Kubo restaurant was established in 2018. We are locally owned and operated, and we are proud and thankful for all your support. We serve Asian fusion food, Filipino food, sushi, ramen, crafted cocktails, and a full bar. Come join us at our new location in Coral Springs!
We dined there on a Sunday for dinner. The place wasn't crowd so we were seated right away. Server was welcoming but she didn't identify herself. We had the super spider roll, black dragon roll and the crunchy roll. They were all good. Also Kubo has lots of different promotion - all you can eat on Monday and Tuesday, daily specials, happy hours. We tried their version of halo halo which was not bad. Also of note they have a karaoke room you can rent out.
Brought my niece here for sushi last week. We tried several appetizers as it was happy hr. Food was amazingly. Our server was knowledgeable about the food choices. As this was our first time we took his opinion and have ordered take out several times since. Atmosphere was good but we chose to sit outside and I’m a mosquito magnet and got bitten several times, however that was my choice.
Been here twice in a week! Food was great and service was great! We tried several different things and all was good! Didn’t get pictures the first time but here are a few from today! We will definitely be back! This was calamari rings, crab, Rangoon, shrimp tempura roll and the Miami Heat roll!
Visited here last month and purposely came on Monday because of their ads circulating online for their AYCE menu. Walked in, very nicely decorated. Beautiful restaurant.
Sat down and received an ala carte menu. I asked the waitress and she said they haven't done that in a while. OK well why did I just see that ad? It was disappointing but since we already trekked all this way, we went ahead and ordered. Pricy menu but decent food.
We started off with edamame and salmon tacos. The salmon tacos were probably my favorite item of the night. I ordered the wagyu donburi bowl. Very little meat. A lot of rice and broccoli. It was a terrible ratio.
Service was decent. I saw that they are closing this location soon.
Kubo Sushi is incredible! The food is unbelievably fresh, and the flavors are incredible. The Tom Ka soup is hands-down the best I’ve ever had. On top of that, the staff is so friendly and sweet, making the experience even better. This is officially my new favorite sushi spot! Highly recommend the Honeymoon roll as well.
Located in Coral Springs, Kubo offers a truly unique dining and entertainment experience. From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding. Roger, the owner, greeted us with exceptional warmth, and our server, Ethan, was attentive to every detail, making our evening feel truly special.
The food at Kubo is simply spectacular. I highly recommend the octopus croquettes an absolute delight. I also tried the Midnight Bloom cocktail, crafted by an award-winning mixologist who has designed a one of-a kind drink menu. The flavors and combinations were so remarkable that I ended up having three!
As for the Pad Thai, I’ve had this dish in many places and have always had a favorite… until now! Kubo Pad Thai took me by surprise, easily earning the number one spot on my list.
Kubo’s atmosphere is equally impressive. They have a beautifully styled karaoke lounge that’s perfect for a fun night out, with a charming hint of wood fragrance that adds to its cozy vibe.
If you’re in Coral Springs, Kubo is a must visit. From their delicious dishes ,don’t miss the bao buns! to the warm, personalized service from Roger and his wife, Kubo feels like a true family gem.
A five-star experience all around, and one I can’t wait to enjoy again and again⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🤩
One of the BEST services we have received lately! They are on the newer side and and is a little hidden. It was the hanging lantern surrounding their outdoor seating area that caught our attention. The food is spectacular! Sushi and sashimi was fresh. Every dish we ordered was delightful and flavorful. We were a party of 7 that arrived without reservations for dinner and they were beyond accommodating. I’m so happy for this new addition to Coral Springs and can’t wait to be back and try their happy hour!
Great mix of Asian food such as Japanese, Thai, and Filipino food. From small plates to large platters, there's something for everyone. We tried the pork belly adobo bao buns, lumpia, and highly recommend the bangus sisig as it's very hard to find down here. A friend had the snapper which they enjoyed. Great service from Roger and Ethan who was very patient with our large party.
Service was not the best. Waiter walked by the table 3-4 times and never asked if we were ready. Then he forgot our drink. He also added his own gratuity without our consent. NEVER AGAIN
We have been to this location and Fort Lauderdale, both locations are great. Definitely try it. Note, I heard this location is changing their venue to Thai at the end of this month.
Best Asian food I've ever had. Love this place
I've gone to this establishment many times and the service and quality of food is unmatched. I have no complaints. I highly recommend this restaurant and I'm saddened to know that they will be closing down soon.
