I'm also not usually a fan of hot and sour soup, however this is the only place I get it and love it!

Got sat quickly on a Friday night. Reasonably priced. Restaurant was a bit loud at times because of the closeness of the tables. Despite it being busy, service was very efficient and kind.
The sushi was fresh, and tasted good in an average way. The entrees were VERY filling and tasted great. Seasoned well with flavor and perfect heat (spice & temperature)

Lots of options for everyone.

The waitress was amazing! The food was horrible. I ordered the shrimp and lobster sauce earlier tonight and I couldn't eat it. I asked for a to go container. Didn't want to create a scene. You could see the pain on the waitress face. She could sense something was wrong. She asked about 4 times ,"if i was okay". It was the worst tasting food I have ever had. The rice was hard and salt. The shrimp was raw and the lobster sauce sick my stomach. It was pure seafood stock. Clamy and jelly. It was my first time and will be my last. I still tipped her good because it wasn't her fault. If that's the food they're serving they won't be around for very long. Bear in mine I am a certified chef. I was in the area for a business meeting. And the partner choose to go there. It was a bad decision.

I ordered takeout entrees for a 3 person dinner party using ChowNow app. I really liked ability to select many options for each entree, including spiciness level. I ordered Kung Pai Shrimp, Pad Thai with Tofu, Vegetable Fried Rice with Pine Nuts, General's Spicy Chicken, and Vegetarian Spring Rolls. All the entrees were delicious and portions were huge! After I arrived I checked in with Receptionist at front door, gave her my name, and she immediately brought my order in a large bag and handed it to me, no hassles! Also my order was ready exactly at the reserved pickup time. I highly recommend this restaurant and plan to return soon!!

We have been coming to Red Ginger for many years but it had been a while since our last visit. Last night solidified that we need to start coming more often. Food was great! The BBQ ribs were excellent and so were our curry dishes. Drinks were good too! Good portions and we should have taken some home but we couldn't help ourselves! We ate it all! Service was wonderful as well.

I come here a few times a month. The food here is fresh and service is awesome. I typically get the chicken and broccoli and fried rice. And the won ton soup and it’s so good always fresh.

Remember the days when Chinese restaurants were so much more than just random take out places in a strip mall ? This hearkens back to those times. What a wonderful place. Food was elegantly presented, delicious and plentiful. Service was phenomenal. Ambiance was classy. A lovely night out for great food. We ate well, had cocktails and appetizers before our entrees, took a lot of food home and still barely spent $40 per person. Highly recommended.

Got an order for pick up, was very disappointed. There was debris in my soup and the taste and quality was not worth the price.

Food was mediocre. Very surprised that the food wasn’t good since the restaurant has been there so long. We had the food delivered and they put sushi on top of hot food. We didn’t finish all of our food and threw out what was left. Not even worth saving.

Polynesian Pineapple fried rice was great. Hot and sour soup very good. Wouldn't recommend the egg rolls, not New York style. Cashew chicken was tasty. Generic tempura shrimp sushi roll was served hot.
Service was fantastic.

Three girlfriends out just to hang out and catch up. One of us said "the foodies like Red Ginger", so that's where we went. On our table: wonton soup, wonton soup 1/2 and 1/2 with egg drop soup, hot and sour soup, spring rolls, a shrimp tempura roll, and sa-cha beef. The soups stole the show for us. My wontons were al-dente, which I don't prefer, but the soup itself had a lovely smoky flavor to it that was rather nice. My friend raved about the hot and sour soup. For the rest of the food, it's worth commenting that the ingredients all tasted very fresh. The spring rolls and shrimp tempura roll were on par for most good Asian places. The sa-cha beef was tasty, if a bit too sweet for me. No one else thought it too sweet. My friend did comment that there was no sa-cha in the beef. Since her Dad was a Chinese chef I guess she'd know, but since it was my first time trying the dish, I had no comparison. Still we all agreed we liked the food and we'd go back. There were many interesting dishes on the menu we'd like to try. I will say our server, Kareem, was very helpful in explaining the menu and taking care of requests. He switched out our tea for another variety when we didn't like the Jasmine, and he brought my soup on the double when I asked as I was very hungry. The rest of the meal arrived in perfect timing, but I needed something within moments and Kareem was a rock star in providing all we needed.

