Customers service is HORRIBLE. The mngr wasn’t apologetic and had no intention of resolving the issues so here I am writing this so I can warn everybody! Will definitely not go back to this spot ever again.

This place is always pretty good:) they have multiple locations, which is pretty cool. We got the Pineapple fried rice with mushrooms instead of meat, and also the Pad Woon Sen with extra mushrooms instead of meat. They give a lot of thai tea, and it's yummy. The restaurant was clean, and the staff is nice:)

We go here every few months and I would definitely recommended it.

The menu has quite a lot of selections including appetizers. We had the crab rangoon appetizer which was very good. I had the Pad Thai which was definitely very good and came hot with lime slices that I enjoy on Thai and many other cuisines. It is a fairly large serving but It just didn't have enough WOW to kick it over the edge into excellence. The server was very polite and came back to our table many times.

I had the cashew chicken lunch special and it tasted good and spicy (level 3). I liked the tiny mango sticky rice dessert that came with the lunch special. Service was just okay. The only thing that could be improved is the cleanliness around the sitting area (i.e. window ledge, molding, wall). The booth fabric was torn in one area.

We LOVE Jasmine Thai but THIS is our favorite location! Fresh, delicious food, all white meat chicken always and the people are so nice, GREAT STAFF. Their food is very good! Too tired and full to take pictures but we even have leftovers for lunch tomorrow 😋

Don't mention Groupon upfront as the portions will be much smaller size then for the table next to you. $12 chow main with 2 shrimps and end of tale.

I love the Tom kha yum soup and the jasmin fried rice, but that day it was more wet than fried rice.......... I have been going since 2015, the place has gone down hill with service and food...more so after pandemic most recently visited a couple days ago and one thing I noticed hasn't change was their cleaningness. The long yellow booth cover in black skid marks of I don't know of what with caked on food....the pedestal of the table covered in food and dirt ...but yet the person who helped us was wearing gloves and a mask...maybe they should clean and protect themselves from what is left behind from multiple customers...rather on themselves...it just shows how unimportant their image of their restaurant is to them..

Wayyyy to expensive !!!! Look I don't mind paying more money for quality but this mediocre food has the audacity to charge $10 for egg rolls that were frozen. It would be cheaper to travel to Thailand and bring back a plate than eat at this glorified Panda Express. Disgraceful. Don't eat here

This is my new go to Thai place, it's so good. Portions are generous, pricing is reasonable and it's delicious.

Apparently they have gotten too arrogant for their own good recently, God forbid you speak to the ever so rude Vivian. We've ordered from them for 15+ years at least 3 to 4 times a month and Vivian is answering the phone these days and needs a lesson on how to talk to people. We've tried to get delivery but have been told they don't have a driver and keep getting rushed off the phone and we're quickly told to go through an outside delivery service and have been hung up on

Several times before we said we'll pick up the food. They also have discontinued items on their menus but keep them on their online menu. Extremely horrible service and not a care in the world about quality

I found my food to be very bland for Thai food. Had pad woo sen which is usually kind of onion or garlicky but this was bland. We also had soup and that was also not that tasty but it was good and nurturing for a cold.

Jasmine Thai Cuisine is excellent. I always get the yellow curry with beef (you can get chicken) and chicken pad thai. Follow that off with some sticky-sweet rice with mango and a couple Thai Tea. Mmmmmm good.

Pad see ew was terrible, smell funny and the noodle was very soggy ,and tasted so bad. Had only one bite. The less was thrown into the trash. Wasting $13.13.

My boyfriend and I enjoy getting their Yellow Curry with chicken and veggies, medium spicy. It's very delicious. I do suggest to order a bigger portion of rice since it only comes with a small one because the yellow curry sauce taste so good when mixed with rice. It is a perfect dish to eat on a cold day 😋

Used to frequent here pre-covid, food and service was good. Today, stopped in for lunch menu which was raised by $4.00 which I didn't mind since this industry was hit so hard, but though they weren't offering the soup or dessert, so I asked for extra salad, which I did not get, and the food was horrible, as well as the attitude. I know times are tough but get your food and attitude back to par.

Ordered a pad see ew at 9:30 on 8/31/2020, picked it up and when I got home I had received soggy old noodles that tasted like they came straight from the trash. I called the store over 10 times with no answer. The employees probably thought that because the store was closing in 15 minutes they wouldn’t have to pick up the phone. Don’t eat at this ghetto chain if you want to get your money’s worth.

Worst of all dinning experience. Inedible garbage. Everything had sugar added to it. Cook needs culinary school. Tempura was so awful you had to remove all traces of breading .il love Thai food. The food is great and the staff is extremely polite. Every time I have gone have taken food home. The portions are huge. The only problem would be parking because is in small strip mall but in honesty parking is a problem anywhere in Los Angeles. Oh and they have a loyalty program with a discount on your birthday

Food is ok. First time here and last. I got the lunch special but what I dont like about this place is that the people working there they don't let you know neither does estates on the menu that if food is to go you dont get the soup or desert. They still charged you the same. To me they are stealing right in front of your eyes. Not once the owner let me know that if I take it to go I wouldn't get the other two items that are already included. NEVER AGAIN. I HATE PLACES LIKE THIS.. THEY SHOULD BE HONEST AND DON'T TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE CUSTOMER.