Anime scenery and style and with amazing food at. a good price.

Everything is great and staff is excellent
We absolutely love Kubo, and it’s become one of our favorite go-to spots! For my birthday, we decided to celebrate here with a party of 15 and rented out the karaoke room for three hours. The experience was phenomenal! The owner is incredibly kind and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. The price for the karaoke room was very reasonable, and it was such a fun addition to the night.
Everyone in our group was raving about the food—it’s consistently amazing—and many of my friends mentioned they’ll be coming back on their own! It was the perfect setting for a celebration, and the staff made the whole evening stress-free and enjoyable. Kubo has truly become my favorite restaurant, and I can’t recommend it enough!
Great, awesome, fantastic place with an absolutely stupendous selection on its menu, and very generous portions!
Great birthday luncheon with my niece.
Kubo Sushi is incredible! The food is unbelievably fresh, and the flavors are incredible. The Tom Ka soup is hands-down the best I’ve ever had. This place instantly caught our eye, it's got a beautiful interior with a floral aesthetic. The staff is so incredibly nice and accommodating allowing us to switch the curry sauce with teriyaki for the katsu chicken. Truthfully we were not originally planning on eating here but the girl at the front gave us such an appetizing overview of their best drinks and food that we just had to go in. The broth was flavorful, I would have loved to have had a different mushroom option but considering the price it has great toppings. The tuna tartare dip was absolutely amazing with the best mango, avocado, spicy mix l've ever had.
They had the tart mango with the perfect level of ripe. The curry was spicy but not overwhelming. The chicken was crispy and the veggies perfectly cooked. The chef even came out to ask if we liked our meal and let us know he made the substitution for the chicken personally. Overall a great experience, can't wait to come back!

Great selection of authentic Asian Fare as well as a wide cocktail menu with great selections. Amazing sushi offerings in an anime-asian themed space. Great atmosphere especially at night with a private Karaoke room if you're feeling like singing!
Came here with my girlfriend, the menu has so much to choose from, the staff is very respectful and friendly, and everything we ordered came out so good!! Spicy Tuna bite w/ Crispy Rice was awesome, spicy garlic edamame appetizer was simple and great. Beef bulgogi bao buns were delicious too! The portions were also very nice/big, Can’t recommend enough and looking forward to coming back!
Food and drinks were great and priced well. Ambience was also decent. However what made the experience strange was that there was someone who kept walking around each table and watching every table like a hawk. What was she doing? Making sure we were eating? I don’t know made it uncomfortable having someone occasionally watch you eat. If I could give 3.5 stars I would because of than that one employee it would be a 5/5
wooooooooowwww
Tried the salmon yuzu belly truffle and it was not fresh at all and had no sauce or truffle. We couldn't eat it at all! The Japanese lover roll was good. Honestly, overall really dissatisfied with the experience
This place is my favorite for Pad Thai
Waited 10 min before they even acknowledged me
The food was amazing!! Tuna Tartare Dip was delicious. I don't normally like Taro chips, but these were so good with the tuna. Loved the addition of mango. The orange ribs were fall off the bone in a sticky, tangy orange sauce. Again, so good. We also had the Kubo Fried Rice. Delicious mix of fried rice with onions, chicken, jumbo shrimp, pineapple chunks, and cashews. It's a huge portion, so lunch tomorrow. It was outstanding. I'm so full!! The service was great. Very attentive. I'm really impressed with Kubo. I had heard wonderful things, and it hit the mark.
FIRST TIME AND WAS NOT A DISAPPOINTMENT! EVERYTHING WAS SO FRESH OUR WAITER SO FRIENDLY FOOD CAME IN A TIMELY MANNER WAS SO DELICIOUS! TO BE HONEST THE BOAT FOR 2 ITS MORE LIKE FOR 3 SINCE CONES WITH MISO DEFINITELY WILL COME BACK TO TRY DIFFERENT THINGS THANKS KEEP THE GOOD WORK

First time dining here everything was absolutely exceptional!! As a big fan of asian and asian fusion i find myself to be quite the snob. The lumpia, kani salad and krab rangoon were all done to perfection. The bartenders are well experienced and everything we ordered came out perfectly. Big thank you to our server Amber, all of her recommendations were stellar and she was overall wonderful. Cannot wait to return here!!
