Pretty Classic Pho . Great broth! A bit lighter than other broths. Delicate spice and herb flavors. Not enough meat I think for the beef eye round pho . However, best flavor for the buck . Place is a little small but service is TOP- so accommodating!

I did order online, and just an FYI, Doordash has a spending limit of $100 with this specific restaurant. So we had to use Uber Eats.
I am satisfied with the flavor of everything we ordered, 5 people. They did follow the special instructions. It was all good. However...
You only get a small packet of hosin sauce & siracha. That is kind of disappointing. Also, my broth was cold. I had to put my Pho into a pot to get the meat cooked and broth warm.
I'll be updating this review when I actually go and sit down to eat.

I never thought I'd be writing a bad review about pho V. N., and if I'd never been here before, I'd probably give it 4 stars. I used to come here twice a month since it first opened, then two years ago a lot changes started happening and they weren't great. Prices increased, drink refills disappeared, and the quality of the ingredients went down. Then the atmosphere changed from quiet and intimate to loud and bright, the furniture changed from comfortable cushioned booths to pieces of wood wrapped in vinyl, and finally all the recipes changed to the same thing I can get at any of the other pho shops in town. Pho VN used to have truly unique recipes featuring a fusion of VN's cultures, now the menu just features a variety of Asian dishes that are only slightly better than the competition. It's disappointing how a wonderful unique restaurant like pho VN changed from a high quality family owned restaurant concept that made you want to sit and enjoy yourself, to this over commercialized boba cafe that pushes you to get your food and get out.
I will say the service is always exceptional atleast

The owner Tim was incredibly welcoming and has done a great job making sure everyone is attended to despite how busy it frequently is. The food was excellent! Everything tasted incredibly fresh and the portion sizes are very generous. Out of the four of us that got food, 3 of us have a full lunch for tomorrow. Highly recommend any of the curries and the vermicelli noodles with charred pork! Will definitely make the drive again.

Food was good, we have a food sensitive family member who can't eat beef. When asked to change the broth, our family member still tasted beef, so we assum3d they dumped the beef broth and poured chicken or veggie broth over the beef flavored contents.

Just had some Pho there. We go from time to time. The food and service is fantastic...and authentic. Today there were several monks dining...yes, in their monk garb and everything. Apparently they go they every Friday for lunch. This is how you know the food is genuine Vietnamese food.

I hate writing a negative review however I have to share my experience. I want to start out by complimenting the service there. The people were very friendly and accommodating. I am a Vietnamese woman visiting Boynton Beach from Massachusetts. Everything I have eaten during my visit have been absolutely great. My last day I wanted to try a Vietnamese place and I was so disappointed. My friend and I wanted Vietnamese coffee which they didn’t have. My friend order beef Pad Thai and I ordered the Pho Special. The Pad Thai was super runny in sauce and the noodles were broken that you couldn’t pick it up with chopsticks. The beef was so tough that we couldn’t eat it. My pho broth was cloudy and meat also tough and not fresh. We tried to eat our foods but decided that it was not worth wasting our time and went to a local pizza place instead. Again, the staff was super friendly but the food was not good. Not sure how they got a 4.6 rating.

First of all, the decor is outdated and tricks you into thinking this place is going to have good authentic vietnamese/thai taste, but it does not. We ordered the Tom Yum Noodle soup, the pad thai dish for lunch thinking, and passion fruit boba tea. The Tom Yum noodle soup was terrible, soup very bland look like water and drop of food coloring, no flavor at all, and the seafood for protein was blanched in boild water boil to cook it, fish was some kind of white fish, squid, and shrimp. The pad thai was over seasoned with sugar, no veggies in the dish just some scrambled eggs, noodles, and shrimp expect spring sprouts, and they didn't even cook them in the dish, they put them.on the side with slice of lime. The fruit passion boba tea was from powder mix was ok, but since we were in Florida, we thought it might be fresh passion fruit wrong again. The price is a little high for the dishes, but remember, no flavor at all.
Whoever the cook is needs to be fired/retrained in the art of cooking asian cuisine. The owner should be ashame of themselves selling this type.of food to anybody specially showing 4.6 stars on the review part is I could I would put negative stars that my feeling coming from an Asian person with 30 plus year in the background the food industry. I do not recommend any food from this place.

Our first visit and our last. Spring rolls were mostly dough, wonton soup was nothing special, Chicken Pho was shaved deli chicken and no veggies other than the broccoli I requested and Beef Pad Thai no veggies and tasted weird. Just Not our jam!

