Just went to a VEGAN restaurant for the first time at #thaikitchen #orlando #florida. Their “chicken”(NOT actual chicken) Pad Thai was so freaking good. When I ate their “chicken” it tasted like the real thing, and texture wise it felt the same. I really felt like I was eating meat. I didn’t feel deprived or like something was missing. Their peanut sauce for their spring roll was so good, they paired really well. The restaurant itself is very humble and it’s not in a flashy location. The price was expensive for me. 23 dollars for a plate. The trade off is that it’s a vegan recipe that taste like the real thing, in fact, just as good as the real thing. Also the portions were HUGE. So yes I did spend 23 dollars for a plate but I can eat the leftovers probably 2 more times so my logic is I’m getting 3 meals for the price of 23 which is not that bad, and their delicious and healthy. It’s not easy to be a successful restaurant, especially if it’s a vegan one, so I can understand the restaurant being small and simple and the food expensive. Overall, I give the restaurant a 5/5 and will go again.
Delicious food for the VEGAN customer. The decor could use an upgrade but we didn't go there for the ambiance. Drunken noodles were the best I ever had and the added chicken was a hit. Pepper steak was spicy and flavorful. The edamame was salted to perfection and the fried spring rolls were packed with goodness. Can't wait to return.
This was the most expensive Thai meal I have ever had. But whether you’re Vegan or not, you should eat here. The food was overpriced but it was also one of the best and most flavorful Thai meals my wife and I have had in a long time. The summer rolls were delicious! The Panang Curry was delectable. And the Sticky Rice with Mango was…decadent! All the ingredients were fresh and prepared at the time of our order. We were surprised to pay so much for Thai, but our meal was worth it. You won’t be disappointed, except with the bill.
Food at this place was absolutely delicious. I don’t give that praise lightly or often. Yes it was a bit pricey but it’s on I-drive in tourist central. They have vegan and non-vegan options. I just got tofu in my red curry and it was the most flavorful experience. My daughter’s basil stir fried rice with chicken was the best I’ve ever had. Eat here, you won’t be disappointed.
This spot is pretty close to Disney World if you have a car. Great customer service and we got our food quick. I don't get the opportunity to go somewhere that's all vegan often which was a bit exciting. I'm not going to lie, I got a bit overwhelmed with so many options to pick from. The food was pretty good, but seemed a little overpriced. Then again, I guess most things are overpriced near Disney. We got Massaman Curry, Pad Thai and Vegan beef which I'd recommend. I will likely be back here in the future!
Amazing amazing amazing food. The food was delicious. I have a lot of food allergies and they went out of their way to accommodate me. Thank you so much. Everything was amazing !
The food was so good! And service was fast and friendly. Only thing was the price point was a little high but I do think it’s worth it.
Amazing amazing amazing food. The food was delicious. I have a lot of food allergies and they went out of their way to accommodate me. Thank you so much. Everything was amazing !
Food surpassed my expectations. Well prepared and delicious.
Fantastic Thai food and being vegan makes it all the better
Bad service i ever have in my life. The food extremely SALTY. I was taking my mom and my aunt for dinner. So bad, they cant eat at all. The price is so expensive not work for the food and the service at allllll. I pay and still hungry, so i have to take them to another restaurant!!!!
Please dont waste your time in here.
The drunken noodle and the red curry was AMAZING 🤩🤩🤩😍😍😍. My 7 year old son said it was the best vegan drunken noodle he has ever had. Great vegan food and wonderful service!
The food is bland. The service is fast, however, not sure if the food is fresh or stale. Also the prices are different sometimes than what you see on the menu, so ask explicitly before you order. Also too pricey for the food they offer. I paid $150 for 3 people which is premium.

Amazing curry! Quick service and lovely people. Recommend checking out, price is worth the food.
All of the dishes we had there were delicious! Their panang curry was packed with veggies too unlike most places.

It's one of the best vegan restaurants I've ever eaten at.
Very very good food. Amazing vegan selection. Kind and attentive staff. We’ll come again.
Pricey but vegan food is good!
