No-frills neighborhood nook providing Thai & other Asian standards in compact quarters.
Ordered a lunch special chicken pad see eew and a scoop of coconut ice cream for dessert. Got a soup for a starter and a plain unsweet ice tea.
Tea was crisp and light, no burnt flavor when tea is brewed in the same machine as coffee, and no stale flavor either.
Starter soup was a nice chicken broth flavor with bits of tofu, onions, scallions, carrots, and peas. Basically an egg drop soup.
Main dish was a good sized portion for a normal appetite, but may not be enough for people with larger appetites. Good flavors, maybe slightly salty, but that's what the rice is for, to help cut the soy sauce flavor. If anything was lacking, I'd say there was some missing "Thai" flavor that I couldn't quite put my finger on, but it was very approachable for most palates.
The coconut ice cream was more of a sorbet. Light, sweet, with good coconut flavor and lots of soft coconut chunks. Likely a young coconut, as mature coconut flesh would be much firmer. I was tempted to get a second scoop, but decided that I've been indulging too much lately and stopped.
Service was good, very attentive for such a small place. Atmosphere was very quaint as the interior is small, maybe space for four or five 2 and 4 top tables.
On my next visit I will be asking them to make me their most "authentic" dish possible. It was very good, but I just can't help but feel that the flavors were still too "western" oriented. Nothing wrong with that, as the flavors were done well, but I just feel like I wan to try a more true dish.
This place is a legit Hole in The Wall. You get that cozy warm feeling here and it's one of the best Authentic flavors you can get. You can never go wrong with their Curry's they are all amazing. Yellow curry is my favorite, I always enjoy their dinner specials. Great thai tea, wonton soup. It's all so delicious. Thankful this little gem exists.β€οΈπΉ
Wonderful quick lunch experience here. Owner is Thai, main chef is Mexican, exactly as it should be lol
I got the lunch special pad see ew at $10.50 + $0.50 for fried rice, or $14 after tax / tip. Enjoyed the tofu soup, and was impressed by the quantity of the beef pad see ew. It was well-executed and I enjoyed dining in. I really wish this restaurant the best and will be back next time Iβm
in the area!
This place is a cute tiny place with. Great lunch special. Parking can be a struggle but it's worth it. I love the red curry and cashew dish.
First timer and already my favorite place in SFV I was hesitant at first bcz why is this place not a five star? If you donβt come here youβre missing out on real home made Thai food!
All is made fresh, everything I ordered was absolutely exquisite.
10/10 pad Thai π€©
10/10 eggplant chicken π€€
1/10 spring rolls (home made)
Iβm already a fan and coming back next week!
Itβs a small place but my goodness this place has flavor!!
If you love Thai food like me, this place is a must!
Oh man, you wouldn't expect this spot to be gold from the outside, but it's a hidden gem! Little Siam is where the real deal Thai food happens. The place is cozy, and we were greeted by a dude named Jose β cool guy. We dove into green curry, eggplant chicken, and noodles; it was like a flavor explosion. And holy portions! Wallet-friendly too. I swear, the taste's still lingering; it might just last till tomorrow!
Delicious Thai food if you like soup order the wonton soup I like mine with beef no shrimp less onions extra green onions n cilantro. Yummy yummy yummy n very reasonable prices I tried the egg plant with chicken no sugar it was yummy.
Today had marinated beef short n Salad, yummy yummy
Today I ordered the sweet n sour fish yummy yummy

I have been going here for years and it is my goto thai restaurant and is the best thai restaurant in San Fernando valley
Stopped by to pick up some pad thai to-go.
Atmosphere ββββ: Upon entering the restaurant, I immediately noticed the cute and cozy vibes of this mom n pop place. There was one person as the server and one cook in the back.
Food βββ: the food was just ok. Take-out in general never tastes as good as sitting down and eating at the restaurant, but I ate this within 10 minutes of picking up. I got the pad thai and the noodles were overcooked and too soft. The flavour of the pad thai in general didn't have anything that stood out to me.