I just ordered lunch to go. It was a lovely small place and the food I ordered was fabulous! The chef was charming as was the staff. Completely authentic Vietnamese Pho with plenty of other menu options. I will go again to dine in and try some more of the dishes offered. I got the vegetable pho, shrimp chips (delish!) And Krab Rangoon. All of it exceeded my expectations and was fresh and homemade. The portion size was more than I expected and you get your money's worth. Highly recommend!

Took my friend for lunch today. Ordered seafood Pho and spring rolls. I've had bad stomach cramps since. It is now 6:30. Pretty sure something was spoiled in that soup. Price for lunch for 2 was $50,plus tip. Too expensive. Obviously not fresh either. Do not recommend.

We have been here many times. Their food is very good. We had their fried rice and Pho. Way too much food for the 2 of us - but we enjoyed every bite. Plenty left to take home. There is a new owner and he is always there making sure everyone is happy. He also renovated the restaurant making everything look fresh and clean.

First timer and deff will be back. Honestly everything we tried was delish! We ordered flank pho, specialty fried rice, and shrimp pad Thai along with pork dumplings. Owner was so nice also, took some pics for us and gave recommendations. Don’t forget the boba !! The Thai iced tea super good!

The pho was absolutely out of this world, I had the one with eye round steak, as well as spring rolls with this orange sauce I’ve never seen before but hope to see again and again. The owner, Tim, was nothing short of accommodating and absolutely hilarious. We weren’t even inside the restaurant yet were already fervently greeted and welcomed. What an absolute gem this place is! The chicken & veggie pho are huge portions and to die for! The chicken pad Thai was also great! We ended our meal with the mango boba & it was amazing! The owner has a great attitude, very friendly and funny. He was really welcoming even while they were very busy, he made us feel welcomed and made sure we were attended to. Even with a full house and constant takeout orders, we still got our food within 20 minutes or so. The menu was diverse, we had the basil chicken which was decent, because my friend didn’t want anything spicy.
I got the duck pho, which was really good. Honestly it’s about a half of a roasted duck per serving for around $24, which is a great deal - one leg, 1 breast, 1 full wing with crispy skin. All served in a huge bowl, I couldn’t finish it myself. It was so good, we got an order to go.

We were just in the neighborhood and decided to stop by for lunch based on others reviews. We were very happy with our choice. The menu is more of an Asian fusion rather than just Vietnamese and very nice cozy ambiance. Came here with 2 of my friends for the first time. Our boba was refreshing and yummy. We all ordered small soups because we were going to the Boynton movie theater after. We also had some delicious and filling appetizers. I am definitely coming again.

While this is a tiny storefront, it is worth the wait. The owner is quite a jolly man and loves to joke around with customers. In addition, the food is delicious and served rather quickly for made to order. Our party ordered Pad Thai with steamed tofu, Pan Fried Noodles with Shrimp and several fried rice options. The broth was so flavorful, & after the heavy rain we’ve been having in Florida - the pho hit the perfect spot. What a great, little place! The owners are so nice and welcoming! I think they're actually from Bangkok but they make some bangin' Vietnamese food! My mom is Vietnamese and my dad is Lao and Thai and they offered all of the classics I grew up with but with a bit of a twist. I decided to go with the Bún bò Huế which comes in a gigantic bowl! Everyone loved their food. Great prices and huge portions! It's Asian food so you don't have to worry as much about portion control 😂. Highly recommend!

My friend recommended me this place especially their pho soup. I tried their beef pho and the soup base is absolutely delicious. Their Thai tea is also very tasty, just the right amount of bitter and sweet. When I told the owner this is the first time I visit Florida, she took out a hand drawn backdrop and took a picture for me. They made me feel super welcomed and I'll definitely return to this place the next time I visit Florida!

Definitely go with the filet mignon and the soup is so good. Owners over there are always very nice as well. Could say they have the best boba tea around Fort Lauderdale area, I heard from the owner that they bought the tea from Taiwan origin.

I went to Pho VN for a quick lunch this weekend and was pleasantly surprised by everything I experienced. The staff were quick to seat you, bring water, and take your order. She was knowledgeable about the menu and gave great recommendations. Our food came out so quickly and was delicious. Then, right before we left, we received complimentary fresh watermelon which was such a sweet gesture. I would definitely recommend!!!

We went for boba tea the owner of the store was there and was so kind and fun to talk too, this just became my favorite boba place 🥰 I didn't get a chance to get the food but I definitely will try it next time. You can tell how much care and effort goes into it, it was a super great experience. Also, the boba itself was one of the best textures of boba I've ever had it was perfectly sweet and balanced! 10/10 would recommend!

