Quality is our priority. Fresh ingredients for great foods.
Just moved to Tampa and looking for a new Thai spot as it is my favorite food. I came accross this place, had very good ratings and close to my work. I came by at 8pm on a Thursday and it was dead. No customers. I was worried the food was not going to be good. I was wrong! Great food and great service, the chicken Panang was a solid 8.5/10. Just needed more peppers and chicken! Would definitely come back here again. They also need a lunch specials menu too, I would come here for lunch if they had that!
It isn’t authentic Thai but wasn’t bad. Thai green curry was very watery. Tom kha soup was a lil over powered with coconut milk. Mangoes in mango sticky rice were sour didn’t go well with the sticky rice. Since it’s difficult to find authentic Thai food in Tampa, so didn’t have any high expectations!!!
What is surprise this place was authentic Thai food. The food was delicious. Served fresh piping hot. You can choose your level of spiciness. The beer came with a cold chilled glass. The food was delicious. I chose the drumsticks with salad. The chicken wings were Hardee. what you see in the picture was enough to fill me up, I come back definitely and my server was very nice helpful with suggestions I give this a five star rating so if you’re out in the area look for it it’s right next to the dollar tree is well worth the stop or the drive just to come and eat
We went between lunch and dinner, so we were the only people there. The service was excellent, the food was incredibly delicious and came out fast, and the atmosphere was simple yet elegant. I had the Pad Thai with chicken and tofu. The tofu was just like I like it, super crispy on the outside and soft in the middle. My partner had the Red Curry with chicken at a medium level. He said it was delicious with perfect spice and flavor, and he cleaned his plate. We will definitely be back.
Thai Chilli Pepper is a small beautiful quiet restaurant. The restaurant is clean and the service was great, our drinks were always full and our waitress checked on us enough to make sure we didn't need anything. The food was good, however I felt like something was missing, having said that I do see myself giving them any try in the future and trying some different dishes.
Clean restaurant and friendly service. Shrimp spring rolls, really didn’t care for, I have had better. Both dishes we ordered were too spicy. I asked for medium and my husband spicy as you can pick your flavor level. I could not finish or enjoy the dish due to the spice level.
Today I ordered their spicy drunken noodles with tofu and this dish was loaded with flavor. I had it without the spicy but it was still great. In the past I have ordered rice dishes. This is my first time ordering a noodle dish. Very happy with my choice and will order again.
We have always had great food and service here for years. Thank you.

I came in 9:05 pm on Sunday and they said they were closed which is 30 minutes before the closing time on Google
Don’t waste your money!!! The food is too expensive beyond measures. Just because you have a business and the business is failing. You go and make everything so high for the same little quality of product. For example six shrimp in your spicy noodles for $20 is ridiculous. I was starving after. 3 dollars for peanuts and I mean not even enough for a 2oz container. That dish although delicious is worth $10-12. They literally raised their prices, but the food quantity did not go up. You don’t get more food. You get the same amount for for much higher price. Go somewhere and get Thai food like tuk tuk or Thai prime. Their prices have stay affordable.
Amazing flavor and great service! will be returning for more

Great food and service. When I order hot, they get it right
The drunken noodles are amazing and staff is very attentive and friendly every time we are here. My girlfriend and I go to Thai places all over the place and no drunken noodles ever top here.
Dining in this place again in 3 years, food is always great. Highly recommend “Lettuce Wrap.” Mon is really sweet and so kind.
Make sure to arrive at least an hour before their advertised closing time. Arrived at 8:40pm on a Tuesday, and was told they weren't doing dine in. And after we got menus for take out, the hostess asked us if we were ready every minute, on the minute.
The good is great here
Absolute best Thai food EVER!
Dine in is back. Chicken Rice soup is to die for!

We love their food the only reason for 1 star is they are not consistent in their spices. Today I ordered online and mine supposed to be medium to hot and it’s so mild I can even taste anything. The quality of food is going down unfortunately!!

THIS RESTAURANT IS THE BEST, THE SOUPS ARE SOOOOOOOOOOOO GOOD
I come here and typically it is very good usually when the right workers are there… but lately for my past 3 orders it’s been very inconsistent with it only the quality of food, spice, and meat proportions but as well as pricing…and the noodles I ordered today tasting like none I’ve had before and just very plain disappointing to see them not live up to the quality they could be with consistency and love and a more coherent atmosphere and better communications.
