I love Sea Thai Bistro and have been coming here for years. It was my husband’s first visit to the restaurant and he really enjoyed the meal as well. The food is consistently delicious, service is good, food comes out quickly. I’d say the only thing today was that my husband’s cashew chicken didn’t seem to have cashews in it but he said the meal was delicious. Dishes are all plated very nicely.

We stopped here when we were in town for a quick dinner, and were very satisfied with our choices. The service was nice and the restaurant had a great environment and was clean. The food was fantastic and we barely got any pictures of it before we started eating. The basil chicken, fried rice, and black noodles, and mango sticky rice were all fantastic.

Went with the family to celebrate and for a couple of drinks. We took our own wine of course. The room was loud and felt I had to yell to have a conversation. Our waiter was great . We sat next to the kitchen which I do not recommend unless your into noise. I would go back but maybe a different time.

I ordered the noodles and an appetizer, the taste was good, just to be sure you ate in hot condition.

We shared Drunken Noodle; it was enough for two. Everything is super expensive. Appetizers start at $1600 and food starts at $20. No lunch specials.

The food is delicious and I've been here several times and I don't eat spicy food. Thai food is usually spicy, but asking for a mild spice treatment on your order is not a problem. The friendly staff is always ready to accommodate your needs. The atmosphere is exotic and reminiscent of dining under the ocean with sea creature chandeliers and romantic lighting.

Been there before and drunken noodles were beautifully prepared with spices and ingredients; however, tonight it was a little disappointing. Not balanced or tasty.
And the curry dish wasn't properly done. No real curry taste, just watered down. Not proper Thai food. Inconsistent delivery of food. Usually enjoy Thai food. The server was very attentive.

Amazing Thai! The seafood Panang was incredible. A slightly better wine list would put it over the top! Some Elevated German whites to compliment the great spicy Thai would be a tremendous start!

This is what they serve when you order pad thai with extra sprouts.
•Questionable pad thai noodles with prawns that were not all the way cooked as well as undercooked chicken and large chunks of raw tofu
•Little to no sprouts that are not fresh and crunchy but are soggy and wilted
•Raw ground peanuts on the side
•whole sprigs of cilantro on the side
•1 small lime wedge heated with the meal

I have been here before and if I could give the service zero rating, I seriously would. When we got there, we got sat by the host a little bit over in the corner because we were with our three kids.. The restaurant probably had about 3-4 tables eating inside and one table outside at the time we got there.
After we were greeted with waters by the busser, me and my two girls went to use the restroom and wash our hands. It obviously took a while because I have a seven-year-old and a toddler, but when I came back, my husband was standing, and I asked him what was going on. He said that no one had came to greet him yet, and he was trying to still put our drink orders in.

My husband had to get up again to grab the host to ask her to get our server since the bartender kept ignoring him.

We finally got our orders in.. Our food comes out before our drinks, and my husband asks the food runner if she could please check on our drinks she turns her back to my husband and walks away as she’s nodding her head and then I see her roll her eyes. I had to make eye contact with the bartender to get his attention, and he was the one to go see that our drinks were still sitting there, and he brought them over to us.

At this point, the restaurant is dead and there is no one at the bar.

About 10 minutes in after we got our food the server decides to come and check on us and ask how everything is going we said fine and he checked on us towards the end of us being done with our food, and we asked for our bill.. at this point, my husband and I were just over it and just trying to finish and get through dinner.

Here’s the kicker: After my husband paid the bill, he would not leave our area and he kept circling our table to ensure his tip. It was the most infuriating and obnoxious experience of my life.
We eat out a lot, and we are generous tippers, but the fact that we got that much attention after we were already done and paid was just maddening.

The staff was just talking and hanging out because I am assuming in their mind it’s not busy but we are still paying customers and this service was terrible.

Excellent Thai fusion, never disappoints. Often busy, occasionally loud, very dimly lit in the evenings. Still easily one of my favorite restaurants in Santa Rosa.

Food was delicious and the atmosphere was great. Has the best waitress who was so sweet and very helpful. I’m a vegan and she took her time to make sure I got a meal that was to my liking. Highly recommend.

We went there with family a few days ago. Great service and good food for one person. But the food of the other three had so much garlic that it overwhelmed us. One dish was returned and the other two people barely finished their dish! The scallops drowned in buttery soup. That is unacceptable! I spoke to the chef in the kitchen and suggested that garlic like any other condiments should not overwhelm the taste of the main ingredients. Also why scallops were floating on a buttery soup??He accepted and apologized! Hopefully you won’t get our bad experience… Good luck!

Terrible service. HOST SCREWED UP TELEPHONE RESERVATION BY AN HOUR.IT WAS MADE FOR 630 AND WENT INTO THERE COMPUTER AS 730. WHAT A BUNCH OF FEEBLE MINDED IDIOTS . WENT SOMEWHERE ELSE WHERE SERVICE PUT THE CUSTOMER FIRST.