I had an outstanding dining experience at this Thai restaurant in Orlando! The ambiance is warm and inviting, perfect for a relaxed meal. The food is simply amazing – authentic, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Every dish we tried was delicious, from the perfectly spiced Pad Thai to the rich and creamy Massaman Curry. The staff is friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed for an enjoyable evening. This place is a gem for anyone who loves Thai cuisine. Highly recommended!
This place is amazing if you're A. Vegan I hardly recommended my Granddaughter is not vegan and she ate with me. And she loved it.
It was ok food for a lot of money

So tasty!!! Love the vegan options too!
I ate here for the first time. I ordered Drunken Noodles with a cucumber salad. The noodles were superb and the salad was very tasty. I also had the Thai tea made with almond milk (very good). I enjoyed the meal so much that I ordered takeout for dinner. It was wonderful having so many vegan options to choose from.
Great people. Great food.
Food was 2/5. Tasted pretty bland. The prices were steep at $20+ per dish. Portions were small.
I’m glad there is a vegan Thai restaurant in Orlando.
Food was so over priced for the amount you get. The small amount of food was served on a plastic-like plate, the presentation was so lacking of quality or appetizing. I would not go there again. You could do better at Panda express, if it were vegan.
Just passing through on a roadtrip, and the drunken noodles were amazing. 🤤💥💯 Definitely coming back for them next time we're in Orlando! Decor could use an upgrade, but the food is worth it in my opinion!
I’m vegetarian and I really want to see more vegetarian options in the Orlando area, but man this place is extremely pricy and the food doesn’t justify the price.(for example $25 for a bowel of vegetarian pho, but it has no ingredients/toppings, just cheap cut up vegetarian beef). The service is nonexistent, I felt like I was troubling the waiter when I asked for utensils. Just really unfortunate.
I went to this restaurant every day while I was in Orlando. The food is good, and the owners are very nice

Pepper steak was spicy and flavorful. The edamame was salted to perfection and the fried spring rolls were packed with goodness. Can't wait to return.
Yes it's a bit pricey but worth it!!! This chef is next level and has clearly reached culinary enlightenment, seriously I can't believe this place is in Florida. I'm partial to the ginger joy entree myself but everything is amazing!
Very good vegan food. Served our large party well.
Vegan Pad Thai was good for being
Overpriced and dirty
Food wasn't great, frozen dumplings were overcooked and pad Thai noodles were undercooked
Very sweet and watered down taste. Is small overpriced portions . I ordered delivery because my favorite Thai restaurant does not deliver, Siam Garden in Winter Park who makes authentic vegan Thai food. I ordered the green curry tofu. There was a lot of sugar and a very Bland taste, missing spices with very little basil and galango. I could not really eat too much because the sugar made me nauseous. Otherwise it's very nice to have a vegan option but most Thai restaurants can make it vegan for you and they not only taste better but are way cheaper with larger portions
This food is too good to worry about atmosphere and service. 10/10 hands down the best thai food in orlando!!! Careful with the spicy too, i claim to eat very spicy but when i had their medium it was perfect for my taste
The food was of bad quality with lot of oil @ tasted totally unhealthy. I felt nauseous after few minutes of eating. The price was too high for the quantity & the quality of the food and as a special note they add 18% of service tip which was mandatory, in spite of the food was all over priced, the services added to it was totally unnecessary since the service, food & ambiance was worse.
From Georgia where food is subpar. SO MANY VEGAN OPTIONS! They have a menu just for vegans. Sweet n sour chicken changed the game! Quick service greeted with a smile and assistance
Although the food here is really good, but the prices are pretty high.
Honestly, I want to ubereats food from here more often, as I work near the area, but I just can't justify their prices...
As far as the atmosphere, it's very plain and the service is not very hospitalable, just straight forward in and out style of service.
SCAM!!!! This is not a Vegan Thai Kitchen. It's Thai Silk restaurant. They moment you enter, they ask you if you're vegan and hand you a vegan menu! It's not a completely Vegan place. They don't share their vegan menu online. And they are Super expensive! False advertising and disappointing. I am never coming here again.