I ordered a takeout chicken dish. It was so sweet and the chicken was shredded and breaded. In my opinion it was horrible.
Amazing !!! So freaking good !!! Tropical duck, and the coconut soup. Wow wow wow.
Thai chilli pepper is a small resturant that offeres great service and delicious food! I got there when they first opened so the food was fresh and tasty. I didn't care for the crab Raggons they were too cheesy for my liking but I would definetly return to try more dishes.
The food here is really amazing.

Excellent food and customer service!! Thai tea was delicious. Had the pad see ew and the lemongrass honey chicken. Both were very good. Would definitely recommend 👌
My best friend and I had a delicious late lunch today and we will definitely be back soon. Beautiful fresh ingredients, gorgeous presentation and delicious to the last bite. Our server was attentive without being intrusive. I hope they stay busy and open because I now have a favorite Thai restaurant!
great portions, service, quality, and restaurant! nothing bad to say about this restaurant :]
Love their thai food. Will frequent the chicken fried rice and pad see ew. So good! Next I want to try the Bangkok wings and drunken noodles.
Food good but greasy
Thai Chili Pepper of Brandon is a clean and friendly place to enjoy the flavors of Thai cuisine. The Tom Kha with vegetables, Chicken Satay, Green Curry with Shrimp, and the chef's special, Pumpkin Curry with Fried Tofu, were all presented nicely, using fresh looking ingredients. Of them, the Green Curry was the best, making the taste buds jump for joy. For the area, this is a good option worthy of another visit.
We went there with 9 family members and the server was great and got everybody order correct and was very pleasant and warm. There wasn’t a big wait for the food it came out as the cook was finished which I loved. The food was amazing and flavorful.
This was my first time coming to the Thai Chilli Pepper restaurant, and I was very happy with my visit! They have a large selection of vegetarian food items, and the customer service was wonderful and very understanding regarding our dietary restrictions. I highly recommend the Thai Chilli Pepper restaurant on your next dining trip!
The Thai tea was amazing with great food. Was very spicy when I chose hot.
I like the small cozy atmosphere, not big enough to get noisy. Lemongrass Honey Chicken is delicious!
Best Thai this side of 75! It runs hot so go a temp lower to be safe.
The food wasn't all that at all. The broth was very greasy and not worth the price. I got the stir-fry ginger with chicken and I saw no ginger. Not going back. The staff was very nice tho and the atmosphere is beautiful
Amazing place!!! We have been coming here for years and it has never disappointed, the food is always good, the service is always friendly and professional and the place is always clean and inviting, we always have a great time here.
I visited the restaurant from out of town, n I enjoy Thai food…but the Thai food in this place was very horrible, saw small rodents running around…it’s very misleading n ruined my trip to Florida…never ever again…..
Great food, but rude people. I tried again tonight, but when my daughter and I arrived at 9:30 on Friday, they told me they were closed. Why advertise your open until 10 if you close at 9:30. I don't think I go back again. Good luck with that.
Delicious! We ordered take out over the weekend and it did not disappoint. We usually go to a couple other spot for take out but wanted to try this place.
Our food was hot and fresh! I think this may be our new spot!
Best Thai Food in the area!
My favorite local restaurant.
So disappointed that this location is suddenly take out only.
One of my favorite Thai places I am so picky when it comes to my pad Thai and they knocked it out the park!
Showing as opened outside. It’s 9:20p, they still have the open sign up and people inside. Won’t be back.
Pad Thai was so yummy! One of the best I’ve ever had and best in the area for sure
Poor service- high prices - fried chicken and fish in entree. 18 percent gratuity on top
Food is fresh and cooked to order, so it can take a little longer than usual, but worth the wait. I also appreciate the nice portion size.of course, I will be back. More items and flavors to explore. They seem to do a brisk take out service, so seating wasn't a problem. 3 couples dined in during my visit. Everyone seemed to take home leftovers. I ordered 3 dishes so I took home two togo containers.
Until next time.