The food was exceptional, exceeding all expectations. The service was outstanding—welcoming, attentive, and professional. They offered Bluefin Tuna, which was truly delicious. The owner personally greeted customers and presented exclusive dishes, adding a special touch to the dining experience.
We did take out so the bar was low to start with but were pleasantly surprised. The Yaki Udon was delicious! Will be going back to eat in and try a lot more items.
The food was really good
The experience here was quite good. It was a rainy night and we sat on the patio. The service was very good and the good was good as well. Will certainly go back again.
The Coral Springs location will short you on food. I would suggest if you do go go to the Fort Lauderdale location. This is the second time this has happened to me and I’ve never had this experience at the Fort Lauderdale location. This is the only negative experience I’ve had with this location but i will not be coming back.
Great service and ùnusial food which I love

I love this place - it's one of my top Asian restaurants. The owners are humble, and they serve fantastic food.
First time here.
Love the menu. Got me some good Pathai. It was excellent. Our server YOK was very attentive and extremely nice
We come back for sure
I've been a loyal customer of this restaurant and have celebrated special occasions here, including a friend's birthday in April in the same private room I reserved yesterday for my own birthday. The restaurant has always been a favorite of mine, but my experience yesterday left me quite disappointed. First, service was extremely slow. Our waiter took a long time to check on us after we ordered drinks, the boba teas took over 20 minutes to arrive, with no updates from the server during that time. When we were ready to order food, a friend of mine asked the waiter about a dish he had seen in a Yelp review. The waiter simply said he didn't know, and when my friend tried to describe it, he responded quite rudely, saying again that he didn't know. I ordered the 'Boat for Two' with a friend, which was supposed to come with two sides, but we never received them. Later, one of my friends quietly informed the waiter that it was my birthday and asked for a dessert. The waiter didn't acknowledge the request and just left the menu without even offering any birthday acknowledgment before they asked for 2 or 3 times. Overall, this experience was quite disappointing, especially for a place l've enjoyed so many times before. While I still like the food and atmosphere, the service during this visit, particularly on my birthday, was below what l've come to expect. I hope this was just an off night for them, but it certainly put a damper on my celebration
Delicious, and great service. Good variety including ramen, sushi, and Korean grilled beef
1st time trying them. Had food delivered directly with them. Pricing did not match quality and piece of plastic in JB roll. Thank you to delivery driver. Very nice.
Crappy service hostess (looked like the manager) and waitress dumb as a doornob. Like what the heck is going on with your service here!?! I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT.
Went for lunch with friends. Great food, nice atmosphere and great service also price was 👍.
Really great food and atmosphere
Great food great service we come every Friday if we can
This place definitely deserves to be busier than it is. We came here with 2 kids, they shared a meal and they ate every bite! They usually do not do that lol we also got the Oreo tempura and it was the best. I definitely recommended this place!
Worst service ever!
Food is scrumptious and staff is very friendly.
excellent food a beautiful place
Great food and the private karaoke room was super fun, and fantastic service!
Great service. The sushi rolls are so good. Shannon and Ethan are the best bartenders.
It was our first time at this Kubo in Coral Springs. We’ve been to the Fort Lauderdale one a few times. We love both locations but this one in Coral Springs gets more love and accolades. First, the food was 5 stars delicious! We ordered the pork adobo, lechon kawali, GB sushi rolls and the custom made Bangus Sisig personally cooked by the restaurant owner Roger. Everything tasted authentic, good portions (the bangus sisig was shared by 4!) and the rice serving was more than we could eat!
The service was great and our server, Nicole was the best! She was very accommodating and attended to our needs!
Roger, spent time talking to us and he’s very nice!
The decor and ambience were pleasant.
I guess we will be visiting our kids (they just moved to the area) more often now and have dinner at Kubo!
Thank you for a great dining experience!
When this place first opened, it was definitely the hotspot. The environment is culturally on point. However, the food has significantly declined. The wings are horrible. They taste and chewy almost like you’re not eating meat. I don’t even want to think about what it could be. The rice is OK but again, none of the food is as awesome as it was when they first opened. It is certainly NOT the hotspot anymore.
Came here with no expectations but left absolutely amazed. Not only was the presentation of the food very good, it tasted great. There is a mix of various Asian cultures here (which makes some since it is fusion) and it all seems to work. The food came out quickly and the person helping us was very nice. Highly recommend.