Service ββ: It's not easy to take time off from work when sick, but the person who served me was coughing a lot at the front and they weren't wearing a mask and for someone who's immunocompromised, this was concerning. I wasn't sure if the food or not was safe to eat as it was handled by someone who was sick.
Overall, it looks like a really cute spot for thai food and lots of reviewers love this spot. I don't think i'll be back personally.
Very tasty food! Fast service and very friendly staff! Would highly recommend to anyone that loves Thai food!
Todo muy rico, buenas porciones de comida lo recomiendo
Ordered the Tom Kha Soup spicy with chicken it was very good. I couldn't eat the big pieces of onion but other than that it was very good. I will definitely be coming back. π
The food just isnβt good at all. Tried ordering twice and both times was horrible.
Absolutely Amazing Food and Flavors!
Definitely will save this place in my phone cause this is a hidden gem and a must visit when youβre out in Van Nuys. The spring rolls are amazing and the spicy friend veggies rice as well. Definitely will be Back! 10/10
Very good food

Delish
Green curry amazing
Yellow curry creamy goodness
Tom ka Kai was super tasty.
Can't wait to go back.
Best food around, just had the garlic green beans with chicken, simply amazing with little crispy pieces of garlic to engulf the taste buds with bursting flavor.
Best thai food in the valley! I always get Wonton soup, chicken fried rice, and chicken chow mein. Strongly recommend. When people say hole in the wall this is what they mean!
Great Food, loved the lunch special.
Had Panang Curry loved it!
They need remodeling it's very old and unpleasant to sit and eat , workers are very serious
This place used to have really good food.I don't know what happened to them but it was
Awful.ordered shrimp pas thai
And there were 3 shrimp on the top and chicken on the bottom π.the noodles the texture the sauce everything was just bad!
It's honestly amazing. The best Thai food in the valley. Great prices, relative to other Thai restaurants. They don't skimp on the coconut. Very kind service. Delicious food. They let me order to go and bring it to my car in the parking lot, so I don't have to bring my kids inside. I discovered it waiting for my car to be serviced at the nearby Honda dealership, but now I will drive out of my way to eat here.
Delicious food, perfect for take out. A little pricey but what isn't these days? It was totally worth it...
Absolutely wonderful time, good service by Jose, hot and tasty food, cold Dr.Pepper, and life is good. Definitely plan to come back here as it was a great experience overall! Jose was our server, and he was so kind, fast, and attentive to our table. Small area inside to eat but when it comes out, just Wow! If I come back I will try to take a photo of it before I finish it.
I just wanted a green curry with beef. She tried to charge extra without it stating on the menu. Then she kept trying to charge for different items. I think she either didn't understand me or didn't want to stick to the menu price. Meanwhile Pete Cetera played in the background through the speaker singing the theme from Karate Kid 2.
Wonderful quick lunch experience here. Owner is Thai, main chef is Mexican, exactly as it should be lol

Itβs a small place but my goodness this place has flavor!!
If you love Thai food like me, this place is a must!
Pad see ew was delicious and came with salad or soup for a very fair price. More of a hole in the wall experience than a restaurant.
I just ate there for the first time and it is easily the best Thai food Iβve ever had! I will be back for sure!
Delicious Thai food if you like soup order the wonton soup I like mine with beef no shrimp less onions extra green onions n cilantro. Yummy yummy yummy n very reasonable prices I tried the egg plant with chicken no sugar it was yummy.

Nice little hole in the wall. Good food and Friendly staff.
Good dinner.. Thanks again!!
The best Thai good hands down in the valley!
Been ordering take.out for 15 yrs or more and the food is always excellent. Usually food is ready in 20 to 30 min for take out. Small place but dont let fool you.
Great food!
Great food and very friendly service - a cool, tiny, no frills mom & pop shop for a fantastic meal. I forgot my sunglasses afterwards and the server was so sweet... she came out and waived me down as I was pulling away.