I can't rate the service or atmosphere because the food was brought to me while I was in the hospital....buuuut lemme tell you... the broth from the coconut lemongrass soup not sure the official name for it but it was amazing😍😍😍
greats restaurant
I’m not a fan of super sweet main dishes. If you are, this is your spot. Thai Hot was my go-to spot and had some of the best I’ve had but they’ve unfortunately closed down a few years ago so still trying to find a Thai restaurant to fill that void.
Everything we ordered from the salad to the red curry to the pad Thai…. It was way too sweet. The curry barely had any coconut flavor to it. Some people enjoy it, my family did not.
Best food ever! Super friendly staff! Lemon grass chicken must have and the bang Kok wings! My favorite place! Hidden gem!
Food tasted good. I tried carry out. I got confused with the menu system online ( six levels of heat/spicyness etc) , so one has to be careful picking options online. But the lady took care of it, good service.
All our foods were delicious, with generous serving sizes. They don’t have many desert options
So delicious and fresh. Service 10/10. HIGHLY recommend 😁
We had been to this place (this location specifically) for a while now. However, the last few times we went, the food did not taste the same; it was bad. I'm not sure if there was a change in staff/cook.
Great small thai restaurant. Food fresh and service friendly. Family owned so I feel better spending money there instead of a corporate slop shop.
Great little spot. Had a good sampling of items with my sister. Friendly staff with balanced portions.
Pineapple fried rice is AMAZING:) been coming here / ordering from here for years with my family ❤️
This place was amazing. We had the spring rolls, tom yum soup, chicken satay and the Bangkok chicken wings. Everything was delicious. The hostess was charming!! Will definitely go back!!
My daughter and I love Thai food and wanted to try out the restaurant. Honestly we were hoping it would have been better. Long wait just to get seated with only 3 tables taken up (another couple next to us complained about the wait also). The table was sticky when we sat down. Food took over 30mins to come out. I don't mind the wait if the food was good. Unfortunately the food was lacking quality and quantity. The tom yum seafood soup only had 1 shrimp 1 muscle 1 scallop and 1 over cooked piece of squid (very tough) also for the price vs portion not worth it. The fried spring rolls, gyoza, and chicken satay were decent in taste but again price vs portions not worth it like other Thai restaurants. The green curry with chicken was salty, watery with over cooked chicken and under cooked green beans again price vs portion not worth it. We put in an order for pad Thai with chicken to go when we first sat and ordered. The waitress who gave us the check looked confused as to why we didn't pay yet, I asked her where is the pad Thai it's on the receipt? Luckily the order was put in. The waitress just almost forgot to give it to us. My wife always complains that I leave way too much for a tip, she didn't complain about that day.
What a hidden gem! The place was very clean, the hostess was phenomenal. She was so kind. She was so excited about the new menus the place received it made me excited for them. The food was super yummy. We had ordered the fried Spring roles and the dumplings (not pictured) they were wonderful. Then I got the Pad See Ew and my husband got the Pad Thai, both were wonderful and hit the spot.
Great food and fast service.
The food was great. The place was clean, but no other customers were there. Maybe because it was too pricey.
I never disappointed with ANYTHING! Yummy. The lady is very nice.
I will add pics once we get food later on tonight, but it occurred to me that I never reviewed! This is our go-to for all things Thai. I like spicy food - I mean HOT - and whether its wings or any other cuisine, it's never as hot as I'd like it to be. Well, not here! They do it right! The rest of the fam gets what they get, mild, mild-medium etc. It's always delicious no matter what. Only dined in once, but the ambiance here I feel is the best of the Thai places around. Don't hesitate - it's a great spot!
One of my favorite places for date night with my wife.
Nobody makes a better wonton soup than these people right here. The chicken wings are to die for and the basil rice is amazing. Thank you Thai chili pepper
Nearby Chippotle was crowded so we skipped out and tried Thai Chili Pepper for the first time last night and were delightfully surprised. We'll be back!
I am absolutely blown away and truly upset about my takeout experience this evening. I ordered online within a reasonable hour of closing time, tipped twenty percent and picked up my food within the time frame I was given. While picking up my food I was met with so much hostility from the server because she had a long day. I was completely taken aback and as I was trying to process the whole situation, she curtly told me to take the food and leave. We have all had a long day, my friend.