Bao bun with soft Shell crab fan here! Our kids(10,8&5)love it too and they claim that It’s the best food in the city.A must-try from this place. It’s Filipino/Japanese and Thai food. The sinigang is perfect and just The way they they cook in The Philippines. So It’s authentic Filipino food. The bar is A+ with great cocktails. I tried The oyster shooter and it didn’t disappoint.
Pan Asian and delicious! Many great choices on the menu. Food was delicious and service was excellent. The restaurant is lovely.
This place never disappointed
We came here on a recommendation and it fell nothing short of amazing. We are now going to be recommending this place to others. Not to mention I dirtied my shirt as I was enjoying everything, lol. That’s how you know it’s good. Everything was so detailed from the art work to entrance cherry blossom tree to the comic book style menus. We had the spicy edamame and orange pork rib appetizers. Both were incredible. No restaurant gives you as much edamame as Kubo and it’s really spicy. It’s super good. The ribs had a nice crunch on the outside while being tender on the inside. Very delicious. We also had the pancit glass noodle dish which was both delicious and humongous. I ended up taking most of it home. It is absolutely delicious and I like that the chicken is ground. You constantly get protein in your bite. We added shrimp to the pancit dish too and there were so many shrimp. We got the kubo ramen based on recommendation from the waitress. It is in a thick panang curry broth. Absolutely delicious. I actually like it better than your average soup broth ramen. Our waitress Nicole was an absolute sweetheart. She was very relatable and answered any questions. I am requesting here next time I come, if she is there. She even recommended the most delicious drinks and dishes. Very happy with the service here and we can’t wait to be back. Worth double the stars and this most definitely has become one of our favorites.
Awesome food, amazing service and just a perfect place to come relax and unwind! The drinks are absolutely amazing.
Great smiles and service from our waitress, the food was very tasty, seating was good, plenty of parking and the ambience was also great.
The music was not overpowering and everyone can hear each other conversating, will definitely be back due to the wonderful experience for our first time visit.
BTW we had dumplings, curry and coconut shrimp dish and I loved the adobo pork plate… that was my favorite, thanks everyone. Dr Collazo
Update 8/24- went back to strictly try ramen. The soupless bulgogi bowl was crazy good. I had the spicy seaffood ramen excellent. Just very different ftom every where else. A fresh treat.
Large menu! Good assortment of food styles and tasts. We tried spring rools, bulgogi buns. Pork belly with rice and crispy duck. Everthing pretty good. A good option here in coral springs.
the food was amazing i had a salmon california i love how the place was designed i really appreciated how nice the workers were and funny it is a great place to eat at.
I love this place absolutely one of my favorites parang curry absolutely a mouth blast of flavors, I like my food very spicy and I got the Thai spicy level absolutely a dish to stimulate all of your palette. Everything from there Ramen, sushi appetizers smoked wood old fashion. A must visit spot .
Thank me later .
I enjoyed it. The service was great.
Food AND service was amazing!!! We put a deposit down for their private room which has karaoke. We had so much fun for a 20th bday. The owner, Bob, was so helpful and very jovial manager. You can tell employees, like Amber, enjoy working there. Sushi was yummy!!! Can't wait to return.
First time eating here and it was excellent. Went on a Saturday afternoon with some work colleagues and it’s very quant. Each of ordered a different type of meal. One had sushi, another ordered ramen, Pad Thai and I had the Poke Bowl (actual picture). We all tried each others, excellent. We are definitely coming back.
Amazing food, atmosphere and great friendly service. Will return.
The food is amazing 👏
Absolutely love this place! My new favorite local spot! Met the owner Roger, had a good talk and man what a wonderful experience. Food is top notch if you ever tried this place go! Had a Smokey old fashioned and it was made to perfection. Great atmosphere, employees are wonderful, can’t wait to stop by for one of their karaoke nights!
Delicious and decent portions.
What a cool place to have a drink or a great meal. The anime /one piece theming is on point and the drinks are affordable and great
It was very good when they first started. Now, they never have beer on draft. Fruit flies around your food. Sushi was missing some ingredients they usually put. Drinks are not the best when Shannon the bartender is not there.