It's not easy to find authentic Thai food place. This is also not but very good for the taste. I don't call this as authentic Thai food just because it's very hard to get some Thai ingredients here (like mint leaf, Kao Kua) which is understandable. On the tase wise, it's very good for me.
Best Thai food I've ever had. I was on my way home from the airport and decided to stop off at target to use the restroom. While there I was looking up food around me and this place popped up. I decided why not? I was hungry and still had a 3 hour drive. Very small with only a few tables but the woman that helped me was incredibly sweet. I got spicy chow mein and fried wontons. The wontons were perfectly cooked and the chow mein was FULL of delicious veggies and a lot of beef. I ate almost the whole thing to myself. Flavors were unbelievable and I'll definitely be stopping off again when I'm in the area.
This restaurant has been around for a long time and it really has good Thai food. Especially if you like spicy soup this is the place
We ordered the Orange Chicken and Pad Kee Mow with Chicken. They were both delicious! The orange chicken was freshly battered and cooked. The Pad Kee Mow was savory. Weβre glad it wasnβt too sweet like the other places weβve gone to. We will definitely eat here again!
Tasty and a fair serving for the price. The food was a bit salty for our taste, but weβve been cutting back on salt lately so that might just be personal.
This restaurant is so tiny; you might pass right by it a few times if you've never been here, but it's so worth it. Finding a place where you can taste what you eat is tough, but the food is delicious here.
They don't use too much salt and oil, which is nice.
The service was excellent.
The woman working there is super sweet, and she takes care of everyone.
I had the Pad See Ew, which was delicious, and my boyfriend ordered one of the curries; I can't remember which one exactly, but he said it was great. My boyfriend knew about this place for years, but it's been a while since his last visit.
We ordered from the lunch special, so we also got to choose between a soup or a salad. We chose the salad, and it came with a delicious peanut butter sauce. Yummy!!
The restaurant is small but very clean and well-maintained. The AC was working, so it was nice and cold inside.
They only had one bathroom, but it was super spacious and clean.
If you are in the area, you should try this place!
Excellent food for a good price! Would definitely recommend! Kinda small up close and personal space. They gave me a good portion size too. Tasty value.
The food is always fresh hot and good service
Great little hole in the wall place with good prices and DELICIOUS food. Come here if you want tasty Thai food! We tried the Massaman curry and pad see ewe and both were great.
Small but PACKS A PUNCH OF FLAVOR.......this little joint has authenticity when it comes to Thai food I recommend you try the yellow chicken curry mild with white rice to balance the spice ...enjoy as this dish is a must have here ...chai tea addiction yes
delicious and authentic!
Iβve eaten at many Thai food restaurants and have even traveled and eaten in Thailand. Little Siam serves delicious Thai food , flavored with rich sauces and plentiful portions at reasonable prices. The Tom YomGai soup was unique and tasty. Masman Curry was excellent and Sweet and Sour Fish hit the spot!! Donβt be put off by the industrial location and plain interior. Go there and enjoy food prepared by a dedicated and gracious staff. Better yet, nice ceramic serving dishes to enjoy the meal.
This is some of the best Thai food we've had outside of Thailand! Very authentic flavours, great prices, and friendly service.
Great food and wonderful customer service.
NOT OPEN
Some of the best Pad Thai in the valley.
Cute little place with good food and lunch specials. Just needs parking.
Delicious panang curry and larb salad
Very small in location size. Super Clean, I had the BBQ chicken lunch special, very delicious. I recommend this place
An excellent authentic home cooked Thai meal awaits you! At very reasonable prices. My son and I stopped in for a late lunch on a Thursday and each had a massive lunch special, half of which we took home for later. In addition to the high quality food, the service was prompt and personable. We will be back.
The food was good and the woman who helped me was friendly and courteous. The wait for my food was not long, either.
Dine in and eat the $13.99 Combo Diner (I order pad thai noodles, with salad and penut dressing and delicious fry rice plus some rolls a great feast!