We had ordered to go Chicken Pad Thai, Spicy Chicken Fried Rice, and the Beef and broccoli delight. The beef and broccoli had the smallest portion of white rice I’ve ever seen on an entre! It did not have a lot of flavor, which was pretty surprising since everything else had a ton of flavor. Ultimately it was more like pho. The chicken pad Thai is my go to at this place, and I always order extra peanuts. It was incredible as usual! This is what makes me come back time and time again! The spicy chicken fried rice is also incredible with a huge portion, very spicy, and an amazing flavor.
Unfortunately will never be ordering from there again. Order was not prepared correctly ( they decided to make the meal spicy on their own accord) and when I called they were not interested in correcting their mistake. Will find elsewhere to order from.
We ordered carry out.. The online ordering was easy. Our order was done on time. The staff were really friendly. We enjoyed the food, particularly the garden rolls, yellow curry and pineapple fried rice. Enjoy!
Worse Thai food I ever had! I ordered pad Thai with shrimps and drunken noodle with beef to go couples days ago. Both were so bad I threw them in the trash. The shrimps tasted like leftover from a bait store and literally I had less than five pieces of meat in each dishes. A bunch of old noodles with no meat and vegetables. I will not recommend this rip off place anyone.
I like this place. It's a small, very simple place with a simple menu. Dispite the menu, however, I get the feeling they would rustle up most Thai dishes. For me, it's a lunch place and I will go back.
Review updated after educating staff about food allergies. Great taste.
FOOD ALLERGY
I had given this place 5 stars long time back. Unfortunately, I had to change it due to very unpleasant experience putting customer at the spot as if I am lying.
My daughter has SEVERE egg allergy and even after clear directions, they made the mistake of adding eggs. Although this is not the first time a mistake was made here but this is life and death situation. If you are in food business, there is nothing severe than having anaphylaxis because someone was not careful.
Anyways, we as parents always double check the food and didn't give it to her. But I was too tired to go back for a replacement.
I just made the phone call about this. Here is what happened:
1. No apologies, no refund
2. They said: Somebody need to come back NOW and bring all the food
3. Owner later offered same entry free of charge for the next order
4. Next time I went, they started checking their system, questioning me about the timeline and so on as if I am lying (for a simple fried rice).
5. Still no apologies but started embarrassing me even after they found tons of orders we have placed in the past.
6. I literally paid for my new order, left $15 in change with them (I was too embarrassed to stay there even for a single minute)
7. They said thank you for the tip (didn't care what they did but were happy with the tip)
For owner: Just because you have a good running business, you can not have too much attitude about it. Staff needs to be trained accordingly. Food allergy is life and death matter.
I would not recommend to anyone because of their business integrity and such a horrible attitude. Mistakes do happen, just admit.
The drunken noodle was very good! Just a bit pricey. And was more tomato flavor than I'm used too. But still very very tasty.
One of Bloomingdale's best. We ordered take out tonight from here as we wanted something special. The staff here are friendly, and I was greeted coming in. I was offered extras like napkins, chopsticks, and even water for my wait. The green curry was refreshing, and the shrimp were cooked so nicely, not overdone by any means. Our bangkok chicken wings were still piping HOT by the time we brought them home 🐔 amazing sauce, so spicy and tangy. You simply must get an order of their spring rolls to take home at the very least. The filling they use is so tasty, and they are delighyfully crispy, not overly greasy.
I have also ordered drunken noodles from this restaurant before and was very impressed. One of my favorites.
Thanks for the amazing dinner. We look forward to our next order.
Best Thai in the East Tampa area. See some reviews complain about the spice but come on people spicy Thai food is the bomb. If you don’t like spice go get a Happy Meal at McDonald’s. Bangkok wings are better than most wing places!
Food was delicious. Service was prompt and very kind.
Met two friends in town from India and they really enjoyed it. Food is fresh and the service was top drawer. This location makes very spicy entrees. I encourage people to order one level of spice below what they typically enjoy. I general order the hottest spice level wherever I go but here the Thai hot is too much for me and I go with the hot. It is quite spicy and actually perfect. The green curry was extremely good as was everything we ordered. Entree portions are large so very good value. Can’t wait to return.
