The best Thai on the Go food for students and faculty.
I ordered the lunch combo, and it was a fantastic value for the money! The Pad Thai noodles were perfectly cooked and included six pieces of shrimp, which would make even Larry David happy. It came with a spring roll and a canned beverage of choice, making the meal just perfect. I would absolutely order this again.
Food was fine tasting, but we found a black hair in the Panang curry. Pad Thai was average and the crab wontons were a little overcooked. This whole food court has a dingy vibe: there is old food splattered on the walls, chairs, tables, and signs. The lighting is weird and dark. Not worth the price, Iβm sure thereβs better Thai food in Boulder.
Delicious as always! π₯’π₯‘

ppl are super nice here! Good value food.
One of my favorite places on the hill by far. The pad thai is unbelievable, and the service is great. The people who work there are super nice.
Wonderful peopleβ₯οΈ
Best Thai food in Boulder no question!!
Awesome food! Very tasty!!
Such a delicious Pad See Ew! Canβt miss.
So good! Love the curry and the pad Thai! And the owners are so kind!
Best green curry Iβve ever had!
Best Thai food in boulder, possibly Colorado. Great small business to support with kind service and great authentic food.
Easily my favorite place on the hill! Their food is amazing and a really good price, most meals are good for two servings! I love getting the pad see ew with pork belly and splitting with my boyfriend. The owner is always so friendly and I love the atmosphere of the seating area
Ordered a pork pad Thai and been sitting on the toilet for the last 2 hours. It was definitely a hygiene problem and not a spice issue as I have a lot of spicy food all the time.
Portion was big, taste was ok ( a bit too sweet for me) but man.. I have not had such bad stomach ache in a while.
Donβt risk it.
Highly recommended for excellent Thai food
Iβll never come back here
Delicious Thai tea and friendly staff! Love that thereβs a dairy free option
Took a take out. The basil fried rice has some weird smell and I ended up throwing the whole box. The Thai style fried rice was ok compared to the other disaster. Overall the food was bland, and. It enjoyable to eat. Never going here again and I wouldnβt recommend it.
Wrong food delivered. Portions (wrong ones) small. Do not order here.
The food is fantastic and they had everything ready super quickly. Super glad I went here to get my Thai food fix!
My boyfriend would come here when he was in college and has been ranting about this place since we started datingβ¦so we finally made it out to Coloradoβ¦and let me tell youβ¦.WORTH THE HYPE! Such good pad thai.
I ordered spicy Pad Thai and it was excellent!
The food taste okay, but their fountain drinks doesn't taste right, it's like fake coke.
Not sure what the negative reviews are on about β the basil Thai fried rice is some of the best I've ever had. I live in San Francisco now and have yet to find a place that will make it nearly as spicy as Thai Avenue. Still my favorite .
I got Shrimp Pad Thai, it was alright. Not the best, not the worst. The shrink is tail-on, which is annoying when itβs on a dish.
The place also wasnβt the cleanest
One of my favorite places on the hill. Tastes amazing and is ready super fast! 5/5 stars!
From the reviews, I expect this place to be solid, far from it. I ordered the pad Thai. The chicken was dry plus there was no spice to it. I ate half of my plate and threw the rest out, it wasnβt good.
I believe whoever said this was the best Pad Thai they ever tasted was either related to the owner or never had pad Thai before.
Tasteless. Ask for spicy. Nothing. Noodles did not seem cooked fresh. Missing some of the standard flavors. Was not great. Got to eat with my fingers.
Such good food and very friendly people :) Iβm a huge fan of the peanut curry and the pad see ew
The food is ok and cheap. Just don't expect anything great, and you'll be satisfied.
Egg roll was cold inside
I love love love Thai Ave! Great food, friendly staff. Definitely a favorite in my household. Almost always get the sriracha fried rice and never get tired of it
food quality is bad.
Best Thai food in the area hands down at an amazing price
Thai Avenue is my personal favorite restaurant on The Hill. Back in undergrad I would stop by between rehearsals and it never ceased to surprise me with fantastic authentic Thai food. After a long time away I stopped in to pick up my favorite Thai Cury, Tea and wontons. It was perfectly made. There was a mix up with my payment and it accidentally charged me twice. They were so polite with making sure that the issue was taken care of and made a point to have me come back by comping my next meal. I wouldnβt go anywhere else in Boulder.
I'm Thai and I absolutely love this place. It's authentic and some of the best thai food I've had in the US. The location is hole in the wall but totally worth going out of your way to get. The staff is amazing and very sweet. 10/10 would recommend
Appetizer of this restaurant is so fantastic. I am really love Thai spring roll, and the main food I order every time I came is Pad Thai. You should try.
Chicken basil ( Pad Kra Paw) here is tasty and authentic ! The flavor reminds me of typical Pad Kra Paw in Thailand.
I eat here frequently. I typically have no problems. However, the last I went the chicken was rancid and made me sick for a week. I will never go again.
Nothing at all "bad" about this place. However it's not great either. In my opinion it is not authentic thai and they overload the meal with carbs and have little real substance or ingredients.
Pleasantly surprised at how good the chicken Pad Thai was. I've tried almost every Thai restaurant in the area and this is my favorite so far. The portion was even pretty good, which seems rare in Boulder.