Price was a little too high for the food amount and atmosphere.
The food was amazing; I got the vegan beef pho. The person who worked there was super nice the whole time. The only problem was that it was really pricey.
So, this place was super good the 1st 3-4 times we visited. However, we started to notice the food came out really fast. Found out that it's ALL microwaved when we ordered to go our last visit. The container was piping hot and the rice noodles were stuck together. Very disappointing for $25+ a dish. If they actually hired more than the family of 2 to work or at least put the blogger son (who just sits at the table using an umbrella to hide his computer activity) to work they might be able to make the food fresh to order. Overall the food is up and down on flavor, just isn't worth the money 😕
Great food. Definitely need to put this on my list of places to revisit anytime I’m in Orlando
Excellent food made fresh. Generous portions. I’ll return again
We were a party of 2 & the server literally asked us to order more food since we were “dining in”! The service was so bad, the price points are so high! The servers had a thick oriental accent, seemed like they had a hard time understanding English even, so they had a grumpy face. I’ve had better food than here in good fine dine restaurants in Miami too which charge almost close to what this restaurant charges. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this place!
I really enjoyed this food! I don’t get to come here often so I get hyped when I do. I expect the food to be a little pricey because it is vegan. Just to be healthy from your grocery store has a little expense to it. I haven’t sat in to experience the customer service but the guy on the phone was awesome.
Amazing food :) amazing raw vegan options :) thank you ขอบคุณ
The food was okay but way overpriced. The benches were all patched up and the place looked like it was falling apart.
Came here each day that I stayed in Orlando. The service was great, I ordered over the phone and also dined in too. I had the green curry, pineapple curry, spring rolls, and the fried banana dessert topped with sesame seeds. Everything was delicious and fresh!
Food is always fresh, and always top quality. Pricing is due to location, but you still get good quality and portioning for price.
The food was yummy and we enjoyed the fresh taste and care that was put into our food.
This is not a vegan restaurant and should not label as one because they are mainly cook meat. I would prefer that they don’t mislead people by label online as a vegan restaurant. Thank you
Great selection of vegan food !! Super impressed with the ramen fire noodles. They were delicious and just the right about of spice. Vegan spring rolls even my kids ate and asked for more. Super crunchy and fresh. Thanks for the good vegan food. Didn’t get pictures as we ate it so quickly.
The food was delicious! We had the tofu spring rolls, cashew stir fry with tofu. The vegetables were fresh! Definitely a place to visit again.
This place is ridiculously expensive for the kind of ambience and the portion size. The portion size is smaller than standard and 18% tip was added by default. Tip should be optional and be determined by the customers.
Overall, pretty disappointing in terms of quality and portion size for the prices.
Please try to avoid this place, I know veggie food restaurant since I’ve been vegetarian all my life, the chicken protein was in lack of flavor, no to mention it was $5.00 just to add this tasteless item to my sweet and sour, it came to be about $32.00 for a sweet and sour and a mango beverage! Check the prices and run for other choices. It was not at all worth it for me.
Amazing vegan food.
African Americans DONT SPEND A PENNY WITH THIS RUDE DISRESPECTFUL PEOPLE. The food was not good, I still ate and paid, I spent $14 for 4 wings.....🧐 coconut juice..which was very good and crab Rangoon, my friend ordered spring rolls...thay were nasty her son didn't finish 1...the lady owner gave a condescending remark, then her husband joined her. So I let them know they had the right one today, just know this black family you are valued her don't spend ANY money with these horrible business owners....I will go back and take pictures of there faces.....
Came into the restaurant was greeted very nicely. Ordered the vegan pad tai, it was great! Not many things are all vegan on idrive. Glad this restaurant was here:)
We loved the food here. The Tom Kha soup was amazing. Will definitely order again! The green curry was mild and flavorful and the spring roll sauce was perfect.
Very good restaurant with tasty and honest portions food and various options for Vegan customers as well.
Quick service and reasonable prices for the location. I will certainly come back again.
food and service were both great. i see a bunch of reviews complaining about the price, but i thought the prices were reasonable for the portion sizes and location.