Google says that this place closes at 9:30 on Sunday and they argued with me and said that it has always been 9. The confusion is ok but the tone of argument isn’t when they are clearly in the wrong.
Had a family dinner here with Tom Kha, pineapple fried rice, padd see ewe, and red curry. I started with the Tom Kha. It had great proportion of chicken and vegetables. The flavor for my red curry was delicious with great amount of medium spice. Children enjoyed the fried rice and padd see ewe. This is one of our go to for Thai food!
My husband and I visited and fell in Love.
The Curries are on point. Basil Fried Rice is aromatic and delicious. Tonight I tried the Lemongrass Honey Chicken and I'll be trying it again!!! Sweet Sticky Rice (dessert) make you slap somebody...
The vibe is chill and the service is "Disney".
Kob (Chef/Owner) is amazing as he puts his Love in every plate. He won't let you leave until
he makes sure you know you're welcome and expected to return.
If you Love Thai cuisine this is "thee" place.
I went here today with a couple of girlfriends. One of my dishes had absolutely no flavor, the shrimp in the soup had tails on it which was quite awkward, and the water had a strong flavor of chlorine. Will definitely not be going back there.
Everything was delicious spicy basil chicken and garlic chicken sooo good.
Bangkok chicken 🐓 was so good 😊 but the rice 🍚 was HORRIBLE will never get that again,so much for trying new things.
I come here often throughout the year. The food never disappoints!
Called in to place an order for Chicken Cashew Nut, Fried Rice and Bangkok Chicken Wings. Arrived within 15 minutes to pick it up (only 1 table occupied in the restaurant as it was around 9:30pm) paid and left. Got to my destination and opened the bag, to my surprise, no plastic ware, no napkins….and NO CHICKEN WINGS. I call back and the same person that took my order acted shocked that they weren’t in the bag, said to come back and get them. Drive ALL THE WAY BACK, chicken wings hadn’t even been cooked 🤬. So I wait 10-12 minutes for them to cook the wings, make it all the way back to my destination only to enjoy the remainder of my meal COLD. But I got a $.50 discount 😑. I’ll never go back.
Bought Pad Thai and paid and additional $3 for beef. Picked up order and there was no beef in it. Called store and lady hangs up on me telling me they put beef in it. No more business from this regular customer who chooses to buy from you rather than other stores. I have bought fried rice with extra beef and I’m aware what beef looks like. Check my purchase history to understand the business you just lost.
Sit down and enjoy !!! You will have a delicious meal !!
Absolutely worth it after trying a few other places. There is a super nice lady there. I think she remembered what we ordered 2 weeks prior.
Amazing food! Just moved from Maine and was concerned about finding a replacement for my favorite Thai place up north. This spot, however, has exceeded my expectations. The curry is impeccable, they have more spice option variety than I’m used to, and the staff is extremely friendly. Super easy and recommended to order online if you’re doing take out, and I’ve never had to wait more than 15 minutes for it to be ready even on a Friday night at 7pm- typically a busier time up north at least. 12/10 would absolutely recommend, A+ establishment.
We have been in here twice and is a very nice ambience family own operated.
For my understanding they have two more locations but we haven’t been able to be in
I had to wait an hour for service, and the person next to me got cold food.
Absolutely disrespectful on the phone. All I asked was about vegan sauces and if they used it in dishes and the lady on the phone responds “I’m sorry ma’am we are very busy right now” she hangs up. I call back saying that was very disrespectful to hang up and she said we are very busy and hangs up again. LOL we were planning to come here because of the reviews but not after this.
Clean restaurant and friendly service. Shrimp spring rolls, really didn’t care for, I have had better. Both dishes we ordered were too spicy. I asked for medium and my husband spicy as you can pick your flavor level. I could not finish or enjoy the dish due to the spice level.
Thai Chilli Pepper's menu is filled with delicious, fresh looking dishes. I have only tried the fresh rolls so far, but every dish that came out looked amazing.
I will definitely come back and am excited to try all of the other recipes they have to offer!
I love their yellow curry.
Very good food!
The food was Amazing! The curry chicken was by far one of the best I've ever had!