Absolutely fantastic. The food was incredible, the employees were very nice and gave great recommendations to members of my group, and the aesthetic is amazing.
Staff was very polite, offered great suggestions, food was outstanding. Look forward to eating here again
Place never disappoints. One thing I love is that the music isn’t loud and their playlists is on point. Great atmosphere, food is also always on point.
Great Experience all around. They got it Right. Great Atmosphere, Great service and Great Food. Will definitely be back again to try more of the Menu...
Our Server was Great, wish I remembered her name. See you again....soon
Ask for Amber if you get a chance to eat here
What an amazing experience. Got a chance to speak with the owner who was very warm and kind. Good times and good food. Karaoke too!
Unique food, absolutely delicious
Great food, Great drinks, Great service!
This Place is Amazing, Great food, Great Service, we did'nt have to wait too long for our food. It was delivered and served in less than 25 minutes. Very friendly stuff. We will definitely come back. Big thanks!!!!
Cute spot with a big menu that has Filipino, Korean, Japanese, Thai, and other Asian dishes. With such a big menu, the quality of the dishes does vary a bit but there are still really good bites to be had.
The truffle salmon belly appetizer was my favorite part of the meal. The Naruto roll was fun but I wouldn’t get it again, and the spicy tuna roll was nice but achieved its spice from a kimchi style sauce so just keep that in mind.
Overall I’d definitely come here again and try some other rolls and dishes. There’s some solid attention to detail given and I feel like it’s all pretty good overall.
I went with my friend for a late lunch (@3pm). We were both greeted by the staff outside before we even walked in the restaurant. Very pleasant staff. The hostess, waitress, and bar tender were all very friendly and attentive.
We started by ordering cocktails. We both got the "Red Kiss" which is a yuzu based drink. It was a specialty cocktail so it was $15. The drink tasted amazing. Pleasant yuzu flavor, but for $15 we both agreed it could have been a bit bigger.
Next we split two appetizers. The "Thai Pork Dumplings" and "Pork Belly Adobo Bao Buns". Both were delicious. We both agreed the Bao Buns were better between the two. The actual Bao itself was like a soft, fluffy, pillow. The pieces of pineapple they topped the buns with was perfectly ripe, so sweet and juicy.
For entrees we chose the "Kao Soi Ramen" and "Panang Curry (with chicken)". I had the ramen. I loved the actual broth, pickled mustard greens (not made in house), and soy egg. My only criticism is that it came topped with "crunchy noodles" which I felt were unnecessary (I picked most of them off) and when I inquired about the spice level - I like to ask if they do "Asian levels" of spicy or "American levels" - I was told they lean towards Asian so I ordered mine "hot". It was not hot. I would call it mild at best. The waitress even asked me if I was sure and I told her I was and had eaten Thai food before. So, I was disappointed there. My friend enjoyed her Panang Curry.
Overall, it was a good experience. Between the two of us the bill came to $86 so they are a bit pricey. We both agreed we would go back but we decided it would be after 4pm (when happy hour kicks in) and that we would order mostly appetizers and the bao buns. I do want to try the sushi as the people sitting behind us ordered a roll and it looked incredible.
They've got some good food here, to be sure, but do yourself a favor: Do NOT order the wagyu fried rice. It's a tasty dish, but for $30, I expected more than six pieces of meat (with four of them being 50% fat) atop some fried rice. Other than that, it's easy to find some great food on the menu.
Food was 1000x better than expected. We'll definitely go back.
I ordered drunken udon with chicken to take out, but I got Pad Thai with chicken instead. The chicken was extremely dry. I called the restaurant The girl that answered and said there was a new hostess and maybe it got mixed up(originally I did speak with someone who seemed but a different hostess actually put my order into the computer) At any rate she had me on hold for a while, came back and said a manager would call me that was 24 hours ago.
Ethan, is amazing here. Highly recommend this place for service, great food and drinks
Everything was amazing from the decoration to our server Ethan who made my mom and I feel very comfortable and taken care of, we came in for Mother’s Day and my mom had the best day, all of our plates tasted fresh and delicious and the decoration was stunning we will be back with more people 💕
Everything was very fresh, teamwork approach. Excellent service really delicious food.. thank you!
Love the positive energy food is fantastic Highly recommend
Great service, food and prices. Timothy was our server and he was awesome! Would definitely go back without a doubt!