I think this store has a different name called Solk Thai food. The food is delicious and has great portions, but it's a bit on the price side. I got one entre and an appetizers and spent over 30$
Inappropriate conduct! We spent $100 for two entrees and a drink. They demanded a 18% gratuity tip and then an additional tip. when we refused to tip they chased us into the parking lot stood in front of our car and demanded we come back in to tip. We explained that we were offended to be asked to tip almost 30%. They called us the "N" word and "bad people". wouldn't recommend.
The food here is delicious. My husband had yellow curry with tofu and I had massaman curry with vegan chicken. Both were just perfect. I am sad that I live almost an hour away because I know that I will be craving this food. I will definitely make the trip back.
Honestly the only thing that earns this place any stars at all is the fact that it's vegan.
Our THREE entrees ended up costing approximately $105 after tax and automatic gratuity. I definitely resent when establishments add the tip to my bill automatically. ESPECIALLY since this was a go-to order!
Portions were extremely small, flavor was lacking. A you pay a pretty penny to add vegan protein to any of the dishes.
Horrible tasting food at a high price. Today I ordered the yum beef salad & it was literally 3 lettuce pieces, my pinky size worth of vegan chicken, watery liquid & 3 big tomatoes for over 20.00. The worst tasting vegan food ever. 1 star is too much!
Did a takeout. Good food!!!
Perfect! We got takeout, normally I don’t ask for a substitute, however the temptation to try Thai “beef” guide me to order the Noodle Vegan Beef. FANTASTIC! Was a large portion which the girls couldn't eat the whole container, so the price was worth it.
Calling all vegan friends!!! This place is amazing!! The staff is so friendly and kind. The food is amazing, seasoned well, with large portions. The best part is the vegan options!!! There are many. This spot is a gem and anyone considering should def go. You will not be disappointed.
This food is unbearably bad. I can't believe a place so terrible can still be in business (I guess mostly because of misleading marketing on apps like UberEats, which is where I ordered it). Bland, salty, greasy, overpriced. The exact opposite of what you would expect for vegan Thai cuisine. The wasted money is the least of my regrets. Avoid at all costs.
They literally left all the seeds from the peppers IN the fried rice, seeds aren't pepper flakes, you don’t season with them. Like they're inedible and are in every bite. Do the cooks try the food before they send it out? Also I paid for extra spice in my phad thai and there was NONE. And on the other hand I requested mild spice in another dish and it's basically the max level. What's going on over there?
AMAZING vegan Thai restaurant, great service, tasty food, and super fast. It felt great going to a Thai restaurant and not having to worry about fish sauce in everything.
I don’t know what the other person is talking about that their bill was $200 for 4 people. They must have ordered a 3 entrees each. I can’t tell you how many times I avoided this restaurant because of this inaccurate review. This is a very nice place. They had GREAT customer service is great! It’s definitely a place I’m coming back to. The service is quick. The people are friendly. The good is fresh and tasty and I am now a fan. I’m just mad 😠 I listened to this inaccurate review for that long. So happy I checked it out myself
Too expensive for. Vegan food
This was absolutely the one of best Thai food experiences I've ever had. I had spring rolls and the ginger stir fry dish with vegan chicken and the vegan chicken is a must try - it reminded me of when I used to eat meat - AMAZING - this place is a must stop for both vegans and non vegans in Orlando!
I was excited for Vegan Thai, but this place is waaaay overpriced for the level of food. Mysterious upcharges. Food for 4 was $200. I can get Vegan Thai elsewhere for under $100 for the same thing, but craveable which the was not. It was just okay. And $8.50 for mango juice was already high but sending 1/2 a cup was ridiculous. Don't do it.
Food is subpar and tasteless. The staff is rude and obnoxious. I would invite the health department to take a stroll through this place I suspect the infractions would be countless. Not sure why so many of reviews are favorable there is nothing good about this place.
Amazing Vegan Selection! Whole separate menu available. I was visiting town and happily found them. With different delivery options available.
Did dine-in and was served great!
Good didn’t survive long enough for pictures :D