As someone who grew up in this area I feel very comfortable saying that this is some of the best home-style Thai cuisine in our neighborhood. Itβs incredibly reasonably-priced, and delicious. I drove by for years without stopping and I regret it. The flavors in the dressing of the Thai Chicken Salad were incredible, and the Pad Ke Mao served spicy is actually spicy - prefect!
Their food is good but I've ordered 3x so far and my thing is i ask for veggie instead of meat and i can tell they don't give as much vegetables as they would meat. Literally 3 pieces of broccoli the rest was cabage and a bunch of bamboo shoot. Smh. Stingy with the veggies why? Generally vegetables are less expensive than meat so why be so stingy with the veggies. I don't get it. So I'm done.
The people were super nice, friendly and attentive. There is a fairly extensive menu and everything that we ordered tasted amazing. Some restaurants' Tom Kha Kai (coconut milk soup) tastes a bit off, but the one here it in the top two of the best I have had in the valley, at least. I didn't even know this place existed until my I was invited, but I will definitely be returning.
Friday 12/31 was second time ordering from here and overall both experiences have been great. We ordered the Pad Thai and Pad Kee Mao dinner plates this second time around. The Pad Thai was lacking in flavor a bit compared to our first experience but we still enjoyed our food and would order again. Love the quick and easy online ordering option for pick up, which both times have had our food ready in around 15-20 mins. Also, overall packaging of our food to ensure it arrives warm, the quality, and portions have been top notch! Check them out!
Yesterday, was the first time eating here and everything was great! Costumer service and food was excellent! Definitely will be coming back again!
Delicious! The red curry was amazing! Great menu choices & prices. Iβm definitely keeping Little Siam bookmarked as my go-to Thai place.
Really authentic Thai food with very reasonable price and attentive staff.
Great food. Great people.
This is the best Thai food in the Valley. The lunch and dinner specials are fantastic value. I've been eating here for 7 years and have never been disappointed. We keep coming back because the staff is all very friendly here, everything is delicious & fresh, and you get healthy sized portions too.
Cute little place. Good lunch specials and delivers for a minimum of $15
One of my favorite restaurants in LA! I'm lucky enough to work close by so I have eaten here every week for many years and really every dish is so tasty! Everyone who runs the restaurant and works there is so kind and the prices are very affordable for such good quality.
I love the soups and dumplings, and also all of the curries are delicious! Highly recommend this little gem.
I ordered the Pad Thai with chicken and wasn't impressed. The noodles were dry, there were no peanuts or carrot shavings as advertised. The quantity was good, but not at all satisfying.
Came here for the first time and gotta say probably the best Pad Thai I've had, but on the downside they skimpped on it, and they incorrectly charged me more, might come back
Good food. ..sneak up on you with the prices ..
The food here is so good!! Amazing curry and their staff is very friendly and kind. Highly highly recommend this place
Amazing!!! I got the yellow curry and spring rolls. 5 stars!
1st time really enjoyed the food dinner special with shrimp ill definitely go back.
ACTUALLY the best Thai in town! Maybe the whole valley. Panang Curry lunch special! So much flavor, so much food, fantastic price. Beef here is tender, a lotta places it's a toss up but I prefer beef with the Panang and Little Siam delivered! Well, I picked it up. Also you guys do soup on the to go lunch special! Major props lotta other joints don't do it and it's a shame cause I love soup. Tofu soup here is a nice simple chicken broth affair, nice appetizer or after meal palette cleanser. May be "Little" but flavor is BIIIIG!
Best Thai Iβve had in the Valley. Tiny restaurant, polite staff, and delicious food. I had the Pad Woon Sen with tofu dinner special. Their dinner specials are extremely affordable and filling (you could easily save half for your next meal, depending on your appetite). Be sure to get the Thai Iced Tea too!