Love the food, wings are amazing and the salmon special
Great food and wonderful Thai tea it's my favorite 😍 took my sister out to lunch we had a buffet of appetizers it was lovely. The hosts and waitress were great and attentive
Probably the best Thai food I have had in Florida.
Fabulous quality. Fast & courteous service.
Really excellent food and an unpretentious atmosphere. Dishes bursting with flavor, subtlety and integrity elegantly integrated into a fully fine experience.
Excellent Thai food! I’ve been looking for a place that can accommodate gluten free since I have celiac disease, and they said they can make most of their menu gluten free! Enjoyed an excellent green curry and I didn’t get sick from cross contamination. The owner was sweet and took great care of us even though they continued to get busier as the night went on. Can’t wait to go back and try some noodles, as my husbands pad se ew looked and smelled delicious. This is our new go-to in our neighborhood.
Good food. Higher spice level comparative to other Thai places
Nice interior. Tasty food. Simple and clean. Modern. Nice team.
I went at 8pm yesterday, so there was nobody else there which was quite nice. I recommend going at around that time, but not too late/too close to closing time.
Edit 3 years later: 5–>4 stars: still very yum. Only downside is I ordered online for something to be ready from 7:23-7:33 and it still wasn’t ready by 7:43 or 7:53, so that was a little disappointing. To be fair, they were clearly busy. Also, it may be inflation or improved wages, but it seemed a little bit more expensive. $30 for two somewhat small plates and a soup. Also the beef pad Thai was good, but didn’t have much beef. At least the price was compared to the chicken pad Thai, despite beef being much more expensive than chicken.
The salad with the peanut butter type sauce was delicious. The soup was surprisingly good, too. I’m not huge on coconut milk, but it was good and had chicken.
Very clean, nice atmosphere, wonderful service, and great food. What else can you ask for? Oh, and a commentary glass of wine. Will definately be back. Did I mention how great the service and food was? Awesome!
I was craving Thai food and this was my best bet around the town. The food was amazing especially dunken noodles. Spicy fried rice was decent. Spring rolls were really good and their iced tea was what I loved. Tha staff is polite and sweet. I would love to visit the place again.
Orderd take out for the 1st time. Service, food was excellent
Delicious thai food. 100% recomend
Relaxing setting & delicious place to eat
The food was OUTSTANDING!!! I was so pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed eating here. Thai food is not something I flock to often but my experience here made me want to choose it more often. The service was friendly and the timing was really reasonable. When you go I recommend the Thai iced coffee which will try just hit the spot and the lettuce wraps for a flavorful, filling yet not heavy meals
Tastiest thai food near me. They make it spicy and it can be very spicy too so make sure to order the correct spice. I generally don't like flat noodle but it has a great flavor so an exception for this place.
The shrimp fried rice had a good number of shrimp but not much flavor.
We ordered to go yesterday Garlic and pepper stir fry and Thai chili sauce stir fry, spicy basil chicken fried rice… So i asked them not to add mushrooms as I’m allergic to it and i made sure repeatedly said no mushrooms in all three…
garlic and pepper has mushrooms in it and Thai chili pepper is OMG it was so sweet to much of sugars that I couldn’t eat that. So yeah I ended up eating any of it. One has mushrooms which I can’t eat and other one is so damn sweet I couldn’t eat and coming to rice it is good my husband liked it. 2 stars for the rice and quality. And i dont eat rice ( just fyi )
We love the food here…. but please listen to the details we say properly next time.
I ended up making something else last night as i was hungry and couldn’t sleep empty stomach 🤷🏻♀️
Always good food!
Ama,ing food. Great service.
The food is amazing! My taste buds were exploding with all the flavors, truly great Thai cuisine. The wait staff was very attentive. It's a modest little restaurant with a pleasant ambience.
I have now regularly eaten here for over 4 years. 10/10 best Thai food you can get in Brandon/Tampa and I venture to say even FL. Super happy that they opened a second location on Oakfield in Brandon. Happy to see a wonderful local business thriving. This is a place to try if ever in the area or looking for something new!
Simply delicious and consistently great Thai fare!
Delicious, quality, fresh Thai cuisine.
Best Thai food in Brandon!! We come here regularly and it is always great! We love the panang curry and spicy drunken noodles. Everything here though is fantastic. The atmosphere inside is intimate and always very clean. The staff is very friendly.