Excellent service! They have a very interesting menu but my favorite thing was the Fire Ball, which was a deep fried avocado filled with spicy tuna and crab meat I can't even describe it... just look at the pictures and you'll see how amazing it really was. First time here today and we will definitely be back!
Atmosphere ok.
Food good.
Prices high.
This is a very cute place, cool vibe inside. Nice anime decor. The food was yummy! I was really looking forward to trying the bao buns, and they were a little disappointing. That being said I would definitely come here again. The bulgogi beef was amazing, and drinks too. Our waitress that night was not as attentive as I would’ve liked, I think she was also working the bar. Aside from that, great place!
My first time . Met with friends. The food was really good. Love the place, the ambiance . They even have a karaoke room for small party . Met Roger the owner who sat down and chatted with us. Highly recommended.
Sushi was not good quality. Too much fat on tuna and dark color was not too appetizing. Ginger salad dressing was too vinegary. Pad Thai had too much sauce and tofu was over cooked but noodles under cooked. Chicken bao bun was pretty good but less sauce would been better.
Food was fantastic, and the Sake was cold and refreshing. The place is clean and the service was 150% friendly. Will definitely go back
Had a reservation for 8ppl at 7pm on a Friday evening - my daughter's 17th birthday dinner. We were going to be needing to change the time so we called and spoke with the hostess. We confirmed our new reservation for 730. When our party started to arrive the hosts would not seat our guests saying that our reservation was for 845. When we arrived and spoke with the hostess in person she said our reservation was for 845 not 730 and they could not accommodate us until then. We had 8 hungry guests standing around so we called up phat boy sushi in Coral Springs and told them of our dilemma. They said they would be happy to help us out and had a table ready for us by the time we arrived. Take a page from their customer service book Kubo - we won't visit you again.
Very disappointing, the pad Thai noodle was way over cooked and so soggy, the pork adobo was hard and dry can’t even bite into it
and a unpleasant smell, told the waitress and the answer is (it’s supposed to be like that for this dish)
First of all the atmosphere and service is top notch! Our waitress was lovely and the whole place was clean and welcoming.
That said, the food was unbelievably disappointing.
I ordered the Spicy Salmon Taco it was supposed to be a Crispy wonton, spicy salmon, scallion, masago topped with mango salsa and avocado.
What I got was a taco filled with a slice of avocado, some spicy salmon and topped with a little masago.
Where was the mango salsa? Where were the scallions?
The rolls were horrendous. They were way too big. The tuna roll did not have scallions in it, it was just rice with HUGE CHUNKS of tuna.
The unagi roll was filled to the brim with rice with a sliver of eel and some cucumber. Good thing I asked for extra eel sauce because it was dry.
The fried rice with chicken had no flavor. We added extra soy sauce it was so bland.
$80! This was just a massive disappointment.
We ordered the simplest dishes, if you can't get a simple tuna roll right how are you supposed to get anything big right?
One of the BEST services we have received lately! They are on the newer side and and is a little hidden. It was the hanging lantern surrounding their outdoor seating area that caught our attention. The food is spectacular! Sushi and sashimi was fresh. Every dish we ordered was delightful and flavorful. We were a party of 7 that arrived without reservations for dinner and they were beyond accommodating. I’m so happy for this new addition to Coral Springs and can’t wait to be back and try their happy hour!
Everything is amazing in this place
I have to say the ambiance is amazing
It's a mix of Asian and anime very well balanced
The food is amazing, the personnel are super nice and attentive the places look fantastic
A true worth to write home about this place
Omg!!! Yes, that good ! Everything I have had from here so far has been absolutely delightful, full of flavors, the service is on top notch and ambiance is super cute. But the food my friends, the FOOD is superb. There are so many delicious choices to choose from !
Really great authentic Asian food. Loved the
Sizzling Beef Bulgogi it is a must have dish. If you looking for good Asian food and great customer service this is it.
Not common kibble. Great to satisfy the appetite and converse. Cannot require more from a place to invest.
Great place!!!!
Don’t order take out if you don’t want your order to get screwed. Service was awful. Ruined my entire night when I put in my order an hour before then when I pick up and get home to find half missing. Driving back and then having to wait 30 min for the order to come out. O will literally dispute this charge. The other half of the order was already cold after all the waiting. Then I get home just to find they gave me the wrong order. Not even what I ordered. So disappointing.