Everytime I feel like eating Thai this is the place to go food and service are the best in Coral Springs. Today I was there with my best friend and an abnoxius entitled customer was berating a woman since she asked him to keep it down. Screaming and calling her out of her name. Management came over and asked him and his wife to leave. Good job!!! Everyone at the restaurant clapped as they left. Is very nice to know management is lookimg.out for their customers.....

Excellent Asian! Best I've had in quite some time. Large portion, perfectly spiced! Beef and Broccoli was fantastic. We both had Hot and Sour soup, this had lots of filling ingredients.

This establishment is a bit of a hidden gem. The entrees were fresh and delicious and reasonably priced. The won ton soup was especially good with a fresh and authentic taste. The pad Thai was prepared to order as requested. I would definitely recommend this establishment and I will return. It was definitely worth the trip . It is my belief the entrees are prepared fresh with excellent ingredients.

12/31/23 update: tried again (I don’t know why) instead of charging an up charge fee to change the rice like every other restaurant in America I have to pay a entire entree price. It’s a complete rip off! Both managers told me “oh well we’ve been here for 16 years that’s the way it is” so $35 for a sesame chicken meal with shrimp fried rice is absolutely ridiculous!

Also, I was never a repeat delivery customer. I ordered from here once and it was picked up. Your system must have me confused with another dissatisfied customer.

On November 20, Red Ginger Asian Bistro, located at 9710 West Sample Road, was ordered to shut down after a recent health inspection by the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation revealed multiple violations, including live roach activity, mold in the ice machine, and unsanitary conditions on the kitchen floor.

Lived in Coral Springs for many years but this was my 1st time here and it was phenomenal the food was delicious. I will definitely eat here again

Not sure what’s going on. The food used to be excellent! General Tsos now is very greasy no pepper or heat; tastes more like sweet and sour chicken. Pepper steak greasy with scrappy pieces of beef. Could not eat pineapple chicken fried rice it had an off stale rice odour. We specifically requested no shrimp and you could smell it in the rice so obviously all they did was remove it and could not comprehend shellfish allergies and dietary restrictions. . Sichuan green beans soggy no pepper either. Terrible Very disappointing will not order from here in future. Food went in the trash.

I used to frequent this spot pre-covid for a terrific Wednesday ladies' very special Happy Hour and order Very Sexy Tuna Roll to eat. Too bad the Wednesday deal no longer exists. After several years I came in and ordered the Very Sexy Tuna Roll again on or about 9/2023. While the Waiter serving in the bar was kind, knowledgeable, and professional I find the current crowd too wild on Wednesday afternoon in bar area. On a positive note, the Very Sexy Tuna Roll is still very delicious.

Food not quality. I will go back to mainland China bristo restaurant.

Ordered honey garlic chicken lunch special. It was burnt to a crisp! The rice had no flavor and the wantons in the soup were raw! Super disappointed in the quality.

The food was flipping fire! The kung pao chicken was amazing, same with the Mongolian beef. But my favorite overall, was the Dragon roll. This place is kid friendly, and I’ve never had problems with service.

The sushi roll was soo chewy I almost choked eating it. I called the restaurant to inform them and the manager was very rude and unprofessional she said it is what it is.

This is one of our favorite places in the area. The service is always wonderful and they will never let your drink go empty!

7 - years ago-Took the family and had both sushi and Chinese food. Both were delicious! With drinks came out to 30 a person with tip. If you once enjoyed PF changs and lije better service this is the place. The general chaos chicken was some of the best I have had!

First visit based on Delta Skymiles recommendation. Ordered take out and the food was ready when I arrived, quick service. The egg drop and hot n sour soup was very good but the portion was small compared to other places. The sashimi was also good but again, the pieces were very small. Like other reviews, the portions are small compared to the prices, my first and last visit.

I usually don’t have time to do this but since this was my first time having poor customer service at the bar on a Thursday….. I will make sure I don’t return on Thursdays’….the minute I see the American Blonde bartender…. I’m out!!!!!!!!!! She spent of the time doing shots & catering to what appeared to her regulars, which was a party of 8-9….Which I totally understand but don’t make it obvious…She was just all over the place & I found myself waiting until she finished gossiping to meet my dining needs…. If it wasn’t for the bar-back working with her… I wouldn’t have gotten my bill… He was the one providing the customer service… I like this place… it’s not about the food but tonight’s service… I will only stay and dine -in when I see other bartenders…If she’s there.. I’m out!