Food was great fresh and hot.. servers were on point.
We've been here many times. The service is excellent. The food is fresh and very tasty. Highly recommend
Found a new Thai spot (Oakfield location)
I tried this place today and I am hooked. The food was "excellent" (I had the Grouper Pad Char) and my waiter Evan was GREAT!!!!. I will definitely be back.
Super clean and the wait staff is very friendly. The food was absolutely delicious and we can’t wait to come back to try other dishes!!!
So we ordered online, my fiancé goes to pick up the food and the restaurant workers tell him that we are in the wrong location, that we need to go to “the Brandon store”. Not the Bloomingdale one. We checked the order so many times and it says Thai Chilli Pepper Brandon on Bloomingdale. He argued with them for like half an hour and got a lot of dirty looks for being difficult when all he wanted was to pick up our food. Fiancé tries to explain that we are at the correct location but they say he is wrong again. After convincing them to call the other location which did not have our order, they realized that the order was on their computer but did not print for some reason. They told us we needed to wait 30 minutes for them to make our food. Not once did they apologize for what was clearly their mistake. The food was good (spicy) but definitely will not be returning.
I was told I needed to try Thai food. I was led to this place.
It's a cozy little restaurant. People were in there joking around, just enjoying the company of people.
Our server was great with guiding me through the menu and showing me how it worked.
I could not decide on how spicy I wanted my food, so they skipped the spice on the meal and brought out a few levels of heat for me.
We started with the lettuce wraps..
One would think , "oh that's boring". The flavors were phenomenal from this simple dish.
My meal was really good.
Affordable place to go for a quick " I don't want to cook " night.
Good place to eat Thai food, but will be a better with less salt.
This is for their Oakfield location- which apparently just opened....
Imagine this- you pull up to the restaurant, there is absolutely no one in the restaurant and you are told when you walk in that it is going to take them 45 minutes to serve you because they have 8 To-Go orders. There was NO ONE in the restaurant but 8 to-go orders have apparently crippled them to a standstill. So we left...maybe their food is good but when you are turned away because of 8 to go orders and no one in the restaurant- seems like a bad business model.
Great food and service every time! My go to place.
Excellent for and service! Reasonable prices and large portions. Great date night restaurant!
Post Covit the place is horrible. Their idea of honey chicken is fried dough drenched with a super sweet sauce (not honey like) on a bed of cold uncooked vegetables. This is my second trip after Covit and I’m terribly disappointed. I used to enjoy coming here. They don’t want to admit it, but I suspect this place is now owned by different people. And they have a different cook.
Yummy we had the pad see ew with chicken, my picky eater loved it. Family friendly, small inside, and not social distance seating.
For Friday night we were all craving for Thai food and we decided to try Thai Chilli Pepper restaurant. We ordered the food from the website online and decided to takeout the food. For dinner we ordered Fried Spring Rolls, Thai Chilli Pepper Bangkok Wings, Tom Yum Chicken Soup, Spicy Fried Rice, Yum Duck and Red Curry. The food was amazing and we decided for medium to hot spice level. We as Indians don't each much spice so for most of our family members it was really spicy. We loved the food as it was amazing. According to me the biggest disappointment was duck which we feel can be made better. Rest all of it was amazing.
Absolutely love this place. My friends and I are regulars here, all their food is authentic and tastes delicious. The place itself is very small so it might feel a little cramped, but for just 2 people it works well.
Awesome spot! It’s right around the corner from my house, so I love the convenience of tasty food nearby. Very clean place, service is amazing, food is always beautifully presented, cooked properly, and portions are huge!
Love the food here
First time here, didn't know if we should sit down or wait and finally walked to the back to ask as no one acknowledged us... sat down, ordered and noticed the couple next to us were still waiting for food as we received our spring rolls... they were there before us. We waited 40 minutes for our main entree and about 15-20 to go orders walked in and out as we dined. This place needs to choose dine in or carry out because they're not handling both. The food was not bad but not worth the wait either. Not trying to be a Karen but they need to hire more people. Glad we tried it out but will probably won't be back 😕
The food was very fresh, good food. I wouldn't go to far out of my way to eat here but I would eat here again