Fast service, great food. We had a group of 8 and everything we ordered was amazing. We highly recommend the spicy edamame, the fire ball appetizer, and the Super Saiyan roll
Little mixed up with my order coming late, but management took care of it with ease. Food was amazing.
My recent visit to Kubo Restaurant left me thoroughly disappointed and dissatisfied, especially considering it was meant to be a special celebration for my husband's birthday. We opted to book their karaoke room, excited to have a fun evening, but unfortunately, our experience fell far short of expectations.
Upon arrival, it was evident that we were the first to utilize the karaoke room, as the setup was not properly prepared. It took a considerable amount of time to calibrate the settings, and it seemed like only one staff member knew how to handle the equipment, leading to further delays.
Service throughout the evening was sluggish, with extended waits for both ordering and receiving our food. When we finally managed to place our order, confusion ensued regarding the bills, adding to the frustration of the evening.
However, the most significant issue arose at the end of the night when we received the bill. Despite our total amounting to $77 and change (seperate bills including room charge per guest), the restaurant charged my bank account a staggering $282 and change. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, reaching out to the restaurant and visiting in person, we were met with silence and indifference. It's been over a month, and we're still waiting for a resolution.
Overall, our experience at Kubo Restaurant was nothing short of a disappointment. The combination of poor service, technical difficulties, and unresolved billing issues has left a sour taste in our mouths. Regrettably, I cannot recommend this establishment to others, as our experience was far from satisfactory.
Wow great atmosphere and great food! Glad to have you in town! Very very good food!
Surprisingly good menu. Well prepared. Nicole provided exceptional service.
Are server Nicole was very sweet, knowledgeable and provided great food recommendations. Everything we ate from the Tuna Lover Roll, the Pork Ramen and the Gyoza. We highly recommend Kubo. Be sure to request Nicole.
Discovered this place about a month ago on IG and it's my daughter and I's new favorite spot! We always start with chicken gyoza & the crab ragoons 10/10. We just had lunch there today and our server Daow was so sweet and she had a very cheerful attitude. Will ask for her from now on. The sushi and pad Thai is amazing too!
We had lunch today - everything was great - food - service - price. Will definitely return.
The young employee Matteo was very helpful and made the experience enjoyable. Definitely will be coming again!
Out-freaking-standing.
Came here on a whim finally and I’m so upset I waited so long. Atmosphere was welcoming and private, service GREAT, and the Bao and Ramen were delicious! I ordered my ramen Thai Spicy, but it was relatively mild - otherwise full 5/5. The portion of the ramen is extremely generous.
We will absolutely be back.
Food is good when it's actually hot. Go to the Fort Lauderdale one, from hot food to server and managers arguing with my friends and I this place is a joke and will not last unless there is a full staff change, very unhappy with the service.
The food was ok nothing really tasty or with flavor though. But the atmosphere and decorations are beautiful and cute and the customer service is wonderful.
Finest Asian Fusion I have had in years. Highly recommended
I came when they first opened and I cut them slack the first and second visit maybe Ben the 3rd. However now there’s no excuse they’re no longer newly opened. My friends and I went to dinner and my order was the first one taken. The waitress repeated my order to me and it was correct. Time went on and a majority of the dishes were out already I reminded them on 2 occasions that my food was still not out. More time went on and the 3rd time the server said she may not have heard me and that she repeated the order to us. Yes you repeated the order and still forgot it. Like everytime we go there’s an issue with our tables food. The one in Ft. Lauderdale never gave us any issues. I was so excited when we found out they were opening one literally right infront of my apartment but the service is terrible. Update: I now rate this please a 1 star. They food is great but when I pay a good about of money for the food I want the service to match. I ordered for pickup I asked for a Kubo fried rice and an order of the combination fried rice with no onion or scallions. The girl that took the order was very nice and she repeated the order so I thought it was correct. I gave them the allotted time to go and pick it up. I got there and the food wasn’t ready I waited for 15-20 minutes more. So at this point it was like well over 45 minutes. The girl told me “I’m sorry the kitchen is slow right now” mind you they literally only had 3 or 4 tables of people. The place was almost deserted. There was no reason why it should have taken that long for a take out order. I finally get my order and drove home. I got home and the combination fried rice had onions and scallions in it. I called and asked for them to remake it. Luckily I live right infront of the restaurant so I walked back and got the new order (which was correct) this time they made it in less than 5 minutes. So this time around it took them less time then when I ordered it over the phone and gave them time to make it. I’m so livid with this location everytime I want to give them another chance they mess it up. Again the food is amazing but the service is absolutely garbage. I’d rather go to the Ft. Lauderdale location and get better service there. I spent $45 with tip on just 2 orders of rice. I wasn’t going to tip at all but I was like fine. They’re tip amounts were also outrageous. Save your time and money and do not go to this place they’re guaranteed to either have you wait forever for your food or mess up the order, or forget your order completely.
