saw of me or my family or my friends at this place .. we would never be visiting here , so no ratings on food or atmosphere .. as the basic first step of service or welcome was not met ..

Had the sweet and sour sauce with shrimp and beef and a taro boba. SO GOOD!!!! The food tasted fresh and not greasy. When I come down to visit here again from Nebraska, I will make sure to stop by here!! Thought the price was worth it even though it was a lunch special hour, would pay the higher amount outside of it for this! It’s not a lot of food but the portions are filling and it’s all you need, and I’m a big guy.

Have been dinning here for years and will never be back. Has gone from a a place i would recomend to a place i would recomend avoiding. Has been shut down recently, failing inspection. Service, portions, and food is nothing like it used to be. Better choices nearby with better prices.

Medium spice. Both are delicious!

The sushi is really good and recomended to get the shaggy dog. I love the crunch and the flavor to it. I also got the California roll and I love the flavor to it. It is a very quiet place and wait time is nearly under 6 minutes. As a result: 5/5.

We were visiting the beach club and went out about the area. We originally were going to Two Dudes Seafood restuarant, which had dogs around the food so we walked down to this place.

We walked in around 1:30PM so the lunch crowd was gone or so we thought. There were 2 tables occupied so we walked in and were greeted immediately. It was a bit dark with the wood furniture and stuff but was ok as I continued to peruse the place. After we sat down, another 4 or 5 tables or so got occupied.

The server took our order, which my husband had the Pad Thai and I had the Massaman Curry. The Curry was not bad, the Pad Thai awesome. We intended to go back but never made it; we wished we had gone there vs. the PV Fish Camp, which was mediocre as well.

We ordered crab Rangoon appetizers, pad see eye and red curry with pork. All 3 were mediocre, no great but not terrible. Service was very good.

Went in with my wife with the place 3/4 emptying was told sit anywhere you want.I proceeded to take a table with 4 seats and was told I can only sit at a table for 2. I asked the girl why did you say sit anywhere then and tell me only sit at a table for 2.
She couldn't answer me so I walked out.

I lived in Thailand for 10 years and finding an authentic Thai restaurant has been a struggle in Jacksonville until I tried Tuptim Thai! Food is very authentic and staff welcomes you with the genuine Thai hospitality. Tuptim is a must try if you want to experience authentic Thai cuisine.

I can't elaborate more on how much I love this restaurant. I've driven from Orlando to eat this Thai food. The Tom Yum is the best I've had anywhere in the US and Canada. I literally crave their food and find every other Thai place a let down compared to Tuptim.

Was only 3 tables inside when I got here. Sat at my table for about 10 minutes before I was greeted. Ordered pad thai. The flavor is good but there were no green onions in it or cilantro. I asked for the spices to add on with my meal and was never given it. Never checked on. Will not come back because the service was terrible. They need to hire more help.

This place is good and so cute! The flavors are nice, although the beef was tough in my curry, we enjoy the chicken. The green curry was creamy and the veggie Thai basil friend rice had good flavor. This is a second time here and the service is pretty good.

Do NOT order Doordash from here, they will not even start preparing your order until the driver is already there, making the driver wait for a half hour that they are not getting paid for and wasting their time

Very pleased with the Sweet & Sour Thai dish with fried tofu. Delightful! We were seated quickly and had prompt service during lunch. Two thumbs up.

Food was great. We arrived prior to the rush. Food came out as ordered and it was delicious. Only two people on to take care of dining room and take out including answering the telephone. Impossible to give good service with those conditions. Ours was good but they could not handle the rush coming in.

Excellent phat Thai. I was pleased with my meal. Large portion, perfectly prepared. Only strange thing is they assume you will eat with fork instead of chopsticks. It is my new favorite.

1) basil Thai rolls - very small - no flavor
2) soup - Tom Kha Gai with chicken and mushrooms not cooked (had chefs “hair” in container ) - threw away
3) vegetables (only broccoli was cooked ) in garlic brown sauce with tofu - no flavor at all - our 1st and last time

“Life is too short to eat bad food”

We have ordered takeout three times. The first two times resulted in very long waits, despite ordering in advance. The food was reasonably good. On the third and most recent time, I called in the order and was told 35 minutes; but when I got to the restaurant 45 minutes later I was told it would be at least another 40 minutes. There were several patrons in similar situations waiting for their takeout orders. Fortunately I had not given them a credit card and I therefore simply canceled the order. They simply appeared overwhelmed. Disappointing.

Great food and staff 💓

I’ve currently been waiting over an hour to pick up food I placed an over the phone order for. Haven’t even seen anyone in quite some time. I would just leave, but they’ve already charged me. Will never eat here again. Also, there are five people waiting with a similar issue and a dining patron just informed me she’s been waiting for an hour and a half for her main entree.

Food was good but everything else was a disaster. Short-staffed and slow service. Took approximately 40 minutes to get our food after ordering. Overall, it was such a disappointing experience, which is a shame because there aren't that many good Thai restaurants in the area.

I had a dinner with my wife tonight to Tuptim Thai at Ponte Vedra. The food was really amazing and the staff was very courteous.
We will definitely visit this place again.

First Thai restaurant we have come to in the area. It is excellent food. Great service. Great temperature, and quick. Will definitely be returning. It was also very fairly and normally priced for a restaurant. And the decor was very cute and authentic.

Pretty darn good Thai food with authentic flavors. I recommend ordering family style and trying a bit of everything.