The bistro has a nice atmosphere, service was top, food came quick and it was top notch. We ordered a bunch of different appetizers and main dishes to share and there wasn't a single thing I tried that I didn't love. Highly recommend the red curry, spicy summer chicken, pot stickers, papaya salad, well, everything!

This is in my top 50 for Sonoma County. With that said, this is a top notch place to dine. I'm a bit of a food and drink conisouere. You will not be disappointed.

I got there at 8:32 and they said they closed at 8:30 - there restaurant was still over 60% full - I asked if they could maybe still prepare an appetizer and they said no kitchen is closed. I’ve worked in a restaurant and there’s almost always something you can sell a hungry customer. Saying no when there is still a bustling restaurant is not good business.

Wow, 3 out of the 7 spoons we got still had food scrap stuck on them. That's simply disgusting

Overall nice flavors you won’t find elsewhere in town. Sometimes tough to get your order customized for minor requests. Eventually they’ll get it but if you’re on a lunchtime crunch to return to work may be longer than you expected.

Your food will be good when you eat in the restaurant. When you order to go, you deal with brown avocados on your salad, over and over again. You cannot get a new one when the manager is not in the house. So you have to buy a new one. Unfortunately, that did not happen only once. Not cool.!

Wow, pretty amazing place with a stunning decor of scoops of fishes and jellyfish of all kinds serving as lights, the food was excellent with the curry, pad Thai and rice being very tasty. There was a lot of food and the flavors were spot on. We loved this place. Service was great and the only issue was that it was a bit dark and we used our phones to read the menu.

The lobster was waaaaay over cooked. The rest was great. Not worth $35 for the plate given the bad lobster. Otherwise, place is nice. Good service, good enough spot, decent drink menu. Just don't get the lobster.

We had a birthday dinner for a family of 6. Great food! The service was less than desired. . Staff brought out food and placed it to all the incorrect people. The server/waitress never came back and checked on us. We had to flag another staff member for more drinks. Then we had to flag down another staff member to get to go boxes and the check. We wanted to advise the manager or person in charge, and she was nowhere to be found.

Make sure you try the drunken noodles! It’s my favorite.

The decor is really fun, and they also have a nice outdoor area. 3 in our party shared 3 dishes, and they were all REALLY good. I got the yellow curry with chicken, and my friends got red pumpkin curry with tofu and vegetarian drunken noodles. We also got their mushroom and tofu soup. The portions are big (we took some of all 3 dishes home), and REALLY flavorful. The waiter was attentive but not too much so, and we were left to just talk. Really good value, atmosphere, service and more than anything, food. I'd never been there before, but I'll definitely be back!

I love this place because the food is amazing for dine in but also take out. I get take out all the time, especially the peanut noodle soup. Try the papaya salad, it’s delish. Also the tempura mushrooms. Delicious cocktails and service is always great. Thank you!

Um. It's wasn't bad... But it wasn't good at all either. Everything was just off a bit. Ok a lot of, lol. I really wanted to like this place! Maybe it was bad because they were busy for weekday night. Maybe only going on slow nights is the trick.

Very popular Thai restaurant. Delicious dishes featuring seafood, also some meat and tofu plates. Curries, noodles stir-fried and wet, specialties. Some can be made spicy. Appetizers are tasty but spendy, so don't try to make a meal of small plates. Service is casual and efficient. Good for families if children like spicy ethnic food.

Was really looking forward to eating here since we have heard so many great things, and we did get good service and food. But was disappointed when someone from our party got food poisoning from the food.

We got the Drunken Noodles and the pumpkin curry and both were outstanding. The drunken noodles were super delicious. Everything in the dish from the vegetables to the meat and noodles was cooked and seasoned perfectly. The curry was also super good with a wonderful sauce. Definitely recommend for some good Thai food near wine country!

Phenomenal food! I ordered the sweet and sour pork but with tofu and a side of brown rice. Also got the appetizer special which was tempura squash with a mango chutney. My entire party loved their dishes and our server was extremely pleasant.

Spectacular food and total dining experience. Wait staff were extremely attentive. 5 people in my party and every single person raved about their meal. We also shared 2 desserts that were sooooo amazing…..Mango sticky rice and chocolate lava cake!!! We dug into some of the desserts before the pics.

We order multiple different curry dishes, the pad Thai, and rice and it's always incredibly delicious.

The pad thai is very inconsistent, some days it's covered in sauce, other days there's almost none. When the food is good it's good, but it's so inconsistent that I don't know if I can recommend going. To add to it, the portions seem to be getting smaller to the point where I don't really feel the price can be justified.

I had the scallops in butter sauce...delicious. Monterey squid was tasty and deliciously spicy. Desserts were so- so. I have the creme Brule, 4 out of10. Chocolate lava cake 6 out of 10. Nice atmosphere, fast service.