Ordered to go and they said 10 min . After half hour. I realized they forgot about my order.

I've been coming to this Thai restaurant for years. The good taste just the same. Very full of flavor. I ordered the Panang curry with chicken...dish was a level 4 spicy so darn good. Customer service was just as great.

Felt discriminated against due to my ADA ailment (hip dysplasia). I requested a booth bc i needed to sit with my leg elevated. The staff seemed annoyed that I needed a booth bc the section was closed. With some persuasion I qas allowed a booth seat. I felt ignored ( although the restaurant was almost empty) and alienated due to my affliction. I was in a great deal of pain. Needless to say I won't be back.

It's a great popular little restaurant, to bad it's location isn't in the most optimum of places. But that does nothing bad towards it's popularity. It's always packed.

Great food, but prices are a bit high, especially if you order off menu or get seafood. That being said, everything about the meal was great. Tom Yum Kai was exactly as it should have been, the Pahd Thai was perfect, as were the BBQ spareribs. Be sure to get the banana balls for dessert.

By far the best thai spot in the valley. However, I wouldn't go to any other jasmine thai restaurant within the chain. They don't seem to have the friendliness or freshness that this spot seems to deliver. Truly a great place to dine.

Hidden gem. Rundown on the outside, inside white tablecloth date night ambience. Beautiful Thai carvings on walls...even a basin of water with floating flowers in it on way to bathroom. Good food. Lovely friendly service. Recommend.

Food always tastes good. Love they pineapple fried rice and the Orange Chicken. The service is pretty good for the most part and food is pretty quick when it's not busy.

Food is 4-star but has a lot of msg. We like the satay though. Kind of pricey. The only issue for us is the questionable neighborhood. There were many loitering folks in the small plaza plus 2 hookers. Didn't like the smoke drifting from outside into the restaurant. Won't return.

This place is disgusting. The walls and floor next to the kitchen and restroom (yes they’re right next to each other) are just filthy. It’s amazing how the health department has allowed these people to stay in business. I’ll be reporting them for sure! Stay away!

Somehow this Jasmine Thai is cheaper than the other Jasmine Thai that's 3 miles away. Sometimes the service isn't that great but the food is always good and now that I know the other one is charging more I'll keep coming back to this one

Worst management EVER! I don’t know if they changed management or what. I have came here for a year and food has been good ALWAYS until a month Ago. The gulf of Siam doesn’t taste as good no more. They put the soup in one container instead of two like before. the delivery takes 3 hours and when they come they come with a attitude. I ordered from them and when I got my food they where mad because I was calling about a order I PLACED. and the girl who answers the phone is rude! And is bad at taking orders down. And after the last time when I called like 5 times because my order was taking hours to be delivered it came to me cold. And they go ahead and leave a note on my number to not deliver to me. It’s rediculous! If you want a good successful business you take care of your loyal customers. Never again coming to this location or ordering from them EVER AGAIN until they fix there management

Food did not tasted good, in fact we got a little be sick, even my 8 years old told us that the food was bad and that he never want to go back there. The service was not that great eigther.

I received a flyer in the mail. Hopped onto the website to place a take-out order and the Pad Thai with chicken and shrimp was advertised for $9.95. When you try to add the item, it asks you to choose the meat, and there is an extra $3 charge for shrimp... So I call the restaurant to place the order instead. The call was answered quickly and I was pleasantly asked to hold...

After the 10-minute mark, I hung up and decided to call again. Again, the call was answered immediately and pleasantly. I let the person know that I was trying to place a take-out order and I casually mentioned, "I think you guys forgot my call, I was on hold for 10 minutes." The person responded with a short, "Sorry, what would you like to order?" I mention this is the first time I'm ordering from the restaurant and let her know the issue with the pricing on the online ordering system. She simply says, "$10.95." So then I ask, "The website is wrong then?"

Giving this restaurant a 2-star, because she did pleasantly answer the phone. However, I have not eaten here, nor will I try. It was off-putting that she didn't even care to verbally confirm that the website was wrong and merely reiterated the price.

We have going to Jasmine for years. The food and the service was always excellent. Within a years time the service was below average. My daughter and I meet for dinner there and I couldn't believe I was in the same place. First they got my order wrong. Maybe because our server tried to memorize our order instead of writing it down. Possibly a new thing. Okay, no big deal. Then came the incomplete order. Hmmm, ok they forgot. then the wrong order came 10 mins into our meal. Which they corrected after I got up and ask the person eating her meal at the cashier's station. But the kicker was...they tried to charge me twice for the wrong order and even after pointing out their mistake they tried again to over charge me. My daughter was very disappointed and I very angry.

That was our spot but not anymore. The food is great but count your change and expect getto service until they have a change of management again.