Best pad thai I've had on the front range tbh
meh
O melhor restaurante thai em boulder. Bom preço e comida ótima
Favorite place for fast, delicious Thai!!
Best Thai food in Colorado, other places look good but the food taste bland, here flavor is an issue.
Best Thai in Boulder.. hands down
Their Thai tea is both delicious and a good deal. 10/10 would recommend
So good!
Authentic. They have nam prik and other sauces available at the counter.
Favorite Thai place in Boulder. The noodles can be greasy but I donβt think thatβs unusual in Thai food. I seriously like it all, canβt go wrong. They recently switched from styrofoam plates to compostable ones which got bonus points in my book!
My co-workers and I are all completely obsessed with this place. It is quite literally the best Pad Thai I have ever had in my life. I keep hoping somewhere else will live up to tie Avenue but no luck. I love the staff here they're super accommodating two special orders and the location is actually pretty convenient. I heard they switched owners recently but I think their food is the same if not better. O definitely try the crab rangoons βΊοΈ
The street noodles are da bomb. Best Thai dish Iβve ever had.
Soup tasted like my vomit
Really great Thai food. Definitely one of the best restaurants in the hilltop court. Tends to be a longer wait than the others, but usually work it.
Their Pad Thai used to be a comfort food of mine, but today I went and the Pad Thai I got was a completely different recipe, and nowhere near as good. I'm very disappointed and probably won't go back if this is their new way of making it. It's unfortunate because I loved it before.
Did it change owners? This was my #1 favorite spot for years- obsessed with their street noodles and pad woon sen. Today the green curry was watery and bland, pad thai and the chicken soup both tasted terribly fishy. Threw it out. I hope this was a one-off and not new owners or something. Used to be my favorite...
Friendly staff and some of the better Thai food I've had in Boulder
The owner is one of the hardest working people I know making some awesome Thai dish's
Excellent food for the price, 10/10 would recommend to any friend in the area looking for some good Thai
A little place in the Food Court that serves just plain fantastic food.
Thai Ave is located in the food court on the hill. My favorite thing here has to be the Udon noodle soup. The wait is never much longer than 10mins. Iv also had the pad thai here and it is also really good. Priced ok but consistently good. The crab cheese wontons are small and crispy. The people who work here are pleasant too. Overall a great place for some mid day hangover cure food or for some yummy thai dinner.
Best Thai food in Boulder. Delicious
Soooo good. Erratic hours, but can't beat this food anywhere short of Thailand
This place is awesome! It's located in a building with several restaurants (food court style), so it's great if you're looking for a variety of foods. Perhaps a friend doesn't want Thai, but they want Mexican food? This is a good place to go!
Thai Avenue had a good lunch combo. Your dish, eggroll or wonton, and a drink (Thai Iced Tea included as a selection!). I tried their Chicken Pad Thai here and it was up to par. The portion was plenty and the service was quick!
Fast, reliable and VERY tasty foods. I am a bit of a foodie, and have tried Thai restaurants all over the United States--this place is my favorite in CO. I love the Thom Kha (with chicken) and the Street Noodle.
I love this place. I have been coming here since i was basically 7 or 8 years old. Im 21 now. The family that owns this treats you like apart of their family. The food is always delicious and if its not too busy the sometimes can accommodate special requests. But its not a promise!
Quick style Thai for a great price, and in a convenient location for students. Good selection of dishes and spice levels. Fresh veggies and good sized portions.
I've ate here for 5 years now and since the first day I fell in love with the pad thai there. I still try to make the trek up to Boulder every so often just to eat there then drive back to Denver. Prices are so cheap for the lunch combo and they give you a very hefty portion also.
Dank RiCE!
Best thai food in boulder hands down every time i chime back to boulder this is a must stop place
Bland. Asked for a medium and didn't get any spice. Go to Aloy Thai
So delicious
Best thai in Boulder, lovely staff, and the most affordable! My favourite place to go eat in Boulder.
One of the better Thai/Asian options in Boulder that is consistently good and relatively quick, even at peak hours!
Excellent value.
The most popular Thai place near campus. Food is decent. Atmosphere sucks. Pricing just under $10 for lunch. Not much competition for good Thai in Boulder in general. Recently expanded their menu to include ramen as well.
The best and most consistent thai food in Boulder! I always gravitate toward the spicy eggplant stir fry.
Good thai food close to campus. Better thai food could be found in Boulder and they close far too early considering there location.
Best thai food in town
Been going here for years. Best Thai in the city, especially if you are like me and like it spicy!
Street Noodle with Chicken (thai hot) is best dish I know of in Boulder (have lived here for 6 years)
no lie, the sultry perfume emanating from the Street Noodles is like nothing i've ever experienced, so good, so good, must try
I eat here like 3 times a week haha. The chow fan noodle medium hot with beef is the dish I would order on my death bed, no doubt in my mind.
Thai avenue is DELICIOUS. Tasty food, great price, and right next to campus? What could be better?
Best thai food in Boulder.
Best tasting and most authentic Thai food in Boulder. Happens to also be the most reasonably priced.
Delicious thai food!!