Always excellent service and the food is great
I absolutely fell in live with this place as a work colleague of mine introduced it to me the other day. The food is excellent and some of the best Thai food Iβve ever had. You will be super happy and just to give you an idea, I order the yellow curry at the lowest spicy ness level amd itβs still got this slight kick yet itβs perfect for me. Itβs favor full beyond so try it our snd youβll be coming back for more. LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!
The best home made authentic Thai cuisine. Truly a hidden gem.
Lovely staff. Delicious , reasonably priced food. I'll be back!
Always good quality and quantity of food! Very friendly customer service. Delicious food.
Friendly staff and delicious food
Wow!! This place is soo freaking good. Unreal. We havenβt had Thai this good in since living in SF. See you like every other day.
Donβt get the pad Thai. Shrimp and chicken was OLD. As in disgusting and inedible. We also got Red Curry which had fresh chicken but after seeing the gross rotten mean on the pad Thai I couldnβt stomach the idea of eating anything from here ever again. I wouldnβt even give it to a homeless person because it isnβt safe or fair to customers to risk their health with rotten food. One time is all it takes to ruin a restaurants reputation, so my 2 cents is avoid this literal hole in the wall. There is a place called Little Siam in West Hills, CA much better place with the best pad Thai Iβve ever had in LA.
Pho Thai delicious best customer service
Very good food and excellent costumer service.
Food used to be really good, now its ok
Small mom and pop eatery located in a mostly industrial area but convenient to pop in for a quick pickup. Food is good but the shrimp portion was a bit small. Good for Thai food if you want something fast and convenient.
legit my favorite Thai spot. Every dish is good every time. Customer service is amazing. They're so sweet here!! yummmmm can't go wrong with any of the dishes I promise
Small place with pretty good take out Thai Food. They have been here for years!
This is one of my favorite spots in the area! I drive out from Northridge for takeout from Little Siam. Everything on the menu is so delicious, and tastes so authentic. Every dish is cooked fresh to order. We try something new each time, but my favorites are the Cashew Nut Chicken and Wonton Soup. Pad Thai is a staple dish too, of course. Please try them out - you won't be disappointed.
Really Good shrimp
I love this place! My family saw it under Thai food and decided to try this restaurant out. Ever since then we have been ordering it constantly! Itβs very good food and great prices and super nice staff! Iβd highly recommend it. I hope they donβt go out of business because of corona virus
great place, great prices. wonderful service. would most def recommend if you want some nice home cooking
If you know...you know. This is an absolute gem of a spot, amazing deals, wonderful food, and really lovely staff. My go-to is a massaman or a panang...my mouth is watering just thinking about it.
Great Food Great Service and Good Priceses..
Muy bueno
This place is so good!! They don't use too much salt and oil, which was really nice, and they use coconut milk in their soups and curries, and do not water them down. This is like a healthier Thai food place. The woman working there is super sweet too, and she really takes care of everyone. The Pad See Ew was delicious, and so was the Thai tea. They have some of the best egg rolls I've had in a while, and the crab ragoons were great. All the sauces they served with the food tasted homemade. We will definitely be back here :)
Cozy, family-run spot serves comfort food, including vegetarian options.
Kind of a weird location in the industrial area of Van Nuys. There are lots of body shops, cement trucking companies, lumber and other industrial spaces around. The service is good here, and the food is good too.
My favorite Thai restaurant in Los Angeles. Always fresh, deeply flavorful, and friendly. Highly recommended!
I am very surprised to see the five star reviews for the restaurant. They have horrible customer service! I was new to the area, and found this place. I called and tried to order food. The lady on the phone had very strong Thai accent, and I couldn't understand. In the end, she got frustrated, yelled at me and hung up. What an experience! I have lived in different parts of SoCal for 20 years, but I've never seen someone so rude in the restaurant business.
Great food.
So delicious, youβre going to feel like your sipping Tom Ka Soup with your ancestors.
Good Food and Great Staff!!