Very cute place, the drinks are unique, love the vibes here. The sushi rolls are good portions, I'd also recommend the wagyu rice bowl and the fried avocado with fish (I think it's called fireball on the menu). The staffs are nice, service is timely. Would definitely come back again.
DELICIOUS!!! Fresh flavorful and zesty seasonings.
I have to give this place 10 stars if i can. I never see any of thai food good such as this place. The quality of the food. I alway have to go to Fort Lauderdale or somewhere to eat go food but finally i found this place in Coral Springs. I don’t have to drive far anymore. Terrific . High recommendation
The food was amazing! I had Amber taking care of me and recommending the pork dumplings, they were so good I had to go back a second time to get them again. I really like this place and the service (by Amber) was the best super lovely and has the best recommendations, I will certainly would be coming back.
Our server was Amber, she was amazing… her recommendation are really good.. and my daughter and I had a great time there, the food and drinks 1000% recommend!
We had 3 appetizers- all amazing. Recommend the pork dumplings 😋. Rainbow roll and fried rice also amazing.
Patio is kid friendly and staff was VERY attentive.
Can’t wait to go back.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Delicious!!! But be forewarned… choose your spiciness level wisely.
Menu is extensive, food was delicious, atmosphere was great!
The restaurant was beautiful has great decor and the menu itself is artwork.
The staff feels like family they were all very pleasant and kind which added to the overall vibe. Nicole was our server she was great and helped us navigate the menu with solid advice.
We had fried rice, house salad, beef bulgogi, and chicken katsyu. Everything was presented beautifully and tasted great. I can see this restaurant in Miami and I hope it thrives in Coral Springs because there’s nothing like it around
Shannon was an excellent bartender, she was very knowledgeable about what’s in the drinks and made the drinks very yummy. Food was excellent will be coming back!
SOOO HAPPYYY that they finally expanded out West! I don't know if what I tried is on their menu at the original location, but it was absolutely fantastic. I got the chicken katsu coconut curry. The portions are huge, and definitely make the pricing understandable. The quality of the food is fantastic as well.
I tried their Valentine's special drink "Drunk in Love" and I don't know if I've ever had anything like it, and it was delicious and looked really pretty.
We will definitely be coming more often!
It has a fun ambience, full bar, karaoke room, and great food and drinks.
Service is non-existent
Wow! Good ambiance! Food was spectacular! Thank’s Ethan for the good service!

Cute little Japanese place with lots of Anime inspired themes. The drink names are somewhat wacky, but they taste really good. Appetizer and entree's were full of flavor.
Need to repeat in order to try their vast menu.
Une belle découverte pour nous. (7 personnes). Super service, tous très sympathiques. Nous y retournerons assurément.
First time there. recommended from "let's eat south Florida". Food was great atmosphere was great service was great. For a Monday it was crowded. A must try if you are in Coral Springs. The place is right next to Miller's Ale House. New kid on the block.
Great addition to Coral Springs. This place has a great atmosphere and food is delicious
I’m leaving a review only because my wife’s review wasn’t taken seriously so I will be blunt. We came on a Friday afternoon for lunch, we came in and waited for a little over 15 minutes to be seated. No one came to help us, we gotten looks but no one at least gave us a “hello” or “one minute”.
It does not help where there was a man there to pick up that was there before us and was frustrated on him not getting his food. Maybe it’s the time of day, or which staff is in, but after the experience I find it difficult to come back.
Went on a Saturday at 4:00 when we walked in we waited 15 minutes while the staff just looked at us and we decided to leave. We were never sat down we were never even greeted; someone else was there and he looked like he had been waiting even longer than us.
Added: seems like the owner never takes accountability in responses and blames the people that are critiquing will not be trying this restaurant again.