Massive amounts of Noodles & Broth. I Could Count the Amount of Veggies. 4 Slivers of Carrots. 4--5 Mini Broccoli Florets. EASILY.
There were pieces of something White Floating about. I Did Not recognize. 2023 has come & Gone. So have their Portions of a TRUE VEGGIE

I am in West palm and Actually only realized afterwords the restaurant is a bit far from me. Best food ! The boba Taro milk tea definitely was very delicious and the chicken 🍲 pho is so fresh and it is a very generous portion with amazing garnish!

Recently moved to the Boynton area and we are so happy we found such a JEM. From the service to hospitality they are simply amazing. Super well portioned and when we ask them for anything additional they always say yes with a smile. We love love love this place and the. Being that my wife is expecting she craves this a couple times a week. And on top of everything it is very affordable.
The owner takes so much pride in the craft and service it’s so refreshing to be able to find a place like this. Could keep going on and on. Beyond happy we found this place
Pho is definitely recommend and the crab Rangoon.

Ok experience. My soup was not hot, they took it back and it was somewhat hot the second time. As far as pho goes, it was ok. Prices were on the expensive side.

Great food. Always eat there when I'm in town.

First time patron, ordered 3 of the spring rolls to go (not the fried ones, the ones in rice paper), really delicious, excellent peanut dipping sauce, and as good as the rolls were, the service was even better. Not only was a water brought out for me while I waited, they included a coconut water with my order (I'm guessing the guy who waited on me was the owner, and I think he included it because I tipped a couple of bucks). Food and service were both excellent, and I will return.

This is my favorite pho restaurant in South Florida. The restaurant is clean, the staff very friendly, and the pho is DELISH! Pictured is the veggie pho with tofu.

Ok so I have been living here for 5 years and hands down this is the best pho soup & broth I have had and I've tried every restaurant. I got COVID 2 weeks ago ( thanks NY & NJ) and I have ordered from them every other day as well as ordered for some friends who also came down with the snowbird flu and sent some over to them. The food is fresh and flavorful. I get the pho ( with extra jalapeno) and 2 orders of the broth ( because 1 pho is enough for 3 meals) with a Thai tea plus whatever the kids want.Its the only food that I can stomach and actually opens me up so I can breathe better. So I'm posting this review because it's long over due and for anyone else feeling poorly get the pho and extra bone broth!! It's a miracle worker. Thank you to the wonderful staff for the sweet note and the cookies. You have a customer for life! We love your food!!!

Located in one of the endless strip malls on Congress Avenue in Boynton Beach. This is one of my favorite places to eat in the Tri-County area. Authentic Vietnamese, amazing Pho. The owners and staff are lovely and friendly but I’d still come here even if they weren’t; the food is just that good. This restaurant is as good if not better than any establishment on Atlantic Avenue. If you enjoy well prepared, delicious, fresh food then do yourself a favor and come check it out. And if, like me, you’re a fan of Pho you’re gonna be blown away you’re in Boynton Beach not in a top noodle joint in Los Angeles.

I came in during their busiest sit down time for it to go order and they treated me like royalty. Served me water in a wine, glass and free melon, while I waited for my pho! When they found out, I came from Chicago. They insisted I take a photo with their painted “welcome to Florida” photo backdrop lol.

Above and beyond

This is a great family owned restaurant. I love the food and the family atmosphere. We will come back.

10/10 Hidden gem! The food is outrageously good! We were blown away. Extremely nice and attentive staff. The best taro boba tea I’ve ever had. I loved the fried spring vegetable rolls and the Panang curry. Can’t wait to return to try the whole menu! Feeling grateful a perfect little authentic restaurant like this exists in south FL.

Absolutely delicious.

The food is so good and has a home feel to it🥰. I ordered the shrimp and pork fried rice along with some pho (#13) and some Tom Yom Gai. The tom Yom was a packed with flavor. Everything was tasty. I have to also comment on the atmosphere it was very welcoming. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. The staff was very friendly. I also witnessed , who I believe is the owner, taking his time to converse with the patrons. He asked this woman how was her sister and asked what she wanted to be for Halloween. Even sat next to them for a minute to have the conversation. Great little spot for for great food!

Great food, great customer service! Fried rice was good I just didn’t like the mint. My favorite was the steamed pork sui mai dumplings.

We’ve been picking up to-go Pho for years from this spot, but last night we decided to dine in and we were delighted! The presentation is beautiful and the food was delicious. Our server was great, and they brought us watermelon to finish off the meal. I will definitely be dining in from now on.