The food was like Thai food. Good food but probably the worst Thai food from any Thai restaurant I have been to. Customer service is non-existent, which makes the whole experience stressful. Vegetables taste like they are out of a can. Nothing fresh. For example, we choose completely different things off of the menu. We also choose one mild and one spicy. Both arrived exactly the same and we could not tell which was which. Very bland and disappointing with a "don't care" attitude from the staff. We will not return.

Really great Thai food! The Tom Kha soup was the best we've had just the right amount of sweet and sour. We got the curry delight with the tofu. All 3 curries, massaman, green, and panang. The flavor profiles were fantastic! The veggies were very fresh and not overcooked! I wish the tofu had been fried more. They had a free appetizer of this light chicken broth soup and a spring roll. Soup was fine and the spring roll was perfectly fried. The dipping sauce was on point. We also had the fried tofu for appetizer which left a lot to be desired. I love tofu, but this tofu was lightly breaded and fried with no crispness on the outside and the tofu itself had minimal flavor. The dipping sauce with it was delicious. I was disappointed with the mango sticky rice. The mango itself was fresh and ripe enough, however, the sticky rice with it was just hohum which was a sad way to end an overall delicious meal. I would definitely go back and just get the Tom Kha soup!

Excellent Food! Wow! The menu is large without being overwhelming and the prices are good. The service is fast and friendly and the decor is very up-scale. Lovely table settings make the experience memorable. I had the duck and it melted in my mouth, tender and delicious. The sauce was a very complicated and wonderful curry reduction that made me want to lick the plate. I found myself shoving the rice around to soak it up so I would not have to. Portion size was just right and I did not leave feeling bloated, just happy and totally satisfied. We will return many times!

We have tried this restaurant a few times... Its very cute and clean...the food is always good with varying degrees of spicy from mild to fire cracker. The waitstaff has always been attentive answering all questions and making suggestions.

Besides the usual, there are many vegetarian and vegan options so everyone in our family has what they want... the pricing is also very fair for the quality and quantity... especially the lunch specials... We are very happy to find this spot.

I have been here a few times and it's okay food. However, the employees do not have good customer service at all and they don't give you much food. I would recommend going to another Thai restaurant.

Mom brought us here after she tried it last month, said she wanted me to try this new place (new to us).

We're Thai (born in Thailand) and have a long history with restaurants including working several Thai places and patronizing many more all over the world. In our family eating Thai food is well beyond an Olympic sport. So when she says good things about a Thai restaurant, I pay attention.

We started with Green Tea. Mom had Thai tea which I normally don't like but this was very good. She agreed it's one of her favorite renditions. Not too sweet.

Dragon lemon garnish.
As little as this seems it's important to me. Thai garnishes are known for adding colorful creative detail. It means their food presentation is important and as mom said a few times, they must have an experienced Thai cook.

The Spring Roll - tight roll finely chopped. Another good sign of an experienced hand in the kitchen.

They seemed to be caught off guard with today's lunch rush so I won't hold service being stretched a little thin against them. It happens. Service was fine, polite, personable. The waiter took the time to have a full conversation in Thai about dishes he wanted. But it was still not exceptional on this visit.

Everyone's food was pretty good. The calamari/seafood salad was exceptionally good.

I didn't like the green curry at all. It was way too sweet and thin for me and doesn't taste like the green curry I crave to try at every Thai place I go to. It's like the burger test or fry test for American restaurants. Someone that's never had green curry anywhere else might enjoy it. But I wouldn't.

Drunken noodles had a great flavor and nice heat (I asked for Thai hot) but I think the sauce fell victim to the lunch pop. It was slightly on the dried, clumpy side, maybe a little too long on the heat.

Thai restaurants aren't known for their consistency so it'll be interesting to go back. Def getting the calomari/seafood salad and something new next time.

The atmosphere is very Oriental and quaint. The food was absolutely amazing.
And make sure you try their roasted dried chiles that add spice and flarel to any dish.

Sat outside for 25 minutes, before the waiter even came to take drink orders. Said that everyone that sat inside was served first regardless if they were seated 15 minutes afterward. So, if you’re not going to serve the people sitting outside paying the same. Why have outside seating at all.

I did take out at lunch. I called ahead and was told 20 min. It ended up being 30+min. I stood at counter in the middle of the room for 10 min. even though it was not crowded. How awkward. And I think they waited to prepare the food until I paid, because the man who took the order then barked something in his language to the kitchen. I didn't like the atmosphere, (dark, tables close together )and I didn't think they were very welcoming. Lacked customer service skills. However the food was good. I ordered Chicken Pad Thai , Chicken curry and vegetable fried rice. Pricing was interesting. I was charged $37 (dinner rates) because I wanted the larger size portions of rice and Pad Thai. So while I would never dine in, I did enjoy the food. So while the food was 4 star they get a 2 star for everything else.

Food is uninspiring. Had the Nam Sod, Chicken Pad Thai, and Green Curry. Called in order and was told 20 minutes, took over 45. The Nam Sod was nice but dressing was watery and oily. The Pad Thai tasted like they used a packaged mix. The Green Curry was heavy on ginger sticks and lacking on vegetables. The curry was also thin and lacked the creaminess of a good curry. Overall the flavors were fine but had no depth.

I was very torn & wanted to give this a higher rating, but I just couldn't because of my recent experience. Let me preface, this place is delicious & worth it for lunch, but not for dinner. Will definitely be ordering here again for lunch, but will go elsewhere for my Thai takeout fix

My dinner portion was smaller than my lunch portion, but 2x the price. When I mentioned about small portion, the woman said it was because the boxes were now larger. I had the pad Thai with Tom Khu soup. Perhaps if I had dined in I would have been enjoyed better, that's usually the case with Thai restaurants.