Terrible food
Truly mediocre Thai food. Pad Thai was overcooked noodles mixed with sweet and sour sauce with peanuts sprinkled on top. My wife couldn't eat more than a few bites. The Panang Curry was better, but nothing special. The Pad Ke Mow was chopped up noodles in a strange sauce. I have no idea why this place gets such good ratings, other than it's cheap. Maybe dinner is better.
3.5 stars. Had the lunch special with pad see mow. Barely any beef in my pad see mow, and not spicy enough when I specified to make it very spicy. Also the tofu soup that came with special wasnβt very good and had barely any tofu in it. But the service was good, friendly ladies - Iβll give them that.
The food was great, the restaurant was tiny but charming, people really nice, prices good.
Great food and great prices!
A charming little hole in the wall with Great service and delicious food.
Fast service, excellent food, they have air conditioning, tight parking, and a small dining area.
I like the Tha I cuisine always we get beef and chicken priking rice Tha Ice tea very good seasoning We love that place.
Great place, food people and prices.
The food is delicious homemade style, affordable prices and the atmosphere is like eating at your grandma house, the waitress are really friendly and they keep your cup full, it's a tinny place but that is what makes the food special because they cooked as your order and the flavor is wonderful you can chose from mild to spicy but I don't recommend spicy if you can't hold the hot food, they have lunch and dinner specials from Monday to Friday the desert are delicious I recommend the vanilla ice cream with fried bananas the combination is incredible we come from Los Angeles just to eat here if you want to try authentic Thai food this is the place for you
Great little Thai restaurant!
Great food and great people. Been coming here for many years and the quality is always on point
Is closed don't go
Yummy Thai food, great value!
Great food and excellent customer service.
Very good thai food! The pad thai, pad sew eww, and panang curry are all delicious. The panang curry is my fave, so far. Very creamy, good spice, and a side of rice. Very recommended if you're in the area.
Just like it a lot. Good food, they're friendly great customer service type people. Everytime I go there I know I'll eat good. What else do you need?
Food here is fabulous. It is family run. They are very friendly.
Fast delivery, tasty food! Thank you)
Have only gotten takeout for a friend who really enjoys their soups.
Great food eating there all the time
This little kick hole on the wall is pure deliciousness. Great menu from appetizers to the curries salads & soups. Very reasonably priced. Owner and staff are very friendly. We were served immediately and even ordered extra to go. I can't recall if the restaurant has any parking but I parked on the street- found parking in less than a minute right in front of the restaurant.
The food is very delicious. Everything tasted very very fresh. I got yellow curry with a choice of it being mild with white chicken and veggies. Did not disappoint at all. It tasted sooo sooo amazing. Plenty of veggies in it and it was perfectly spiced with subtle spices. Took some home as the portion sizes are immense! I also got combo fried rice which included shrimp, beef, pork, & chicken. It was soo soo darn good. I canβt express how tasty and fresh dish was. We also started off with fried wontons which were fried to a crisp. I highly recommend this spot to anyone who even remotely craves Thai food. It really is the best in town.
Love this place!! Great food an d great service
I picked this place because the reviews were great and it wasn't as pricey. It's a hole in the wall sort of restaurant, but both their food and the service were excellent. For a Friday night, it wasn't too crowded. I wouldn't recommend this place for large groups of eight people or more, but if you want to grab lunch or dinner with a couple of friends, this is a great option.
Food is beyond delicious, I used to work across the street more than 10 years ago and the food taste just as superb!
Small spot but very good food and great service.
Service was prompt and the food was good.
Mediocre place that is extremely stingy on protein: for a combo noodle plate I got 2 shrimp which was also overcooked, and literally 10 grams of chicken for like half a pound of noodles. The place was full of people that apparently never had good thai food in their life.
Great family owed Thai food. Must try the chicken pad Thai
Always friendly service and tasty food. Reasonably priced. Not fancy - just good.
Small family run restaurant. Clean but nothing fancy. Food is fantastic and the price is very reasonable. The staff is also very nice.
It is very hard to find a place where you can really taste what you eat, but, here the food is absolutely delicious.
Highly recommend this place customer service was amazing great food
