Best Thai I've had in Boulder. Staff was very friendly and dinner was delightful. I had the Massaman Curry (hot) and the Pineapple Fried Rice (mild). Both were good but I liked the PFR just a little bit better - I recommend both.

Brand new Thai restaurant in downtown Boulder! We just happened to come across Busaba Pearl Thai, and it was fantastic. I had the most amazing drunken noodles, and my husband loved the cashew nut chicken with their special house recipe.

Our server and waitstaff were so friendly and helpful, and the spacious dining room and open air bar were modern and inviting. Highly recommend Busaba Thai for the food, service, and location. Prices were great, too!

Very good selection of vegan options all clearly marked. Most can be made vegan except a few. The flavors are great with depth. I felt I didn’t get much lemon grass in the curry. The entree sizes are generous so two people could share a starter and one curry/entree.

LOVED the pad Thai. Couldn’t get over the amazing ambiance, and highly recommend the two top against the ever-so convenient jut in the wall. Perfect to rest your wallet and keys on like we did. Sam was a very efficient and charismatic waiter. Overall a beautiful meal. Bring your friends! Also the ginger beer is to DIE for.

Can never find parking so we always order to go or order on doordash. We order bussaba prob 4 times a week lol. Yellow curry is 10/10 i always get that and my partner loves the garlic chicken. I’ve ordered yellow curry from several places in Boulder and it’s all good but bussaba is THE BEST. Expect to spend about $50-$60 for two entrees and an app.

Probably the best thai spot in Boulder but vibes/atmosphere could really use some focus as a premier location spot on pearl. Get some warmer lighting (feels like you are eating in a hospital) and add some art and decor and maybe some light music? Make the mood match the quality of the food

The green curry was just fair. The sauce was very thick like it had been sitting in the pot awhile. If you come from some eastern or midwestern region, you will not be pleased with this dish! Thai food is much better in my small town.

Excellent Thai food and service. Top quality ingredients and taste. (In case this matters: I am Asian and have spent a lot of time in Thailand.) I don’t eat out much but in 1.5 months I’ve been to Busaba 3 times.
Everything’s great but my favourites have been the curries and the basil stir fry. Drinks are excellent as well.

I’d been here once before and had a great experience, but last Friday went again and had a suboptimal experience. My food (drunken noodles with chicken) was only lukewarm, my friend’s curry had a lump of plastic in it (from some sort of container lid), and the waiter arrived while we were still eating to ask if we wanted the bill (it was only 8.30 pm or so, so they were not about to close)!

Wow fantastic first experience at Busaba tonight - the restaurant was packed and they were still able to seat a four top w/o a reservation. We had our meals in less than 10 minutes after sitting down. Our drunken noodles were absolute perfection - fresh and spicy. We also enjoyed their well balanced cocktails. Everyone is incredibly friendly and helpful. Can’t wait to visit again!

Excellent food! I usually order the drunken noodles at Thai restaurants and this is the first time the “hot” spice was actually the soo spicy and it was perfect! We also had the vegetarian egg rolls, potstickers, and spring rolls. All were fantastic! Highly recommend!

My partner and I love visiting new Thai restaurants and this location did not disappoint in service or in food authenticity. We ordered the Tom Kha, Yellow Curry, and Pad See Ew and walked away full and happy. The drinks were also very good leaving us wanting to try more - try the Thai Coffee Martini when you come to visit.

Wonderful meal with 3 of us getting the Drunken noodles, sweet soy with vegetables and the eggplant. Everything was delicious and fresh. One caveat which maybe the restaurant can address… any MSG or similar flavor enhancers? I can’t find this info on the website or on their menu but i had a strong reaction after dinner that was similar to when I’ve had MSG in my food. Not saying it’s there but be aware, unless the restaurant can confirm otherwise.

When we moved from San Francisco, my husband and I were craving good Thai food. We’ve tried a bunch of restaurants in and around Boulder but this one is still our favorite Thai. We probably eat takeout once a week!

The ingredients are super fresh and we haven’t had a bad dish yet. My favorite is the basil chicken entree and my husband’s go-to are the drunken noodles.

How wonderful to have a fantastic Thai restaurant on the bricks! There are the usual favorites, such as pad Thai, satay, curry…but these dishes are exceptionally fresh and delicious. The pickled vegetables with the satay add a beautiful brightness. The homemade Thai chili sauce adds a heat that is absolutely authentic. Prices are very reasonable. Patio seats are fantastic.

This was an incredible place to dine in after a long day in the mountains. Big fan of the panang curry! Sam was a great server.

This is a new location of an already popular restaurant. I was happy to see they had lots of vegan options clearly marked. We ordered 'Three Flavor Tofu' and 'Yellow curry' which were both amazing! The Tofu dish was a unique dish nothing like I had even tried and is highly recommended! Mango sticky rice was also nice. Overall a highly recommended place especially for vegans.

We usually go to the other Busaba Thai in Boulder, but when that one is closed on Sundays this is a good new option. The food and service are excellent at both places, we were pleasantly surprised to see this new location pop up.

I absolutely love this place. It’s precisely what we needed on Pearl St. I was so blown away by the first visit that I’ve been back 3 more times in the last 10 days. The food is incredible, they make nice craft cocktails, and the servers and bartenders have provided excellent service! I highly recommend the Panang curry, drunken noodles, pad see ew, and Tom kha gai. Each was the best I’ve had of that dish in Colorado. And I think that should carry some weight because I have tried just about every Thai restaurant from Boulder to Summit County.

I would like to give 0 stars if I have the option. Restaurant has flies roaming around. When complained about the flies they changed the table but still the flies are there and also gave us the advice that we should’ve gone to the other branch as it has closed windows. Worst service experience ever. Won’t recommend this place

Food came out as ordered and piping hot! Everything was delicious. Love the pan fried potstickers. Yum yum. It’s also right by the Pearl St Mall and kitty corner from a parking garage if you don’t want to fight for street parking.

We were visiting from Seattle and came across Busaba. The drunken noodles and curry were fabulous along with the service. Highly recommend this restaurant.

We loved our sweet jasmine tea and the cashew nut chicken! Our waiter also recommended the Hooky noodles which were fantastic. You can’t go wrong with Busaba if you are in the area. The service was great and the atmosphere was enjoyable.

My wife and I recently had dinner at the new Busaba Thai on Pearl Street in Boulder, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The food was outstanding, with vibrant flavors and fresh ingredients in every dish. The Pad Thai was perfectly balanced, and the Panang Curry had just the right amount of spice (We ordered Thai medium heat). I highly recommend the Chicken Puff to get things started.

The service was impeccable; the staff was attentive and knowledgeable, making great recommendations and ensuring our glasses were never empty. This evening the roll-up door was open making it an even more pleasant experience.

My wife and I came here on the opening day. Arguably the best seating on pearl street with a mountain view. Great ambiance and equally amazing food. The Thai ice tea is one of the best I have had so far in Colorado! This place rightfully deserves multiple superlatives for a reason. Go give them a visit and you won't be disappointed.
